Hak Cipta hanya diberikan kepada pihak produser sebagai pihak yang mengawasi terjadinya seluruh ciptaan. Adanya juga Pengalihan dalam perjanjian Lisensi kepada pihak lain dalam hak cipta tidak menyebabkan pencipta kehilangan hak ekslusifnya, namun pencipta hanya berbagi hak ekonomi yang dimilikinya dengan orang lain.Dalam pembuatan film dibuat oleh pemeran inti yakni Penulis Naskah, Produser , dan Sutradara sehingga dalam perjanjian pengalihan diharuskan melibatkan ketiga pihak ini khususnya penulis naskah karena memiliki hak cipta atas naskah.
