"Aktivitas yang di jalanka oleh Public Relations adalah
berusaha menciptakan citra yang baik bagi organisasi yang
diwakilinya serta saling menguntungkan bagi masyarakat baik ke
dalam maupun ke luar. salah satu aktivitas atau kegiatan public
relations/hubungan masyarakat adalah kegiatan ke dalam organisasi
(internal public relations) yang salah satunya kegiatan komunikasi
karyawan. Kegiatan komunikasi karyawan dalam hal ini adalah komunikasi
ke atas, komunikasi ke bawah dan komunikasi horisontal.
Kekompakan/cohesiveness dalam organisasi perusahaan seperti PT Merpati Nusantara yang mempunyai banyak karyawan yang terdiri dari
jenis berbeda (penerbang awak kabin, teknik dan administrasi),
adalah perlu untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi.
Skripsi ini ingin membahas b gaimana kegiatan komunikasi
karyawan yang ada pada perusahaan mempe ngaruhi kekompakan
karyawan tersebut. Melalui penelitian yang bersifat deskriptif
serta menggunakan metode survai dan wawanca ramendalam.
Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang melaksanakan melalui studi
kepustakaan dan studi lapangan (melalui quesioner dan pedoman
wawancara mendalam), dapat di ketahui bahwa kegiatan komunikasi
karyawan di PT. MNA belum seluruhnya berjalan baik dan lancar.
Hanya komunikasi ke bawah dan komunikasi horisontal yang berjalan
dengan baik, tidak demikian dengan komunikasi keatas hambatan
yang utama bersifat teknis, di mana rantai birokrasi terlalu
panjang dan kaku serta hambatann non teknis yaitu sikap mental di
antara pelaku komLinikasi tersebut, seperti sikap
senioritas,adanya rasa sungkan atau ikuh serta terlalu banyak
tenggang rasa yang menyebabkan mengganggu pekerjaan. Sehingga
kekompakan yang sudah ada dapat menimbulkan kendala.
Peranan humas dalam kegiatan internal public relations hanya
baru sebagai fungsi informatif/penerangan dan sedikit fungsi
persuasif melalui komunikasi ke bawah dan komunikasi horisontal."

Sekolah Otonom Sanggar Anak Akar merupakan sebuah sekolah yang didirikan pada November 1994 di daerah Cipinang, Jakarta Timur. Sekolah ini merupakan pengembangan dari sebuah program open house yang dilakukan oleh Biro Advokasi Anak, Institut Sosial Jakarta pada tahun 1989. Sekolah ini lahir dari keinginan untuk memberikan rasa aman bagi anak-anak jalanan agar bisa berkembang dan membuat mereka mampu mengekspresikan ide serta kemampuan yang dimiliki. Sanggar Anak Akar melihat jika lingkungan anak-anak jalanan sangatlah tidak kondusif dan tidak baik untuk perkembangan anak. Siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar juga ingin meluruskan pandangan yang menganggap jika mereka adalah anak jalanan biasa yang tidak bisa melakukan apa-apa. Sanggar Anak Akar sangat menekankan pada pengembangan kreativitas siswa-siswinya. Beberapa prestasi dari Sanggar Anak Akar di bidang seni adalah terpilih untuk menjadi ensamble musik di Kongres Perempuan Asia Pasifik 2002 di Bangkok, Thailand, memproduksi album yang berjudul ?Gema Gita Mahardika?, sukses menggelar Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika yang bekerjasama dengan PPHUI di tahun 2013, dan berhasil menggelar sebuah pagelaran teater di bulan November 2014 yang berjudul ?Sayap-sayap Mimpi?. Selain itu, Sanggar Anak Akar sering ditunjuk sebagai perwakilan DKI Jakarta di festival-festival seni di Indonesia seperti di Jember Fashion Festival. Segala pencapaian ini tidak lepas dari kuatnya kerjasama yang mereka miliki baik dengan lembaga donor, sekolah swasta nasional maupun internasional, hingga Sahabat Akar yang selalu mendukung segala kegiatan Sanggar Anak Akar, baik dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar maupun pementasan seni.
Sahabat Akar adalah para praktisi yang sudah memiliki pengalaman yang banyak di bidangnya masing-masing namun memiliki komitmen untuk membantu anak-anak Sanggar Anak Akar agar bisa memiliki kemampuan lain. Peran Sahabat Akar sangatlah penting karena mereka berbagi pengalaman kepada siswa-siswi Sanggar Anak Akar. Selain itu, Sahabat Akar sangatlah loyal terhadap Sanggar Anak Akar sehingga keberadaannya bisa diandalkan. Sanggar Anak Akar menyadari bahwa terjadi kekosongan pada penggunaan media untuk menyebarkan visi mereka. Sanggar Anak Akar juga memiliki berbagai macam prestasi di bidang seni dan memiliki siswa-siswi yang sudah mendapatkan pelajaran ilmu jurnalistik sehingga akan percuma jika kemampuan yang sudah dimiliki ini tidak dikembangkan lebih lanjut.

