"This paper is the result of the rain attenuation research, especially the results of ARIMA modeling of tropical rain attenuation in thr design of 28 GHZ millimeter wave communication system. Data acquasition is done on the link distance of 56.4 meters on Electrical campus ITS Surabaya. Data acquisition was recorded using the device every 1 second. The data obtained are processed using an ARIMA (p,d,q) model. The process aims to obtain a time series model. Validation process in done by comparing the ARIMA model result with measurements and attenuation model of ITU - R P.838-3. From 6 events that obtained in February 2009 concluded that all events can be approached by ARIMA (0,1,1) model. ARIMA (0,1,1) model can be used to generate rain attenuation data."

"Perilaku remaja yang berisiko terhadap IMS, HIV/AIDS merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan yang membutuhkan layanan kesehatan yang tepat bagi remaja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengetahuan remaja tentang kesehatan reproduksi dan seksual, sikap, self-efficacy, life skills pencegahan perilaku berisiko dan menguji efektivitas model layanan kesehatan reproduksi (life skills) berbasis sekolah terhadap perilaku berisiko IMS, HIV/AIDS, berdasarkan kebutuhan dan permasalahan remaja melalui pelatihan keterampilan hidup (life skills) di sekolah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan, sikap, self-efficacy, life skills dan perilaku pencegahan perilaku berisiko. Sejumlah 340 responden remaja ikut berpartisipasi pada penelitian tahap survey ini, kemudian diambil 40 responden terpilih untuk diberikan pelatihan layanan kesehatan reproduksi (life skills) berbasis sekolah terhadap perilaku berisiko IMS, HIV/AIDS selama 4 bulan. Pendidikan kesehatan reproduksi dasar diberikan pada 40 responden sebagai kontrol. Model layanan kesehatan reproduksi (life skills) berbasis sekolah terhadap perilaku berisiko IMS, HIV/AIDS ini merupakan bagian dari layanan keperawatan yang dapat diberikan melalui usaha kesehatan sekolah (UKS) dan merupakan aspek penting dari peran perawat dalam mendukung tujuan dari millennium development goals (MDGs) yaitu penanganan berbagai penyakit menular berbahaya diantaranya adalah HIV/AIDS.

Behaviors of adolescents which are risky for STIs and HIV/AIDS are one of health problems that require appropriate health services. This study aims to identify the knowledge of adolescents about reproductive and sexual health, attitudes, self- efficacy, and life skills to prevent risky behaviors and to test the effectiveness of school-based reproductive health services (life skills) for risky behaviors of STI and HIV/AIDS based on the needs and problems of the youth through life skill training. This training is aimed to improve the knowledge, attitudes, self-efficacy, life skills and behavioral prevention of risk behaviors. A number of 340 adolescent respondents participated in the research survey. As many as 40 respondents were selected to be trained in school-based reproductive health services (life skills) for risky behaviors of STI and HIV/AIDS for 4 months. Education about basic reproductive health was given to 40 respondents as the control group. The model of school-based reproductive health services (life skills) for risky behaviors of STI and HIV/AIDS is a part of nursing services that can be provided through the school health unit (UKS). It is also an important aspect of the nurse's role in supporting the objectives of the millennium development goals (MDGs) which is the handling of dangerous infectious diseases such as HIV/AIDS."

"Pengukuran tinggi badan dilakukan untuk memantau status gizi dan pertumbuhan anak, namun kadang-kadang tidak dapat dilakukan secara langsung pada kondisi tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan model prediksi tinggi badan pada anak usia 6-9 tahun berdasarkan tinggi lutut dan panjang depa. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 03 Pondok Cina pada bulan Maret-Mei tahun 2015 dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 61 anak laki-laki dan 82 anak perempuan. Desain studi yang digunakan adalah cross-sectional dengan mengukur variabel bebas berupa tinggi lutut, panjang depa, usia dan jenis kelamin, serta variabel terikat berupa tinggi badan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat korelasi yang kuat antara usia dengan tinggi badan (r = 0,622), dan korelasi yang sangat kuat/sempurna antara tinggi lutut dengan tinggi badan (r = 0,949), panjang depa dengan tinggi badan (r = 0,884). Model prediksi tinggi badan yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah tinggi badan (cm) = 31,354 + [2,417 x tinggi lutut (cm)] dan tinggi badan (cm) = 26,2 + [0,695 x panjang depa (cm)] + [0,123 x usia (bulan)]. Tinggi lutut dan panjang depa merupakan prediktor tinggi badan yang baik, namun model prediksi berdasarkan tinggi lutut memiliki akurasi yang lebih baik dan mudah digunakan jika dibandingkan dengan model prediksi berdasarkan panjang depa.

Measuring stature was usually carried out to monitor nutrition and growth in children, but sometimes can?t be done directly on certain conditions. The purpose of this study was to develop prediction models of children stature aged 6-9 years based on knee height and arm span. This study was held in Pondok Cina 03 Public Elementary School in March until May 2015 with total respondents 61 boys and 82 girls. The design of this study was cross-sectional with independent variabel: knee height, arm span, age, and gender, and stature as the dependent variabel.
The result of this study showed that there were a strong correlation between age and stature (r = 0.622), and a perfect correlation between knee height and stature (r = 0.949), and arm span with stature (r = 0.884). Prediction models of stature which obtained in this study was: Stature (cm) = 31.354 + [2.417 x knee height (cm)] and Stature (cm) = 26.2 + [0.695 x arm span (cm)] + [0.123 x age (month)]. Knee height and arm span are good predictors, however the prediction model based on knee height is more accurate and easier to use than prediction model based on arm span."
