"Skripsi ini membahas peran dan strategi Public Relations melalui Corporate Social Responsibility pada Bank BNI Syariah yang baru saja melakukan spin off dari PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) dan peduli dalam mencerdaskan anak bangsa. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, BNI Syariah menggunakan Public Relations (PR) yang menjadi salah satu kunci keberhasilan pelaksanaan CSR. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi peran dan strategi PR dalam pelaksanaan CSR. Pendekatan Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif untuk mendapatkan data-data berdasarkan dari hasil wawancara dan studi literatur sehingga menghasilkan penggambaran yang mendalam mengenai peran dan strategi PR dalam CSR. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PR berperan penting dalam pelaksanaan CSR BNI Syariah, tidak hanya pada pembentukan strategi, namun juga implementasi serta komunikasi CSR, untuk membentuk coporate image.

The focus of this study is the role and strategy of Public Relations in corporate social responsibility activities in BNI Syariah Bank recently did spin off from PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) and educating of Indonesian children. In order to build its reputation, BNI Syariah use Public Relations in CSR activities. This study aim to identify the role of Public Relations in CSR. This study is using a qualitative method to obtain a descriptive data based on depth interview and literature study resulting in-depth description of the role and strategy of Public Relations in CSR. The result of this study shows that PR has an important role, not only in strategy development but also in execution and communication of programs, to create corporate image."

"Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh menurunnya jumlah mahasiswa pendaftar Unika Atma Jaya pada tahun 2015-2017. Hal ini tentu memerlukan strategi baru dalam melakukan komunikasi yang efektif terhadap pemangku kepentingan yang berhubungan dengan Unika Atma Jaya, yaitu siswa sekolah menengah atas.Strategi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan di atas adalah dengan melakukan community relations dan corporate social responsibility yang akan berpengaruh pada customer engagement dan pada akhirnya akan berdampak pada brand image yang positif terhadap produk ataupun jasa yang diberikan oleh institusi. Penelitian ini berusaha menjawab pertanyaan apakah ada pengaruh community relations dan corporate social responsibility terhadap customer engagement dan brand image.Dalam penelitan ini digunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan survei terhadap responden dengan cara simple random sampling. Penelitan menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling untuk menguji model yang dibentuk dari kerangka teoretik terkait community relations, corporate social responsibility, customer engagement dan brand image. Sebuah model diagram jalur (path diagram) dibuat dan dianalisa (path analysis) untuk mengukur faktor pengaruh dari tiap variabel terhadap variabel lainnya, sehingga diperoleh koefisien pengaruh tiap variabel.Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa di community relations berpengaruh besar terhadap customer engagement yang pada akhirnya berpengaruh terhadap brand image institusi. Demikian halnya dengan corporate social responsibility yang ternyata dapat berpengaruh besar terhadap brand image baik secara langsung maupun melalui customer engagement."

"Penelitian evaluasi program ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model evaluasi yang mampu menjelaskan faktor determinan keberlanjutan program CSR dan penilaian dampak program dengan menggunakan metode Indeks Kepuasan Masyarakat (IKM) dan Social Return on Investment (SROI). Studi sebelumnya menunjukan pelaksanaan program CSR untuk pengembangan UMKM berhadapan dengan beberapa tantangan seperti keterbatasan kemampuan pengelola, minimnya partisipasi penerima manfaat, dan dampak yang kurang optimal. Dibutuhkan studi evaluasi terhadap program Desa Sejahtera Astra (DSA) di Sukanagalih untuk menilai optimalisasi pengelolaan dampak, kesesuaian, serta partisipasi komunitas dalam kaitannya dengan keberlanjutan program. Studi ini menggunakan metode IKM yang menemukan bahwa skor kepuasan masyarakat DSA Sukanagalih berada di angka 3.98 dengan kategori baik. Sedangkan pada metode SROI menghasilkan dampak moneter 4 kali lebih besar dari nilai investasi perusahaan dengan nilai 4.83. Hasil perhitungan tersebut memperlihatkan bahwa program DSA Sukanagalih mampu meningkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat dengan mengembangkan UKM desa.

The aim of this program evaluation research is to discover the evaluation model that is able to elucidate the factors determinant to the sustainability of the CSR program and the program impact assessment by applying the method of the Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Social Return on Investment (SROI). Many studies have exhibited how the implementation of the CSR program for MSMEs faced several challenges, such as scarcity of skilled labor to manage the program, lack of participants, and absence of significant impact. Hence, an evaluation study of the program application in Desa Sejahtera Astra (DSA) in Sukanagalih is required to assess the optimization of impact, relevance of the program, and community participation in supporting to the sustainability of the program. By applying the CSI method, this study is able to determine the satisfaction score in DSA Sukanagalih that is 3.98 which falls into the good category. Meanwhile, the SROI method produces a score of 4.83, four times greater than the company’s investment value. In conclusion, the result has corroborated that the program could improve the people’s living standards by developing the SMEs in DSA Sukanagalih.

"ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan desain program tanggung jawab sosial berdasarkan analisis aspek materialitas dan stakeholder di Rumah Sakit Mata X sehingga program tersebut sesuai dengan strategi rumah sakit dan terwujud rumah sakit yang berkelanjutan. Berdasarkan observasi awal, rumah sakit ini telah melakukan aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial namun tidak memberikan nilai tambah kepada rumah sakit. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjawab pertanyaan penelitian mengenai bagaimana analisis aspek materialitas, stakeholder engagement dan desain program tanggung jawab sosial Rumah Sakit Mata X. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teori stakeholder, teori legitimasi, dan teori stewardship. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus pada satu unit rumah sakit yaitu Rumah Sakit Mata X. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa data yang bersifat langsung yang didapat oleh peneliti dari pihak yang bersangkutan dan data sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan beberapa program tanggung jawab sosial dan tindakan engagement yang disesuaikan dengan aspek materialitas dan kategori stakeholder rumah sakit yaitu key player, context setter, dan the crowd.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research was to provide a corporate social responsibility (CSR) design program based on materiality aspects and stakeholder analysis at X Eye Hospital in accordance with hospital strategies and became a sustainable hospital. Based on the initial observation, this hospital has done their corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities but did not give value-added to the hospital. Therefore, this study is expected to answer research questions to find out materiality aspects, stakeholder engagement analysis and CSR design program at X Eye Hospital. The theory used in this research are stakeholder theory, legitimacy theory, and stewardship theory. This study is a qualitative research using a case study approach in one hospital unit that is X Eye Hospital. This study uses primary data in the form of direct data obtained by researchers from the parties concerned and secondary data. Data collection methods were conducted by interviews, observations, and document study. The result of the study shows several CSR design program and engagement activities adjusted to the materiality aspects and stakeholder categories i.e key player, context setter, and the crowd."

"Perkembangan kuantitas BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor belum diiringi denganpeningkatan kualitasnya. Jika dibandingkan dengan daerah lain kondisi kualitas BUMDesa di Kabupaten Bogor masih perlu ditingkatkan. Hal ini menjadi penting dikarenakan disatu sisi BUM Desa diharapkan dapat menjadi jalan keluar untuk permasalahan pengangguran di Kabupaten Bogor. Tesis ini membahas tentang hubungan program CSR, partisipasi masyarakat dan aksesibilitas BUM Desa dengan perkembangan BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, studi kepustakaan dan dokumentasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah 47 BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor yang menerima CSR dari perusahaan. Teknik pengolahan data dengan uji statistik deskriptif dan uji korelasiKendall’s Tau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tingkat perkembangan BUM Desa di Kabupaten Bogor mayoritas berada pada status “Berkembang”. Hipotesis penelitian secara keseluruhan “diterima” dan diperoleh hasil hubungan antara lain hubungan antara program CSR dengan perkembangan BUM Desa adalah signifikan, kuat dan searah. Hubungan antara partisipasi masyarakat dengan perkembangan BUM Desa adalah signifikan, kuat dan searah. Hubungan antara aksesibilitas BUM Desa dengan perkembangan BUM Desa adalah signifikan, sedang dan searah. The development of the quantity of BUM Desa in Bogor Regency has not been

accompanied by an increase in quality. When compared to other regions, the quality ofBUM Desa in Bogor Regency still needs to be improved. This is important because BUM Desa is expected to be a solution of the problem of unemployment in Bogor Regency.

This study discusses the influence of the CSR program, community participation and the accessibility of BUM Desa with the development of BUM Desa in Bogor Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, literature study and documentation. The object of this research is 47 BUM Desa in Bogor Regency which received CSR from the company. Data processing techniques used descriptive statistical tests and Kendall's Tau correlation test. The results showed that the level of development of BUM Desa in Bogor Regency majority in the "Developing"

status. The overall research hypothesis is "accepted" and the results of the relationship between the relationship between the CSR program and the development of BUM Desa are significant, strong and unidirectional. "Despite the long history of corporate social responsibility (CSR) research, few studies have focused on CSR activities related to business partners in supply chains. In this regard, we investigate whether internal (or backward) CSR enhances firm value. Using an index from the Korea Commission for Corporate Partnership, which indicates whether a firm shares its profits with business partner companies, we find that firm value increases as this backward CSR increases. Further, after controlling for internal CSR, firms engaged only in external CSR have lower firm value than non-CSR firms. Interestingly, we find that firms involved in both internal and external CSR have higher value. Overall, by showing that internal CSR is a core activity that enhances firm value, our study provides policy implications for the regulatory bodies of different countries."

"ABSTRACTThis research is motivated by the SATRIA CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Forum in Banyumas Regency which involves various parties such as local governments, companies, academics, NGOs, and mass media that collaborate in supporting regional development through CSR. Therefore, this paper aims to describe in-depth the governance of the SATRIA CSR Forum in Banyumas Regency in the perspective of collaborative governance. This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The research location was in Banyumas Regency, with the target of the research consisting of government elements, private elements, mass media elements, NGOs, the community, and academics. The selection of informants was carried out using purposive sampling and snowball sampling techniques. The data analysis method used is the interactive analysis. The results found that the existence of internal and external dialogue was good initial progress in the governance of the SATRIA CSR Forum. Even so, there are still some aspects of CSR Forum governance that have not been maximized, such as stakeholder's commitment and the business community's understanding of CSR regulations. Therefore, efforts are needed to get the business community involved in the SATRIA CSR Forum. In this case, the role of local government is one of the keys for the business world to be involved, including by providing understanding to the business community regarding CSR regulations. The results of this study contribute to an understanding of the implementation of collaborative approaches in the context of CSR programs at the local level."

"This paper investigates the impact of corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance by listed companies on the cost of equity capital from the perspectives of enterprise risk management and capital market risk pricing and discusses the mediating effects of operating risk. Using the causal steps approach, we conduct an empirical test with a sample of 7241 Chinese A-share listed companies from 2013 to 2018. This paper uses the price-earnings-growth (PEG) model and the Ohlson-Juettner (OJ) model to calculate the cost of equity capital and accounting earnings volatility to measure operating risk. Our results lead to the following conclusions: First, CSR performance is significantly negatively correlated with the cost of equity capital; second, CSR performance is significantly negatively correlated with operating risk; third, operating risk is a mediating variable between CSR performance and the cost of equity capital, and the mediating effect differs between long- and short-term risks. Our conclusions are confirmed by robustness tests."
