"OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) merupakan salah satu sarana temu kembali informasi yang penting untuk diimplementasi oleh perpustakaan karena tidak hanya dapat membantu pustakawan dalam mengelola koleksi perpustakaan, tetapi juga dapat membantu pengguna menemukan bahan pustaka yang dibutuhkan secara mudah dan fleksibel. Meskipun demikian, OPAC dapat mengalami permasalahan ketika pencarian dilakukan seperti dokumen yang ditemukan tidak relevan dengan kueri yang diberikan oleh pengguna, informasi yang tersedia di OPAC tidak lengkap, dan sebagainya. Oleh sebab itu, peneliti melakukan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menilai seberapa efektif dan efisien kinerja OPAC Perpustakaan UI berdasarkan kriteria evaluasi sistem temu kembali informasi Salton dan McGill. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja OPAC Perpustakaan UI dinilai efektif dan efisien, hal ini terlihat dari rata-rata nilai precision yang berada di angka 0.87 atau tingkat precision tinggi, rata-rata waktu respons pencarian berada di angka 1,81 yang dinilai cepat, kecilnya upaya pengguna yang dibutuhkan, tampilan antarmuka OPAC Perpustakaan UI dan hasil pencarian yang disajikan dengan yang baik dan mudah untuk dipahami, serta lengkapnya cakupan koleksi yang tersedia di OPAC Perpustakaan UI.

OPAC (Online Public Access Catalog) is an retrieval information tool which is considered important to be implemented by a library because it does not only help the librarians in managing the library’s collections but it also helps the users in retrieving the library materials easily and flexibly. Even so, OPAC might experience some problems such as documents that are retrieved are not relevant to the query given by the user, the information available in the OPAC is incomplete, and so on. Therefore, this study is conducted to find out and assess how effective and efficient the performance of UI Library’s OPAC based on Salton and McGill’s information retrieval system evaluations criteries. The results of this study indicate that the performance of UI Library’s OPAC is considered to be effective and efficient, which can be seen from the average of precision value which is at 0,87 and or a high level precision, the average search response time is at 1,81 seconds which is considered fast, small user effort is required, the interface display of UI Library’s OPAC and the search results that are well-presented and easy to understand, as well as the complete collection coverage that is provided in the UI Library’s OPAC."

"ABSTRAKThis study examines the phenomenon of West Java Provincial Governments financial statements that received unqualified opinion (WTP) from the Supreme Audit Board (Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan) prepared after qualify the qualitative characteristics aspects of a good Financial Statement. This study aims to test how much influence the availability of hardware and software availability as a major component of Accounting Information Systems which became a tool to produce government financial statements. The research method used is survey with primary data collection tool in the form of questionnaire. The relationship between research variables was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis with SPSS tool. The results showed that 1). there is a significant positive influence from the availability of Hardware and Software Availability collectively to the qualitative characteristics of theMunicipal / Regency Government Financial Statements in West Java. 2). Hardware availability has a significant positive effect on Qualitative Characteristics of Government Financial Statements. 3). Software availability has a positive but insignificant effect on the qualitative characteristics of government financial statements.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini meneliti fenomena Laporan keuangan pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat yang mendapat opini Wajar Tanpa Pengecualian (WTP) dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) yang disusun setelah memenuhi syarat aspek karakteristik kualitatif Laporan Keuangan yang baik Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji seberapa besar pengaruh ketersediaan hardware dan ketersediaan software sebagai komponen utama Sistem Informasi Akuntansi yang menjadi alat untuk menghasilkan laporan keuangan pemerintah. Metode penelitian yangdigunakan adalah survey dengan alat pengumpulan data primer berupa kuesioner. Hubungan antar variabel penelitian dianalisa dengan menggunakan analisa regresi berganda dengan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1). terdapat pengaruh positif yangsignifikan dari ketersediaan Hardware dan Ketersediaan Software secara bersamasama terhadap karakteristik kualitatif Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah Kota/Kabupaten di Jawa Barat. 2). ketersediaan Hardware mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap KarakteristikKualitatif Laporan Keuangan Pemerintah. 3). ketersediaan Software berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap karakteristik kualitatif laporan keuangan pemerintah."

