"This paper investigates how the health care demand among the elderly is affected by the health card subsidy issued by the government after the financial crisis in 1997. The health card subsidy provides free access to health services for the poor; and was accepted at any available health center, or 'puskesmas'. Using the Indonesia socio-economic survey data for 2003, results show that the health card has positive effect on puskesmas utilization, particularly the demand on health care facilities among the 55 year-old population. Unfortunately, due to mistargeting resulting from difficulties in locating poor households, the health card also benefited wealthier individuals in their access of health centers."

"Health and environmental safety of nanomaterials addresses concerns about the impact of nanomaterials on the environment and human health, and examines the safety of specific nanomaterials. Part two looks at the release and exposure of nanomaterials. The text covers sampling techniques and data analysis methods used to assess nanoparticle exposure, as well as protocols for testing the safety of polymer nanocomposites. It explains characterization techniques of airborne nanoparticles and life cycle assessment of engineered nanomaterials. Part three focuses on the safety of certain nanomaterials, including nanolayered silicates, carbon nanotubes, and metal oxides. In particular, it explores the potential ecotoxicological hazards associated with the different structures of carbon nanotubes and the safe recycling of inorganic and carbon nanoparticles. The final two chapters address the risks of nanomaterials in fire conditions, their thermal degradation, flammability, and toxicity in different fire scenarios."

"Suplemen makanan banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat untuk memenuhi kebutuhan zat gizi yang kurang seimbang dalam tubuh. Melihat semakin banyak jenis suplemen, membuat masyarakat untuk lebih bijak dalam memilih suplemen yang akan dibelinya. Oleh karena itu, pada tugas khusus ini membahas mengenai analisis terkait keamanan, efikasi, dan cost-benefit dari dua suplemen yang terdapat di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong, yaitu suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera dan Tribulus terrestris. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan untuk tugas khusus ini adalah studi literatur dan observasi di Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Berdasarkan studi literatur dan observasi, diperoleh hasil yaitu herbana daun kelor (suplemen yang mengandung Moringa oleifera) tidak menyebabkan hipoglikemia sedangkan wellness tribulus stack (suplemen yang mengandung Tribulus terrestris) pada salah satu literatur menyebutkan bahwa perlu adanya peringatan jika digunakan untuk jangka panjang sedangkan literatur lainnya menyebutkan aman. Herbana daun kelor memberikan efikasi yaitu menurunkan kadar gula darah sedangkan wellness tribulus stack mampu meningkatkan fungsi ereksi dan libido pada laki-laki. Manfaat bersih yang diperoleh setiap harinya dari herbana daun kelor yaitu Rp 1946,67 dan untuk metformin yaitu Rp 428 sedangkan manfaat bersih yang diperoleh dari wellness tribulus stack yaitu Rp 2946,67 dan untuk sildenafil 50 mg yaitu Rp 678,67.

Dietary supplements are widely used by the public to fulfill the nutritional requirements that may be lacking in their bodies. With an increasing variety of supplements available, it becomes essential for consumers to make informed choices before purchasing any supplement. Therefore, this specific study focuses on the analysis of safety, efficacy, and cost-benefit of two supplements found at Roxy Rawakalong Pharmacy, namely the supplements containing Moringa oleifera and Tribulus terrestris. The methods employed for this study were literature review and observation at Apotek Roxy Rawakalong. Based on the literature review and observation, it was found that herbana daun kelor (supplement containing Moringa oleifera) does not cause hypoglycemia, whereas wellness tribulus stack (supplement containing Tribulus terrestris) has conflicting information in the literature, with one source suggesting the need for caution in long-term use, while another claims it is safe. Herbana daun kelor demonstrated efficacy in lowering blood sugar levels, while wellness tribulus stack was found to improve erectile function and libido in males. The net benefits obtained daily from herbana daun kelor amount to Rp 1946.67, whereas for metformin, it is Rp 428. On the other hand, the net benefits obtained from wellness tribulus stack are Rp 2946.67, and for sildenafil 50 mg, it is Rp 678.67. "

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang Gambaran Respon Asuransi Kesehatan Komersial terhadap Kebijakan Coordination of Benefit CoB dalam Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN . Penelitian ini didasarkan pada beberapa aspek dalam Peraturan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosisal Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penyelenggaraan Koordinasi Manfaat dalam Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar diketahuinya gambaran respon asuransi kesehatan komersial terhadap pembaruan kebijakan CoB sehingga dapat memperbaiki pelaksanaan kerjasama CoB untuk kedepannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan terdapat beberapa aspek dari dalam kebijakan seperti mekanisme CoB, kompetensi pihak terkait dalam pelaksanaan CoB, pemahaman materi sosialisasi, perjanjian dengan pihak fasilitas kesehatan dalam menjalankan mekanisme CoB yang masih perlu diperhatikan terkait dengan adanya kebijakan baru CoB yang menjadi alasan asuransi kesehatan komersial menjalin kerjasama CoB dengan BPJS Kesehatan.

Focus of this study is Description of Commercial Health Insurance Response to Coordination of Benefit CoB Policy in Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN . This study is based on several aspects in Peraturan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosisal Nomor 4 Tahun 2016 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penyelenggaraan Koordinasi Manfaat dalam Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional.

The purpose of this study is to know description of commercial health insurance response to Coordination of Benefit CoB policy in Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional JKN . This research used qualitative research method.

