The policy foundation for sports medicine services in hospitals in Indonesia is still general in nature, so guidelines are needed. This study aims to develop guidelines of sports medicine services in class B general hospitals in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative study in 4 hospital locations, which took place from September to December 2020 with triangulation techniques and the 2-stage Delphi method, then analyzed. Currently, at the research location there are still variations in services, starting from the flow, workforce, infrastructure, equipment, and service delivery processes. Likewise in the Delphi method where there were 59 topics that failed to reach a consensus so that it needed to be analyzed and sought reinforcement from other sources. The recommendations for draft guidelines in ideal conditions (gold standard), namely services are carried out in a team led by sports medicine specialists and members consisting of managers, clinicians and sports science personnel with multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary concepts; gold standard infrastructure and equipment such as CT-Scan, DXA Scan, Echocardiography, and CPET need to be fully provided in one area; optimization of service flow; promotive efforts are given to all patients, trainers, and health workers; MCU involving the sports medicine unit from start to finish; doing exercise is medicine program according to FITT; supervision against doping; specific diagnostic coding; as well as athletic patients who need to be handled collaboratively from the start to return to sports, while non-athletic patients, transfer of patient care from a physical medicine specialist and rehabilitation to a sports medicine specialist is carried out after the patient is free of injury. This recommendation is expected to be the beginning of the preparation of an academic paper and then set as a policy to realize integrated services, one stop services, athlete/patient centered-care, and plenary."

Abstract
Emotions are experienced frequently in the world of sport. In a winning condition, one will experienced a range of positive emotions, and negative emotions will accompany a losing condition. In conveying the emotions experienced, one usually uses language as a way of communicating. But, the linguistic positivity bias enables a difference between the emotions that emerge from certain conditions and the emotions conveyed through the media. This bias happens when losing (negative condition) is reported positively, that is, by using positive words. So, a study were conducted in attempt to know if the linguistic positivity bias phenomenon can be found on sport coverage in the Indonesian print media. The study involves articles in the print media reporting the wins and losses of Indonesia in the SEA Games XXVI/2011. The positivity or negativity of the articles are measured in terms of valence (pleasure/displeasure on a scale of 1-5). The result shows that the winning articles are more positively valenced than the losing articles. Nevertheless, the valence in both the winning and losing articles are below neutral, which means they tend to be positively valenced. It shows that there is a linguistic positivity bias on sport coverage in the Indonesian print media."

This paper discusses the prevention of doping carried out by Indonesia Anti-Doping Organization (IADO) for athletes through education. Doping is defined as the use of prohibited substances and/or methods to enhance athlete performance. Doping not only violates sporting values, but is also harmful to the health of athletes. Therefore, IADO conducts education as a form of doping prevention in athletes. In analyzing education as a form of prevention, the authors use a social crime prevention approach. This paper uses secondary data obtained from the 2022 Annual Report and several news articles from the official IADO website. The results of the analysis show that education that targets several sports and provinces in Indonesia plays a role in increasing athletes' understanding of anti-doping and reducing the number of doping in Indonesia. However, there are still a number of drawbacks that IADO must address so that in the future education can play an effective role in preventing doping in athletes."
