"Penelitian mengenai Pengembangan Organisasi Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional dilatar belakangi oleh adanya tuntutan masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi hukum sehingga mengharuskan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional melakukan Pengembangan Organisasi.Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang dikemukakan oleh Cummings and Worley melalui pendekatan pada aspek strategi, teknologi, struktur, sumber daya manusia, sistem dan budaya dalam organisasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pejabat dan staf di lingkungan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional, Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan merujuk pada pendapat informan dan didukung dengan teori-teori yang terkait dengan pengembangan organisasi.Dari analisis hasil wawancara secara mendalam terhadap informan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa 1) Strategi, berupa visi, misi tujuan dan sasaran telah digunakan secara efektif dalam pedoman keija 2) pada aspek teknologi, masih terdapat kekurangoptimalan pada website yang dimiliki, hal ini terlihat dari kurang lengkapnya informasi yang ditampilkan 3) pada aspek Struktur, Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional belum mencerminkan pola kerja pendokumentasian yaitu pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian sehingga terjadi tumpang tindih pada pelaksanaan pekerjaan. 4) sedangkan Sistem kerja yang terjadi selama ini telah mencerminkan sistem kerja yang kondusif dimana setiap tugas dan kegiatan dikoordinasikan dengan baik antara bidang satu dengan bidang yang lain 5) Sumber Daya Manusia, jumlah yang ada sekarang ini dapat dikatakan memadai akan tetapi dari kualitas, sumber daya manusia harus ditingkatkan dalam upaya penyebaran informasi hukum, 6) Budaya kerja yang terjadi di Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional telah berjalan dengan baik dimana masing-masing individu dapat mengutarakan pendapatnya dan dengan kuat memegang komitmen untuk memajukan Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional.Hasil Penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlu adanya pembenahan pada struktur organisasi Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Hukum Nasional dengan memperhatikan alur kerja pendokumentasian yaitu pengumpulan, pengolahan dan penyajian, kemudian pada teknologi terutama pada website bphn.go.id harus segera dibenahi terutama kelengkapan konten atau muatan informasi yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat luas, pada sisi sumber daya manusia, diperlukan reward sebagai penghargaan terhadap prestasi kerja agar pegawai benar-benar melaksanakan tugas terutama dalam penyebarluasan informasi hukum.

The research conceming the development of the organization of the centre of the documentation and national legal information background by the existence of the society demand in receiving legal information so as require the documentation center and legal information national conduct the organization development

The analysis that be used is the qualitative descriptive analysis with the approach that it is propose by Cummings and Worley through the approach in the aspect of the strategy, technology, the structure, human resources, the system and the culture in the organization, the informant in this research is the official and the staff in the Central environment of the documentation and legal information national, the data collection is carry out with the deep interview, whereas the analysis is carry out by referring in the informant 's opinion and being support with theories that are relate to the development of the organization.

From the analysis product by the interview in depth against the informant, could be conclude that 1) the strategy, took the form of the point of view, the aim mission and the target is us effectively in the work guide 2) in the aspect of technology, still is gotten less optimally in website that is had, this is seen from more incomplete him information that is put forward 3) in the aspect of the structure, the centre of the documentation and legal information national did not yet reflect the pattem of the work of the documenting that is the collection, the Processing and the presentation so as to the overlap in the implementation of the work happen.4) whereas the work system that happen unti 11 now reflect the conducive work system where each task and the activity is coordinate well between the field of one and the other field 5) human resources, this current available number could be said adequate but from the quality, human resources must be increase towards the spreading of legal information, 6) the work culture that happen i n the centre of the documentation and legal information national went well where respectively the individual could explain his opinion and powerfully hold commitment to move forward the centre of the documentation and legal information national

Results of the research suggest that needing the existence of the repairing to the structure of the organization of the centre of the documentation and legal information national by paying attention to the work channel of the documenting that is the collection, the processing and the presentation, afterwards in technology especially in website bphn, five, id immediately must be straighten out especially the completeness content or information cargo that could be access by the wider community, to the side of human resources, is need reward as the appreciation towards the achievement of the work so that the ofEcial really carries out the task especially in the spreading of legal Information."