Situation Analysis
Sanggar Anak Akar is a school that was established in November 1994 in the area of Cipinang, East Jakarta. The school was developed from an open house program conducted by the Bureau of Child Advocacy, Jakarta Social Institute in 1989. Sanggar Anak Akar was born from the desire to provide security for street children in order to grow and make them able to express their ideas and capabilities. Sanggar Anak Akar sees if the environment of street children is not conducive and not good for children's development. In addition to that, Sanggar Anak Akar students also want to straighten the common paradigms that assume if they were ordinary street children who cannot do anything.
Sanggar Anak Akar emphasis on developing creativity of students. Some of the achievements of Sanggar Anak Akar students in art were chosen to be the musical ensemble in the Asia-Pacific Women's Congress 2002 in Bangkok, Thailand, producing an album titled "Gema Mahardika Gita", successfully held Konserta Gema Gita Mahardika in cooperation with PPHUI in 2013, and successfully staged a theatrical performance in the month of November 2014, entitled "Sayap-sayap Mimpi". Additionally, Sanggar Anak Akar students are often appointed as the representative of Jakarta at art festivals in Indonesia as in Jember Fashion Festival. All of this achievements cannot be separated from the strength they have good cooperation with aid bodies, national and international private schools, to Sahabat Akar whose always supports all the activities of Sanggar Anak Akar students, both in teaching and learning activities and art performances.
Sahabt Akar are practitioners who already have a lot of experience in their respective fields, but committed to helping children Anak roots in order to master soft-skill abilities. Sahabat Akar have got very important role because they share experiences to students Anak Roots. In addition, the Sahabat Akar is very loyal to Anak roots so that its presence can be relied on.
Sanggar Anak Akar realizes that there is a vacant occurs in the use of media to spread their vision. Sanggar Anak Akar also have a wide range of achievements in the arts and have students who already had a class journalism that would be useless if it already possessed this ability not developed further.

