"Penelitian ini fokus pada permasalahan dalam proses bisnis pembelian di industri jasa konstruksi yang disebabkan oleh harga barang dan/atau jasa tidak kompetitif, barang dan/atau jasa terlambat dibeli dan penawar potensial tidak ikut dalam proses pembelian yang berakar masalah pada proses pembelian yang tidak efektif dan efisien.Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini ada 2 yaitu Pena Aliran AmarFungsi (Cross Functional Flow Chart) untuk memetakan proses bisnis dan Metode Analisa Struktur Proses Bisnis untuk menganalisa hasil perbaikan proses bisnis pembelian tersebut.Efisien dan Efektif merupakan parameter penilaian proses bisnistradisional, pengembangan yang dilakukan oleh Tjaden menghasilkan parameter statik yang dapat dipergunakan untuk mengukur hasil perbaikan proses bisnis. Parameter stalik tersebut adalah efisiensi siklus, tingkat kesederhanaan (Simplicity), tingkat integrasi (integration), dan tingkat fleksibilitas (flexibility).

This thesis focus in describing purchasing business process problems inconstruction industry which is caused by not competitive price, procurement delay and potential bidder can not involve in purchasing process. All this problems are caused by in-effective and in-efficient purchasing business process in that industry.Method which is used in this thesis can be divided in two stages, first byusing cross functional Ilow chart for mapping as-is purchasing business process and the second is using business process structural analysis to analyze the result of purchasing business process improvement.Efficient and effective is the old parameter to analyze business process.research by Tjaden has found static parameters which can be used to measure the result of business process improvement. These static parameters are cycles time efficiency. simplicity, integration and flexibility."

"ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan melaksanakan penilaian tingkat kematangan penerapan supply chain konstruksi pada PT.X yang merupakan perusahaan bidang EPC. Alat penilaian yang digunakan dalam penilaian ini adalah Supply Chain Maturity Assessment Test (SCMAT) yaitu alat penilaian yang telah secara umum digunakan pada sektor industri untuk melaksanakan penilaian kematangan supply chain dan untuk penelitian ini dilaksanakan penyesuaian untuk penerapannya pada sektor konstruksi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dimanfaatkan oleh PT.X untuk merumuskan strategi yang berkaitan dengan pengembangan supply chain.

Tool that use in this assesment is adaptation of Supply Chain Maturity Assessment Test (SCMAT) in construction sector. Output of this research can be input for PT.X to formulate supply chain?s strategy."
