"ABSTRAK
Perlakuan salah dan kekerasan merupakan permasalah sosial yang berdampak pada kondisi fisik dan psikososial lansia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi penanganan trauma program Pusat Penanganan Trauma Lanjut Usia PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan dalam evaluasi formatif untuk dapat melihat kekuatan dan kelemahan program tersebut. Kekuatan yang ada pada program ini adalah: pencatatan identitas klien, intervensi kedaruratan, peran pendamping, program Kementerian Sosial dan program sudah tersosialisasi. Kelemahannya adalah: klien kurang tepat, pemahaman petugas terhadap klien dan program, lemahnya pengawasan dan supervisi, dan penarapan penghargaan dan hukuman.

ABSTRACT
Abuse and mistreatment are social problem that affect to phsycial and psychosocial elderlies condition. The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of traumatic treatment in adult traumatic centre program PSTW Budhi Dharma Bekasi. Using qualitative approach in formative evaluation to identify strength and weaknesses of the program. The strength are: records of client?s identity, emergency intervention, role of cargiver, social ministries affair program and program was published. The weaknesses are: clients isn?t appropriate, staff?s comprehension of client and program, lack of control and supervision, and reward & punishment."

"Gangguan jiwa sering tidak mendapat pengobatan yang seharusnya. Dokter pada pelayanan primer merupakan kontak awal bagi pasien gangguan jiwa. Pada saat ini belum ada instrumen untuk menilai pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dokter Puskesmas terhadap gangguan jiwa sehingga perlu dibuat suatu instrumen dan menilai validitas serta reliabilitasnya.Sembilan puluh tujuh dokter umum yang bertugas di Puskesmas di DKI Jakarta, disertakan dalam penelitian dengan purposive sampling. Kuesioner terdiri dari sepuluh pertanyaan tentang perilaku, sepuluh pertanyaan tentang sikap dan dua puluh pertanyaan tentang pengetahuan terhadap gangguan jiwa. Hasil penghitungan denganCrohnbach?s Alpha menunjukkan instrumen ini belum memiliki construct validitydan reliabilitasyang baik (< 0,7). Di samping itu, terdapat korelasi antarbutiryang kurangkuat pada beberapa pertanyaan. Reliabilitas konsistensi internal masih belum dapat menunjukkan hasil yang baik, beberapa pertanyaan dapat memperbaiki nilai Crohnbach?s Alpha if item deleted secara signifikan.Instrumen pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku dokter Puskesmas terhadap gangguan jiwa ini masih belum terbukti validitas dan reliabilitasnya, masih butuh penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mengembangkan instrumen ini.

Mental disorders are often go untreated. Primary care phyisician is the initial contact to people with mental disorders. Currently, there are no instruments which can evaluate knowledge, attitude and behavior of primary care physician towards mental disorders. It is important to make such an instrument and to test its validity and realibility.Ninety seven primary care physicians who work at the Puskesmas in DKI Jakarta were involved. Purposive sampling was used in this study. Questionnaire consist of ten questions about behavior, tenquestions about attitude, and twenty questions about knowledge toward mental disorders.The analysis using by Crohnbach Alpha?s showed that this instrumen haven?t met good construct validity and reliability (< 0,7). There are also weak inter-item correlation in some of the questions. Internal consistency reliability is still not able to show good result. Some questions may improve Crohnbach?s Alpha if some items are deleted, but still cannot reach the level of good.The instrument of knowledge, attitudes and behavior of primare care physicians toward mental disorders is still not valid and reliabel and still need further research to develop this instrument."

"ABSTRAK
Gangguan jiwa secara keseluruhan diprediksikan akan semakin meningkat setiap tahunnya. Pasien dengan masalah gangguan jiwa berat seperti skizofrenia seringkali melakukan perilaku kekerasan. Penanganan pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan dapat menggunakan tindakan keperawatan generalis dan tindakan keperawatan spesialis latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga. Studi kasus ini melibatkan 11 pasien dengan karakteristik mayoritas usia 26-60 tahun, tidak bekerja, tingkat pendidikan SMA, belum menikah, dan memiliki riwayat dirawat sebelumnya. Tindakan keperawatan generalis dan ners spesialis latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy 2017 dan adaptasi stress Stuart 2013 . Penggunaan pendekatan teori adaptasi Roy dan adaptasi stress Stuart sesuai diterapkan pada penanganan pasien dengan risiko perilaku kekerasan di ruang rawat inap tenang. Hasil penerapan terapi latihan asertif dan psikoedukasi keluarga menunjukkan terjadinya penurunan tanda dan gejala risiko perilaku kekerasan serta terjadinya peningkatan kemampuan pasien dalam mengatasi risiko perilaku kekerasan. Kata Kunci: skizofrenia, risiko perilaku kekerasan, latihan asertif, psikoedukasi keluarga ABSTRACT The mental disorder is predicted to increase every year. Patient with mental disorder such as schizophrenia often engage in violent behavior. Treatment of patients with violent behavior can use general nursing actions and specialist ners. This case study involved 11 patients with the majority of ages 26 60 years, unemployed, high school education, unmarried, and had a history of previous care. Nursing acts and ners specialists assertive trainning and family psychoeducation using Roy 39 s adaptation theory 2017 and Stuart 39 s stress adaptation approach 2013 . The Roy 39 s adaptation theory and Stuart stress adaptation approach is applied to the treatment of patients with the risk of violent behavior. The results of the application of assertive trainning therapy and family psychoeducation showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of violent behavior as well as improving the patient 39 s ability to overcome the risk of violent behavior. "Anak usia sekolah sering mengalami masalah gizi kurang. Model Anak Untuk Anak (AUA) Terpadu merupakan inovasi tindakan keperawatan dalam pengelolaan gizi kurang yang mengintegrasikan model Child to Child dengan program Usaha Kesehatan Sekolah (UKS). Hasil penerapan AUA Terpadu menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) anak usia sekolah dengan gizi kurang, kader kesehatan sekolah, dan kemandirian keluarga IV sebanyak 70%, dan menurunnya prevalensi gizi kurang sebanyak 14,3%. Perencanaan program UKS dalam pengelolaan gizi kurang disarankan melibatkan partisipasi kader kesehatan sekolah dalam pengelolaan gizi kurang dengan AUA Terpadu.

