"ABSTRAK
Pemanfaatan tempat tidur yang terisi (BOR) di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. I
Raden Said Sukanto tahun 2011 mengalami penurunan sementara imbalan yang diterima
sudah standar bagi perawat pelaksana dan bidan yang berstatus PNS. Tujuan penelitian ini
untuk mengetahui ?Analisis hubungan karakteristik individu, faktor organisasi, dan motivasi
terhadap Kinerja perawat pelaksana dan bidan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said
Sukanto tahun 2011? dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Desain penelitian ini adalah
deskriptif cross sectional dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 407, sedangkan sampel diambil
sebanyak 102 responden. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner berupa angket dan
lembar observasi yang telah diuji validitas dan realibilitasnya. Analisis data dilakukan dengan
bantuan program SPSS versi 18.0 menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Dalam penelitian ini,
karakteristik individu, faktor organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap Kinerja perawat pelaksana
dan bidan yang baik sebanyak 66,7% dan karakteristik individu, faktor organisasi, dan
motivasi terhadap Kinerja perawat pelaksana dan bidan yang kurang baik sebanyak 33,3%.
Dari hasil uji Chi-Square, jenis kelamin, kepemimpinan, imbalan, dan motivasi berhubungan
terhadap Kinerja perawat pelaksana dan bidan di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said
Sukanto tahun 2011. Peneliti menyarankan kepada pihak manajerial Rumah Sakit
Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto agar lebih memperhatikan aspek jenis kelamin,
kepemimpinan, imbalan, dan motivasi bagi perawat pelaksana dan bidan di Rumah Sakit
Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto dalam bentuk pengembangan karir bagi perawat yang
merata hal ini dilakukan agar setiap perawat pelaksana dan bidan memiliki kesempatan yang
sama untuk memiliki karir sampai jenjang karir profesional yang tertinggi sehingga mobilitas
berfungsi dengan baik dan benar.

ABSTRACT
Utilization of the occupied bed (BOR) in Bhayangkara Hospital Level I Raden Said
Sukanto in 2011 has decreased while the consideration received already implementing
standards for nurses and midwives with the status of civil servants. The purpose of this study
to determine the "Analysis of the relationship of individual characteristics, organizational
factors, and motivation towards implementing Performance nurses and midwives in the
Hospital Bhayangkara Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto of 2011 "in providing nursing care. This
study design is descriptive cross-sectional with a population of 407, while the sample is taken
as 102 respondents. Data obtained using the questionnaire in the form of questionnaires and
observation sheets that have tested the validity and realibilitasnya. Data analysis was
performed with SPSS version 18.0 using Chi-Square test. In this study, individual
characteristics, organizational factors, and motivation towards implementing Performance
nurses and midwives are good as much as 66.7% and individual characteristics,
organizational factors, and motivation towards implementing Performance nurses and
midwives are not good as much as 33.3%. From the results of Chi-Square test, gender,
leadership, rewards, and motivation related to the performance of nurses and midwives in
implementing Bhayangkara Hospital Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto in 2011. Researchers suggest
that the managerial Bhayangkara Hospital Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto to pay more attention to
aspects of gender, leadership, rewards, and motivation for nurses and midwives in
implementing Bhayangkara Hospital Tk. I Raden Said Sukanto in the form of career
development for nurses who evenly this is done so every nurse and midwife executor has the
same opportunity to have a career to the highest professional career path so that the mobility
function properly and correctly.

