"Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh karakteristik konsumen yang diwakili oleh frekuensi penggunaan, kesadaran harga, jenis kelamin, pendapatan, usia dan pendidikan terhadap persepsi keadilan atas praktek manajemen pendapatan Hotel Bunga Karang. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah mereka yang pernah menginap di Hotel Bunga Karang dalam kurun waktu 1 tahun terakhir (Mei 2011-Mei 2012). Data yang dipergunakan adalah data primer yang dihasilkan dengan cara survei lapangan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Sebanyak 120 responden dijadikan sampel untuk mewakili jumlah populasi. Analisis regresi logistik digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan cara membedakan antara kelompok konsumen yang menganggap praktek manajemen pendapatan Hotel Bunga Karang adil dengan kelompok konsumen yang menganggap praktek manajemen pendapatan Hotel Bunga Karang tidak adil. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa pendidikan mempengaruhi persepsi keadilan atas praktek manajemen pendapatan Hotel Bunga Karang, sedangkan frekuensi penggunaan, kesadaran harga, jenis kelamin, pendapatan dan usia tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan.

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of consumer characteristics, represented by frequency of use, price consciousness, gender, income, age and education on fairness perception of revenue management practice in Bunga Karang Hotel. The populations of this study are those who have stayed in Bunga Karang Hotel during the previous year (May 2011 - May 2012). This research used primary data from a survey through questionnaires. A total of 120 respondents are used as sample to represent the population.

Logistic regression analysis is used in this study by comparing groups of costumers who consider revenue management practice in Bunga Karang Hotel to be fair and the other group considers the practices to be unfair.

The finding shows that education appear to be significant factors that differentiate the two groups, whereas the frequency of use, price consciousness, gender, household income and age did not appear to be significant variable in the current analysis."

"Industri perhotelan di Indonesia terus berkembang seiring dengan peningkatan sektor pariwasata di Indonesia. Hal ini menyebabkan industri perhotelan menjadi semakin kompetitif. Oleh akrena itu hotel haruslah dapat mengatur keseluruhan sumber pendapatannya untuk dapat menciptakan arus profit yang stabil. Untuk itu diperlukan adanya pengawasan terhadap pengendalian internal. Dengan adanya pengawasan terhadap pengendalian intern yang baik, hotel dapat terhindar dari ancaman dalam menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi terhadap rancangan dan implementasi sistem pengendalian internal pada siklus pendapatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan analisis pada dokumen internal perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kelemahan pada rancangan pengendalian internal Hotel ABC, dimana pemberian diskon, penetapan harga kamar, bonus kamar kurang diawasi dan masih banyaknya proses pencatatan penjualan pada penjualan restoran, taman bermain dan spa yang dilakukan secara manual yang berdampak pada keuntungan perusahaan. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi perbaikan aktivitas pengendalian internal yang akan mengatasi permasalahan yang ada saat ini.

The hospitality industry in Indonesia continues to grow along with the increase popularity of tourism sector in Indonesia. This caused the hospitality industry to become competitive. Therefore the hotel must be able to manage the overall source of income to be able to create a stable profit stream. For this reason, supervision of internal control is needed. With a good internal control, the hotel can avoid threats in carrying out its operational activities.This study aims to evaluate the design and implementation of internal control system in revenue cycle. This research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data obtained through observation, interview and analysis on the company internal documents. The results shows that there were weaknesses in Hotel ABC's internal control design, where giving discounts, room pricing, complimentary rooms are not monitored properly, and there are some sales recording procedures that are done manually that had an impact on company's profits. Therefore this study provides recommendations for improvements of internal control activities that will address that issues."

"DKI Jakarta telah menerapkan sistem pembayaran secara online pajak hotel. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis implementasi kebijakan sistem pembayaran secara online pada pajak hotel dimana peneliti fokus melakukan penelitian pada hotel-hotel berbintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta selatan. Pendekatan penelitian adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan tehnik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam. Sistem pembayaran secara online pada pajak hotel khususnya hotel berbintang 4 dan 5 di Jakarta selatan masih belum optimal, hal ini dikarenakan perbedaan software atau sistem yang digunakan di tiap wajib pajak hotel dan belum compatible nya sistem yang disediakan BRI.

DKI Jakarta has implemented online payment system on hotel tax. The purpose is to analysis the implementation of online payment system in the hotel tax, where the researcher took the object in 4 and 5 stars hotels in south Jakarta. This research is using qualitative method with techniques of data collection through in-depth interviews. The online payment system on hotel tax especially 4 and 5 stars hotels in south Jakarta has not optimal yet, this is because the differences in system or software used in each of hotel tax payers and the system provided BRI not compatible."

