"Roland Berger strategy consultants and the University of St. Gallen's Chair of Logistics management conducted this study in order to identify and assess switchpoints that will shape the future of the logistics industry. Rather than making projections focused on a fixed point in time, the authors instead aimed to identify the most unpredictable developments that could impact logistics. Consequently, the topics for discussion range from fairly specific near-future developments to more exploratory "blue-sky" topics. Throughout their highly interesting discussions with respondents and experts, the authors encountered a wide range of uncommon and unexpected, but not at all unlikely projections for the future."

"Abstrak Strategi bisnis sangat penting bagi perusahaan dimana perusahaan dapat menjadi lebih aktif dan sensitif terhadap ancaman di masa depan. Untuk faktor eksternal, faktor ketidakpastian lingkungan perlu dipertimbangkan untuk meningkatkan suatu strategi bisnis perusahaan dan faktor internal nya terhadap kinerja. Penelitian ini akan membahas ada atau tidaknya keterkaitan antara strategi bisnis dengan ketidakpastian lingkungan dan kinerja di industri freight fowarding dan logistik baik secara finansial dan non finansial. Data yang diperlukan adalah survei kuesioner dan menggunakan data dari beberapa perusahaan untuk menganalisis dengan pendekatan strategi porter, sebelum analisis pengujian, skor faktor kuesioner akan dihitung terlebih dahulu diuji dengan uji regresi, setelah itu hasil dari ANOVA akan dilihat apakah memiliki keterkaitan atau tidak.

Abstract Business strategy is indispensable to company become more active and sensitive for future threats. For external factor, environmental uncertainty need to be considered for improving their strategy and from internal factor is performance. This research will discuss the linkage among business strategy with environmental uncertainty and performance in the field of freight forwarder Indonesia and logistic by financial and non financial. The required data are questionnaire survey and secunder data from some companies with approach of porter strategy, before tested, factor score of questionnaire will be calculated first with regresion after that, ANOVA will be checked whether linkaged or not."

Globalisasi di era yang semakin maju tanpa adanya pembatasan pergerakan telah mendorong pergerakan barang. Perkembangan pergerakan barang mendorong pertumbuhan permintaan akan kegiatan jasa logistik. Di antara lapangan usaha yang berkembang di Indonesia, industri jasa logistik memiliki peluang pertumbuhan yang paling tinggi diantara lapangan usaha lainnya. Pada saat yang sama, perkembangan proses bisnis berpotensi berada dalam ketidakpastian dan meningkatkan risiko gangguan. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan industri jasa logistik memerlukan strategi rantai pasok yang tangguh untuk membantu perusahaan bertahan dari segala kemungkinan risiko yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan struktur strategi supply chain resilience yang relevan untuk industri jasa logistik di Indonesia. Data diambil dari tinjauan pustaka untuk mendapatkan daftar pendek awal dari strategi ketahanan rantai pasok yang ada. Kemudian strategi dinilai dan divalidasi oleh enam pakar logistik dari industri, asosiasi industri, dan akademisi. Selanjutnya, skor dianalisis menggunakan indeks validitas isi-item (I-CVI) dan statistik kappa (K) yang dimodifikasi. Dan bantuan dari metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) dana analisis MICMAC untuk menyusun strategi dalam bentuk struktural hierarki. Penelitian ini menghasilkan 16 strategi dari 3 dimensi, dan struktur strategi yang dapat digunakan oleh industri jasa logistik untuk mencapai sistem ketahanan rantai pasoknya.

Globalization in an increasingly advanced era without any restrictions on movement has encouraged the movement of goods. The development of the movement of goods encourages growth in demand for logistics services activities. Among the growing business fields in Indonesia, the logistics services industry has the highest growth opportunity among other business fields. At the same time, developments in business processes have the potential to be in a state of uncertainty and increase the risk of disruption. Hence, logistics service industry companies need a resilient supply chain strategy to help companies survive all possible risks that can harm the company. This study aims to develop a relevant supply chain resilience strategy for the logistics services industry in Indonesia. The data is taken from the literature review to obtain an initial shortlist of existing supply chain resilience strategies. Then strategies were assessed and validated by six logistic experts from industry, industry associations, and academic. Next, the scores were analyzed using the item-content validity index (I-CVI) and the modified kappa (K) statistic. And an approach of Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) method and MICMAC analysis to develop strategies in a hierarchical structural form. This research resulted in 16 strategies from 3 dimensions, and the strategic structure that can be used by the logistics services industry to achieve its supply chain resilience system.