Under nutrition problem is a common health problem in school age aggregate. The model of child to child integrated is a nursing innovation intervention in managing under nutrition. It integrates application of the child to child model with school health program. The implementation showed elevation in knowledge, attitudes and behavior of school-age children with under nutrition, the school health volunteers and the levels of family self-sufficiency IV as much as 70%, and decrease prevalence of under nutrition 14,3%. The planning of school health program, therefore, suggested involving active participation from school health volunteer in managing under nutrition with Child to Child Integrated model.

"Latar belakang: GPK adalah gangguan neurodevelopmental yang dikarakteristikkan dengan gangguan performa motorik dalam melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari yang tidak konsisten dengan usia dan intelegensi anak. Penyandang GPK juga memiliki gangguan keseimbangan selain gangguan motorik kasar dan halus yang memiliki ciri khas berupa kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran motorik, sehingga akan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama dalam prosesnya. Akibat gangguan yang dimilikinya, anak dengan GPK cenderung melakukan isolasi dan restriksi dari beragam aktivitas fisik yang apabila tidak dikoreksi dapat memberikan defisit di bidang lainnya seperti akademis, perawatan diri bahkan mental yang akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi kualitas hidup anak. Gangguan ini dapat menetap hingga dewasa namun apabila diberikan intervensi dapat memberikan keluaran yang lebih baik dalam performa motorik anak, sehingga sebuah intervensi penting untuk diberikan. Penyandang GPK memiliki defisit mulai dari gerakan yang diinisiasi diri, gangguan motorik prefungsional, Kemampuan kontrol motoric dan performa motorik serta keterampilan motorik yang akhirnya mempengaruhi fungsi motoric adaptifnya, dalam hal ini bermain. Sementara engklek sendiri berperan dalam fungsi motorik adaptif yaitu bermain bersama dalam komunitas, yang aktivitasnya meliputi lompat,lempar dan berbalik, yang dengan pelatihan dapat meningkatkan fungsi koordinasi serta keseimbangan dan tidak lupa peningkatan motivasi bergerak serta memenuhi unsur praktek berulang.
Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan studi intervensi dengan consecutive sampling pada 18 orang anak sekolah dasar berusia 6-12 tahun dengan GPK yang memiliki skor motorik pada zona merah berdasarkan penilaian dengan Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2. Intervensi yang diberikan berupa latihan engklek sebanyak 2x/minggu sebanyak 10 kali putaran selama 6 minggu.
Hasil: Dari hasil penilaian skor pada awal, minggu ketiga dan akhir penelitian didapatkan peningkatan fungsi keseimbangan, namun hasilnya tidak signifikan secara statistik. Tidak signifikannya perbaikan ini dapat didasari oleh dasar mekanisme pada GPK yaitu kesulitan dalam proses pembelajaran motorik itu sendiri. Dalam penelitian ini, tiap anak hanya mendapatkan 120x momen permainan engklek total yang setara dengan 520 kali pengulangan lompat dengan satu kaki. Sehingga,penyandang GPK perlu lebih banyak latihan untuk menyesuaikan dengan kondisinya
Kesimpulan: permainan tradisional engklek memberikan perbaikan skor keseimbangan pada anak dengan GPK yang tidak signifikan secara statistik

DCD is a neurodevelopmental disorder characterized by motor performance problems in daily activities that are inconsistent with the age and intelegency. Children with DCD also has a balance problem in addition to fine and gross motor problems with a characteristic of difficulty in the motor learning process, which can take a longer time in motor learning process. Due to his or her problems, child with DCD tends to make a self isolation and restriction to various physical activities. Uncorrected problems in DCD children leads to other areas deficits such as academic, self-care even mental problems that can eventually affect children quality of life. These disorders can remain to adulthood but when given the intervention can provide better output in children motor performance, so that an intervention is important to this condition. DCD children have a deficit ranging from self-initiated movements, prefunctional Motor disorders, motoric control capabilities and motor performance as well as motor skills that ultimately affect its adaptive motoric function like plays. While the Engklek itself plays a role in adaptive motor function like play together in the community, whose activities include jumping, throwing and turning, which with training can improve the function of coordination as well as balance and also increased motivation to moves and fulfill elements of repetitive practice. Methods: This research is an intervention study with consecutive sampling in 18 elementary school children aged 6-12 years with DCD that has a motor score in the red zone based on the assessment with the Movement Assessment Battery for Children-2. The intervention given is 2x/week of Engklek training as much as 10 rounds for 6 weeks. Results: Assessment was taken at baseline, third and final week of study which shows improved balance function, but the results were not statistically significant. This finding might because of the based on the basic mechanism of DCD i.e difficulty in the motor learning process itself. In this study, each child only gained 120x a total game moment equivalent to 520 times the jump loop with one foot. Thus, DCD child needs more exercise to adjust to its condition. Conclusion: Engklek traditional game usually provide balance function score improvement in children with DCD but not statistically significant"