"ABSTRAK
Kepatuhan bidan menerapkan standar pelayanan antenatal menentukan
kualitas pelayanan. Tingkat kepatuhan bidan dalam menerapkan standar
pelayanan antenatal berdasarkan survey awal adalah rendah (58,3%) di Kota
Padangsidimpuan membuat penelitian ini menjadi penting.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan adanya kepatuhan bidan
dalam menerapkan standar pelayanan antenatal di Kota
Padangsidimpuan.Disamping itu juga untuk membuktikan adanya hubungan
motivasi, supervisi, pelatihan dan beban kerjadengan kepatuhan bidan
menerapkan standar pelayanan antenatal.
Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang dengan pendekatan
kuantitatif dan jumlah sampel 112 dari total populasi 222 orang bidan praktek
swasta. Data diperoleh dengan pengisian kuesioner pada bidan dan pengamatan
langsung terhadap bidan praktek, yang dilaksanakan pada akhir bulan februari
sampai dengan Meitahun 2012.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar bidan patuh
menerapkan standar pelayanan antenatal (58,9%). Terdapat empat variabel yang
memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan kepatuhan bidan menerapkan standar
pelayanan antenatalyaitumotivasi, supervisi, pelatihandan beban kerja.
Disarankan kepada Dinas Kesehatan Kota Padangsidimpuan untuk
menciptakan kebijakan tentang sistem reward & punishment yang sesuai
kondisidaerah Kota Padangsidimpuan, wajib uji kompetensi dan menandatangani
surat komitmen patuh menerapkan standar dalam memberikan pelayanan sebagai
syarat penerbitan surat izin praktek bidan (SIPB), melakukan perbaikan cara
pendekatan supervisi agar supervisor dapat memenuhi tugasnya sebagai
fasilitator, komunikator dan motivator serta pentingnya memperbesar peluang
mengikuti seminar-seminar dan pelatihan berkaitan kompetensi bagi bidan. Untuk
permasalahan beban kerja, dinas kesehatan melalui kepala puskesmas dapat
mengkaji ulang pembagian tugas seorang bidan baik dipuskesmas maupun di
tempat prakteknya dan melakukan rotasi penempatan bidan agar tidak terjadi
tugas rangkap dan kejenuhan kerja.

ABSTRACT
The midwife to apply compliance standard antenatal care. Low levels of
compliance with antenatal care midwives applying standards based on the initial
survey (58.3%) in the City Padangsidimpuan makes this study important.
The purpose of this study was to obtain a picture of the level of
compliance with antenatal midwife to implement standards in the City
Padangsidimpuan, what are the factors that influence adherence midwives, and
how these factors apply to the compliance standards of antenatal care midwives.
This study uses a cross-sectional design with quantitative approaches and
the number of samples of the total population of 222 112 midwives in private
practice. Data obtained by filling out the questionnaire on direct observation of
midwives and midwifery practice, which was held in late February to May 2012.
The results showed that of the majority of midwives dutifully applying
standard antenatal care (58.9%). Of the five variables studied then there are four
variables that have a meaningful relationship with midwives compliance with
antenatal care standards that apply motivation, supervision, training and workload.
Noting the results of these studies, it can be recommended to the Health
Department to make improvements Padangsidimpuan supervisory approach to
supervision in accordance with the guidelines for reporting health departments,
creating a system of reward and punishment to the midwife adapted to local
conditions Padangsidimpuan and the importance to improve training opportunities
related to improving the competence midwifery in the midwife. In addition,
establishing policies that take care of every midwife SIPB must follow the
competency test and be willing to sign a letter of adherence to implement
standards in providing services as a condition of issuing a license to practice
midwifery (SIPB). To workload issues, the health department through the chief
centers may review the job description of a good midwife dipuskesmas and in his
practice and to rotate the placement of midwives in order to avoid duplicate work
and job burnout.

"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai analisis faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tindakan asuhan keperawatan dalam upaya keselamatan pasien di Instalasi Rawat Inap Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara TK. I R. Said Sukanto Kramat Jati pada tahun 2011. Analisis pelayanan keperawatan diteliti berdasar pada komponen kualifikasi perawat, waktu kerja perawat, dan lingkungan organisasi rumah sakit dengan menggunakan perawat pelaksana sebagai subjek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif desain cross sectional.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat 22% perawat pelaksana yang menilai bahwa tindakan asuhan keperawatan yang tidak aman. Penilaian berdasarkan tindakan asuhan keperawatan berdasar pada solusi praktik keselamatan pasien. Hasil penelitian uji bivariat dengan menggunakan chi-square menunjukkan variabel masa kerja perawat dan kondisi kerja memiliki hubungan yang signifikan dengan tindakan asuhan keperawatan dalam upaya keselamatan pasien.

This research attempts to analyze the factors that correlates to nurse care practices based on patient safety in inpatient ward at Bhayangkara Tk. I R. Said Sukanto Hospital in the Year 2011. Furthermore to analyze the nurse delivery services that includes component of nurse qualification, working time, organizational environment with nurse staff as the research subject. This research is conducted with quantitative method and cross sectional design.
Result shows that there are still 22% nurse staff with unsafe nurse care practices. The assesment of the nurse care practices is based on the solutions of patient safety practices. Resulting the research of bivariat test using chi-square shows in the period of employment and work conditions have significant corelation to nurse care practices based on patient safety.

