"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepemimpinan Senior, Tata Kelola dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Terhadap Kinerja Kepala Ruang Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti Kota Bogor Tahun 2008. Kerangka teori dari penelitian ini diambil dari Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) bagi institusi kesehatan dalam Hertz (2008). Kriteria MBCfPE yang diambil adalah kepemimpinan (leadership) yang dijabarkan menjadi variabel Kepemimpinan Senior, Tata Kelola Dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial.
Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan adalah data primer dengan memakai alat bantu kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis jalur (Path Analysis). Responden penelitian ini adalah semua perawat ruang rawat inap Dahlia Anyelir Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti Kota Bogor Tahun 2008.
Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa Kepemimpinan Senior, Tata Kelola dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial mempengaruhi Kinerja Kepala Ruang sebesar 57.59 % sedangkan sisanya 42.41 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel yang tidak diteliti. Variabel yang paling besar mempengaruhi kinerja kepala ruang adalah kepemimpinan senior (30.44 %) disusul oleh variabel tata kelola (22.96 %) dan Tanggung Jawab Sosial (4.18 %). Tanggung Jawab Sosial mempunyai koefisen jalur yang tidak bermakna dan sangat kecil, namun tetap dipertahankan dalam model akhir karena secara substantif penting dalam menentukan kinerja kepala ruang.
Berdasarkan penelitian ini disarankan untuk lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan kepemimpinan senior, tata kelola dan tanggung jawab sosial guna meningkatkan kinerja kepala ruang dengan cara (1) melakukan pembinaan terhadap kepala ruang dari dalam hal kepemimpinan mencakup kemampuan (ability), keterampilan (skill) dan perilaku (behaviour). (2) Menciptakan kebijakan guna terciptanya kondisi peningkatan kemampuan kepemimpinan senior, tata kelola dan tanggung jawab sosial kepala ruang, termasuk memberikan kesempatan untuk menambah pengetahuan (3) Dalam pemilihan kepala ruang disarankan untuk memilih kepala ruang dengan memperhatikan kapasitas kepemimpinan (kemampuan, keterampilan dan tingkah laku), tata kelola dan tanggung jawab sosial dari calon kepala ruang.

This study has an objective to know the influence of senior leadership, governance, social responsibility to performance of roomcare head nurses in Karya Bhakti hospital Kota Bogor 2008. Theoretically, this concept is taken from Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE), in Health Care (Hertz, 2008). The choosen criteria MBCfPE is Leadership. Leadership criteria consist of senior leadership, governance and social responsibility variables.
The study design is a survey design with quantitative approaches. The method being used in this study is path-analysis-method. The data are primer taken by the questionaires. Respondance are taken among nurses at Dahlia Anyelir roomcare Karya Bhakti Hospital Kota Bogor 2008.
The result shows that senior leadership, governance and social responsibility influenced work performance of roomcare head nurses is 57.59 % while the rest 42.41 % is influenced by other factors which is not included in this study. The biggest variable which influenced work performance of roomcare head nurses is senior leadership (30.44 %), followed by governance (22.96 %) and social responsibility (4.18 %). Social responsibility variable is not significant to work performance of roomcare head nurses, but it being defended because of substantive importance.
According to the result of this study, it is recommended to give more attention to improve senior leadership, governance and social responsibility to improve work performance of roomcare head nurses, such as: (1) To maintance ability, skill and behaviour of roomcare headnurses (2) To create regulation to support improvement senior leadership capacity, governance and social responsibility with opportunity to improve knowledge (3) To give suggestion for election roomcare head nurses must have leadership capacity (ability, skill and behaviour), governance and social responsibility from the candidate."

