"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana persepsi atau pandangan konsumen mengenai pemakaian harga ganjil pada Hero Supermarket Bintaro. Data dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yaitu konsumen dari Hero Supermarket Bintaro. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Konsumen sulit untuk mengingat harga ganjil dengan tepat tanpa perintah yang eksplisit dari orang sekitar sebesar 71%; (2) Konsumen cenderung membaca atau menyebutkan harga ganjil dengan membulatkan ke atas sebesar 76%; (3) Konsumen menganggap bahwa tidak tepat jika produk yang dijual di supermarket menggunakan harga ganjil sebanyak 48%; (4) Konsumen menganggap bahwa harga ganjil memberi kesan bahwa harga yang rendah diberikan pada hampir semua barang yang ada di toko sebesar 46%; (5) Konsumen menganggap bahwa Hero Supermarket Bintaro memiliki kualitas yang baik meskipun memakai harga ganjil sebesar 85% dan (6) Konsumen tidak pernah merasa mendapat keuntungan jika harga produk ditetapkan dengan memakai harga ganjil sebesar 53%.

This research aims to find the perceptions of consumers about using odd prices at Hero Supermarket Bintaro. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires to 100 respondents who are consumers of Hero Supermarket Bintaro. The results of this study are: (1) 71% of respondents state that it is difficult for consumers to remember odd prices accurately without explicit instructions from others; (2) 76% of respondents state that consumers are likely to call or read the odd prices by rounding the prices; (3) 48% of respondents state that products sold in dupermarket are not appropriate to using odd pricing; (4) 46% of respondents state that consumers consider odd prices give the impression that low prices are given to almost all items in the store; (5) 85% of respondents state that Hero Supermarket Bintaro has a good quality even they used odd pricing and (6) 53% of respondents state that consumers never get any profit if the price of the product use odd prices."

"Industri pertambangan batubara adalah jenis industri yang membutuhkan modal besar dan memiliki risiko tinggi, sehingga penting untuk memperhatikan keberlangsungan pengusahaan sektor ini terutama dalam sarana permodalan usaha. Salah satu cara mendapatkan permodalan bagi keberlangsungan perusahaan tambang batu bara adalah melalui pasar modal. Minat investor untuk menanamkan modalnya di sektor tambang batu bara sangat ditentukan naik turunya harga saham sektor tambang batu bara. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh harga batubara terhadap harga saham sektor pertambangan batubara. Dengan menggunakan data sekunder runtun waktu dari periode Januari 2012 hingga Desember 2022 dan menerapkan metode Vector Error Correction Model (VECM),  penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa harga batubara berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Pertambangan Batubara di Indonesia.  Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh harga batubara memberikan kontribusi terbesar terhadap Harga Saham Sektor Pertambangan Batubara yaitu sebesar 27,56%. Sementara kontribusi pengaruh suku bunga, kurs, dan inflasi terhadap harga saham masing-masing adalah sebesar 22,09%, 21,65%, dan 17,97%.

Coal mining is a type of industry that requires huge capital and carries high risks, so it is essential to pay attention to the sustainability of this sector, particularly the business capital. One way to obtain funding capital for the sustainability of coal mining companies is through the capital market. The ups and downs of stock prices determine the interest of investors in the coal mining sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of coal prices on stock prices in this sector. By using secondary data from January 2012 until December 2022 and applying the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) method, this study shows that coal price has a significant positive correlation to stock prices for the coal mining sector in Indonesia. Furthermore, this study also shows that the effect of coal prices makes the largest contribution to the stock price of the coal mining sector, which is equal to 27.56%. Meanwhile, the contributions of interest rates, exchange rates, and inflation on stock prices were 22.09%, 21.65%, and 17.97%, respectively."

"This note presents a significant implication of spatial variation in housing facilities within the context of urban economic planning. Elasticity of housing supply are elaborated in conjunction with density gradient principle, and mathematical interpretation of a profit function for a firm supplying housing facilities is discussed. The pattern of land use for housing purposes is further implied in terms of distance, relative share of input factors and substitution effect between inputs."
