"Penelitian ini berfokus kepada perubahan peran ayah dalam masyarakat Jepang modern dikarenakan adanya perubahan sosial yang terjadi dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Perubahan sosial juga terjadi pada peran dan identitas ayah di Jepang dimana saat ini muncul ayah yang menikmati merawat anak sambil bekerja yang disebut dengan ikumen. penyebutan ikumen sendiri dibuat oleh media dan kemudian didukung oleh pemerintah. Tetapi dalam pelaksanaannya ikumen mendapatkan hambatan dari perusahaan dan orang-orang sekitar yang masih menganut sistem patriarki di Jepang dimana mereka masih memiliki pandangan bahwa laki-laki bertugas mencari nafkah dan tidak memiliki hubungan dengan mengurus anak.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana perubahan peran dan identitas ayah di Jepang dengan menggunakan teori perubahan sosial yang digagas oleh Anthony Giddens. Tesis ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dan wawancara langsung dengan ikumen yang tergabung dalam NPO Fathering Japan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa saat ini sudah banyak ayah yang memiliki keinginan untuk merawat anak atau paternal leave di Jepang meningkat.

This research focuses on the changes of father?s role within Japanese modern society due to social changes that happen in the life of people. Social changes also happen in the role and identity of father in Japan where it has now appear the type of father who enjoys caring for children while working which is called ikumen. The term of ikumen itself was made by media, and then in was supported by government. However, within is implementation, ikumen gets hindrance from companies and people who still embrance the patriarch system in Japan where they still hold the view that men are tasked to be breadwinners and have nothing to do with bringing up children.
The purpose of this research is to analyse to changes of father?s role and identity in Japan using social change theory by Anthony Giddens. This research used qualitative method and directly interviewed ikumen who are members of NPO Fathering Japan. It finds that right now there have been many fathers who have the desire to put family first. It is proven by amount of fathers who have taken paternity leave in Japan.

"Skripsi ini membahas ikumen sebagai bentuk perubahan konsep ayah dalam masyarakat Jepang masa kini. Dengan menggunakan teori fatherhood milik LaRossa, penulis menganalisa bagaimana perubahan konsep ayah yang terjadi di Jepang. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa telah terjadi perubahan konsep ayah dalam masyarakat Jepang, yaitu dari konsep patrialkal menjadi konsep berkesetaraan gender. Hal itu disebabkan karena para ayah berkesetaraan gender di Jepang memiliki aspirasi untuk mernjadi ayah yang lebih berperan aktif dalam keluarga.

This undergraduate thesis examines about ikumen as the change of fatherhood concept among Japanese modern society. By using LaRossa rsquo s fatherhood theory, writer analyzed how the concept of fatherhod changed in Japan. The analysis shows that there has been a change regarding fatherhood concept in Japanese society, which is, from patriarchal concept to gender equality concept. It rsquo s caused by Japanese fathers who have embraced gender equality concept have aspirations to become a father with more active role in their family.

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini berfokus pada dampak perubahan makna ?bekerja? di masyarakat Jepang, yaitu fenomena penyebutan black company. Makna bekerja di masyarakat Jepang telah berubah dalam beberapa dekade terakhir. Pekerja yang semula akan bekerja keras demi perusahaannya, kini pekerja generasi muda lebih memilih untuk memiliki pekerjaan dengan banyak waktu luang. Masalah yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana penyebutan black company yang diberikan oleh masyarakat Jepang dan bagaimana perubahan makna bekerja di Jepang. Data yang diperoleh merupakan data sekunder dari penelitian kepustakaan serta pengumpulan data dari sumber-sumber publikasi lainnya. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode penyajian analisis deskriptif. Berdasarkan penelitian dan analisis yang telah dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa makna bekerja bagi pemuda telah berubah. Pemuda Jepang tidak dapat membawa keseluruhan dirinya untuk pekerjaan dan tempat kerja. Pekerja paruh waktu tidak dapat mencocokkan pekerjaan dengan tujuan hidupnya. Kekhawatiran yang dirasakan, menyebabkan para pekerja paruh waktu mudah putus asa dalam mendapatkan pekerjaan. Salah satu dampak perubahan makna bekerja, yaitu munculnya penyebutan black company. Black company itu sendiri merupakan asumsi yang diciptakan oleh kelompok masyarakat dan media massa. Pemerintah berupaya untuk memberikan sanksi kepada perusahaan yang melakukan tindakan ?pelanggaran,? seperti black company.