"Penilaian pelayanan rawat jalan secara menyeluruh dibutuhkan oleh pihak manajemen rumah sakit untuk mengetahui posisi layanan saat ini sebagai langkah awal untuk menentukan strategi peningkatan kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan di sebuah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai pelayanan rawat jalan di RS Karya Bhakti Bogor tahun 2013, bersifat kualitatif dengan menggunakan standar Matriks Penilaian Pelayanan Rawat Jalan. Kebijakan rawat jalan RS Karya Bhakti telah memperhatikan standar yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah dan kebutuhan internal rumah sakit. Pelayanan rawat jalan RS Karya Bhakti termasuk ke dalam kategori transisi untuk indikator penjadwalan dokter, rencana strategis, struktur organisasi dan manajemen, kepuasan pasien, dokter, dan perawat rawat jalan serta tradisional-sangat berkembang untuk indikator pemanfaatan teknologi informasi. Evaluasi komitmen dokter terhadap jadwal praktik, pemanfaatan dan perincian aktivitas di rencana strategis, pengukuran kepuasan pasien, kepuasan kerja dokter dan perawat rawat jalan diperlukan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan rumah sakit.

An assessment of ambulatory care services is needed to determine current service position in order to improve the quality of ambulatory care in a hospital setting. This study was aimed to assess ambulatory care services in Karya Bhakti hospital on 2013. This is a qualitative study using Ambulatory Care Assessment Matrix as a standard. Ambulatory care policies in Karya Bhakti hospital have considered the Government and the internal needs of the hospital. Karya Bhakti hospital outpatient services assessed as trantition category for physician scheduling, strategic plans, organizational structure and management, patient-physician-nurses satisfaction and traditional-highly evolved category for information technology utilization. Evaluation of physician commitment to the practice schedule, utilization and activity details in the strategic plan, measuring patient, physicians and nurses satisfaction are needed to improve the quality of hospital ambulatory care services."

"Program patient safety bertujuan menjamin keselamatan pasien di rumah sakit melalui pencegahan terjadinya kesalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi gambaran pengetahuan perawat tentang program patient safety di Instalasi Rawat Inap RS Karya Bhakti. Penelitian ini termasuk deskriptif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 93 perawat yang diambil secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lebih dari separuh perawat mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan sedang tentang program patient safety 57%. Peneliti menyarankan agar Rumah Sakit memberikan pelatihan kepada perawat tentang program patient safety.

Patient safety program ensure patient safety in hospitals by preventing the occurrence of errors in delivering health services. The purpose of this study is to identify of nurses' knowledge of nurse about patient safety program at the Inpatient Karya Bhakti. This is descriptive study with cross-sectional design. 93 nurses drawn by purposive sampling. The results showed that more than half of 57% the nurse had moderate level of knowledge about patient safety program. suggested that the Hospital provides training to nurses about patient safety program."

"Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain analisis korelasional yang bertujuan untuk menguji hubungan antara budaya organisasi dan kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja perawat di Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti Kota Bogor. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh perawat pelaksana di Rumah Sakit Karya Bhakti Kota Bogor. Besar sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah total populasi sebanyak 136 perawat pelaksana. Uji hipotesa yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Pearson`s dan Regresi Linier Sederhana. Uji hipotesa ini digunakan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja, hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja, dan hubungan budaya organisasi dengan kepuasan kerja perawat pelaksana. Faktor penentu kepuasan kerja adalah pekerjaan itu sendiri, gaji/imbalan, promosi, supervisi, rekan sekerja dan lingkungan kerja. Uji hipotesa Regresi Linier Ganda juga digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perawat pelaksana rata-rata motivasi kerjanya belum optimal, budaya organisasi yang dipersepsikan oleh perawat pelaksana masih banyak yang belum setuju, Kepuasan kerja yang paling tinggi adalah kepuasan terhadap rekan sekerja. Hasil analisis korelasi dengan a = 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan signifikan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja, hubungan kepuasan kerja dengan motivasi kerja, dan hubungan budaya organisasi dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana. Budaya organisasi, kepuasan kerja terhadap pekerjaan, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap supervisi merupakan variabel dominan yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana. Budaya organisasi merupakan variabel yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana. Pihak manajemen rumah sakit perlu meninjau kembali penetapan gaji (salary) bagi seluruh karyawan khususnya perawat pelaksana serta perlu dilakukan pelatihan tentang supervisi bagi perawat manajer dan lebih mengedepankan menjadi role model bagi bawahannya sehingga motivasi kerja perawat pelaksana dapat meningkat.