"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai penyebaran informasi dan proses pengolahan informasi sampai ke penyebaran informasi hukum dan peradilan di Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI .Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode penelitian studi kasus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran teknologi informasi dalam penyebaran informasi hukum dan peradilan yang dilakukan perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI dan mengidentifikasi kendala-kendala penyebaran informasi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial RI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyebarain informasi yang dilakukan oleh Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi masih tergantung terhadap media eletronik dalam penyebaran informasi nya masi menggunakan sarana internet dan web. Kendala yang masih dihadapi adalah bagaimana informasi terkait hukum dan peradilan di Perpustakaan Komisi Yudisial sampai kepada sasaran yang dituju dan bagaimana informasi tersebut sampai kepada masyarakat diluar dari sasaran yang terpusat seperti jakarta.

This thesis discusses the process of information dissemination and processing of information dissemination to law and justice in the Library of the Judicial Commission of Indonesia. This study used a qualitative approach to the case study method. This study aimed to identify the role of information technology in the dissemination of information law and justice is done Judicial Commission RI library and identify the constraints dissemination of information carried by the Library Commission of Judicial Affairs. The results showed that penyebarain library information by the Judicial Commission in the use of information technology is dependent on electronic media in the dissemination of its information masi using the internet and web facilities. Hurdles is how the information related to law and justice in the Library of the Judicial Commission to the intended target and how the information is up to the community outside of centralized targets such as Jakarta."

"Kontribusi TIK pada sistem produksi secara keseluruhan dalam ekonomi dianggapsebagai salah satu faktor pertumbuhan dan perkembangan perekonomian nasional.Tujuan penelititan ini adalah menyelidiki kontribusi sektor TIK terhadap perekonomianIndonesia melalui peran sektor TIK dalam mendorong pertumbuhan sektor lain dengananalisis keterkaitan, analisis nilai pengganda dan analisis matriks kausatif. Lebih lanjut,penelitian ini menyelidiki sumber pertumbuhan sektor TIK dengan mendekomposisisumber perubahan outputnya. Secara khusus, pendekatan input-output diadopsi untukmenggambarkan aktivitas produksi dan difusi sektor TIK pada perekonomian Indonesiaperiode 2000-2014. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selain memiliki penggandaoutput yang besar, sektor Manufaktur TIK juga mendorong ekspor. Hasil dekomposisidiketahui bahwa pengaruh koefisien teknologi sebelumnya memberikan kontribusi yangcukup signifikan terhadap output sektor TIK. Namun, nilai-nilai tersebut telah berkurangdalam beberapa periode terakhir sehingga peran sektor TIK Indonesia sebagai sektor GPTmenjadi kurang optimal

The contribution of ICTs to the overall production system in the economy is considered

as one of the factors for growth and development of the national economy. The purpose

of this research is to investigate the contribution of the ICT sector to the Indonesian

economy through the role of the ICT sector in encouraging the growth of other sectors

with linkage analysis, multiplier analysis and causative matrix analysis. Furthermore, this

study investigates the sources of growth in the ICT sector by decomposing the sources of

change in its output. In particular, the input-output approach is adopted to describe the

production activities and diffusion of the ICT sector in the Indonesian economy for the

period 2000-2014. The results show that apart from having large output multipliers, the

ICT Manufacturing sector also encourages exports. The results of the decomposition

show that the influence of the previous technology coefficient has a significant

contribution to the output of the ICT sector. However, these values have diminished in

recent periods so that the role of the Indonesian ICT sector as a GPT sector has become

less than optimal."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tren penelitian bidang Sistem Informasi dan Teknologi Informasi (SITI) sedang yang sedang berlangsung di Indonesia dewasa ini. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus (Case Study) dengan perpaduan antara Grounded Theory Methodology (GTM) dan Content Analysis. Sedangkan data yang digunakan adalah cuplikan makalah-makalah prosiding konferensi sepanjang tahun 2005 hingga 2007. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk tren subyek penelitian, Sistem Informasi merupakan subyek yang banyak digunakan. Sedangkan untuk tren metodologi, yang paling banyak digunakan adalah metodologi System Development. Untuk kategori referensi, published paper lebih banyak digunakan daripada referensi buku. Selain itu, hasil penelitian juga memperlihatkan bahwa tren subyek penelitian cenderung mengikuti jenis konferensinya dan tidak berubah dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian SITI di Indonesia cenderung tidak tersebar dan belum adanya konferensi besar yang mengkhususkan pada bidang Sistem Informasi, yang saat ini ada adalah konferensi SITI yang bercampur dengan bidang-bidang lain seperti matematika dan teknik elektronika."
