"Perilaku makan kurang sehat banyak dijumpai pada remaja secara global maupun nasional. Perilaku makan yang kurang sehat dapat mempengaruhi asupan zat gizi dan kesehatan remaja dalam jangka panjang. Kurang konsumsi kelompok makan tertentu dapat menimbulkan defisiensi zat gizi. Sedangkan, konsumsi gula, garam, dan lemak berlebih dapat menimbulkan masalah kesehatan seperti obesitas, penyakit kardiovaskular, diabetes, dan penyakit kronis lainnya. Di satu sisi, perkembangan penggunaan media sosial sangat pesat, khususnya TikTok yang merupakan media sosial berbasis short video. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh short video pada TikTok terhadap perilaku makan remaja. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan desain kuasi eksperimen dengan satu kelompok perlakuan dan satu kelompok kontrol yang tidak dipilih secara acak. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah 75 siswa/i SMAN 1 Tangerang. Hasil uji menggunakan Paired T Test menunjukan perubahan signifikan pada perilaku makan, pengetahuan gizi, dan sikap pada kelompok perlakuan antara sebelum dan sesudah intervensi. Lebih lanjut, berdasarkan Independent T Test terdapat perbedaan signifikan nilai perilaku makan dan pengetahuan gizi antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Namun, tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pada nilai sikap antara kelompok perlakuan dan kelompok kontrol. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh paparan short video TikTok terhadap perubahan perilaku makan, pengetahuan gizi, dan sikap remaja pada kelompok perlakuan.
Unhealthy eating behaviours are common among adolescents globally and nationally. Unhealthy eating behaviours can affect nutrient intake and long-term health of adolescents. Under-consumption of certain food groups can lead to nutrient deficiencies. Meanwhile, excessive consumption of sugar, salt and fat can lead to health problems such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other chronic diseases. On the one hand, the development of social media use is very rapid, especially TikTok which is a short video-based social media. This study aims to determine the effect of short videos on TikTok on adolescent eating behaviour. The research was conducted using a quasi-experimental design with one treatment group and one control group that was not randomly selected. The samples used in the study were 75 students of SMAN 1 Tangerang. Paired T Test results showed significant changes in eating behaviour, nutritional knowledge, and attitudes in the treatment group between before and after the intervention. Furthermore, based on the Independent T Test, there was a significant difference in the value of eating behaviour and nutritional knowledge between the treatment group and the control group. However, there was no significant difference in attitude scores between the treatment and control groups. It can be concluded that there is an effect of short videos on TikTok on changes in eating behaviour, nutritional knowledge, and attitudes of adolescents in treatment group."

"Anak usia sekolah sebagai salah satu populasi at risk untuk mengalami masalah gizi kurang. Salah stau upaya dalam menanggulangi dampak buruk dan mencegah terjadinya gizi kurang adalah dengan pendeteksian sedini mungkin status gizi anak usia sekolah dan penanggulangan gizi kurang baik dikeluarga ataupun komunitas. Penulisan Karya Ilmiah Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Program GSG AUS sebagai salah satu bentuk intervensi keperawatan komunitas efektif dilaksanakan sebagai penanggulangan dan pencegahan gizi kurang di Kelurahan Curug. Basil uji will coxon denganp value 0,000 pada semua tahapan evaluasi menunjukkan ada peningkatan yang signifikan pada pengetahuan, sikap dan praktik mengenai GSG AUS baik pada ibu maupun anak usia sekolah. Program GSG AUS sebagai salah satu program pengembangan penanggulangan dan pencegahan gizi kurang pada anak usia sekolah, harus dilakukan secara kontinue dan berkesinambungan serta dibutuhkan pembinaan dan pemantauan baik oleh Dinas Kesehatan maupun Puskesmas.
School aged children are one of the population that are at risk for having undernutrition. One of the efforts to overcome the negative impact and to prevent undernutrition is by early detection of nutrition status among school children and having intervention for undernutrition at household as well as community level. This paper aims to understand the extent of Nutrition Awareness Program for School aged Children (GSG AUS) as one of effective community nursing interventions to be implemented for prevention and overcoming undernutrition at Curug Village. The result Will Coxon test with p value 0,000 in all evaluation phases showed that there is a significant improvement in knowledge, attitude and practice on Nutrition Awareness Program for School aged Children (GSG AUS) among mothers and school children. The Nutrition Awareness Program for School aged Children (GSG AUS) program is one of the extension programs for prevention and overcoming undernutrition among school children, needs to be done continuously. In addition guidance and proper monitoring from Health Office and Puskesmas is also required."