This study was a correlation analysis with cross-sectional design that aims to examine the relationship between organizational culture and job satisfaction with work motivation associate nurses in Karya Bhakti Hospital. The population was all associate nurses in Karya Bhakti Hospital. The sample size was 136 associate nurses. To examine the relationship between organizational culture with work motivation, relationship between job satisfaction with work motivation, and relationship between organizational culture with job satisfaction Pearson's Correlation Coefficient and Simple Linier Regression was used. Determinant factor job satisfaction was task, salary, career promotion, supervision, peer group and work environment. To examine the dominant variable relationship with work motivation Multiple Linier Regression was used.
The result of study, showed that associate nurses level was fairly work motivation and organizational culture percepts by associate nurses was not agree. Associate nurses job satisfaction score with peer group as highest. The result correlation analysis with a = 0,05 there were significant relationship organizational culture with work motivation, relationship job satisfaction with work motivation, and relationship organizational culture with job satisfaction. Organizational culture, job satisfaction with task, and job satisfaction with supervision was dominant variable relationship with work motivation. Top manager in hospital, need to review and improve employee (nurses) salary. Therefore the Institution to facilitation In house training supervision for nurses in Karya Bhakti Hospital, The nurse manager could be leadership role model for nurses; therefore the associate nurses work motivation could be increased.

"Recent health service should ti-y to grant comprehensive service, in line with technology demand and society interest, clients have resumed to pay attention to profits of hospital providing qualified service, efficient cost and satisfaction to its clients. A hospital, if dose not pay attention to its client?s satisfaction, will diminish its clients and eventually will suffer a financial loss. One of many factors influencing client?s satisfaction is client-nurse communication.
The survey at Karya Bhakti Hospital, Bogor indicated that its clients have felt satisfied, yet they still have complaint on that the communication between nurses and clients in inpatient unit has not been active. In consequence, this research was to prove that there was a relation between nurse-client communication and a level of client?s satisfaction with the nursing service. The used method was descriptive correlation and the data collecting utilized cross sectional. The sample of research was 100 people who were patients of inpatient unit of Karya Bhakti Hospital, Bogor. The research was conducted in June and July 2001. The instrument of this research broke down into three part, namely: first client?s characteristics; second, nurses? communication toward client; and third, client?s satisfaction.
Characteristics of respondent were: age between 15-73 years old of age, mostly women educational level ranging from elementary to university, mostly from new patients who got service at first; and length of caring ranging from 3-12 days. The research was conducted at four inpatient units. The result of communication variable implied that the clients often got empathy, involved in planning and decision making lfl controlled caring process, entrusted and often got detail, systematic and transparent information as well as rewarding as an individu in nurse communication (Confirmation). The result finding at satisfaction level showed that the level of corespondent?s satisfaction was high enough. Their characteristic did not indicate a significant relation with the level of satisfaction There was a significant Connection between nurse-client COflhrfltiflication (confirmation) and client?s satisfaction on detail-systematic information granting (transparency) as well as attitude to appreciate client as an indivìdu (confirmation).
Based on the research, it is recommended that policy makers of the hospital should remain this achievement. And ¡t should be enhanced so the entire staffs of the hospital could run communication well and it could be remained by rewarding to executing nurse whom has carried his/her communication well, emphasizing to all hospital to do so. And they should establish teamwork that handles matter of communication in a hospital and compose a program which focuses on information restructuring such as health education through discharged planning that is adjusted with individual needs.
It is suggested that nurses should carry out nursing care using excellent communication. And create a program that control and facilitate communication program in environment of care. For further research, it is recommended that this result should be base of the following research using more complete method such as experiment equation or by direct-qualitative-interview on factors influencing clients? satisfaction. Due to the fact that this research had analyzed the content of communication, so the further research is recommended to ilivestigate some relations between nurse-client communication techniques and achievement of nursing service quality.

