"ABSTRAKPT XYZ adalah salah satu organisasi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan implementasi teknologi informasi pada suatu organisasi. Perusahaan yang fokus dalam memberikan solusi perangkat lunak dengan manajemen yang telah berpengalaman selama lebih dari 20 tahun. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan antara lain adalah enterprise data warehouse dan enterprise reconciliation. Namun saat ini masih banyak proyek yang tidak bisa berjalan tepat waktu dan biaya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak adanya project portfolio management di perusahaan. ABSTRACTPT XYZ is one of the organizations that has ability to implement information technology in an organization. The company is focusing on delivering software solutions with proven experienced management for more than 20 years. Solutions offered include enterprise data warehouse and enterprise reconciliation. In terms of project performance, some projects are completed according to expectations of management. However, there were still many projects that did not complete on time and on budget. One of the reasons was the absence of project portfolio management in the company. The purpose of this study is to produce a design development of project portfolio management capability that is appropriate for the company. The results from this study is value of capability maturity that exist in PT XYZ and design for capability development PPM. Maturity value using the approach of the average value is 1.96. Maturity value using the approach of the lowest value is 1."
