"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nilai-nilai moral yang terungkapdalam cerita rakyat Betawi pada buku teks “Pendidikan Lingkungan BudayaJakarta (PLBJ)” untuk siswa SD. Ancangan penelitian ini didasarkan pada teoriAnalisis Wacana Kritis Van Dijk (2008; 2009) yang menggunakan pendekatansosiokognitif untuk menunjukkan kesesuaian atau pertentangan pemahamanwacana dengan konteks sosial. Beberapa teori lain seperti teori Alwi, et. al. (2003)tentang pemerian kalimat dalam tata bahasa baku Bahasa Indonesia serta teoriproposisi makro dan skema naratif Van Dijk (1980) juga diterapkan untukmengalisis struktur teks. Sementara itu, kesesuaian atau pertentangan pemahamanwacana dengan kesepakatan sosial atas nilai-nilai moral diuji denganmenggunakan prinsip moral dasar Magnis-Suseno (1987). Hasil penelitianmemperlihatkan bahwa pembaca diarahkan untuk memahami tindakan-tindakandalam teks sebagai tindakan yang bernilai positif. Namun, temuan menunjukkanbahwa tindakan tokoh-tokoh dalam teks cenderung digambarkan dengan kata-kataberkonotasi negatif dan beberapa teks cenderung menggunakan kekerasan atauperkelahian sebagai konsekuensi atas tindakan tertentu. Dari temuan yangdiperoleh, terlihat bahwa tindakan tokoh-tokoh yang terungkap dari teks ceritarakyat Betawi dalam buku PLBJ untuk siswa SD melanggar nilai-nilai moral yangmenjadi kesepakatan sosial.

ABSTRACTThe objective of this paper is to analyze the moral values of Betawi folktales in“Pendidikan Lingkungan Budaya Jakarta (PLBJ)” textbook for elementarystudents. This study employs Van Dijk’s Critical Discourse Analysis (2008; 2009)as the core theory which applied sosiocognitive approach to explain howcomprehension of the discourse and social context corresponds or contradicts eachother. In addition, other theories such as sentence division in Bahasa Indonesiagrammar by Alwi, et. al. (2003) and macroproposition as well as narrative schemaby Van Dijk (1980) are applied to analyze the text structures while basic moralprinciples by Magnis-Suseno (1987) is used to examine the moral values of thestories. The results demonstrate that character behaviours in the stories can beviewed as examples with positive values by readers. Meanwhile, those behavioursare likely described using words with negative connotation and some texts tend toutilize violence as consequences to certain behaviours. These findings suggest thatthe behaviours in Betawi folktales in “Pendidikan Lingkungan Budaya Jakarta”textbook for elementary students fail to comply with basic moral principles thuscannot be consented by society."

"Skripsi ini membahas nilai-nilai moral di dalam Babad Ponorogo. Nilai-nilai moral ini dianalisis untuk mencari jati diri masyarakat ponorogo. Teori yang digunakan adalah teori sistem nilai budaya yang dikemukakan oleh C. Kluckhohn (1961), sedangkan metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif analisis. Pada Babad Ponorogo, ada 17 nilai moral yang diperoleh. Ketujuh-belas nilai moral tersebut mencakup hakekat hidup yaitu keimanan, keadilan, demokrasi, kerukunan, bersyukur, berprasangka baik, menjauhkan diri dari hawa napsu, dan kesabaran; hakekat karya manusia nilai moral yaitu gotong-royong, keadilan, keberanian, kemandirian, amanah, dan rajin bekerja; persepsi manusia tentang waktu nilai moralnya yaitu bersikap realistis; pandangan manusia terhadap alam sekitar dengan menghargai alam; hakekat hubungan manusia dengan sesama yaitu amanah, keadilan, tidak pamrih, tolong-menolong, rendah hati, dan kejujuran. Nilai-nilai moral yang terdapat di dalam Babad Ponorogo tersebut dapat dijadikan sebagai jati diri masyarakat Ponorogo.

This thesis discusses the moral values in the Babad Ponorogo. These moral values are being analyzed to find the identity of Ponorogo's community. The theory that being used is the theory of cultural value system by C. Kluckhohn (1961) and the methodelogical that being used is analytical descriptive. Babad Ponorogo has seventeen moral values. These seventeen moral values includes the essence of life: faith, justice, democracy, harmony, gratitude, prejudiced good, stay away from the passions, and patience; the essence of the moral values of human work are mutual help, justice, courage, independence, trust, and diligent work; human perception of time for being realistic; human view of the environment with respect for nature; the essence of human relationships with others that are trustworthy, fairness, no strings attached, mutual help, humility, and honesty. Moral values contained in the Babad Ponorogo can be used as identity Ponorogo society."

"This study investigates and analyzes learning phenomena related to moral values in the content of problem-based learning activities, the process of moral values internalization in relation to problem-based learning situations, conditions that relate to the enhancement of comprehension as well as internalization of the values, and their impact to the tendency of actualizing the values into better student behaviour. This research was conducted with participation of the students of the Arabic Department, Faculty of Language and Arts Education, Indonesia University of Education in the academic years 2009, 2010, and 2011. The data to be analyzed in this research comprises of the students' written responses (initial responses, group work responses, and written reflection), classroom observation, and in-depth interviews. The data used was analyzed by considering the principles of credibility, dependability, transferability and confirmability. Data analysis, using principles of qualitative approach, reveals phenomena relating to the students' comprehension, feelings, and behavior regarding the moral values, as a result of learning stages designed based on the theoretical framework. In addition to this result, an instructional theory and a learning theory can be formulated."

"Nilai 7 Budi Utama merupakan nilai yang baru disosialisasikan di PT ASABRI (Persero) untuk memperbaiki akhlak para pegawainya dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya maupun organisasi. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh keinginan penulis untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran pemimpin dalam menerapkan nilai 7 Budi Utama di PT ASABRI (Persero). Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Peran Pemimpin dari Mitnzberg. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data kuantitatif melalui kuesioner dan data kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pemimpin yang paling tinggi dalam upaya penerapan nilai 7 Budi Utama yang dilakukan di PT ASABRI (Persero) adalah pada Peran Informasional selanjutnya diikuti oleh Peran Pengambilan Keputusan, dan yang terakhir adalah Peran Interpersonal.

7 Major Moral Values is the new value which is socialized in PT ASABRI (Persero) to increase employee?s moral and improve their performance and also organization. It is motivated by author wishes to know how the leadership role implementing the value. This research uses a Leadership Role theory by Mintzberg. For data collection, this research uses quantitative methods through questionnaries and qualitative data through dept interviews. The result shows that the highest leadership role in implementation of 7 major moral values at PT ASABRI (Persero) in Informational Role, then Decisional Role and last is Interpersonal Role."