This study focuses on the impact of changes in the meaning of "work" in Japanese society, namely the phenomenon of the black company mention. Meaning of work in Japanese society has changed in recent decades. Workers were previously would worked hard for his company, now the younger generation of workers prefer to have a job with a lot of free time. The problem studied in this research is how the mention of the black company given by the Japanese society and how it changes the meaning of work in Japan. The data obtained is a secondary data from the research literature as well as collecting data from sources other publications. The analytical method used is the method of presentation of descriptive analysis. Based on the research and analysis that has been done, it can be concluded that the meaning of work for youth has changed. Japanese youth can not bring overall himself to work and the workplace. Part-time workers are not able to match jobs with the goal of his life. Concerns were perceived, causing part-time workers easy to desperate in getting a job. "Artikel ini membahas ikumen sebagai active fathers dalam dinamika peran gender keluarga Jepang kontemporer. Upaya penulis adalah untuk memahami peran aktif ikumen secara komprehensif, baik dalam wacana maupun praktik pengasuhan anak dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, melalui perspektif gender equal parenting. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode studi pustaka pendekatan kualitatif dengan interplanetary theory of complete and universal gender difference oleh Michael Kimmel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan fenomena ikumen sebagai active fathers merupakan suatu bentuk perubahan sikap (attitudes) dan perilaku (behaviors) ayah dalam konteks peran pengasuhan anak yang pada gilirannya membawa dinamika tersendiri dalam peran gender di antara ayah dan ibu. Wacana dan praktik pengasuhan anak yang lahir dari media seperti Ikumen Project, majalah FQ Japan, NPO Fathering Japan, serta usaha pemerintah dengan digagasnya UU Pengasuhan Anak, turut berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan kesadaran para ayah akan pentingnya kontribusi mereka. Namun demikian, perubahan sikap dan perilaku ayah dalam pengasuhan anak melalui fenomena ikumen ini, belum dapat dikatakan merevolusi habitus bekerja dan pembagian peran gender tradisional dalam masyarakat Jepang.

This article discusses ikumen as active fathers in the dynamics of gender roles in contemporary Japanese families. The author's effort is to understand the active role of ikumen in a comprehensive way, both in the discourse and practice of parenting in everyday life, through the perspective of gender equal parenting. The method used is a qualitative approach literature study method with interplanetary theory of complete and universal gender difference by Michael Kimmel. The results of the study show that the ikumen phenomenon as active fathers is a form of change in the attitudes and behavior of fathers in the context of the parenting role which in turn brings its own dynamics in gender roles between fathers and mothers. Discourses and practices of parenting born from media such as Ikumen Project, FQ Japan magazine, NPO Fathering Japan, as well as the government's efforts with the initiation of the Child Care Law, have contributed to increasing the awareness of fathers about the importance of their contribution. However, the changes in fathers' attitudes and behavior in parenting through this ikumen phenomenon, cannot be said to have revolutionized work habits and the division of traditional gender roles in Japanese society.