"Hubungan dengan media (Media Relations) adalah salah satu aspek dari kegiatan lembaga Hubungan Masyarakat (humas) yang cukup penting dan strategis. Dikatakan demikian, karena media (diwakili oleh wartawan) sebagai mitra kerja humas memiliki fungsi penyampai informasi, mendidik dan membentuk opini publik melalui surat kabar atau majalah. Posisi media itu menjadi semakin penting bila respon publik dapat diterima dan dikomunikasikan kembali melalui media tersebut.
Namun, pada prakteknya, untuk mencapai sebuah hubungan kerja yang baik antara humas dengan media tidak semudah yang dibayangkan. Meskipun juga disadari adanya kesalingtergantungan hubungan kerja antara humas dengan media, tetapi tak jarang timbul kesalahpahaman dan koflik di antaranya. Konflik itu menjadi semakin hebat, bila humas tertimpa oleh suatu krisis citra perusahaan.
Dilatari oleh kondisi tersebutlah, penulis mencoba mengkaji aspek hubungan dengan media sebagai salah satu fungsi humas, dengan mengambil kasus Humas PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines, dengan kajian lebih mendalam di saat Humas Merpati menghadapi krisis citra perusahaan. Contoh krisis yang diniaksud adalah ketika Merpati menghadapi musibah kecelakaan pesawat dan ketika adanya pergantian direktur utama beberapa waktu silam.
Hasil penggalian data melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap pejabat Humas Merpati dan lima wartawan - 4 surat kabar nasional (KOMPAS, Republika, Media Indonesia, Suara Karya) dan 1 majalah Gatra - beserta observasi hubungan media secara langsung, dapat diperoleh gambaran sebagai berikut :
1. Meskipun kedudukan Humas Merpati telah berada pada posisi yang cukup ideal dan strategis di dalam tubuh organisasi perusahaannya, namun ternyata kehadirannya di dalam sistem perusahaan kurang banyak berperan. Hal ini lebih banyak disebabkan oleh adanya konflik personal yang sangat mempengaruhi hubungan kerja, baik itu konflik dari luar (Departemen Perhubungan) maupun dari dalam (Manajemen).
2. Hubungan media yang dilakukan oleh Humas Merpati telah berjalan cukup baik. Namun, terlalu baiknya hubungan tersebut -- baik formal maupun informal - nampaknya Humas Merpati "memanfaatkan" hubungan tersebut dalam mempengaruhi media untuk urusan pemuatan berita.
3. Hubungan media di saat krisis, Humas Merpati belum menampakkan perannya dalam memberikan informasi kepada media massa. Dalam hal ini, Humas Merpati lebih berkonsentrasi kepada kegiatan yang bersifat internal, seperti protokoler penyelenggaraan acaranya."

"ABSTRAK
Due to build a competitive market of airline industry, the government loose their
tight control in giving license to new companies entering into aviation business. Since
the government has opened new regulation on open-air market, new airlines companies
are mushrooming. This emerging of new airlines companies will definitely increase
competition between old players and the new ones.
New Airlines Company seems to be of highly efficient and effective, in running
their business. Moreover, they operate a slim organizational structure, and dare to
implement brave marketing strategy such as selling ticket fare under standard price. Old
players with bureaucratic structure of organization will be wobbly in entering the battle of
competition. To be surviving, old state-owned company should maintain its reputation in
the public opinion.
This study has the aim in order to analyze the stakeholders? opinion on Merpati
Nusantara Airlines corporate reputations, besides to propose the role of corporate Public
Relations in building good reputations at Merpati Nusantara Airlines.
Corporate Reputations is the reflection of an organization over time, as seen
through the eyes of its stakeholders. Image factors will express that a company is
uniquely developed with positive traits such as innovative, honesty, and competent
management. Public Relations is a division which has a duty to maintain a good
reputation in public opinion.
To get the public opinion about Merpati Nusantara current reputation, here the
present writer makes a research about public opinion through media analysis. The
company gave her all news being published during the year of 2000-2001, and the
present writer tries to make an analysis about the Public Relations role in building the
reputation in Merpati Nusantara Airlines.
Merpati Nusantara Airlines is famous to its inability to provide good services to
the passengers. Such a poor service in ticket handling by the front liners, especially in
East Indonesia the place where actually Merpati Nusantara has influential brand
awareness. Furthermore, the company delivers the greatest routes in lndonesia The
company?s greatest segment is business to communication business, with short haul
business characteristics, and about 62% passengers are the civil servant and official
employees.
The present writer makes several interviews to middle managements to see the
internal relations between divisions. The aim is to propose the role of Public Relations at
Merpati Nusantara Airlines. In those previous conversations, complaints occur from the
marketing division. As a market leader in new invention of preflight services like call and
fly, mir@ (buying ticket from the internet) these products do not reach the target market.
Hence financial distress caused these new services cannot be advertised regularly.
Human Resources of division emphasized about unsatisfied employee, strategic planning
division pointed out about employee lack awareness of planning program and the Public
Relations Division which on the perspective of the present writer has not played the
important role in building good reputation, especially in building good communication
with media which is an implementation of both external and media relations.
This thesis will show the importance of integrated marketing in inter divisions?
context. To realize it, the Public Relations Division has to play a good mie by getting
involved in every division. The aim is to get a better understanding about everything
happened in the company consequently the Public Relations Officers are able to use it
real function which is a gate keeper between internal and external stakeholders. The
Public Relations Officer can use the tools of values driven process, as a guide to
Implementation.
The other important thing is that the Public Relations Officer should also be
always aware of current public opinion about company?s reputation. The present writer
does a simple research about company?s news in the media. The media analyses tools
analyze the result, from the research it is seen that there is duration of length between
once the complaint was published and the time of answering it. Nevertheless the most
significant thing here is not only answering complaints but also integrated with Human
Resources Divisions in handling disobedient employees.

