"Lazada adalah sebuah perusahaan retail yang mempunyai kebudayaan perusahaan yang cenderung untuk mewujudkan Work Hard/Play Hard sebagai tipe budaya perusahaan dalam kegiatan bisnisnya. Perusahaan ini memiliki perangkat aturan tertulis dan peraturan tidak tertulis yang melingkupi hampir seluruh bisnisnya. Oleh karena itu, para pegawai dibagi menjadi 13 kelompok kerja yang memiliki kepala kelompok yang membuat peraturan tidak tertulis untuk kelompoknya masing-masing dan berfungsi sebagai mekanisme kontrol. Penelitian lapangan ini dilakukan dengan menerapkan metode kualitatif yang mencakup wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipasi.

Lazada is a retail online company which has corporate culture that tends to realize Work Hard/Play Hard`s type of culture in its daily business activities. This company has set of written rules as well as unwritten rules which cover most of their business. Therefore, the employees are devided into 13 work teams which have head of team who create the unwritten rules for their own team and function as control mechanism. The field research is carried out by applying qualitative methods which include technique of depth interview and participation observation."

"This research is aimed to test two hypotheses: (a) the strength of division cultures effects the reliability of the performances of PT Telkomsel's divisions and (b) the effects of the strength of division cultures on the performances of PT Telkomsel's divisions decline after the implementation of changes in the key performance indicators ("KPI") and targets. Since PT Telkomsel's corporate targets are detailed into divisional targets, it is important for PT Telkomsel to be able to predict its company-wide performances through the reliability of its divisional performances.
Based on organizational theories suggesting the importance of variability in firm performance and prior researches evidencing that strong cultures can enhance the reliability of firm performances, the writer conducted a research in PT Telkomsel using the following research methodology. Primary data for the independent variable of the strength of the division cultures were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees stationed minimum one semester in the same division.
The questionnaires used Likert scale of one to five, indicating the weakest to the strongest cultures. Data for the dependent variable of the reliability of divisional performances are obtained from reports on each division monthly performance scores, produced by Department of Performance Management of PT Telkomsel. The reliability of division performance is indicated by the calculated standard deviation of each division monthly score during the observed periods. The smaller the standard deviation, the more reliable the performance. These data of the two variables were then analyzed using statistical tools of regression and Pearson Co-relation coefficient.
The results of this research concluded that there is a strong relation between the strength of division culture and the reliability of 2003 divisional performances. The effect of the strength of division culture on the reliability of performance declined during the first quarter of 2004, after the changes in KPI. Even though the reasons why the effect declined still need to be verified by further researches, the writer suggests that PT Telkomsel provide sufficient time for learning and socialization processes for divisions with strong cultures, before the company imposes on changes."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya perusahaan dan etika kerja Islami melalui komitmen organisasi sebagai mediasi terhadap intensi meninggalkan organisasi karyawan. Penelitian menunjukan bahwa budaya perusahaan dan etika kerja Islami memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasi karyawan, dan sebagai akibatnya memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap intensi meninggalkan organisasi karyawan. Penelitian ini mengambil objek penelitian pada Bimbingan dan Konsultasi Belajar Nurul Fikri dan karyawan yang bekerja penuh waktu sebagai subjek penelitian.

The objective of this study is to analyze the impact of corporate culture and Islamic work ethic through organizational commitment as mediator towards employee turnover intention. The study shows that corporate culture and Islamic work ethic is positively and significantly affect employee organizational commitment, and consequently brings negatively affect toward employee turnover intention. The object of this study is BKB Nurul Fikri, a learning guidance company and the subject is fulltime employee of this company.

Hubungan budaya organisasi proyek konstruksi terhadap kinerja waktu, ditentukan dengan mengidentifikasi dimensi budaya organisasi yang terkait dalam permasalahan pada industri konstruksi, dan mengukur pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja waktu menggunakan analisa korelasiregresi, sehinga dimensi budaya organisasi yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja waktu, dapat dihasilkan. Dimensi budaya organisasi proyek yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja waktu adalah Efisiensi, Integrasi organisasi, Kejelasan sasaran, Komunikasi dan orientasi kinerja.

Phenomenon of organizational culture is fundamental to know within organization, because can help to perform and improve organizational capabilities. To determine the relationship of organizational culture on the performance of the construction project. By identifying relevant dimensions of organizational culture in the construction industry problems and measure its influence on time performance with correloation-regression analysis, then the dimensions of organizational culture wich significantly influence the performance time, will be acquired. the dimensions of organizational culture of construction projects that significantly affect the time performance is the efficiency, integration organization, clarity of objectives, communication, and performance orientation."