"Beberapa masalah serius di Jepang diantaranya terjadi karena para ayah menerapkan konsep maskulinitas dominan secara berlebihan dengan sibuk bekerja sepanjang waktu. Oleh karena itu pemerintah Jepang mengadakan kampanye Ikumen Project agar para ayah dapat menjalankan pekerjaan dan mengurus keluarga dengan kesan maskulin. Kampanye Ikumen Project tersebut menampilkan pernyataan-pernyataan para ayah yang bekerja dan berpartisipasi dalam pekerjaan rumah tangga dan pengasuhan anak. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep maskulinitas para ayah dalam Ikumen Project dengan menggunakan metode studi dokumen dan analisis kualitatif. Analisis masalah penelitian menggunakan konsep teoritis maskulinitas hegemoni dan konsep teoritis maskulinitas complicit Raewyn Connell . Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konsep maskulinitas, yang diterapkan ayah partisipan Ikumen Project dalam kegiatan kesehariannya, bertentangan dengan konsep maskulinitas dominan yang masih berlaku pada mayoritas ayah di Jepang.

Several critical problem happens in Japan since fathers practice dominant masculinity excessively by devoting long hours to their workplace. Consequently, the government launched the Ikumen Project Campaign so fathers could do both work and take care of their families in a masculine sense. The Ikumen Project shows statements of fathers who not only work but also participate in housework and child care. This research aims to know the masculinity concept of fathers in Ikumen Project by using literature review and qualitative analysis methods. The research problem analyzed by using theoretical concept of hegemonic masculinity and theoretical concept of complicit masculinity Raewyn Connell . The result of the research shows that masculinity concept, which is practiced by fathers of Ikumen Project in their everday lives, contradicts the dominant masculinity concept that is still being practiced by majority of fathers in Japan.

"Skripsi ini membahas bagaimana konsumerisme yang menyebar melalui media informasi dan komunikasi menjadi faktor penarik terjadinya fenomena enjokousai dalam masyarakat Jepang kontemporer. Karya tulis ini disusun menggunakan teori konsumerisme, masyarakat konsumsi, perilaku konsumsi, serta globalisasi sebagai landasan pemikiran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan desain argumentatif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa konsumerisme muncul bersamaan dengan pembentukan Jepang sebagai masyarakat konsumsi sebagai dampak globalisasi ekonomi. Pada akhirnya, konsumerisme tersebut menyebar luas dalam masyarakat dan benar telah mempengaruhi para remaja putri terjun dalam praktik enjokousai.

The focus of this study is how consumerism that has spread through the information and communication media became a pull factor for the rising of the phenomenon of enjokousai in contemporary Japanese society. This research is qualitative argumentative interpretative. This study proved that consumerism coincides with the rise of Japan as a consumer society as the impact of economic globalization. In the end, consumerism are widespread in the society and with no doubt has influenced the girls engaged in the practice of enjokousai."

"ABSTRAK
Tesis ini membahas tentang fenomenakekkon iju josei dari negara-negara Asia lainnya, di wilayah prefektur Tohoku dan Niigata, di Jepang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggunakan data sekunder dari jurnal Nihon Daigaku Sokosha Kaijo Hokenkyu, No.9, 305-316, 2008, jurnal Kanagawa Daigaku Hijou Kinko Ushi, dan jurnal GEMC University of Tohoku, No.7, Maret 2012. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kekkon iju merupakan pernikahan yang dibentuk dan dilakukan untuk tujuan tertentu, yang cenderung meningkat karena adanya peran pemerintah daerah dan biro jodoh sebgai pihak komersial.

ABSTRACT
This thesis is focus on the phenomenon of kekkon iju josei from other Asian countries, in the countryside areas of Tohoku and Niigata prefecture, in Japan. This research is descriptive interpretative by using secondary data from journal Nihon Daigaku Sokosha Kaijo Hokenkyu, No.9, 305-316, 2008,journal Kanagawa Daigaku Hijou Kinko Ushi, and journal GEMC University of Tohoku, No.7, Maret 2012, entitled“Jenda to Tabunka no Hazama de - Tohoku Nouson no Kekkon Iju Josei wo Meguru Shomondai.” The result of this research shows that kekkon iju is marriage by design for specific purpose, that tend to increasing by role of local government and marriage broker as commercial agencies."