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai bentuk kebijakan Zero Complaint serta implementasinya di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Tk I R Said Sukanto yang ditinjau dari kondisi lingkungan rumah sakit, hubungan antar unit rumah sakit, sumber daya rumah sakit, serta karakteristik dan kapabilitas Unit Humsar Dumas. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian mengatakan bahwa dalam implementasi kebijakan Zero Complaint masih ada faktor yang belum mendukung terlaksananya implementasi kebijakan Zero Complaint. Faktor yang belum mendukung yaitu dari kondisi lingkungan rumah sakit, terdiri dari kendala sumber daya, sosio kultural, keterlibatan penerima program, dan infrastruktur, dari faktor sumber daya rumah sakit yaitu komitmen birokrasi, dan dari faktor karakteristik dan kapabilitas Unit Humsar Dumas yaitu keterampilan petugas, komunikasi dalam unit, kepemimpinan kepala unit, dan komitmen pelaksana. Meskipun demikian hasil implementasi kebijakan Zero Complaint sudah mencapai tujuan yang sudah ditetapkan dan berhasil menciptakan perubahan yang lebih baik bagi rumah sakit baik secara internal dan eksternal.

This study is focusing on the Zero Complaint policy and its implementation in Bhayangkara Tk I R Said Sukanto Hospital. The study reviewed hospital environmental conditions, the relationships between unit in hospital, hospital resources, and characteristics and capabilities of Humsar Dumas Unit. This study is a descriptive qualitative research. The study revealed that there are several factors which are not supporting the implementation of Zero Complaint policy, which include human resources constraints, socio-cultural, the involvement of program beneficiaries from environmental condition factor, commitment of bureaucracy, personnel skills, communication within the unit, unit leadership, and executive commitment from characteristic and capabilities of Humsar Dumas Unit. Nevertheless the results of policy implementation Zero Complaint has reached a predefined goal and managed to create a better change for the hospital, both internally and externally."

"Akreditasi rumah sakit adalah pengakuan resmi dari pemerintah kepada rumah sakit yang telah memenuhi standar pelayanan kesehatan, rumah sakit Zahirah sendiri sudah lulus akreditasi namun berdasarkan data yang ada kinerja perawat dianggap masih kurang sehingga perlu diketahuinya hubungan antara pengetahuan mengenai akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat di rumah sakit Zahirah Jakarta tahun 2010.
Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah diketahui gambaran pengetahuan perawat mengenai akreditasi rumahsakit, karakteristik individu perawat, hubungan antara pengetahuan mengenai akreditasi dengan kinerja perawat di RSU Zahirah, hubungan antara karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat RSU Zahirah.
Penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Desain penelitian adalah survei cross sectional yang berarti pengukuran variabel dependen dan independen dilaksanakan pada satu waktu, Populasi penelitian adalah semua perawat yang berjumlah 72 orang perawat menggunakan alat ukur kuesioner.
Kesimpulannya adalah karakteristik individu perawat di RSU Zahirah adalah sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan, tingkat pendidikan terakhir SPK-D3, umur 24 tahun keatas, dan masa kerja 2 tahun keatas. Sebagian besar perawat memiliki pengetahuan yang baik, karakteristik individu yang terdiri dari umur, jenis kelamin, dan pendidikan tidak memiliki hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat, masa kerja terbukti mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan, pengetahuan perawat mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap kinerja perawat.
Saran dari penelitian ini adalah memberikan reward dan punishment kepada perawat, dan merekrut tenaga perawat yang telah berpengalaman minimal 2 tahun. Perlu diadakan evaluasi berkala terhadap kinerja perawat dan pelaksanaan pelayanan rumahsakit sesuai dengan standar akreditasi rumah sakit.