"Laporan Magang ini membahas siklus pendapatan yang ada pada myCampus UI. myCampus UI merupakan authorized campus reseller yang menjual produk-produk Apple dan berbagai macam accessories dan software yang berhubungan dengan Apple, serta menyediakan jasa perbaikan dan klaim garansi produk Apple. Pembahasan akan ditekankan pada dua prosedur, yakni prosedur penjualan dan prosedur penerimaan kas pada myCampus UI serta analisis pengendalian internal sesuai dengan komponen yang terdapat dalam COSO?s Internal Control Framework. Hasil dari evaluasi prosedur penjualan dan penerimaan kas menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat ketidaksesuaian antara Standard Operating Procedure myCampus UI dan fakta di lapangan yang ada. Hal ini disebabkan oleh tidak adanya pembaruan Standard Operating Procedure. Penulis tidak menemukan adanya risiko yang signifikan baik pada prosedur penjualan maupun prosedur penerimaan kas sehingga secara umum dapat disimpulkan bahwa tujuan pengendalian atas siklus pendapatan myCampus UI telah tercapai.

This internship report analyze the revenue cycle of myCampus UI. myCampus UI is an authorized campus reseller that sells Apple products and several accessories and software associated with Apple, as well as providing repair services and warranty claims Apple products. The analysis focuses on two procedures, namely sales procedure and cash receipt procedures at myCampus UI and analysis of internal control applied by myCampus UI in accordance with COSO's Internal Control Framework.

The results of evaluation sales and cash receipt procedure indicate that there is a mismatch between Standard Operating Procedure of myCampus UI and the facts on the work field. This is caused by the lack of Standard Operating Procedure updates. There is no significant risk both on sales procedure and cash receipt procedure so that in general, it can be concluded that the control objectives of myCampus UI revenue cycle was achieved."

"Skripsi ini membahas pengaruh penerapan revenue management khususnya dalam konteks inventory control dan denied boarding terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada industri penerbangan sipil di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen dan melibatkan mahasiswa Universitas Indonesia sebagai responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan inventory control berpengaruh sebagian terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sementara kebijakan denied boarding berpengaruh penuh terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hasil tersebut dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai perilaku konsumen airlines di Indonesia yang dinamis.

This Bachelor Thesis mainly discuss about the application of revenue management, specifically in inventory control and denied boarding context towards the customer satisfaction in commercial airlines industry in Indonesia. This research use experiment method and involve the students of Universitas Indonesia as the respondent. The research result shows that inventory control is partially affecting the customer satisfaction while denied boarding is fully affecting the customer satisfaction. This result can serve as a reference for further research about the dynamic airline consumer behaviour study in Indonesia."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan yield obligasi yang diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia periode tahun 2010-2015 dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pembentukan yield Obligasi Negara yang diterbitkan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia denominasi Rupiah jangka waktu 10 tahun. Berdasarkan pengujian model multiple regression dengan menggunakan the first difference method, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dan Indeks Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) sebagai proxy dari faktor wealth berpengaruh negatif yang signifikan terhadap perubahan yield Obligasi Negara tenor 10 tahun. Adapun perubahan yield US Treasury tenor 10 tahun sebagai proxy dari faktor expected interest rate memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perubahan yield Obligasi Negara tenor 10 tahun. Sementara itu, perubahan nilai tukar Rupiah terhadap US Dollar sebagai proxy dari faktor risiko memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap perubahan yield Obligasi Negara tenor 10 tahun. Dalam penelitian ini, perubahan inflasi sebagai proxy dari faktor expected interest rate, perubahan indeks country risk dan indeks VIX yang juga merupakan proxy dari faktor risiko, serta perubahan spread harga bid dan offer Obligasi Negara tenor 10 tahun yang merupakan proxy dari kondisi likuiditas pasar obligasi disimpulkan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perubahan yield Obligasi Negara tenor 10 tahun

ABSTRACTThe objectives of this study are to examine the development of Indonesia Government Bond during the period January 2010 to December 2015, and to analyze the determinants of the yield of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond denominated in Rupiah. Based on the multiple regression model using the first difference method, this study showed that the changes of Indonesia Gross Domestic Product, and Jakarta Composite Index (IHSG) as proxies for wealth, negatively and significantly affect the changes of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond yield. Furthermore the changes of 10 year US Treasury yield as a proxy for expected interest rate, positively and significantly affect the changes of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond yield. In addition, the changes of Rupiah exchange rate as a proxy for riskiness of bonds, positively and significantly affect the changes of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond yield. According to this study, the change of inflation as a proxy for expected interest rate, the changes of country risk and VIX index as proxies for the riskiness of bonds, and the changes of bid and offer price spread of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond as a proxy for bond liquidity do not have significant influence to the changes of 10 year Indonesia Government Bond yield."