"Human resources is an important asset in an organization, inclusive of governance institution. Human resources management in organization is an systems with complex. Therefore, the organization required an integrated systems which can accommodate the officer data better. Personel Management Information System (SIMPEG) represent an integrated computerized system can be used in human resource management. The basic problem of this research is 'how the implementation of Personel Management Information System at Personel Bureau of Domestic Departement and its implementation barriers'. This research arranged to analyze how the implementation of Personel Management Information System at Personel Bureau of Domestic Departement. The approach used in this research is qualitative approach. Primary data were gathered through in depth interview using guidance. Secondary data were gathered through literature study.Based on research conducted, in the implementation, Personel Management Information System (SIMPEG) has able to provide and manage information about all personel at Domestic Department as decision support systems. SIMPEG related to 5 things: hardware, software, brainware, netware, and dataware that connected and influenced each other. Barriers in application happened because 3 things: limit of budgets, internal accessibilities limitations, and low quality of human resources.Result from this research are result of information from SIMPEG have good, but its applying not yet optimal, because use result of SIMPEG information still be depended from itself user. There are four suggestion based on research summary: (1) more attention to budget from government, (2) repair of network problem at internal of Domestic Departement and Local Government."

"Sistem Informasi Penempatan Apoteker Dalam Pelaksanaan Wajib Kerja Sarjana di lingkungan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (Badan POM) dapat menyajikan informasi yang dibutuhkan untuk menunjang perencanaan penempatan apoteker dalam pelaksanaan Wajib Kerja Sarjana. Namun saat ini sistem informasi yang berjalan hanya menyajikan informasi secara agregat yaitu nama tempat/wilayah/daerah dan jumlah formasi apotekernya.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperoleh hasil analisis sistem pelaksanaan proses penempatan apoteker dalam rangka pelaksanaan Wajib Kerja Sarjana di lingkungan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan (Badan POM) dengan tepat waktu.Upaya untuk analisis sistem ini, dilakukan dengan metode penggalian informasi dengan menggunakan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) dan telaah dokumen dan dianalisis dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif.Dan hasil penelitian ini dapat diidentifikasi, bahwa bila disusun dalam analisis SWOT dapat dijabarkan; kekuatan (strength), kelemahan (weakness), peluang (opportunity) dan hambatan/kendalalancaman (threat), dimana strategi yang harus diambil dalam analisis sistem informasi penempatan apoteker dalam pelaksanaan Wajib Kerja Sarjana (WKS), perlu adanya prosedur baku untuk mekanisme penempatan apoteker dalam rangka Wajib Kerja Sarjana dan serta melihat akan kekuatan, kelemahan, kesempatan dan ancaman daripada instansi yang terkait dengan permasalahan Wajib Kerja Sarjana, khususnya apoteker, sehingga penempatan apoteker tepat pads waktunya.Rencana perubahan atau dengan perkembangan organisasi unit kerja Ditjen POM menjadi Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan, serta dengan berlakunya otonomi daerah dapat menjadikan Badan POM bisa mandiri dalam hal penempatan apoteker dalam rangka Wajib Kerja Sarjana.Daftar bacaan : 24 (1961 - 2000).

Aphotheker Placement Information System Analysis in Applied of Graduate Work Compulsory (Wajib Kerja Sarjana) at National Agency of Drug and Food ControlAphotheker placement information system analysis in applied of Graduate Work Compulsory (GWC) can provide supporting information which is needed for planning of Aphotheker placement in applied of GWC. However the information system which is applied now, only provided information in the agregate way such as name/place/province/region or amount of aphotheker formation.The objective of this study is to get analysis result of Aphotheker placement information system in applied of GWC at National Agency of Drug and Food Control in order to make it on time. The effort for analysis of this system is carried out with information excavation methode with using in depth interview, document study and analysis with qualitative approach methode.From this study, it can be identified, if it is compesed in SWOT analysis, the SWOT analysis can be elaborated; strength, weakness, opportunity, threat, where a strategy should be taken in aphotheker placement information system in applied of GWC, a mechanism standard procedure is needed on aphotheker placement in applied of GWC by considering strength, weakness, opportunity and threat of authority which is related with GWC problem, especially aphotheker, so placement of aphotheker could be carried out on time.Planning to change or with development of Directorat General of Food and Drug Control become National Agency of Drug and Food Control and by commencing of region authority, it makes the National Agency of Drug and Food Control could stand alone for placement of aphotheker in applied of GWC.Bibliography : 24 (1961 - 2000)"
