"Penyelenggaraan haji adalah tugas nasional yang melibatkan berbagai unsur kementerian dan elemen organisasi lainnya. Kementerian Agama mempunyai kewajiban utama dalam mensukseskan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji yang ditandai dengan bertambahnya tingkat kepuasan layanan jamaah haji. Sistem informasi dan komputerisasi haji terpadu (SISKOHAT), sebagai unit penyedia teknologi informasi pada Direktorat Jenderal Penyelenggaraan Haji dan Umrah, maka SISKOHAT harus dapat menjadikan teknologi informasi sebagai kunci sukses pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan ibadah haji mulai dari proses pendaftaran hingga proses ibadah di tanah suci. Hasil audit dan blueprint SISKOHAT tahun 1432 H/2011M, merekomendasikan salah satu program peningkatan efisiensi proses layanan haji adalah program merancang arsitektur enterprise SISKOHAT. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini akan dilakukan rekonstruksi requirement system SISKOHAT sebagai salah satu cakupan dari arsitektur enterprise. Kerangka kerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Zachman Framework, dengan alasan mempunyai nilai yang paling komprehensif dari sudut pandang stakeholder dan abstraksi, jika di bandingkan dengan beberapa kerangka kerja arsitektur enterprise yang ada saat ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dokumen rancangan arsitektur yang menggambarkan kondisi terkini SISKOHAT.

Organization of the Hajj is a national duty that involves the various elements of the Ministry and other organizations. The Ministry of Religious Affairs as the leading institution in organizing the Hajj has an obligation to make every organization of the pilgrimage a success, which is measured from the pilgrims’ level of satisfaction regarding the service given. Integrated and computerized hajj information system/Sistem informasi dan komputerisasi haji terpadu (SISKOHAT), as a provider of information technology unit at the Directorate-General of the Organization of the Hajj and Umrah, thus SISKOHAT must be able to make information technology as key to successful organization of the hajj starting from the registration process to the process of worship in the Holy land. In the SISKOHAT year 1432 H/2011 M blueprint report, it recommends one efficiency improvement program for hajj service process which is enterprise architecture design program. Therefore, in this study a reconstruction of SISKOHAT system requirement as one of the parts from enterprise architecture will be conducted. The framework used in this research is the Zachman Framework, because it has the most comprehensive value from the viewpoint of stakeholders and abstraction, if compared with some enterprise architecture frameworks that exist today. The result of this research is an architecture draft document that describes the current condition of SISKOHAT, based on 6 (six) main SISKOHAT business processes, which are: registration, settlement, document completion, departure, the process of worship in Saudi Arabia, and the process of repatriation."

Penulisan skripsi ini menggunakan metode penelitian yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan undang-undang dan pendekatan doktrin doktrin ilmu hukum menggunakan bahan hukum primer, sekunder dan tersier.Pengaturan penyelenggaraan layanan P2P Lending sudah bersifat spesifik danmenimbulkan terpusatnya regulasi P2P Lending. Akibat hukum yang ditimbulkan dari penyelenggara layanan P2P Lending yang merugikan, terdapat pertanggungjawaban penyelenggara selaku pelaku usaha kepada Pemberi Dana dan Penerima Dana yang merasa dirugikan dapat berupa perdata maupun pidana. Pemberi Dana dan Penerima Dana diharapkan cermat dalam memilih dan mempergunakan kegiatan layanan P2P Lending agar hak dan kewajiban yang dimiliki dapat terlindun

The use of advances in information technology has had an impact on digital development with the emergence of Fintech in the field of financial services, one of which is Information Technology-Based Co-Funding services (Peer to Peer (P2P) Lending). The problem on this research is how to protect the information technology-based financial

services sector and the joint funding system through P2P Lending according to the Indonesian laws and regulations, as well as the legal consequences that arise in order to protect consumers. This research uses normative juridical methods with a statutory and a doctrinal approach to legal science using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Arrangements for the implementation of P2P Lending are specific and have

resulted in the centralization of P2P Lending. The legal consequences arising from the detrimental P2P Lending, there is the responsibility from the organizers as business actors to Pemberi danas and Penerima danas who feel aggrieved can be either civil or criminal. Pemberi danas and Penerima danas are expected to be selective in choosing and using P2P Lending so that their rights and obligations can be protected."

Public transport is usually being suspected as one of the congestion's trouble maker for almost large cities in Indonesia.