The results of this study explain that there are several aspects of the policy such as mechanism of CoB, the competence of related parties for the implementation of CoB, the understanding of socialization materials, the agreement with the health facility in carrying out the mechanism of CoB which still needs to be considered related to the new policy of CoB that become the reason of the commercial health insurance in cooperating CoB with BPJS Kesehatan."

"Tingginya gangguan jiwa di Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam termasuk di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, ada altematif intervensi melalui program Community Mental Health Nursing (CMFIN). Untuk mengevaluasi program tersebut perlu dilakukan kajian evaluasi ekonomi Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) untuk menentukan suatu intervensi bisa "go" atau "no go". Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai manfaat intervensi program CMEIN pada penderita gangguan jiwa. Tujuan khususnya adalah untuk memperoleh besaran biaya (cost) dan besaran manfaat (benefit) serta nilai WC Rationya. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus, yang dilaksanakan di Puskesmas Darul Imarah Kabupaten Aceh Besar pada bulan Maret - Mai 2008, dengan jumlah penderita 108 orang. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian serta data primer dari hasil wavvancara dengan petugas puskesmas dan keluarga penderita. Hasi1 penelitian menunjukkan penderita yang dapat dideteksi sebagai penderita baru sebanyak 28 orang dan yang mandiri sebanyak 34 orang. Total biaya (cost) secara keseluruhan berjumlah Rp 46.069.351, sedangkan biaya manfaat (benefit) secara keseluruhan beijumlah Rp 267.026.112. Nilai B/C Rationya adalah 22,7 artinya Program CMHN bermanfaat clan menguntungkan secara ekonomi. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari satu gangguan jiwa yang dapat diobati dengan program CMHN jauh lebih tinggi dari pada biayanya, yaitu mencapai 22,7 kali Dengan demikian program CMHN direkomendasikan agar dapat terus dijalankan secara berkesinambungan di Puskesmas Darul Imarah dan puskesmas yang lain di Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Saran yang dapat disampaikan adalah melakukan advokasi yang lebih baik kepada Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) dan Dewan Penvaldlan Rakyat Kabupaten (DPRK) agar menyetujui dan memperioritask.an program CMHN di Kabupaten Aceh Besar, mengingat besamya manfaat dari program ini, karena tidak hanya mampu mendeteksi kasus, tetapi dengan rehabilita.si yang berkelanjutan dapat meningkatkan status penderita menjadi mandiri,sehingga lebih berdaya guna dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat.

The incident of mental health disorder in Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam Province is high, including in Aceh Besar District, and for this there is an alternative intervention through Community Mental Health Nursing (MEN Program. To evaluate this program, it is needed to perform economic evaluation survey, Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) to determine whether the intervention can be "go" or "no go".

This research was aimed to evaluate the benefit of CMHN Program intervention for mental health disorder client. The particular objective was to obtain the cost and benefit figures and it's B/C ratio value. This was a case study research, conducted in Darul Imarah Health Centre on March to Mel 2008, and 108 samples were obtained in this study. Data used were secondary data obtained from research area and primary data obtained by interviewing health center staff and client's family.

The result showed that there were 28 samples detected as new cases and 34 as an independent cases. The total cost was Rp. 46.069.351 whereas the total benefit was Rp. 267.026.112. The WC ratio value was 22,7, meaning that CMHN Program is useful and profitable economically. Benefit obtained from one mental health disorder case that can be prevented by CMBN Program is much higher compared to the cost, reaching 22,7 times. Therefore, it is recommended to continue CMAN program in Darul Imarah and other Health Centre in Aceh Besar District.

It is suggested to perform better advocacy to District Goverment (Pemda) and District Legislative Assembly (DPRK) to approve and take the ClvIHN Program as a priority in Aceh Besar District because of hugely benefit of this program. Not only because it's ability to detect the case, but also that continous rehabilitation can enhance client status to be independent, therefore they can be more useful in their community."

Asuransi sosial kepesertaannya bersifat wajib sedangkan asuransi komersial bersifat sukarela. Sejak tahun 2014, asuransi kesehatan sosial di Indonesia diselenggarakan oleh Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial (BPJS) Kesehatan. Bagi penduduk Indonesia yang kemampuan ekonominya di atas rata-rata masyarakat Indonesia umumnya memiliki dua jenis asuransi tersebut. Dalam hal ini penulis membahas bagaimana pembagian pertanggungan di antara kedua jenis asuransi dalam hal terjadinya pengobatan di rumah sakit. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa di beberapa bulan akhir tahun 2014 ini, BPJS Kesehatan telah membuat perjanjian kerjasama dalam bentuk Koordinasi Manfaat dengan puluhan perusahaan asuransi komersial.

The focus of this study is health insurance in Indonesia, that consist of social health insurance held by government of the country through social legal entity and commercial health insurance held by private party through commercial legal entity. Social insurance is obliged for everyone in the country while commercial insurance is voluntary. Since 2014, social health insurance in Indonesia held by legal entity named BPJS Kesehatan. Usually for the citizen who have economic power above the average of Indonesia citizen, they have both insurance. In this case researcher examines how the apportionment of coverage between both insurance in hospital benefit. The result of this research state that since the last few months in 2014, BPJS Kesehatan has made cooperation agreement in Coordination of Benefit with tens of commercial insurance corporation."
