"Dalam kehidupan perkuliahan di universitas, stres akademik senantiasa menjadi faktor penghalang bagi mahasiswa untuk mencapai subjective well being yang tinggi. Self compassion diperkenalkan sebagai salah satu variabel yang berpotensi dapat melindungi mahasiwa dari stres akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana efek self compassion dalam memoderasi hubungan antara stres akademik dan subjective well being. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 251 mahasiswa dengan rentang usia berkisar antara 18-23 tahun (M=21,18, SD=1.33). Hasil analisis korelasi Pearson menunjukan bahwa stres akademik secara signfikan berkorelasi negatif dengan subjective well being. Hasil analisis moderasi menggunakan PROCESS Macro Hayes menunjukan bahwa self compassion tidak berkontribusi secara signifikan terhadap hubungan antara stres akademik dan subjective well being. Hasil penelitian, implikasi, limitasi, serta saran untuk penelitian kedepannya didiskusikan.

In university life, academic stress is always become a major obstacle for students to achieve high subjective well-being. Self-compassion is introduced as a variable that has the potential to protect students from academic stress. This study aims to see how the effect of self- compassion in moderating the relationship between academic stress and subjective well-being. The participants of this study were 251 students with an age range ranging from 18-23 years (M=21.18, SD=1.33). The results of Pearson correlation analysis shows that academic stress is significantly negatively correlated with subjective well being. The results of the moderating analysis using PROCESS Macro Hayes show that self-compassion does not contribute significantly to the relationship between academic stress and subjective well-being. The research results, implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research are discussed."

"Kematian pasangan hidup merupakan peristiwa yang paling dapat menyebabkan stress (Papalia dkk, 2002). Pada lanjut usia, rasa duka yang mendalam lebih tampak karena hubungan dalam pernikahan yang telah terjalin lama dan lebih sulit untuk beradaptasi hidup tanpa pasangan (Archer, 1998). Menariknya, pada perempuan, tekanan akibat rasa kehilangan dapat menjadi media untuk instropeksi dan perkembangan, melalui aspek-aspek dari diri mereka serta belajar untuk berdiri sendiri (Lieberman, 1996 dalam Papalia, 2007). Hal tersebut berkaitan dengan psychological well-being yang dikemukakan oleh Ryff (1995), dimana individu dengan psychological-well being berarti tidak hanya terbebas dari hal-hal yang menjadi indikator mental negatif (bebas dari cemas atau depresi, merasa bahagia), akan tetapi juga mengetahui potensi-potensi positif yang ada dalam dirinya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini ingin mendapatkan gambaran psychological well-being perempuan lanjut usia yang mengalami grief karena kematian suami. Untuk tahapan grief yang dialami, akan ditelaah menggunakan tahapan yang dikemukakan oleh Kubler-Ross. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 3 orang subyek lanjut usia. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan melalui wawancara dan observasi dengan harapan dapat memperoleh gambaran yang lebih menyeluruh. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa ketiga subyek memiliki enam dimensi psychological well-being yaitu dimensi penerimaan diri, hubungan positif dengan orang lain, otonomi, penguasaan lingkungan, tujuan hidup, dan pertumbuhan pribadi. Faktor-faktor yang paling mempengaruhi.

Death of spouse is a very stressful event (Papalia et al., 2002). In late adulthood, the deep anguish had shown more vivid because of the marital relationship that has occurred for a long time and would be more difficult to adapt without the spouse (Archer, 1998). The interesting thing is that in women, the pressure from the lost could be a media for them to look back and to stimulate growth and learn to stand by her self. (Lieberman, 1996 in Papalia, 2007). That matter is related with psychological well-being (Ryff, 1995), someone with psychological well-being is not only liberated from negative affect (liberated from anxiety or depression, feel happy), but also knows his or her positive affect. Because of that, researcher wants to have description of psychological well-being of late adulthood woman who deal with grief because of the death of spouse. The grief process will be reviewed with Kubler-Ross? grief process. This research is conducted to 3 late adult women. The method used to collect data is interview and observation. With interview and observation, researcher will have a full description. This research found that all of the participants have all of the dimensions of psychological well-being, which are self acceptance, positive relations with others, autonomy, environmental mastery, purpose in life, personal growth. The factors that influence them the most after the death of their spouse are social support and religious factor. Meanwhile the grief processes that all of 3 participants deal with are shock and disbelief, preoccupation with the memory of the dead person, resolution."

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat hubungan antara makna hidup dengan well-being subyektif melalui peran mediasi pemaafan dan harapan pada 257 pekerja on call. Pada penelitian ini, pengukuran variabel dilakukan menggunakan Meaning in Life Questionnaire MLQ, Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS, The Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE, Adult Dispositional Hope Scale ADHS, The State Hope Scale SHS, dan The Heartland Forgiveness Scale SHS. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model mediasi ganda yang dikemukakan oleh Hayes 2013. Temuan pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pemaafan dan harapan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara makna hidup dan well-being subyektif dengan besaran efek total sebesar 0.2169 c = 0.2169, t 257 = 24.64.