"Keberadaan BPJS merupakan kabar yang menggembirakan bagi semua penduduk yang ditanggung, sekaligus menjadi persimpangan jalan bagi rumah sakit swasta dan dokter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan analisis manfaat dari RS Karya Bhakti kabupaten bekerjasama dengan BPJS meliputi aspek supply, manfaat BPJS dan sikap manajemen terhadap kerjasama dengan BPJS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan delapan orang informan sebagai sumber informasi penelitian ini.
Hasil penelitiaan menunjukan bahwa RS Karya Bhakti Kabupaten bogor sedang mempersiapkan proses untuk bekerjasama dan tetap meningkatkan mutu pelayanan kesehatan. Oleh karena itu pihak rumah sakit beserta semua yang terkait di dalamnya untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu rumah sakit dalam persiapan kerja sama dengan BPJS.

The establishment of BPJS is a great news for all the dependent citizen as well as it become the crossroad for private hospital and doctor. The purpose of this research is to analize the benefit of Karya Bhakti Pratiwi Hospital in corporation with BPJS incuding supplies aspects, the benefit of BPJS and management attitude to cooperate with BPJS. This research uses qualititative methods with eight informends as sources of information for this research.
The result shows that Karya Bhakti Hospital is preparing the process to cooperate and in the stage to increase the quality of health services. Therefore the hospital and its stakeholders to maintain and increase the quality of the hospital in prelating cooperation with BPJS.

"Insiden Keselamatan Pasien ( IKP ) di RSKBP berkisar antara 0,31% sampai dengan 3,01% dengan angka kematian 2,22%.IKP di RSKBP dinilai masih under reporting karena kebanyakan IKP tidak dilaporkan.Membangun budaya keselamatan pasien merupakan elemen penting untuk meningkatkan keselamatan pasien dan kualitas pelayanan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui budaya keselamatan pasien dan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSKBP tahun 2015. Penelitian dilakukan bulan Maret sd April 2015, dengan sampel 115 responden. Desain penelitian explanatory sequential.
Analisa data dilakukan dengan regresi logistic.Penelitian menunjukan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSKBP masih kurang. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan budaya keselamatan pasien di RSKBP adalah umpan balik laporan insiden ( p=0,021 α=0,05, OR= 15,516 ) budaya tidak menyalahkan ( p=0,019 α=0,05, OR= 14,396 ) dan budaya belajar ( p=0,006 α=0,05, OR= 0,096 ).Disarankan agar RSKBP dapat memperbaiki budaya keselamatan pasien dengan upaya yang komprehensif dan terstruktur.

Building a culture of patient safety is an important element to improve patient safety and quality. This research aims to know the culture of patient safety and the factors related to the patient safety culture in RSKBP 2015. The study was conducted in March to April 2015, with a sample of 115 respondents It is Sequential explanatory research design.

