"ABSTRAKSalah satu urusan pemerintahan dalam rangka mewujudkan negara kesejahteraan dan pemenuhan hak atas kesehatan adalah menyelenggarakan pelayanan publik di bidang kesehatan. Urusan pemerintahan bidang kesehatan ini dibagi antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah yang membentuk hubungan antara Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah. Pada dasarnya, hubungan Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah berada dalam suatu dinamika antara sentralisasi dan desentralisasi. Sejak berlakunya Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional yang diselenggarakan oleh BPJS Kesehatan pada tahun 2014, terjadi perubahan dalam hubungan Pemerintahan Pusat dan Daerah. Menggunakan studi kepustakaan, penulis menjelaskan mengenai hubungan kewenangan dan keuangan Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah serta kewenangan Daerah dalam penyelenggaraan JKN.Kesimpulan: Penyelenggaraan JKN oleh BPJS Kesehatan menjadikan hubungan kewenangan dan keuangan Pemerintah Pusat dan Daerah menjadi sangat sentralistik dengan terbatasnya kewenangan yang dimiliki Daerah. Dalam penyelenggaraan JKN, Daerah hanya berwenang dalam menyelenggarakan urusan pemerintahan yang diberikan kepadanya dan tidak turut dalam pembiayaan kesehatan oleh JKN.

ABSTRACTOne of the government functions in order to realize the welfare state and to fulfill the right to health care is by administering health care public service. In Indonesia, the assignment of government function in health care is divided between a central and local government which then manifest in central and local government relation. Basically, the relation of central and local governments is in the dynamic state between centralization and decentralization. Since National Health Security which managed by Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Kesehatan (BPJS-Kesehatan) is started in 2014, there are significant changes in the relation between central and local government, especially in health care assignment. Using the literature study, the researcher explained the assignment function and fiscal relation between central and local government, and the authority of local government in the National Health Security administration.Conclusion: Administration of National Health Security by BPJS Kesehatan has implication to the assignment function and fiscal relation between the central and local government that become highly centralized. The authority of local government is limited to the specified function and has no rule in health financing by National Health Security."

"Skripsi ini membahas tentang kepuasan pemustaka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kepuasan pemustaka terhadap koleksi perpustakaan yang meliputi kelengkapan koleksi, kemutakhiran koleksi, kemudahan akses koleksi, dan ketepatan koleksi serta hambatan dan saran pemustaka. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan yaitu survei kepuasan pemustaka secara tertulis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar pemustaka sudah puas dengan koleksi Perpustakaan Umum Pemerintah Kota Administrasi Jakarta Pusat. Kepuasan pemustaka terhadap kelengkapan judul dan jenis koleksi referensi pada tingkat kepuasan tertinggi dengan skor 3,57 sedangkan kepuasan pemustaka terhadap penyediaan rak khusus koleksi terbaru pada tingkat kepuasan terendah dengan skor 3,09. Adapun hambatan dan saran pemustaka adalah masalah kemutakhiran koleksi perpustakaan.

This undergraduate thesis discusses the library user satisfaction. The purpose of this research was to determine the library user satisfaction to the library collection which includes the complete collection, currency collection, collection accessibility, and accuracy of the collection as well as the barriers and suggestions from the user library. This research used descriptive research with quantitative approach. The method used is a written satisfaction survey of library user.

The results of this research is that the majority of library users are satisfied with the collections of the public library in Central Jakarta. Satisfaction of library users on the completeness of the title and type of the reference collection at the highest levels with a score of 3,57, while the provision of library user satisfaction shelf latest collection at the lowest levels with a score of 3,09. The barriers and suggestions from library users is up to date library collection problem."

"Penelitian ini membahas tentang Kepuasan Pegawai Atas Pemberian Insentif Kehadiran Kerja Pusat Administrasi Universitas PAU Universitas Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kepuasan pegawai atas pemberian insentif kehadiran kerja Pusat Administrasi Universitas PAU Universitas Indonesia. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuisioner yang didukung dengan wawancara mendalam dengan responden, dan studi kepustakaan. Teori yang digunakan adalah milik Stephen Robbins tentang kepuasan kerja yaitu variabel equitable rewards. Tujuan penelitian bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pegawai puas atas pemberian insentif kehadiran kerja sebesar Rp. 500,000,-/bulan di PAU Universitas Indonesia. Walaupun begitu masih ada satu indikator tentang kebijakan mengenai insentif kehadiran kerja yang tingkat kepuasannya masih rendah.

This study discusses about Employee Satisfaction on Job Incentives Attendance in The University Central Administration PAU , University of Indonesia. This study aims to analyze employee satisfaction on job attendance incentives The University Central Administration PAU , University of Indonesia. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to data collection through questionnaires that are supported by in depth interviews with respondents, and literature study. The theory used is the property of Stephen Robbins on job satisfaction is the variable equitable rewards. The purpose of research is descriptive. The results showed that employees satisfied with job incentives attendance of Rp. 500.000, month in PAU University of Indonesia. However there was one indicator of the job incentives attendance policies regarding job satisfaction."

