"Promosi kesehatan jiwa merupakan bagian penting yang perlu untuk diberikan kepada anak usia sekolah dalam membantu proses tumbuh kembangnya ketika menghadapi stresor. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh terapi kelompok terapeutik (TKT) anak sekolah pada anak, psikoedukasi keluarga, pendampingan kader dan guru terhadap peningkatan tugas dan aspek perkembangan anak usia sekolah. Desain penelitian riset operasional melibatkan 47 anak sekolah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan tugas dan aspek perkembangan anak usia sekolah secara bermakna setelah terapi kelompok terapeutik anak usia sekolah, psikoedukasi keluarga, pendampingan kader dan monitoring evaluasi orang tua dan kader lebih tinggi secara bermakna dibandingkan pada kelompok lain (p value < 0.05). TKT anak sekolah pada anak, psikoedukasi keluarga, pendampingan kader, dan monitoring evaluasi orang tua dan kader direkomendasikan pada anak usia sekolah untuk meningkatkan tugas dan aspek perkembangan anak usia sekolah untuk peningkatan kesehatan jiwa.
Mental health promotion is an important part that needs to be given to school-age children in helping the process of growth and development when facing stressors. This study aims to determine the effect of school children's therapeutic group therapy (TKT), family psychoeducation, mentoring of cadres and teachers on improving the tasks and developmental aspects of school-age children. The operational research research design involved 47 school children. The results showed that there was a significant increase in the tasks and developmental aspects of school-age children after therapeutic group therapy for school-age children, family psychoeducation, cadre assistance and evaluation monitoring of parents and cadres were significantly higher than in other groups (p value < 0.05). TKT for school children, family psychoeducation, cadre assistance, and monitoring evaluation of parents and cadres are recommended for school-age children to improve the tasks and developmental aspects of school-age children to improve mental health."

"Prokrastinasi merupakan masalah yang berawal dari kesulitan emosional, di mana individu enggan atau tidak tahan berhadapan dengan situasi yang dianggap aversif, yang kemudian termanifestasi dalam perilaku menunda atau menghindari tugas hingga mendekati batas waktu. Jika prokrastinasi akademis dibiarkan bertahan, maka hal tersebut dapat memberikan dampak negatif bagi para pelakunya. Peneliti bertujuan untuk melihat efektivitas dari penerapan teknik-teknik Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti dalam mengatasi prokrastinasi akademik. Penelitian ini terdiri dari empat sesi pertemuan dan dua kali pengukuran. Desain penelitian adalah kuasi eksperimen dengan pre dan post test. Partisipan adalah tiga orang mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Indonesia yang sudah melewati masa studi normalnya, memiliki perilaku prokrastinasi tingkat tinggi berdasarkan Tuckman Procrastination Scale-16.
Dampak intervensi dilihat dari perubahan skor prokrastinasi dengan menggunakan alat ukur Tuckman Procrastination Scale-35 (TPS-35), dan perubahan intensitas emosi negatif dan pikiran irasional partisipan dengan menggunakan metode wawancara. Berdasarkan data kuantitatif yang diperoleh, satu orang partisipan mengalami penurunan skor TPS-35, sementara satu orang lagi tidak. Berdasarkan data kualitatif yang diperoleh, kedua partisipan mengalami perubahan intensitas emosi negatif dan pikiran irasional. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa teknik-teknik REBT yang disusun oleh peneliti tidak mampu mengatasi perilaku prokrastinasi akademik. Namun demikian, intervensi ini mampu mengubah intensitas emosi negatif dan pikiran irasional kedua partisipan.
Procrastination is a problem that starts from emotional difficulties, in which individuals are reluctant or can not bear to deal with situations that are considered aversive, which is then manifested in the behavior of delaying tasks or avoiding to approach deadlines. If academic procrastination allowed to persist, then it can negatively impact the procrastinators. The aim of this research is to measure the impact of Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) techniques, which was developed by researcher, in overcoming academic procrastination. The study consisted of four sessions and two measurements. The research design is quasi-experimental with pre and post test. The participants are three undergraduate students of the Faculty of Psychology at University of Indonesia who have passed their normal study time, have high levels of procrastination behavior measured by Tuckman Procrastination Scale-16. The impact of this intervenstion is measured by Tuckman Procrastination Scale-35 (TPS-35), and changes in the intensity of negative emotions and irrational thoughts participants are measured by using interview. Based on the quantitative data obtained, one participant experienced a decrease in score of TPS-35, while the other is not. Based on qualitative data obtained, the two participants experienced a change in the intensity of negative emotions and irrational thoughts. This study showed that REBT techniques, which was developed by researcher, unable to overcome academic procrastination behavior. However, these intervention is able to change the intensity of negative emotions and irrational thoughts both participants."

"Studi ini meneliti tentang efektivitas intervensi dengan menggunakan prinsip-prinsip Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) untuk mengatasi disruptive behavior pada anak usia prasekolah yang berumur 5 tahun. Untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas hasil intervensi digunakan angket Dyadic Parent-Child Interaction Coding System III (DPICS-III) yang akan digunakan sebelum dan pada setiap sesi sepanjang intervensi untuk melihat tingkat keberhasilan pelaksanaan PCIT. Melalui intervensi dengan menerapkan prinsip-prinsip PCIT selama sebelas sesi, diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa pemberian dua sesi untuk mengajarkan keterampilan PCIT dan sembilan sesi coaching keterampilan yang diajarkan efektif meningkatkan keterampilan ibu serta kualitas hubungan ibu dan H sehingga berhasil mengatasi disruptive behavior pada H.
This study examined efficacy of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) approach for treating disruptive behavior of a five years old preschooler boy. Efficacy evaluation of PCIT was examined by Dyadic Parent-Child Interaction Coding System III (DPICS-III) that given before and during intervention at the start of every session as a way of measuring treatment progress. Results indicated that PCIT approach with two teaching sessions and nine coaching sessions was effective to enhance parenting skills in mother and improves the parent-child relationship, with the results that treating disruptive behavior of a preschooler boy."