Hospital accreditation is official recognition from the government to hospitals that have met standards of health services, hospitals themselves have passed the accreditation Zahirah but based on existing performance data were deemed to be less so the nurse needs to know the relationship between knowledge about the accreditation of hospitals and nursing performance characteristics Zahirah hospital in Jakarta in 2010.
The purpose of this study is to know the description of nurse's knowledge about the hospital accreditation, individual characteristics, the correlation between nurse's knowledge about the hospital accreditation and the performance of nurses in Zahirah Hospital, the correlation between the individual characteristics of nurses and the performance of nurses at Zahirah Hospital.
This research is a quantitative analytical approach. The design of this study was cross sectional survey which means that the measurement of dependent variable and independent variable were done at the same time. The population of this study were all nurses who numbered 72 nurses using questionnaires as the measuring instrument.
The conclusion were that individual characteristics of nurses in Zahirah Hospital is mostly female, the last education level SPK-D3, age 24 years and older, and years of service above 2 years. Half nurses have good knowledge, the individual characteristics consisting of age, gender, and education have no significant correlation to performance of nurses, the work proved to have a significant correlation, the knowledge nurses also have significant correlation to the performance of nurses.
Suggestions from this study is to provide reward and punishment to nurses, and recruit nurses with minimum 2 years of experience. Need to conduct periodic evaluation to nurse's performance and the implementation of hospital's services in accordance with hospital accreditation standard.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara komitmen pada organisasi dan supervisi dari kepala ruangan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat di RSUD Dokter Soedarso Pontianak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskripsi korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional. Sampel pada 203 perawat pelaksana. Uji Chi-Square didapatkan komitmen afektif (p=0.000), normatif (p=0,000) dan berkesinambungan (p=0,000) berhubungan signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat. Sedangkan aspek supervisi yaitu hanya memotivasi yang berhubungan secara signifikan dengan kepuasan kerja (p= 0,018). Uji regresi logistik menunjukan faktor yang paling berhubungan dengan kepuasan kerja perawat adalah komitmen berkesinambungan. Rumah sakit perlu melakukan upaya menumbuhkan loyalitas yang dimulai pada saat rekruitmen pegawai dan seleksi secara independen dengan meningkatkan kompetensi supervisor agar kegiatan supervisi berjalan dengan optimal.

The purpose of this study is to determine the correlation between commitment on organizational and supervision from room head with working satisfaction of nurses in Docter Soedarso public district hospital in Pontianak. This study is descriptive correlational design with cross-sectional approach. Chi-Square test showed that affective (p=0.000), normative (p=0,000) and and continuance commitments (p=0,000) correlated significantly with working satisfaction. Within supervision aspect, only motivation that has correlation significantly with working satisfaction (p=0.018). On Logistic Regression test have showed factor that highly correlated with working satisfaction was continuance commitment. This study has recommendation that hospital needs to have effort to improve staff?s dedication and loyal values, especially in recruitment and selection of new staffs should be independent. Also, it is needed to improve supervisor competencies in order to optimize supervision to their staff."

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan implementasi manajemen penjadwalan dinas perawat dengan kepuasan perawat beberapa rumah sakit di Jakarta. Desain penelitian menggunakan cross sectional n= 264 perawat pelaksana . Hasil didapatkan ada hubungan antara implementasi manajemen penjadwalan dinas, fungsi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, ketenagaan, pengarahan, pengendalian terhadap kepuasan di RSUP Fatmawati dan RSPAD Gatot Soebroto p = 0,001 ndash;0,031; r = 0,192 ndash;0,453 . Namun, temuan di RSUD Tarakan hanya terdapat hubungan antara antara implementasi manajemen penjadwalan dinas, pengarahan, pengendalian terhadap kepuasan perawat p = 0,008 ndash;0,040; r = 0,349 ndash;0,440 . Faktor paling dominan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan perawat adalah fungsi pengorganisasian dan fungsi pengendalian penjadwalan dinas di RSUP Fatmawati, di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, dan di RSUD Tarakan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify the relationship between implementation of management of nurse scheduling with job satisfaction several hospitals in Jakarta. This study design was cross sectional n 264 nurses . The results of this study showed relationship between implementation of management of nurse scheduling, function of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, controling with job satisfaction in RSUP Fatmawati and RSPAD Gatot Soebroto p 0,001 ndash 0,031 r 0,192 ndash 0,453 . However, findings in RSUD Tarakan there was a relationship between implementation of management of nurse scheduling, function of directing, controlling with nurse satisfaction 0,008 ndash 0,040 r 0,349 ndash 0,440 . The most influential factor of nurse job satisfaction was the function of organizing and controling of nurse scheduling in RSUP Fatmawati, RSPAD Gatot Soebroto, and RSUD Tarakan"