"Kondisi Jepang yang sedang mengalami stagnansi ekonomi, dan kekurangan tenaga kerja produktif, mendorong pemerintah untuk mengeluarkan strategi ekonomi dengan tujuan untuk memecahkan kedua masalah tersebut. Strategi ini disebut dengan Womenomics, berpusat kepada usaha pemerintah memfasilitasi potensi terpendam para  perempuan Jepang agar dapat lebih aktif dalam dunia kerja tanpa harus memilih antara pekerjaan atau keluarga. Meskipun demikian, ternyata strategi ini memunculkan masalah-masalah baru. Salah satunya adalah kasus maternity harassment yang terjadi di lingkungan kerja Jepang.
Digunakan empat media massa online dalam penelitian ini, yang merupakan bagian dari dua portal media besar Jepang yaitu Yomiuri Grup dan Nikkei Grup. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif konten analisis dan purposeful sampling untuk membatasi artikel yang digunakan berfokus kepada kualitas bukan kuantitas artikel. Teori yang digunakan adalah analisis framing media oleh Entman untuk menganalisis isi berita terkait isu tersebut, dan teori dicipline and punish untuk membantu menjelaskan munculnya fenomena maternity harassment dalam perusahaan Jepang.
Dalam penelitian ditemukan keempat portal media menunjukkan peran kolaboratif dan fasilitatif dalam menyampaikan artikelnya. Media membingkai (framing) bahwa terdapat jarak antara implementasi regulasi dengan keadaan dalam perusahaan. Media membingkai bahwa iklim perusahaan Jepang menggunakan kehamilan sebagai push factor perempuan agar keluar dari perusahaan.

The condition of Japan's stagnan economic, and the lack number of productive workforce, has prompted the government to issue an economic strategy with the aim to solving these two major problems. This strategy is called Womenomics, centered on the government's efforts to facilitate the hidden potential of Japanese women to be more active in the bread workforce without having to choose between work or family. However, it turns out this strategy raises new problems. One of those problem is the case of maternity harassment that occurs in the Japanese work environment.
Four online mass media were used in this research, which are part of two major Japanese media portals Yomiuri Group and Nikkei Group. This research used qualitative content analysis and purposeful sampling method to limit the focus on quality not quantity of the articles. This research used analysis of media framing model by Entman to analyse the news content related to the issue, and the theory of discipline and punish by Foucault to help explain the emergence of the phenomenon of maternity harassment in Japanese companies.
This research found the media articles show collaborative and facilitative role in spreading maternity harassment issue. The media frame there are gap in the interaction between the government strategies implementation, companies, and female workers. Media also frame that Japanese corporate culture used pregnancy as a push factor to force women to leave their career."

