"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses perubahan budaya organisasi"
"pada RSUD Cengkareng setelah berstatus BLUD. Pertanyaan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana proses perubahan budaya organisasi tersebut terjadi. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tujuan bersifat deslaiptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam dan studi kepustakaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, proses perubahan budaya organisasi pada RSUD Cengkareng melewati beberapa tahapan. Mulai dari rapat manajemen bersama konsultan, merumuskan nilai-nilai yang dirasa sesuai dengan perusahaan, kemudian menetapkan tata nilai, melakukan sosialisasi budaya organisasi yang baru kepada seluruh pegawai dan yang terakhir adalah penerapan dan internalisasi terhadap seluruh pegawai RSUD Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat.