"Perusahaan dalam ha] ini rumah sakit yang ingin berhasil dalam menjalankan usahanya pertama-lama harus disadari bahwa adalah tidak mungkin untuk dapat melayani dan memuaskan semua pelanggan. Pasien di rumah sakit sangatlah banyak jumlahnya dan beraneka ragam kebutuhan, kemampuan membeli, perilaku maupun psikografinya. Agar tahu apa yang menjadi kebutuhannya , perlu mengetahui karakteristik pasiennya melalui pendekatan segmentasi.
Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah belum diketahui karakteristik pasien yang masuk ke rawat inap RS. Karya Bhakti serta belum diketahuinya segmen yang bagaimanakah yang tepat untuk dikembangkan di RS. karya Bhakti untuk menjadi pelanggan potensialnya.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui karakteristik pasien berdasarkan geografi, demografi, psikografi dan perilaku pasien di rawat inap. Dapat melihat pelanggan potensial berdasarkan atas : pemilihan kelas perawatan, status kesetiaan pasien dan kemampuan membayar dari pasien.
Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik gabungan kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan metode survey . dalam penetapan sampel dilakukan secara stratified . Untuk pembahasannya dibantu dengan data sekunder dari BPS Bogor, DICK Bogor serta serta buku Bogor membangun . Untuk analisa dilakukan uji univariat dan bivariat dengan tabulasi silang.
Berdasarkan analisis univariat dan bivariat dapat diketahui karakterislik pasien di rawat inap RS. Karya Bhakti dilihat dari pemilihan kelas perawatan potensial, status kesetiaan dengan berdasarkan geografi, demografi, psikografi dan perilaku maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pasien potensial rawat inap RS. Karya Bhakti adalah pasien yang pemhayarannya melalui pihak ketiga yaitu perusahaan pasien .
Saran yang diberikan adalah : Perlu ditingkatkan pemasaran ke perusahaan-perusahaan yang ada di sekitar Bogor, buat tim pemasaran dan pelayanan RS dalam menciptakan loyal customer , serta kembangkan sumber daya yang ada untuk melakukan strategi pemasaran baik jangka pendek, jangka menengah maupun jangka panjang guna mencapai tujuan dan visi organisasi.

A firm, in this case hospital, which wants to be succeed in ruling the firm must realize that it is impossible to serve and satisfy all the customer. There are many patients in the hospital with vary of need, ability to pay, behavior and psychograph. In order to know what the customer wants, it is important to know the patients characteristic by segmentation approach.
The problem in this research was patient characteristic in Karya Bhakti Hospital has not been determined yet, and also what customers segment that was better to be developed as the potential customer. The research aim was to know customer characteristic based on geography, demography, psychograph and behavior of customer that use in patient. The potential customer could be determined by in patient class choice, and patient's loyalty.
This research was quantitative and qualitative combination analylic descriptive with survey method. This research was done by stratification sampling method. Secondary data from BPS Bogor, DKK Bogor and Bogor Membangun Book was help to set the argument. The analysis was done with cross tabulation univariant and bivariant test.
Based on the analysis, it was determined in patient patient's characteristics in Karya Bhakti Hospital based on in patient class choice, patient's by geography, demography, psychography and behavior of customer. This research shows that potential in patient Karya Bhakti Hospital is patients that paid the bill third party, that is from company patients.
This research suggest Karya Bhakti Hospital to raise marketing intensity to the companies around Bogor, to build marketing and service team in order to create loyal customer, to develop the existing resources to do the short term and long term marketing strategy in order to reach the organization's aim and vision.

"Perubahan status RSMM menjadi Badan Layanan Umum membawa dampak pada semua bidang termasuk profesi keperawatan. Pada bulan Januari 2008, terjadi mutasi perawat dan hal ini beresiko untuk terjadinya konflik sehingga dirasakan perlu untuk melakukan pelatihan tentang manajemen konflik pada kepala ruangan dan dilihat pengaruhnya pada kinerja perawat pelaksana. Metode penelitian ini adalah quasieksperimental dengan desain Pre and Post Test Without Control Group. Perawat pelaksana yang menjadi responden sebanyak 104 orang yang dipilih dengan simple random sampling dan tersebar pada 18 ruangan. Kepala ruangan mendapatkan pelatihan tentang manajemen konflik dan dibimbing dengan frekuensi yang berbeda (6 kali, 3 kali, dan tanpa bimbingan), kemudian kepala ruangan menerapkan kemampuan manajemen konflik dengan membimbing perawat pelaksana untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya. Karakteristik perawat pelaksana dianalisa dengan uji statistik deskriptif sedangkan kinerja perawat pelaksana dianalisa dengan uji t-dependen untuk melihat perbedaan kinerja perawat pelaksana sebelum dan sesudah dibimbing kepala ruangan dan uji Anova untuk melihat perbedaan kinerja perawat pelaksana dengan frekuensi bimbingan yang berbeda pada kepala ruangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan yang bermakna pada kinerja perawat pelaksana sesudah dibimbing kepala ruangan yang telah dilatih dan dibimbing (p Value < 0,05). Peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana yang kepala ruangannya dibimbing 6 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan yang kepala ruangannya tidak dibimbing, demikian juga degan kinerja perawat pelaksana yang kepala ruangannya dibimbing 3 kali. Sementara kinerja perawat pelaksana yang kepala ruangannya dibimbing 6 kali tidak berbeda secara bermakna dengan yang kepala ruangannya dibimbing 3 kali. Perawat pelaksana yang belum menikah lebih tinggi kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan yang telah menikah. Dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan agar calon kepala ruangan diberikan pelatihan manajemen konflik dan dibimbing sebanyak 3 kali.

