"ABSTRAK
Bend It Like Beckham 2002 adalah film drama-komedi tentang seorang anak perempuan, Jess, dan mimpinya untuk menjadi seorang pemain sepak bola profesional. Film ini menggambarkan usaha Jess untuk memenuhi keinginannya meskipun ada pertentangan dan pembatasan kebebasan yang dilakukan orangtuanya. Film ini adalah salah satu sumber yang berguna untuk memahami multikulturalisme, studi gender, dan konstruksi identitas. Walaupun ada banyak peneliti yang mendiskusikan film ini dari perspektif bidang studi tersebut, belum ada penelitian yang menganalisis film ini menggunakan teori psikoanalisis. Dengan menggunakan teori psikoanalisis Sigmund Freud, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan kepribadian Jess dengan menganalisis adegan dan dialog film serta mengeksplorasi lebih lanjut dengan mengaitkannya pada pencarian kebebasannya.

ABSTRACT
Bend It Like Beckham 2002 is a comedy-drama film about a young Indian girl, Jess, and her dream of becoming a professional football player. This film illustrates Jess rsquo; struggles to fulfill her desires despite the opposition and marginalization from her parents. This film is a useful analysis resource to understand multiculturalism, gender studies, and identity construction. While there are a lot of scholars who have discussed the film from the perspective of those fields of studies, there is no research that analyzes the film using psychoanalysis theories. By using Sigmund Freud rsquo;s psychoanalysis theories, this research aims to discover Jess rsquo; personality development by analyzing the scenes and dialogues of the film and explore it further by associating it with her pursuit of liberty. This research argues that the film is not only about debunking the cultural stereotypes and challenging gender inequality but also demonstrating the importance of personality development in the pursuit of liberty."

"Sifat kepribadian adalah salah satu faktor intrapersonal bagaimana tenaga kesehatan (nakes) memberikan layanan kesehatan dengan kualitas yang berbeda-beda. Sedangkan pada faktor interpersonal, dukungan sosial yang berasal dari keluarga, teman, dan orang terdekat dapat meningkatkan keinginan nakes agar melayani pasien lebih baik. Riset ini bertujuan melihat pengaruh dari karaktertistik kepribadian dan dukungan sosial terhadap service orientation nakes pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Riset ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan serangkaian analisis uji regresi linear. Partisipan berjumlah 218 nakes yang aktif dengan profesi/pekerjaan yang beragam sesuai definisi nakes menurut UU nomor 36 tahun 2014. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwa efektifitas dari model personality traits (R2 adjusted = 0,309) dan juga kualitas dukungan sosial (R2 adjusted= 0,166) dapat memprediksi secara signifikan (p < 0,01) kualitas dari service orientation nakes. Pada sifat kepribadian, sifat agreeableness dan conscientiousness lah yang yang terbukti menjadi prediktor. Begitu juga dengan dukungan sosial khususnya yang berasal dari orang terdekat terbukti menjadi prediktor secara empiris. Dengan demikian, untuk meningkatkan service orientation pada nakes, maka perlu meningkatkan kualitas dari karakteristik kepribadian agreeableness dan conscientiousness serta dukungan sosial yang diterima.

Personality traits are one of the intrapersonal factors in how people provide health services differently. Meanwhile, the interpersonal factor that can be accessed easily are social support comes from family, friends, and significant others that can increase the desire and help health workers to serve patients better. However, research related to service, personality and social support together has never been carried out in Indonesia. Sample participants were 218 health workers from various professions / occupations in accordance with Law number 36 of 2014. The study used quantitative methods using linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the research findings showed that the effectiveness of personality traits (adjusted R2 = 0.309) and the quality of social support (adjusted R2 = 0.166) could significantly predict (p <0.01) the quality of service orientation of health worker. On personality traits, agreeableness and conscientiousness were the prediction of service orientation. On social support dimension, support from significant others and friend are stronger affect of service orientation. Thus, it can be concluded that two variables are predictors of service orientation."

"Korea Selatan memiliki banyak peristiwa penting dalam sejarah bangsanya yang mengantarkannya menjadi salah satu negara maju dan memiliki ekonomi yang baik di Asia Timur. Keberhasilan itu menunjukkan peran negara dalam melakukan pendidikan karakter terhadap masyarakatnya. Fenomena tersebut sejalan dengan sebuah riset dari Thomas J Stanley yang mengatakan bahwa sifat kompetitif menjadi salah satu faktor yang mendorong kesuksesan individu. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menjelaskan dinamika sistem ujian nasional yang berkembang di Korea Selatan hingga membentuk karakter kompetitif pada masyarakatnya. Peneliti berfokus pada latar-belakang terbentuknya karakter kompetitif pada masyarakat Korea Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan menggunakan pendekatan diakronis. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa sistem ujian nasional yang dikembangkan sejak abad ke-5 mampu menjadi motivasi sekaligus mengontrol perilaku kompetitif yang ada di masyarakat Korea Selatan. Dinamika sistem ujian nasional yang diselenggarakan pemerintah berhasil menciptakan internalisasi nilai-nilai kompetitif tidak hanya di bidang pendidikan tetapi meluas ke segala aspek kehidupan masyarakat Korea Selatan.