"Stunting masih menjadi masalah serius yang dihadapi setiap negara, termasuk Indonesia. Stunting menyebabkan banyak kerugian karena kekurangan gizi akut yang dialami selama 1000 hari pertama kelahiran akan menyebabkan konsekuensi negatif jangka panjang. Dari segi kesehatan, anak dengan stunting lebih berisiko terpapar berbagai penyakit serta mengalami gangguan kognitif, motorik, sosio-emosional. Stunting juga merugikan secara ekonomi karena anak dengan stunting akan memiliki produktivitas yang rendah sehingga berdampak pada status pekerjaan dan upah yang tidak layak. Dampak sosial ekonomi dari stunting secara massif diperkirakan menimbulkan kerugian bagi Indonesia sekitar 3% per tahun terhadap produk domestic bruto (PDB). Hingga saat ini, prevalensi stunting di Indonesia masih tetap tinggi walaupun sudah menunjukkan indikator perbaikan. Hal tersebut dikarenakan determinan stunting yang sangat kompleks. Faktor penyebab stunting tidak hanya dari faktor makanan atau asupan gizi saja, melainkan multidimensi termasuk aspek lingkungan dan politik. Aspek politik juga dapat memengaruhi stunting yang diukur dari komitmen politik pemerintah daerah sebagai pemangku kebijakan yang mengesahkan peraturan daerah sebagai landasan hukum dalam pelaksanaan program pengentasan stunting. Maka dari itu penelitian ini menguji dampak peraturan daerah urusan kesehatan terhadap prevalensi stunting. Unit analisis yang digunakan adalah kabupaten/kota di Indonesia pada tahun 2007 dan 2013 dengan metode regresi difference-in-difference. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa pengesahan dan implementasi peraturan daerah kesehatan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dalam menurunkan prevalensi stunting. Penelitian ini menekankan pada pentingnya pemerintah daerah dalam memastikan implementasi peraturan daerah kesehatan dengan cara menyusun indikator target capaian, tata kelola dan implementasi, serta evaluasi capaian peraturan daerah kesehatan secara berkala.Implikasi dari temuan penelitian ini adalah bahwa pemerintah kabupaten/kota harus sepenuhnya memahami dalam mendesain peraturan daerah terkait penanganan stunting yang spesifik untuk menangani determinan stunting sesuai dengan standar World Health Organization dan berbagai literatur yang berkembang sehingga peraturan daerah yang disahkan mampu mengorkestrasi sumber daya dengan harmonis dalam rangka menurunkan prevalensi stunting.
Stunting is still a severe problem experienced by every country, including Indonesia. Not only because stunting cause adverse consequences on health, but economically, children with stunting will have low productivity, which will result in inadequate employment status and wages. In addition, stunting is estimates to cause losses for Indonesia’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) around 3% per year. By now, the prevalence of stunting in Indonesia remains high, even though the indicators of improvement have shown. This condition is because the determinants of stunting are very complex – not only food factors or nutritional intake but also environmental and political aspects measured by the political commitment of local governments in passing local regulations as the legal basis for implementing stunting alleviation programs. Therefore, this study measures the impact of local health regulations on stunting prevalence with the unit of analysis used is districts/cities in Indonesia in 2007 and 2013 with the difference-indifference regression method. This research found that the ratification and implementation of regional health regulations did not significantly reduce the prevalence of stunting. This research emphasizes the importance of local governments in ensuring the implementation of regional health regulations by developing indicators for achievement targets, governance, and performance, as well as evaluating the achievements of regional health regulation regularly. The research implies that it is recommended that local governments have to entirely understand in designing regional regulations related to stunting management that are specific to dealing with the determinants of stunting in accordance with World Health Organization standards and various developing literature. Therefore, the regulations that are passed can orchestrate resources harmoniously to reduce the prevalence stunting. "

The purpose of the study was to compare the nutritional status of children receiving supplementary food from the high and low performing health centers in East Sumba District, Indonesia.Assessment of all 15 health centers was the first stage to determine the performance level using input output process approach, and 568 selected households from two performance categories was the second stage to investigate nutritional status. A Scoring system was used to determine the performance level, and anthropometry was used to assess nutritional status. SPSS 10.0 and Epilnfo 6.04b were used for data analyses. The study was conducted from February to March 2001.All input-process-output and personnel capability variables between the two performance levels were significantly different. The supplementary feeding package fulfilled optimally the standard requirement, but the method and frequency of distribution did not The prevalence of malnutrition was significantly different between the two performance levels.Lack of transportation and small number of personnel might have influenced the improper nutrition service management."