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pelaksanaan fungsi manajemen kepala ruang dengan komitmen perawat pelaksana pada organisasi di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Yudha Depok. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskreptiif korelasi dengan rancangan cross sectional, dan jumlah sampel 119 perawat pelaksana dengan teknik pengambilan total sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa fungsi manajemen yang mempunyai hubungan dengan komitmen perawat pelaksana pada organisasi adalah fungsi perencanaan (p=0,47, 95% CI=1,005-4,480), fungsi pengarahan (p=0,017, 95% CI=1,255-5,576), dan fungsi pengendalian (p=0,012, 95% CI=1,312-5,844). Sedangkan dari karakteristik individu yang terdapat hubungan adalah tingkat pendidikan (p=0,048, 95% CI=0,899-66,204). Faktor paling berhubungan adalah fungsi pengarahan setelah dikontrol variabel tingkat pendidikan. Kepala ruangan perlu memberikan motivasi dan memfasilitasi perawat pelaksana untuk meningkatkan komitmen pada organisasi.

This study aimed to determine the relationship between implementation of headnurse's management functions and the nurse's commitment to the organization at Bhakti Yudha Hospital Depok. This research was descriptive correlation study with cross-sectional design and 119 sample nurses working in hospital, recruited using total sampling technique. Results of this study indicated that the management functions which associated with the nurse's commitment were planning (p=0,47, 95% CI=1,005-4,480), directing (p=0,017, 95% CI=1,255-5,576), and controlling functions (p=0,012, 95% CI=1,312-5,844). The individual characteristics that associated with nurse's commitment was the education level (p=0,048, 95% CI=0,899-66,204). The most related factor was a directing function after it has been controlled by education level. Head nurse needs to motivate and facilitate nurses to develop and improve the commitment to organization.

"Kinerja personil baik kuantitas maupun kualitas dalam organisasi rumah sakit merupakan penampilan dari setiap upaya pelayanan kesehatan yang merupakan tanggung jawab perawat manajer. Perawat manajer adalah orang yang terlibat dalam akreditasi dan bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan, sehingga tujuan pelayanan keperawatan yang bermutu tercapai.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran 'hubungan antara pemahaman tentang akreditasi rumah sakit dan karakteristik dengan kinerja perawat manajer di Rumah Sakit Kepolisian Pusat Raden Said Sukanto Jakarta'. Disain penelitian adalah deskriptif korelasional, pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel berjumlah 80 orang, dengan instrumen kuesioner yang telah diujikan hasil valid dan reliabel.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pemahaman akreditasi Rumah Sakit bidang pelayanan keperawatan dengan kinerja perawat manajer (p=0,973). Perawat manajer yang paham tentang akreditasi lebih baik, memiliki peluang untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya dibandingkan dengan perawat manajer yang kurang paham. Sedangkan karakteristik menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan dengan kinerja perawat manajer.
Disimpulkan bahwa pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi tidak berhubungan bermakna dengan kinerja perawat. Direkomendasikan bahwa pimpinan rumah sakit perlu menjelaskan pemahaman perawat manajer tentang akreditasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan manajer dalam pengelolaan pelayanan keperawatan di rumah sakit.

In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/ she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services.
This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test.
The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the understanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital.
The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.
In a hospital organization, the personnel's performance from both the quality or quantity standpoint reflects the effort in health service was responsible nurse manager. The person who is involved in the accreditation process is the nurse manager and he/she is responsible in managing the nursing services to achieve the high quality nursing services. This research is intended to illustrate 'the relationship between the understanding of hospital accreditation and individual characteristic with the performance of nurse managers at the Raden Said Sukanto Main Police Hospital in Jakarta'. The research format is a co relational descriptive with a cross sectional characteristic. The sample for this research is taken from the entire nurse manager staff at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital numbering to 80 people, the instrument used with the validity and reliability test. The result reveals that there is no significant relation between the nderstanding of hospital accreditation in the field of nursing services with the nurse manager's performance (p=0.973). A nurse manager who understands the gist of accreditation has a slightly better chance to improve his/her performance compared to a nurse manager who is insufficient in his/her understanding of the accreditation. The research on characteristic reveals that there is no significant relation between the individual's characteristic and the performance of nurse managers at the RS Sukanto Main Police Hospital. The conclusion of this study showed that there isn't significant relation between the undertanding nurse manager with performance nurse's. From this result can be suggested for direction hospital need explained the continuation of the accreditation process to provide an effective learning experience to increase the quality of the nursing service is recommended.
