In the realm of post-humanism on philosophy of technology, Existentialism is often deemed unimportant. This is because in philosophy of technology, humans meaning of technology is often considered anthropocentric. However, in fact, independent existentialist contemplation is actually important so that an engineer can self-reflect and have an understanding of what he/she is designing, assembling or creating. Especially in the welding engineering process, which is an engineering domain with a high level of difficulty. If self-reflection and spirit in the design, assembly and manufacture of engineering artifacts are sidelined and not discussed. So artifacts and technology are still only valued as mere instruments or objects that do not have the creative energy to do something. It is on this occasion that the I-Thou relationship designed by Martin Buber can help an engineer reveal the state of the art of artifacts through dialogue with technology that produces active joint creative energy."

"Relasi kuasa adalah suatu hubungan kuasa yang terjadi antara satu pihak dan pihak lain. Relasi kuasa dapat terjadi kapanpun, di manapun, dan oleh siapapun. Adanya relasi kuasa menandakan bahwa terdapat kekuasaan dan dominasi dalam hubungan tersebut. Dominasi yang muncul tidak hanya berasal dari manusia, tetapi juga dapat berasal dari makhluk gaib. Salah satu cerita menarik yang membahas mengenai hubungan manusia dan makhluk gaib adalah kumpulan cerita pendek Sihir Perempuan karya Intan Paramaditha. Melalui kumpulan cerita pendek tersebut, penulis ingin mengkaji relasi kuasa antara manusia dan makhluk gaib dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analitis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran bagaimana makhluk gaib dapat berkuasa atas manusia. Hasil dari studi yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa makhluk gaib berkuasa atas manusia dengan kemampuannya dalam mengubah wujud menjadi manusia dan memengaruhi atau menghasut pikiran manusia. Selain itu, ditemukan pula bahwa kuasa atau dominasi yang dilakukan oleh makhluk gaib berpengaruh terhadap pikiran dan perilaku manusia.

Power relations is a relationship that occurs between one side and another. Relationship can occur anytime, anywhere, and by anyone. The existence of power relations indicates that there is domination in the relationship. The domination that appears in the relationship is not only from humans, but also can be obtain from supernatural beings. Some interesting stories about relations between humans and supernatural beings it is contained in a collection of short stories Sihir Perempuan by Intan Paramaditha. Through this collection of short stories, the author wants to analyze the relations between humans and supernatural beings by using descriptive analytical methods. This research aims to explain power relations of supernatural beings over humans. Based on the research, it is concluded that supernatural beings can have power over humans with their ability, one of them is that they can transform into human beings. Also, this research prove that the power and domination by supernatural beings  can influences human’s mind and behavior."