"ABSTRAKKebutuhan akan listrik di zaman modern ini tidak terpisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Gedung Pusat Administrasi Rektorat Universitas Indonesia yang diresmikan pada tahun 1987 merupakan gedung yang diperuntukkan untuk ruang kantor, ruang rapat, yang didalamnya terdapat berbagai peralatan listrik, seperti komputer, AC, lampu, dan lain sebagainya. Mengingat sudah diresmikan sejak 30 tahun yang lalu sehingga dirasa sangat perlu untuk dilakukan audit kualitas daya listrik gedung ini untuk mengetahui kondisi panel dan juga kondisi kualitas daya listrik gedung Pusat Administrasi Universitas serta memberikan suatu rekomendasi agar kualitas daya listrik sesuai dengan standar yang diizinkan. Hasil pemantauan menunjukkan bahwa kondisi panel harus mengalami perbaikan, pergantian, dan juga perawatan. Hasil pengukuran menunjukkan beberapa parameter kualitas daya memenuhi standar seperti tegangan pada rentang 366.49-403.04 V, frekuensi pada rentang 49,7 ndash;50,4 Hz, dan temperatur panel memiliki selisih suhu 0-10 C sedangkan beberapa tidak memenuhi standar seperti harmonik dimana IHDi orde 3 bernilai diatas 4 dan faktor daya kurang dari 0,85 sehingga perlu dilakukan pemasangan single-tuned pasif filter.

ABSTRACTThe need for electricity in modern times is inseparable from human life. The University of Indonesia Administration Building Rectorate which was inaugurated in 1987 is a building dedicated to office space, meeting rooms, in which there are many electrical appliances, such as computers, air conditioners, lights, and so forth. Given that it was inaugurated since 30 years ago so it is necessary to audit the electrical power of the building and the condition of the electrical power of the University Administration Center building and provide a recommendation that the quality Of electric power in accordance with the options allowed. Monitoring results indicate that the panel condition must undergo repair, replacement, and maintenance. The measurement results show that some power quality parameters meet such as voltages in the 366.49 403.04 V range, frequencies range from 49.7 to 50.4 Hz, and panel temperatures have a temperature difference of 0 10 C whereas some do not meet the standards As harmonics where IHDi 3rd order is above 4 and power factor is less than 0.85 so it is necessary to install a passive single tuned filter."

"Latar belakang: Dalam dua dekade terakhir, insidensi terjadinya Herb-Induced Liver Injury (HILI) terus meningkat di seluruh dunia karena terdapat banyak produk herbal yang belum melalui uji keamanan yang baik. Saat ini, salah satu produk herbal yang banyak dikonsumsi adalah lunasin. Namun, belum banyak uji toksisitas yang dilakukan terhadap senyawa tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh pemberian lunasin terhadap luas vena sentralis hati sebagai salah satu indikator toksisitas hati. Metode: 42 ekor tikus Sprague-Dawley (SD) dibagi ke dalam empat kelompok perlakuan: kelompok normal, lunasin dosis 250 mg/kgBB, 500 mg/kgBB, dan 750 mg/kgBB. Setelah diberi perlakuan selama 90 hari, jaringan hati hewan uji diambil dan dijadikan preparat histopatologi. Pengukuran luas vena sentralis hati dilakukan menggunakan perangkat lunak Indomicro View.Hasil: Luas vena sentralis hati pada kelompok lunasin dosis 250 mg/kgBB (3,82±1,8 x 103 μm2), 500 mg/kgBB (3,35±1,34 x 103 μm2), dan 750 mg/kgBB (2,12±0,93 x 103 μm2) tidak memiliki perbedaan yang signifikan terhadap kelompok normal (2,52±0,66 x 103 μm2) (p > 0,05). Perbedaan signifikan hanya ditemukan antara kelompok dosis 250 dan 750 mg/kgBB (p = 0,02).Kesimpulan: Lunasin dalam dosis 250 mg/kgBB, 500 mg/kgBB, dan 750 mg/kgBB tidak menyebabkan perubahan luas vena sentralis yang signifikan terhadap kelompok normal.

Introduction: In the last two decades, the incidence of Herb-Induced Liver Injury (HILI) continues to increase worldwide because many herbal products have not been tested thoroughly for their safety. Currently, a herbal product called lunasin is widely consumed. However, not many toxicity tests have been carried out on them. This study aimed to examine the effect of lunasin administration on the hepatic central vein area as one of the indicators of hepatotoxicity.

Method: 42 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats were divided into four treatment groups: normal group, lunasin dose of 250 mg/kgBW, 500 mg/kgBW and 750 mg/kgBW. After 90 days of treatment, the rats’ liver tissues were made into histopathological preparations. Measurement of the hepatic central vein area was performed using the Indomicro View software.

Result: The hepatic central vein area in the lunasin group at a dose of 250 mg/kgBW (3.82±1.8 x 103 μm2), 500 mg/kgBW (3.35±1.34 x 103 μm2), and 750 mg/kgBW (2.12±0.93 x 103 μm2) did not have a significant difference to the normal group (2.52±0.66 x 103 μm2) (p > 0.05). A significant difference was only found between the 250 and 750 mg/kgBW dose groups (p = 0.02).

Conclusion: Lunasin in doses of 250 mg/kgBW, 500 mg/kgBW, and 750 mg/kgBW did not cause significant changes in the central venous area of the liver."
