"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain korelatif. Responden sebanyak 158 orang merupakan mahasiswa reguler dari angkatan 2006, 2007 dan 2008 yang diukur kualitas tidumya menggunakan Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan indeks prestasi kumulatif dihitung menggunakan uji korelasi pearson dengan nilai r = 0,059. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara kualitas tidur dengan indeks prestasi mahasiswa reguler Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan Universitas Indonesia.

This study was aimed at identifying the relationship between the quality of sleep and a grade point average a student in the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia. This research used a quantitative research design with correlative approach. Respondents were 158 people regular students of the class of 2006, 2007 and 2008. The quality of sleep were measured by using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). The relationship between quality of sleep with a grade point average is calculated by using the Pearson correlation test with r = 0.059. The results stated that there was no relationship between quality of sleep with the grade point average of regular students of the faculty of Nursing, Universitas Indonesia."

"Telah terjadi penurunan kinerja perawat di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan semester I tahun 2023. Penurunan kinerja perawat ini dapat menimbulkan dampak yang tidak baik terhadap rumah sakit terutama pada keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat terhadap kinerja perawat serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor demografi perawat. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif melalui rancangan penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post control group. Hasil penelitian dengan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok intervensi sebelum coaching dan sesudah coaching adalah 0,000 dan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok kontrol sebelum coaching dan tanpa coaching adalah 0,081. Untuk hasil penelitian dengan uji independent sample T test antara kelompok intervensi setelah coaching dan kelompok kontrol tanpa coaching adalah 0,000. Dengan uji statistik deskriptif pada faktor demografi perawat setelah coaching terhadap kinerja perawat dengan hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dari jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan status penikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah intervensi coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat.

There has been a decline in the performance of nurses at Santa Elisabeth Batam Hospital from 2019 to the first semester of 2023. This decline in nurse performance could have an adverse impact on the hospital, especially on patient safety. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of coaching on nursing care and nurse communication on nurse performance and is influenced by nurse demographic factors. The research method is quantitative through a quasi-experimental research design with a pre and post control group approach. The results of research using the paired sample T test between the intervention group before coaching was 0.000 and the paired sample T test between the control group before coaching and without coaching was 0.081. For research results using the independent sample T test between the intervention group after coaching and the control group without coaching was 0.000. With descriptive statistical tests on nurse demographic factors after coaching on nurse performance, the results showed that there were no significant differences in gender, age, education level, length of work and marital status. The conclusion of this research is that coaching interventions in nursing care and nurse communication can improve nurse performance."

"ABSTRAKMotivasi merupakan kekuatan yang mendorong seseorang melakukan sesuatu untuk mencapai tujuan. Motivasi dapat diukur dengan karakteristik seseorang memiliki motivasi tinggi dari teori McClelland. Banyak faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi motivasi itu sendiri dari dalam diri sendiri atau intrinsik maupun dari luar individu atau ekstrinsik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perbandingan motivasi antara mahasiswa reguler dan alih jenjang S1 mengikuti pendidikan profesi fakultas ilmu keperawatan di instutusi negeri dan swasta. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan cross-sectional. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan cara snow ball sampling yang melibatkan 270 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji T-independen menyatakan terdapat hubungan bermakna motivasi antara institusi negeri dan swasta p: 0,007 ?: 0,05 serta ada hubungan bermakna motivasi mahasiswa program pendidikan reguler dan alih jenjang S1 p: 0,002 ?: 0,05 . Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran riil mengenai prospek profesi ners di masa mendatang dan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi institusi pendidikan Fakultas Ilmu Keperawatan untuk melakukan metode lain untuk meningkatkan motivasi mahasiswa sarjana keperawatan untuk melanjutkan pendidikan profesi.

ABSTRACTMotivation is the force that drives a person to do achieve the goal. Motivation can be measured by a person characteristics motivation by McClelland rsquo s theory. Many factors that affect to motivation from in yourself intrinsic and from outside extrinsic . The aim of this research was to find comparison motivation regular students and Overgraduates S1 to participate professional Nursing Education in Nursing Faculty of Public and Private Institution. This study design used Cross sectional study. The selection of samples using snowball sampling with 270 respondents. Statistic analyze using independent t test showed a difference between public institutions and private institution p 0,007 0,05 have significiant relationship and same result too between Regular Students and Overgraduates S1 p 0,002, 0,05 . The result of this study provide a real picture about the prospect Nursing Profession in the future and consideration to the institution education the FON to do other methods to increased the motivation to continuing Ners Program."