"The modern and hitech equipment on operation, in one face can give more friendly user or make it easy, in other face can be make it trouble, such as the knowledge of worker to handle the equipment, the implementation of environment working and sense of discipline still minimum. In a working, an employee needs guarantee of his health and safety life in the company. This becomes a primary requirement to build a secure feeling amongst employees which may give a better result of his work, furthermore, this can also support the objectives of the company it self.
The Research Question are How the Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Case Study of Aspect Safety of Air Transport at PT.Merpati, and secondly to identify the employee`s perception of that system implementation. Approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. In addition, a descriptive type of research was chosen to be in line with the research purposes. This research used 194 employee of Flight Crew division and 48 employee of Aircraft Maintenance division as population, and had 66 employee of Flight Crew division and 32 employee of Aircraft Maintenance division as samples.
The sample was chosen by using simple random sampling technique. Data collection was using questionaires and interviews. And then, data was being analyzed using univariate technique. The Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety Management System, Aspect of Air Transport Safety at PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines based on the observation by researcher is exceptional. Furthermore, employee`s perception of that system implementation is also exceptional. However, PT.Merpati needs to reanalyze policies of the documentation of some health and safety documents in order to give a better change for that system implemantation."

"Pada Agustus 2017 Direktorat Pengendalian Aplikasi Informatika Subdirektorat Pengendalian Konten Internet menciptakan layanan pengaduan masyarakat terkait konten negatif yang diberi nama Aduan Konten. Layanan Aduan Konten tersebut dibuat dengan mengedepankan segi transparansi setelah layanan pengaduan masyarakat sebelumya yaitu Trust Positif dan Lapor.go.id dianggap belum cukup efektif dan memenuhi dari berbagai aspek seperti transparansi dan laporan pemrosesan. Namun, setelah diimplementasikan layanan Aduan Konten ini juga memiliki berbagai permasalahan seperti aplikasi Aduan Konten yang sudah tidak dapat lagi digunakan sehingga saat ini layanan Aduan Konten hanya dapat diproses melalui web aduankonten.id, email, serta beberapa media sosial. Hal tersebut melatarbelakangi penelitian yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis efektifivitas media sosial twitter @aduankonten dalam mendukung program Gerakan Nasional Literasi Digital. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data mix-methods melalui survey, wawancara mendalam, dan studi kepustakaan. Teori utama yang digunakan adalah teori Efektivitas Sistem Informasi oleh DeLone and McLean (2003). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas media sosial twitter untuk mewujudkan program Gerakan Nasional Literasi Digital masuk ke dalam kategori efektif.

In August 2017 the Directorate of Information Application Control Sub-directorate of Internet Content Control created a public complaint service related to negative content called Aduan Konten. Aduan Konten was made by promoting transparency after the previous public complaint service, Trust Positive and Lapor.go.id, wasn’t considered yet effective enough and fulfilled various aspects such as transparency and report processing. However, after the Aduan Konten service is implemented, it has various problems such as the Aduan Konten’s application that can not longer be used so that the Aduan Konten service can only be processed through the web aduankonten.id, email, and some social media. These are the background of research that aims to analyze the effectiveness of social media Twitter @aduankonten in supporting the SiBerkreasi National Digital Literacy Movement program. This research used a quantitative approaches with data collection techniques mix-methods through surveys, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. The main theory used is the Information Systems Effectiveness theory by DeLone and McLean (2003). The results showed that the effectiveness of the social media Twitter to realize the Digital Literacy National Movement program into the effective category"

Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu media yang dapat digunakan untuk studi mikrobiologi (Jiwintarum, 2017). Terdapat tiga jenis media yang digunakan untuk pertumbuhan jamur, yaitu media alami, media semi sintetik, dan media sintetik. Salah satu media sintetik untuk pertumbuhan jamur adalah Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA). Pembuatan suatu media diperlukan analisis dari uji pengendalian mutu untuk menjamin bahwa suatu media dapat menjadi tempat pembenihan mikroba yang subur. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara retrospektif dengan cara mengumpulkan dan mengambil data dari batch record dan laporan validasi proses media SDA SA000-0323002, SA000-0423004, SA000-0523005. Kemudian dianalisis terkait uji pengendalian mutunya yang terdiri dari Uji In House Method, Uji GPT dan Uji Sterilitas. Berdasarkan analisis hasil uji pengendalian mutu yang terdiri dari uji visual, uji pengisian volume, uji pH, uji Growth Promotion Test (GPT) dan uji sterilitas memenuhi spesifikasi yang telah ditetapkan serta media Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) tersebut bisa digunakan untuk menumbuhkan jamur.

Indonesia is a tropical country so it allows the growth of various microorganisms, one of which is fungi. Fungi can cause various infectious diseases. Therefore, a medium is needed that can be used for microbiology studies (Jiwintarum, 2017). There are three types of media used for fungal growth, namely natural media, semisynthetic media, and synthetic media. One synthetic medium for fungal growth is Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA). Making a media requires analysis of quality control tests to ensure that a media can become a fertile breeding ground for microbes. This research was conducted retrospectively by collecting and retrieving data from batch records and SDA media process validation reports SA000-0323002, SA000-0423004, SA000-0523005. Then it is analyzed regarding the quality control test which consists of the In House Method Test, GPT Test and Sterility Test. Based on the analysis of the results of quality control tests consisting of visual tests, volume filling tests, pH tests, Growth Promotion Tests (GPT) and sterility tests that meet the specified specifications and the Sabouraud Dextrose Agar (SDA) media can be used to grow mushrooms.

"Keberadaan BUMN di dalam perekonomian nasional memainkan peran yang sangat strategis. Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) merupakan alat pemerintah guna mencapai tujuan negara yaitu mensejahterakan kehidupan bangsa. BUMN menjadi jawaban dari masalah terjadinya kegagalan pasar (market failure) dalam distribusi sumber daya secara optimal. PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines merupakan sebuah Badan Usaha Milik Negara yang diberikan kepercayaan oleh pemerintah sebagai perusahaan penerbangan yang melayani jalur-jalur perintis di Tanah Air. Tetapi sayangnya Merpati merupakan salah satu BUMN yang mengalami kerugian, sepak terjang Merpati tidak semulus seperti yang diinginkan. Setelah mengudara selama 53 tahun, maskapai penerbangan pelat merah ini tterancam pailit dengan terbelit hutang sebesar Rp 6 Trilliun. Penelitian yang dilakukan dengan pendekatan postpositivis, menggunakan wawancara mendalam dengan beberapa sumber sebagai instrumen penelitian untuk mengetahui keadaan internal dan eksternal perusahaan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam Faktor internal kelemahan perusahaan lebih banyak dari kekuatan perusahaan, faktor eksternal terlihat bahwa peluang yang ada lebih besar dari ancaman yang ada. Selain itu, juga telah terformulasi beberapa alternatif strategi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang ada pada PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines

The existence of state-owned enterprises plays a strategic role in Indonesia’s national economy. State Owned Enterprises ( SOE ) is a tool to achieve the objectives of the state government is the welfare of the nation. SOE’s to be the answer to the problem of market failure in optimizing the distribution of resources. Merpati Nusantara Airlines is a State Owned Enterprise that is given credence by the government as the airlines serving the rural lines in the country.But unfortunately Merpati is one of the SOE’s that incurred loses, Merpati’s financial journey is not as smooth as desired. After airing for 53 years, the stateowned airline is heavily in debt with the bankruptcy Rp 6 Trillion. This research conducted by postpositivis approach, using in-depth interviews with several sources as a research instrument to determine the internal and external factors that affect the company.
The results of this study indicate that the weakness in the company's internal factors are far more greater than the company’s internal strength, and the company’s external factors indicates that there are greater opportunities than its threats. Moreover, there are several alternative strategies formulated to solve existing problems in PT. Merpati Nusantara Airlines"