ABSTRACT
This study was conducted to examine the relationship between meaning in life with subjective wellbeing through the mediation role of forgiveness and hope towards 257 on call workers. In this study, the measurement of variables was conducted using the Meaning in Life Questionnaire MLQ, the Satisfaction with Life Scale SWLS , the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience SPANE, the Adult Dispositional Hope Scale ADHS, the State Hope Scale SHS, and the Heartland Forgiveness Scale SHS. The data analysis was conducted using a double mediation method that was proposed by Hayes 2013. The findings of this study showed that forgiveness and hope significantly mediated the relationship between meaning in life with subjective wellbeing with the total magnitude of effect of 0.2169 c 0.2169, t 257 24.64."

"Penelitian ini ingin melihat hubungan antara work passion terhadap psychological well-being pada karyawan. Pengukuran psychological well-being menggunakan alat ukur Psychological Well-Being Scale yang disusun oleh Ed Diener, Derrick W., Robert B., William T., Chu K., Dong-won C., dan Shigehiro O. 2009 dengan nilai reliabilitas sebesar .863. Pengukuran Work Passion menggunakan alat ukur Passion Scale yang dikembangkan oleh Vallerand dan Houlfort 2003 dengan nilai reliabilitas .702. Kuesioner kedua alat ukur ini diberikan kepada 93 karyawan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work passion memiliki hubungan yang positif signifikan r = .387, p < .01 dengan psychological well-being pada karyawan. Penelitian ini juga menghasilkan bahwa berdasarkan data demografis, usia, lama bekerja, dan tingkat pendidikan tidak memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada kedua variabel. Sedangkan jenis kelamin memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada work passion dan tidak memiliki perbedaan mean yang signifikan pada psychological well-being.

This research intended to see the correlation between work passion toward psychological well being on employees. Psychological well being was measured by Psychological Well Being Scale by Ed Diener, Derrick W., Robert B., William T., Chu K., Dong won C., dan Shigehiro O. 2009 and has reliability coefficient .863. Measurement of work passion conducted with Passion Scale which is developed by Vallerand and Houlfort 2003 and has reliability coefficient .720. Both of this scale administrated to 93 employees.
The result showed that work passion had positive significant effects with psychological well being on employees r .387, p .001 . This research also showed that according to demographical data of participants, both variabel didn rsquo t differ based on age, length of work, and educational level. While sex based on work passion had significant mean difference and no significant mean difference on psychological well being.

"Magang Merdeka merupakan salah satu program Kampus Merdeka untuk mengasah kemampuan praktis mahasiswa yang masih aktif berkuliah. Peneliti ingin melihat hubungan antara setiap dimensi work-life balance dengan kesejahteraan subjektif pada 107 mahasiswa aktif S1 yang mengikuti program Magang Merdeka. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan alat ukur The PERMA-profiler untuk mengukur kesejahteraan subjektif dan Work/Non-work Interference and Enhancement Scale untuk mengukur work-life balance. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dimensi work enhancement of personal life memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan kesejahteraan subjektif sebesar (r = 0,02; p < 0,01; two tailed). Tidak ada hubungan antara dimensi work interference with personal life, personal life interference with work, dan personal life enhancement of work dengan kesejahteraan subjektif. Oleh karena itu, pemangku kebijakan perlu mengatur agar mahasiswa aktif S1 tidak terbebani dan membekali mereka dengan dukungan yang memadai untuk bisa mengatasi beban kerja dan beban akademik secara bersamaan.

Magang Merdeka is a program aimed at honing students' practical skills, but it has the potential to cause role conflicts among students. This study aims to examine the relationship between the dimensions of work-life balance and subjective well-being in students participating in the Magang Merdeka program. The total number of participants was 107, consisting of active students aged 19 to 23 years old, who have participated or are currently participating in the Magang Merdeka program. This study found a relationship between work enhancement of personal life and subjective well-being (r = 0.02; p < 0.01; two-tailed). Additionally, this study found that there was no relationship between other dimensions of work-life balance and subjective well-being in the context of students in the Magang Merdeka program."

"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Work from Home pada Work Life Conflict, dengan employee well-being dan time pressure sebagai mediator pada karyawan swasta di Jabodetabek. Data terkumpul dari 270 karyawan swasta di Jabodetabek melalui survei daring. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) digunakan untuk memeriksa kecocokan keseluruhan model dan menguji kausalitas antar konstruk. Temuan menunjukan bahwa Work from Home berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Work Life Conflict secara langsung. Lebih lanjut, hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh work from home terhadap work-life conflict dimediasi parsial oleh employee well-being dan time pressure. Dengan menggunakan hasil penelitian ini, praktisi diharapkan dapat menyoroti apakah perusahaan memiliki kebutuhan untuk mengembangkan kebijakan atau program tertentu terkait praktik work from home untuk mengurangi work-life conflict pada karyawan.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of work from home on work-life conflict, with employee well-being and time pressure as mediators on private sector employees in Jakarta Metropolitan Area. Data was collected from 270 non-essential private sector employees through an online survey. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was used to analyse the data. The findings show that work from home a has a direct and significant negative effect on work-life conflict. Moreover, the results showed that the effect of work from home on work-life conflict was partially mediated by employee well-being and time pressure. This study highlights whether companies have the need to develop certain policies or programs related to the practice of work from home on private sector employees in Jakarta Metropolitan Area."