The status change of RSMM to independent public health service had impact to all disciplines, including nursing profession. In January 2008, rotation of nurse was conducted and potentially resulted conflicts. This condition was considered to be anticipated with providing training of conflict management for nurse managers, and then evaluated its effect on nurse performance. This study used quasi- experimental design with Pre and Post Test Without Control Group. Sample size of this study was 104 nurses of 214 nurses who were selected randomly in 18 patient ward. The training and coaching was performed in different frequency of sessions (6 sessions, 3 sessions, and session without coaching) for nurse managers who then demonstrated their skill of conflict management with guiding nurses in improving their performance. Descriptive statistical test was applied for nurse characteristic and t-dependent test was applied for nurse performance with differentiating nurse performance before and after the guidance provided by nurse manager. Anova test was applied to predict the difference of nurse performance with various frequency of coaching provided for nurse manager. The result of this study showed increasing nurse performance after being guided by nurse managers who were trained and coached (pValue < 0,05). The increasing of nurse performance with nurse managers who were coached in 3 sessions and 6 sessions was higher than nurse performance with nurse manager who were not provided with coaching. Nurse performance with nurse manager who were coached 3 times and 6 times was not significantly different. The performance of unmarried nurse was higher than married nurse. It was recommended that candidates of nurse managers should be trained about conflict management with 3 sessions of coaching.

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komponen quality of work life dengan kinerja perawat pelaksana diruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha. Metode penelitian dengan desain kuantitatif dan pendekatan crosssectional pada 81 perawat pelaksana. Digunakan analisis univariat, bivariat dan multivariate dengan uji statistic chi-square dan regresi logistic menggunakan SPSS versi 17. Untuk penyederhanaan model multivariat dengan melakukan eleminasi terhadap faktor perancu. menggunakan metode stepwise backward.
Hasil penelitian, 3 (tiga) variabel yang signifikan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat yaitu rasa aman terhadap pekerjaan, rasa bangga terhadap institusi dan penyelesaian masalah. Dan variabel yang paling berhubungan adalah variabel penyelesaian masalah. Saran untuk RS Bhakti Yudha Depok yaitu ikut serta untuk memecahkan masalah perawat baik itu masalah dipekerjaan maupun masalah pribadi karena akan meningkatkan kinerja perawat 5 kali lebih tinggi dibandingkan mereka harus memecahkan masalah sendiri.

This thesis aims to investigate the correlation component of quality of work life with the performance of the implementing nurse-patient hospital room Bhakti Yudha. Quantitative research methods to design and cross-sectional approach in 81 nurses. Used univariate analysis, bivariate and multivariate statistics with chi-square test and logistic regression using SPSS version 17. For the multivariate model simplification by elimination of confounding factors. using backward stepwise method.
The results, three (3) significant variables associated with the performance of nurses is a sense of security of employment, a sense of pride to the institution and settlement of the problem. And the most pertinent variable is a variable problem resolution. Suggestions for RS Bhakti Yudha Depok which participate to solve the problem of nurse both problems at work or personal problems because it will improve the performance of nurses 5 times higher than they should solve their own problems.
