"[ABSTRAKSkripsi ini merupakan penelitian yang ditujukan untuk menggambarkan gerakan protes sebuah komunitas atas suatu kebijakan korporasi. Studi kasus yang diambil adalah protes krlmania atas kebijakan yang diterapkan oleh PT. KAI seperti kenaikan tarif KRL Jabodetabek dan penerapan Standar Pelayanan Minimum (SPM).Permasalahan dalam skripsi ini adalah bagamana bentuk pola protes dan dinamika gerakan yang dibangun serta dampaknya terhadap kebijakan PT. KAI mengenai KRL Jabodetabek setelah protes tersebut. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan penggunaan metode kualitatif. Teori urban social movement (Manuel Castells), privatisasi dibidang transportasi, serta pelayanan publik akan menjadi kerangka yang digunakan untuk menganalisis pola gerakan dan respon yang diambil oleh PT. KAI. Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa protes krlmania berdampak pada respon PT. KAI dan pemerintah dengan menunda kenaikan tarif serta mengeluarkan perarturan terkait untuk penerapan SPM. Terdapat pula faktor privatisasi dari pemerintah dalam pelaksanaan kebijakanya serta tata kelola perkeretapian yang buruk sehingga menyebabkan munculnya protes tersebut.

"Indonesia adalah negara dengan panjang pantai terpanjang kedua di dunia 54,716 km dan memiliki wilayah pesisir yang luas yang perlu dikelola. Salah satu cara untuk mengelola wilayah pesisir adalah dengan menggunakan system pengawasan, akan tetapi masih belum ada sistem pengawasan wilayah pesisir yang telah diterapkan dengan efektif di Indonesia. Penelitian ini mencoba untuk mengembangkan sistem pengawasan pesisir menggunakan indikator. Terdapat 105 indikator terpilih dari berbagai sumber. Setiap indikator diseleksi kembali menggunakan metode skoring dan kemudian diproses menggunakan PLS-SEM yang akhirnya menghasilkan 9 indikator dan model pengawasan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Pesisir kota Jakarta Utara dipilih menjadi wilayah untuk menerapkan model yang telah dibuat karena wilayah tersebut dimanis dan berkembang dengan pesat. Berdasarkan model, pesisir Jakarta Utara memiliki kondisi ekonomi yang baik 62,2, kondisi sosial yang cukup 46,7, dan kondisi lingkungan hidup yang buruk 38. Pembangunan berkelanjutan cukup terimplementasi di area ini karena nilai keseimbangan aspek ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan hidup area ini berada pada kategori cukup 52,79 dan seimbang. Dengan menggunakan SIG dapat dilihat bahwa pembangunan yang terjadi di wilayah barat wilayah penelitian lebih baik dari wilayah timur.

Indonesia is the the second longest coastline country in the world 54,716 km and containing a huge coastal area need to be managed. One way to manage coastal area is using monitoring systems, yet none of them has been effectively implemented in Indonesia. This research attempts to develop monitoring system using indicators. There were 105 indicators that chosen from references. Each of the indicators were filtered by scoring method and then be processed using PLS SEM resulting 9 indicators and sustainability development monitoring model. Coastal Area of North Jakarta has been chosen as area to implementing the model since that area are dynamics and growing rapidly. Based on the model, coastal area of North Jakarta has good economic condition 62.2, medium social condition 46.7, and bad natural environment condition 38. Sustainable development seems quite implemented in this area since the balance of Economic Social Natural Environment was on the medium 52,79 and balanced category. Using GIS can be seen that the development that occurred in west side study area are better than middle or east side."

"Kaset saat ini bukan hanya sekedar keberadaan wujud fisik yang juga memberi kekontrasan pada era digital, tetapi juga melibatkan orang-orang yang bermain didalamnya. Hal tersebut pula yang membuat saya mendatangi salah satu penggandaan kaset yang masih berlangsung hingga saat ini di pinggiran kota Jakarta, pemiliknya merupakan mantan pembajak kaset bernama Pak Amar. Melalui penggandaan kaset miliknya tersebut memberi sebuah gambaran yang akan menjadi pembahasan pada tulisan ini: melalui wawancara mendalam dan partisipasi terlibat, saya mendapati bahwa kaset menjadi sesuatu yang lebih dari gulungan pita maupun artefak nostalgia, kaset dalam hal ini memiliki wujud kepentingan yang lebih luas selain untuk didengarkan maupun dibeli, kepentingan yang selalu dipertahankan dan mempertahankan hubungan sosial, serta kepentingan terhadap lingkungan kota yang selalu dinamis. Kota menjadi konteks penting pada tulisan ini karena berbagai dinamikanya selalu mendorong warganya untuk terus mengikuti ritmenya. Lingkungan sosial kota dalam hal ini memberikan seperangkat informasi, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman yang digunakan Pak Amar untuk menentukan strategi adaptasinya guna mempertahankan hidupnya di kota melalui penggandaan kaset miliknya.

The existence of cassettes today are not merely physical and gives contrast to the digital era, but also involves the people who play behind. It is also what makes me go to one of the cassette duplication that is still ongoing in the suburbs of Jakarta, the owner was a cassette hijacker named Pak Amar. Through his cassette duplication gives an illustration that will be discussed in this paper through depth interview and participant observation, I found cassette turns into something more than the ribbon rolls or nostalgic artifacts, the cassettes in this case have wider significants besides to be listened or purchased, such as maintains social relationships, as well as contribute to the city 39 s dynamic environment. The city becomes an important context in this paper because its dynamics always encourage its inhabitants to keep follow the rhythm. The city 39 s social environment provides a set of information, knowledge and experience used by cassette rsquo s user to determine adaptive strategy to sustain cassette in the city."