"This study is conducted for analyzing the correlation of organization culture and leadership on the employee's performance in the State Corporation (Perjan) "Harapan Kita" Child and Maternity Hospital (RSAB). Jakarta. This study also tests the significance and determination of organization cultural correlation on employee's performance, leadership on employee's performance, and the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance.
The population in this study are employees in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB Jakarta from the management position to staff position as many as 1214 employee's, with the sample respondents of 275 persons (with reference of Krejcie table) divided into two elements, i.e. 40 respondents of managerial position and 235 respondents of staff, respectively are taken by simple random sampling method.
Data collection method used questionnaire composed of 4 parts. Part one contains inquiries related to respondents' identity of 8 points, part two contains inquiries related to organization culture of 26 points, part three is of inquiries related to leadership of 30 points, and part four is of inquiries related to employee's performance that are divided into two: 8 points for managerial and 5 points for staff. A validity and reliability test was once conducted on 25 respondents and all have been stated valid and no single indicator is stated void.
The data processing and analysis used SPSS (Statistical Package For Social Science) program version 10.0 for testing the organization cultural correlation with employee's performance, the leadership correlation with employee's performance, while the correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance uses Pearson correlation test technique (cross tabs).
The result of the test on organization culture and employee's performance indicates a very low correlation, positive with value (r) = 0.120, (p) = 0.047 and determination coefficient = 0.014. The test on correlation of leadership and employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with value (r) = 0.035, (p) = 0.568 and determination coefficient = 0.001, while the test on correlation of organization culture and leadership on employee's performance indicates no significant correlation with (r) = 0.125, (p) = 0.118 and determination coefficient = 0.16.
Thus, the hypothesis of study, stating that there is a correlation between organization culture and leadership on employee's performance in the Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB, Jakarta is not proven. In this opportunity, the writer would like to suggest as follows: To be able to survive in the global era, the Management of Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should be willing and able to take the company to a global condition, i.e. a condition prioritizing customers' satisfaction as the service objective by visioner leadership in all lines. Miscommunication and misperception could be controlled by structured or formal and informal communication.
Besides, Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB has began to design communication by utilizing information technology, thus the information passed and provided are according to the communication objective. A structured planning should be made for understanding the information technology to avoid technology stammer. Perjan "Harapan Kita" RSAB should immediately attempt to have an evaluation of performance based on the objective or target, so as to be able to avoid subjectivity in evaluation and the most important aspect of all is to developing culture by achievement or results."

"Corporate culture applying in Bank Indonesia is not quit of human resources being element. Officers as human resources being have special things cover job satisfaction, attitude, behavioral activity, and habit, which grow and formed pursuant to environmental situation. Job satisfaction influenced by various factors, which is on this research, will limit by perceiving relationship between corporate culture and compensation as factor influencing of job satisfaction.
This research is conducted among officers in Bank Indonesia's monetary sector in light of testing the relationship between corporate culture, compensation and job satisfaction of Bank Indonesia's employee in monetary sector. Among 638 employees as the population are 76 employees of research sample, consist of some sample from each faction taken by proportional sampling random, in order to get all the factions be represented.
This thesis is conducted to be able to give answer through research, whether the relationship between corporate culture, compensation and job satisfaction exists for Bank Indonesia's employee in monetary sector, related to the corporate culture that has been implemented in Bank Indonesia environment.
Corporate culture aspect influenced many by some theory like 7's from McKinsey and some other theory, whereas compensation in Bank Indonesia constituted by pay base aspect, pay base seniority, and pay base performance. While job satisfaction pursuant to theory social needs of human being and some other theory.
Data collecting in this research uses questionnaires submitted by respondents either directly or by e-mail. The questionnaire consists of 4 parts: (I) four questions about general condition, (2) nineteen questions about employee's perception of corporate culture (X,),(3) sixteen questions about compensation, each in 2 sub-parts of financial compensation (X2) and non financial compensation(X3), and (4) twenty questions about job satisfaction (Y).
The data processing is completed by using the SPSS software 11.0. Tabulation traverse (cross tab) is used in order to know the tendency of socio demographic variables in job satisfaction used, while Pearson correlation is used in order to test the relationship between corporate culture, compensation and job satisfaction.
Result of research shows that relationship of corporate culture (Xl), financial compensation (X2), and non financial compensation (X3) have positive value relationship and significant with employee's job satisfaction (Y). This statement was proved by the correlation value of 0,699 between corporate culture and job satisfaction, the correlation value of 0,479 between financial compensation with job satisfaction and the correlation value of 0,682 between non financial compensation and job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the R-square value between corporate culture, financial compensation, and non financial compensation with job satisfaction is 0,529."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai budaya perusahaan dalam kegiatan pelayanan santunan yang dilakukan pegawai PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) studi kasus Perwakilan Jakarta Selatan dan Bogor. Penelitian yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dan teknik penelitian yang digunakan adalah wawancara mendalam, pengamatan dan participant observation.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya perusahaan PT. Jasa Raharja ( Persero) secara teori tidak tersosialisasikan dengan baik. Namun secara praktik dalam kegiatan pelayanan santunan yang dilakukan pegawai sudah mengimplementasikan sebagian nilai budaya perusahaan khususnya dalam kegiatan pelayanan yang dilakukan di lapangan seperti survey dan jemput bola.
Budaya perusahaan bukan sebatas konsep tiga T, yaitu Tanggap, Tangkas dan Tangguh seperti yang telah dirumuskan namun segala bentuk aktifitas yang terjadi di Kantor Perwakilan serta yang dilakukan oleh pimpinan dan pegawai merupakan bagian dari budaya perusahaan. Pelayanan disini bukan hanya menjadi tugas Front Office melainkan tugas semua bagian yang berada di belakang proses pelayanan yang terjadi.
Hasil penelitian ini menyarankan bahwa perusahaan seharusnya lebih mensosialisasikan budaya perusahaan secara berjenjang ke semua level jabatan dan mengevaluasi efektifitas budaya perusahaan secara periodik khususnya dalam kegiatan pelayanan.

