"[Tesis ini membahas mengenai program hibah BEC-TF (Basic Education
Capacity Trust Fund) di Indonesia. Pemberian bantuan luar negeri selalu terkait
dengan motif negara donor dan negara resipien. Penelitian ini menginvestigasi
motif Pemerintah Belanda dalam pemberian hibah BEC-TF ke Indonesia yang
dirumuskan dalam motif politik dan ekonomi. Motif Politik pemberian BEC-TF
terkait dengan upaya Pemerintah Belanda dalam mengurangi radikalisasi dan isu
Islamophobia yang terjadi di Belanda. Motif ekonomi terkait dengan perluasan
pasar Belanda di bidang jasa, dan pembentukan iklim yang kondusif bagi
perusahaan Belanda;This study discussed the BEC-TF (Basic Education Capacity Trust Fund)
grant program in Indonesia. The provision of foreign aid is necessarily associated
with the motives of donor and recipient countries. This research investigate the
motives of Netherlands government in the provision of BEC-TF grants to
Indonesia, which was formulated in political and economic motives. Political
motives of BEC-TF program associated with the government of Netherlands
attempt to counter radicalization and Islamophobic issues that occur in the
Netherlands. The economic motive associated with the expansion of Netherlands

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh metode tutor teman sebaya terhadap belajar berdasarkan regulasi-diri. Proses regulasi-diri seperti perencanaan, monitor diri dan kendali terhadap gangguan, model interaksi antara lingkungan individu dan perilaku merupakan interaksi timbal balik yang saling menentukan. Melalui tutor teman sebaya diharapkan akan terbangun perilaku potensial melalui pengorganisasian materi perkuliahan secara mandiri dalam bentuk mencari pertolongan dan memberi pertolongan selama pr
oses belajar berlangsung secara lebih intensif karena adanya jarak psikologis yang minimal antara tutor dan tutee. Partisipan penelitian ini adalah 63 mahasiswa Fakultas Psikologi Unissula Semarang yang terbagi dalam dua kelompok, yaitu kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan.
Kelompok perlakuan terdiri dari 9 kelompok tutorial yang masing-masing kelompok terdiri dari 3-4 mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala belajar berdasar regulasi-dir
i. Model statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis
penelitian ini adalah Anava satu jalur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa ada pengaruh positif metode pembelajaran tutor sebaya terhadap belajar berdasar regulasi-diri. Metode pembelajaran tutor teman sebaya mempunyai kontribusi sebesar 17,4 persen dalam me
ningkatkan hasil belajar berdasar regulasi-diri pada mahasiswa. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa pembelajaran aktif bisa dilakukan tanpa harus melibatkan banyak tenaga pengajar. Selain itu,
proses pembelajaran bisa dimaksimalkan dengan potensi yang ada, diantaranya melalui tutor teman sebaya.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to empirically examine the effectiveness of peer tutoring method on self-regulated learning.
In self-regulated processes such as planning, self monitoring, and control of disturbances, the model of interaction between personal environment and behavior is a reciprocal interaction. Peer tutoring is expected to raise the potential behavior through an independent learning materials organization. Those behaviours include assistance-seeking behavior and assistance-giving during a more in
tensive learning process resulted from nearer psychological distance between the tutor and tutee. The subject of this research was 63 stude
nts of the Faculty of Psychology Unissula Semarang, which
was divided into two groups: 31 students in the control group and 32 students in the treatment group. The treatment group consisted of nine tutorial groups in which each group consisted of 3-4 students. This research used a motivated strategy for learning questionnaire. Analysis
of variance is used to test the hypothesis. The result indicates that there is a positive effect of peer tutoring learning methods on self-regulated learning. Peer tutoring learning method has accounted for 17.4 per cent improvement learning based on student self regulati
on. This research proved that active learning can be done without involving a lot of teachers. Besides, the learning process can be maximized with the existing potentials by, among others, through peer tutoring. "

"ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi pembelajaran (kooperatif dan individual) dan tipe kepribadian (ekstrover dan introver) terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode ekperimental dengan desain faktorial 2 x 2 dengan sampel 48 siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di kota Tangerang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) hasil belajar siswa yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran kooperatif lebih tinggi daripada yang mengikuti pembelajaran individual, (2) tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa yang berkepribadian ekstrover dan introver, (3) terdapat interaksi yang positif antara strategi
pembelajaran dan tipe kepribadian siswa pada hasil belajar bahasa Indonesia, (4) hasil belajar siswa yang ekstrover,
yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran kooperatif lebih tinggi daripada mengikuti strategi pembelajaran individual, (5)
hasil belajar siswa yang introver, yang mengikuti strategi pembelajaran individual lebih tinggi daripada mengikuti
strategi pembelajaran kooperatif. Simpulannya, strategi pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar bahasa
Indonesia siswa dengan mempertimbangkan tipe kepribadian siswa.

Abstract
The objective of the research is to study the effect of the instructional strategies (cooperative and individual learning)
and personality types (extrovert and introvert) on the outcome of students on learning Indonesian language. The
research employed the experimental method with 2 x 2 factorial design on a sample of 48 students, conducted at the
secondary school in Tangerang City. The result of the research shows that: (1) the outcome of students learning
following the instruction with cooperative strategy are higher than those following individual instruction, (2) there are
no significant differences of learning outcome between the students having extrovert type and introvert type of
personality, (3) there is a significant interaction effect between the instructional strategy and the personality type on the
secondary school outcome of the students learning Indonesian language, (4) the outcome of extrovert type students
learning, following the instruction with cooperative strategy are higher than those following individual instruction, (5)
the outcome of introvert type students learning, following the instruction with individual strategy are higher than those
following cooperative instruction. In conclusion, the instructional strategy can increase the outcome of students learning
Indonesian language by considering the students? personality type."