"Memasuki abad 21 khususnya setelah masa resesi, Indonesia memasuki era transisi di bidang perokonomian terutama dalam aspek moneter, dimana pasar keuangan menjadi fondasi utama untuk menyehatkan kembali perekonomian nasional. Unsur utama pasar keuangan tersebut adalah pasar modal yang berfungsi sebagai media penyalur modal kepada pelaku-pelaku ekonomi yang membutuhkan dana untuk menjalankan bisnisnya baik untuk untuk mengembangkan bisinisnya, maupun menjadi eksistensinya dalam perkonomian yang semakin terbuka sejak pertumbuhan perdagangan pasar bebas. Kesempatan inilah yang dipakai oleh pelaku-pelaku ekonomi secara timbal balik, yaitu antara masyarakat dan Perusahaan Perusahaan yang melakukan Penawaran Perdana (IPO) atau sudah Terbuka (Tbk), dimana pihak yang satu mengharapkan keuntungan dengan memasukan modal dan pihak yang lain mendapatkan sumber modal segar untuk menjalankan bisnisnya, yang dapat secara berangkai menciptakan efek pasar keuangan yang bertumbuh secara positf. Untuk melakukan kerjasama antara pelaku-pelaku ekomoni tersebut secara sinergis, maka diperlukan lembaga-lembaga pendukung dan para profesi penunjang pasar modal, salah satunya adalalah Notaris. Dalam perkembangan kegiatan pasar modal yang semakin pesat, seorang Notaris pasar modal yang cukup ahli di bidangnya seringkali tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pasar untuk membuat perjanjian-perjanjian yang diperlukan dalam kegiatan pasar modal tersebut, sehingga dalam prakteknya munculah Notaris Pengganti pasar modal. Peraturan mengenai Notaris pengganti cukup tertera jelas dalam Undang-Undang Jabatan Notaris, tetapi tidaklah demikian dengan Notaris Pengganti pasar modal, oleh sebab itu dalam menentukan peran dan kewenangan Notaris Pengganti pasar modal diperlukan pendekatan yang cukup mendalam baik secara normatif maupun praktek. Peran Notaris Pengganti pasar modal saat ini memang tidak dapat dihindari, tetapi hal itu juga harus menjadi bahan telaah secara kritis guna mewujudkan kegiatan pasar modal yang profesional dan sah secara hukum.

Entering the 21st century, especially after the recession, Indonesia entered a transitional era in the economy sector especially in the monetary aspect, where the financial markets became the main foundation to rejuvenate the national economy. One of the major financial markets is capital market transaction that have functions as a medium to distribute capital for the economic stakeholder that need of funds to run the business or developing, and keep its existence in an increasingly interconnected economy is open since the growth of free market trade. The opportunity is used by economic stakeholder are reciprocal, between the community and the Companies that perform Initial Public Offering (IPO) or is already Public (Tbk), where one party want gain profit by entering the capital and the other to get a capital to run the businesses, that hopefully can be sequential create the effect of the financial markets to grow. To make synergy between economy stakeholders, its necessary to support the institutions and the professions as the capital market, and one of the most important is Notary profession. In the development of capital market activity is rapidly increasing, a Notary Public of capital markets that expert in the field often fail to meet market demand to make the necessary agreements in capital market activities, so in practice right now appears Substitute Notary of capital markets. Regulation on Notaries replacement fairly stated clearly in the Law Notary, but not so with the role Substitute Notary in the capital markets, and therefore determining the role and authority of Substitute Notary in capital market approach is clearly needed that is quite profound, both normative and practical. The role of Substitute Notary of capital markets at this time is unavoidable, but it must also be critically examine task in order to make a capital market activities that legal and professional."

"Pasar temporer hadir melalui tindakan klaim terhadap suatu ruang dan hanya dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Sekelompok manusia melihat dan memahami potensi dari pasar temporer karena aktivitas yang terjadi dalam ruang yang terokupasi. Ruang dimaknai sebagai sesuatu yang dapat dimodifikasi dan dibangun sehingga memberikan makna bagi masyarakat tersebut. Pola-pola yang diaplikasikan dalam bentukan baru dari pasar temporer terdiri dari suatu konfigurasi ruang yang saling terkait satu sama lain sehingga mendorong para aktornya membentuk jaringan sosial dan melahirkan susunan ruang-ruang. Ruang tersebut menunjukkan fungsinya sebagai lapak yang dimaknai sebagai shelter bagi aktor yang terlibat di dalam kegiatan pasar temporer.

Temporary market comes through an act above a space in a particular time. Society sees and gets the potential of temporary market. It is caused by the activities happen inside the occupant space. This space is understood as something that can be modified and built. So that we can give a new perspective in that society. Those pattern that applied in a new form of temporary market divide into configuration of space that connected to each other. So, its stimulates the actors beyond to form social networks and borns the order of space. That space shows its functions as lapak is which is known as shelter for actors inside temporary market."