This undergraduate thesis discusses the corporate culture in compensation payment service activity by the employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero), a case study of South Jakarta and Bogor representatives. The research methodology used in this undergraduate thesis is a qualitative descriptive research, and the technique used is an in-depth interview, observation, and participant observation.
The result of this research shows that the corporate culture of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) is theoretically not socialized well. However, practically, the compensation payment service activity by the employees has partially implemented the corporate culture, especially during the service activity in the field, such as survey and jemput bola activities.
The corporate culture discussed is not limited to the three Ts (Tiga T) concept which are Tanggap (Responsive), Tangkas (Agile), and Tangguh (Strong) like what has been defined, but it includes all activities in the Representative Office and also the activities by the management and employees as parts of corporate culture. The service discussed here is not only the duty of Front Office but also the duty for all divisions behind the process of service.
The result of this research suggests that corporate should socialize the corporate culture gradually to all position level and evaluate the effectiveness of corporate culture periodically, especially in the service.

"PT. Sempati Air adalah perusahaan penerbangan domestik dan Internasional yang berkembang pesat pada saat ini dimana dalam waktu relatif singkat dapat melayani jalur penerbangan hampir keseluruh pelosok tanah air dan negara-negara tetangga. Berkembang pesatnya perusahaan mengakibatkan kebutuhan Sumber Daya Manusia tidak bisa dihindari, sedangkan untuk merecruit dan mencetak SDM yang berkualitas sesuai kebutuhan dalam waktu singkat tidaklah mudah. Sehingga karena secara kuantitas didesak kebutuhan, maka perusahaan "merekrut" tenaga Sumber Daya Manusia dengan latar belakang yang berbeda-beda. Dengan adanya perbedaan latar belakang sudah barang tentu menimbulkan pula perbedaan-perbedaan dalam pemahaman budaya perusahaan dan kinerja komunikasinya.
Pada tesis ini persoalan perbedaan dalam pemahaman budaya tersebut dikaji dengan memakai pendekatan perusahaan sebagai kultur. Dengan pendekatan ini, ingin diketahui bagaimana kejadian-kejadian dalam perusahaan diciptakan, disebar-luaskan, dimiliki dan dipahami bersama secara interaktif dan komunikatif.
Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah deskriptif dan kajiannya dilakukan secara kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melalui wawancara mendalam (depth interview) terhadap informan-informan kunci (key informants) dan dengan cara melalui dokumentasi.
Dari hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa nilai utama budaya perusahaan PT. Sempati Air adalah merujuk pada suatu kondisi yang oleh Direktur Utamanya disebut "memelihara kemelut dan kerancuan". Dengan nilai ini, PT. Sempati Air menjadi dikenal dengan pelayanannya yang baik, utilitas pesawat yang tinggi, dan berusaha untuk on time dalam penerbangan. Akan tetapi, nilai-nilai budaya tersebut belum diformalkan dan belum disadari oleh semua staf. Ini pula yang mesti dirumuskan supaya menjadi acuan kerja para stafnya.
Temuan lainnya, adalah besarnya pengaruh Direktur Utama PT. Sempati Air terhadap kinerja komunikasi atau kinerja budaya maskapai penerbangan yang satu ini. Sebagian besar kebijakan perusahaan yang dikemas dalam jargon perusahaan dan nilai budaya perusahaan berasal dari tangan Direktur Utama PT. Sempati Air. "
