"ABSTRAK
PT XYZ adalah salah satu organisasi yang memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan implementasi teknologi informasi pada suatu organisasi. Perusahaan yang fokus dalam memberikan solusi perangkat lunak dengan manajemen yang telah berpengalaman selama lebih dari 20 tahun. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan antara lain adalah enterprise data warehouse dan enterprise reconciliation. Namun saat ini masih banyak proyek yang tidak bisa berjalan tepat waktu dan biaya. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak adanya project portfolio management di perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menghasilkan rancangan pengembangan kapabilitas project portfolio management PPM yang sesuai untuk perusahaan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah nilai kapabilitas kematangan yang ada pada PT XYZ dan rancangan pengembangan kapabiltas PPM. Nilai kematangan dengan pendekatan perhitungan rata-rata didapatkan nilai 1.96. Sedangkan nilai kematangan dengan pendekatan nilai terendah yaitu 1.

ABSTRACT
PT XYZ is one of the organizations that has ability to implement information technology in an organization. The company is focusing on delivering software solutions with proven experienced management for more than 20 years. Solutions offered include enterprise data warehouse and enterprise reconciliation. In terms of project performance, some projects are completed according to expectations of management. However, there were still many projects that did not complete on time and on budget. One of the reasons was the absence of project portfolio management in the company. The purpose of this study is to produce a design development of project portfolio management capability that is appropriate for the company. The results from this study is value of capability maturity that exist in PT XYZ and design for capability development PPM. Maturity value using the approach of the average value is 1.96. Maturity value using the approach of the lowest value is 1."

"Sebagai penyedia jasa konsultasi dan solusi di bidang TIK, PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) memiliki tanggung jawab untuk menyelesaikan proyek-proyek dengan klien sesuai dengan anggaran biaya, selesai tepat waktu dan memenuhi seluruh ruang lingkup yang sudah ditentukan. Dalam menyelesaikan proyek, PT MII melakukan pengelolaan manajemen proyek mengacu pada PMBOK. Namun pada realita yang terjadi, proyek-proyek sejak tahun 2022-2023 mengalami keterlambatan penyelesaian sekitar 1-6 bulan lamanya dari perencanaan awal. Hal ini menyebabkan sumber daya yang seharusnya berpindah untuk mengerjakan proyek lain masih terhambat pada proyek yang terlambat. Dari hasil analisis, ditemukan bahwa belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di PT MII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di PT MII dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek sesuai yang diharapkan. Pengukuran tingkat kematangan manajemen proyek di PT MII akan menggunakan metode dari Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model (KPM3). Melalui hasil pengukuran, didapatkan bahwa divisi CRM PT MII masih belum lolos tingkat pertama. Hasil rekomendasi telah diberikan berdasarkan KPM3 untuk dapat menuju tingkat selanjutnya. Rekomendasi per area pengetahuan juga diberikan berdasarkan PMBOK 7th Guide.

As a provider of consulting and solutions in the field of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), PT Mitra Integrasi Informatika (MII) has the responsibility to complete projects with clients within budget, on time, and meeting all predetermined scopes. In completing projects, PT MII implements project management based on the PMBOK. However, in reality, projects since 2022-2023 have experienced delays of about 1-6 months from the initial planning. This causes resources that should have been allocated to other projects to be hindered in the delayed projects. From the analysis, it was found that project management maturity levels have never been measured at PT MII. This research aims to measure the project management maturity level at PT MII and provide recommendations to improve the expected level of project management maturity. Measurement of project management maturity levels at PT MII will use the method from the Kerzner Project Management Maturity Model (KPM3). Through the measurement results, it was found that the CRM division of PT MII has not yet passed the first level. Recommendations based on KPM3 have been provided to progress to the next level. Recommendations per knowledge area are also provided based on the PMBOK 7th Guide."

"Sebuah perusahaan harus mencermati trend-trend yang sedang berkembang untuk tetap bisa bertahan dan secara terus menerus mengamati kondisi yang sedang terjadi. Salah satu kunci keberhasilan untuk mencapai itu semua adalah pada sistem informasi (SI) yang handal yang memang tidak bisa dipungkiri diharapkan dengan sistem informasi yang efektif dapat membantu perusahaan untuk melakukan hal-hal yang terkait dengan mekanisme proses pengambilan keputusan yang berkualitas, proses penyelenggaraan manajemen yang efesien, budaya komunikasi, berkolaborasi dan bekerjasama yang efektif perlu adanya strategi-strategi dan langkah-langkah dalam melakukan penerapan manajemen perubahan dalam implementasi sistem informasi pada sebuah perusahaan. Untuk menghindari kegagalan implementasi sistem manajemen dokumen SharePoint pada Premier Oil Indonesia perlu dibuat strategi manajemen perubahan dalam implementasi tersebut.
Dengan tujuan menemukan kerangka teori yang tepat untuk mengelola perubahan. Penelitian ini membentuk kerangka baru manajemen perubahan yang dipetakan kedalam metode manajemen perubahan Lewin, dengan memadukan langkah-langkah detail dari metode manajemen perubahan Kotter, Anderson and Anderson serta ADKAR. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerangka baru manajemen perubahan dan strategi manajemen perubahan yang dapat dijadikan dasar untuk memastikan implementasi Sistem Manajemen Dokumen pada Premier Oil Indonesia berjalan sesuai dengan keinginan.

A company should examine trends emerging to survive and continually assess the current conditions. One of the keys to success to achieve it all is in the information system (IS) that are reliable that it can not be denied, is expected in the presence of an effective information system that can help the company to do things related to the mechanism of decision-making prosess quality, process implementation efficient management, cultural communication, collaboration and the need for effective collaboration strategies and measures to carry out the implementation of change management in the implementation of information systems in a company. To avoid failure of the implementation of SharePoint document management system at Premier Oil Indonesia needs to be made implementation of change management strategies.
With the aim of finding the right theoretical framework for managing change. This research formed the new change management framework that is mapped into Lewin's change management methods, by combining the detailed steps of Kotter's change management methods, Anderson and Anderson and ADKAR. The results of this study is new framework change management and change management strategies that can be used as a basis for ensuring the implementation of Document Management Systems at Premier Oil Indonesia running smoothly.