South Korea had many important events in its nation's history that have led it to become one of the developed countries and has a good economy in East Asia. This success shows the role of the state in carrying out character education for its people. This phenomenon is in line with a research from Thomas J Stanley which said that competitiveness is one of the factors that drives individual success. The purpose of this study is to explain the dynamics of the national exam system that is developing in South Korea to shape the competitive character of its society. Researcher focus on the background of competitive character development in South Korean society. This research is a literature study using a diachronic approach. The results of the analysis show that the national exam system developed since the 5th century is able to motivate and control competitive behavior in South Korean society. The dynamics of the national exam system organized by the government succeeded in creating the internalization of competitive values not only in the education sector but extending to all aspects of South Korean society's life."

"Dari sekian banyaknya faktor yang memengaruhi efikasi diri dalam keputusan karir, kepribadian memiliki peran yang cukup penting dalam perkembangan karir individu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kepribadian proaktif dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karir pada mahasiswa. Kepribadian proaktif adalah kemampuan individu untuk menciptakan lingkungan dan situasi yang memberikan pengaruh maupun yang dipengaruhi oleh perilaku individu.
Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 516 mahasiswa semester empat, berusia 18 sampai 25 tahun yang tersebar di seluruh fakultas Universitas Indonesia. Alat yang digunakan untuk mengukur kepribadian proaktif adalah 17-item Proactive Personality Scale (17-item PPS) dan untuk mengukur efikasi diri dalam keputusan karir menggunakan Career Decision Self-Efficacy ? Short Form (CDSE-SF).
Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepribadian proaktif dan efikasi diri dalam keputusan karir pada mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian ini berguna untuk pengembangan ilmu psikologi pendidikan dan memberikan masukan kepada pembimbing akademik maupun konselor karir untuk mempertimbangkan aspek kepribadian dalam perkembangan karir individu.

One of the factors that influence career decision self-efficacy is personality which has important role in person?s career improvement. This research aims to examine the relationship between proactive personality and career decision self-efficacy among college students. The proactive personality is the individual?s ability to create environments and situations that influence or are influenced by individual?s behavior.
This research has 516 college students as participants, which were in the fourth semester, 18-25 years old, and randomly choosen from all faculties in University of Indonesia. The research design which was used to measure proactive personality is 17-item Proactive Personality Scale (17-item PPS) and to measure the career decision self-efficacy is by using Career Decision Self-Efficacy ? Short Form (CDSE-SF).
This research shows that there is a positive and significant relationship between proactive personality and career decision self-efficacy in college students. The results of this study are useful for educational psychology?s development and to provide advice for academic counselors and career counselors to consider the aspect of personality in the development of individual careers.

"Kecurangan pada mahasiswa erat kaitannya dengan konteks kecurangan akademik. Namun, terdapat kecurangan pada konteks lain yang juga bisa terjadi pada mahasiswa. Dengan berbagai peranan yang dimiliki mahasiswa, munculnya kecurangan dapat menimbulkan banyak dampak buruk dalam jangka pendek ataupun di masa yg akan datang. Trait kepribadian menjadi salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi munculnya kecurangan pada konteks akademik, di mana konteks ini cukup banyak terjadi pada mahasiswa. Identitas moral diduga memoderasi hubungan antara keduanya. Peneliti ingin melihat pengaruh dari trait kepribadian terhadap kecurangan pada lingkup mahasiswa di Universitas Indonesia dengan melibatkan identitas moral sebagai moderator yang dapat memperkuat ataupun memperlemah munculnya kecurangan pada mahasiswa. Penelitian mengambil mahasiswa yang berkuliah di Universitas Indonesia sebagai partisipan dengan jumlah 196 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan The Mini-IPIP untuk mengukur trait kepribadian, Moral Identity Questionnare (MIQ) untuk mengukur identitas moral dan Tugas Matriks Angka untuk mengukur kecurangan. Hasil menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh dari trait conscientiousness terhadap kecurangan dengan arah pengaruh yang sejalan dengan munculnya kecurangan (r=0,126 p<0,05) dan identitas moral terbukti secara signifikan memoderasi hubungan antara trait conscientiousness terhadap kecurangan pada mahasiswa, di mana identitas moral melemahkan munculnya kecurangan dengan skor trait conscientiousness yang tinggi pada mahasiswa.

Dishonesty in college student is closely related to academic dishonesty. Personality trait often associated as one of the factors that influence the emergence of academic dishonesty. However, there is another dishonesty contexts that can also occur in students. With the various roles that college student have, the emergence of dishonesty can cause many effects in the short term or in the future. Personality trait is one of the factors that influence the emergence of dishonesty in the academic context, where this context occurs quite a lot in college student. Moral identity is alleged to moderate the relationship between the two variables. The study was conducted to find the effect of personality traits to dishonesty among college student with moral identity as moderator in Universitas Indonesia. The Participant consist of 196 Universitas Indonesia students. This study used The Mini-IPIP to measure personality traits, Moral Identity Questionnare (MIQ) to measure moral identity and Matrix Task to measure dishonesty. The result showed that there was an effect between conscientiousness and dishonesty with positive relationship (r=0,124; p<0,05) and moral identity proved to significantly moderate the relationship between conscientiousness and dishonesty among college student, where moral identity weaken the emergence of dishonesty."
