"ABSTRAKPerawat berkewajiban untuk melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan,namun pengetahuan perawat terkait dokumentasi keperawatan dinilai masihkurang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain studideskriptif korelatif yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yangmempengaruhi pengetahuan perawat terkait pendokumentasian keperawatan diRSUP Persahabatan. Sampel penelitian adalah sebagian perawat yang bertugas diruang rawat inap RSUP Persahabatan sebanyak 106 orang. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan tingkat pengetahuan perawat terkait pendokumentasian keperawatanmencapai 64,4% (kategori cukup baik). Terdapat hubungan antara pendidikandengan pengetahuan perawat terkait pendokumentasian keperawatan (p=0,006),usia dengan pengetahuan perawat terkait pendokumentasian keperawatan(p=0,001), masa kerja dengan pengetahuan pengetahuan perawat terkaitpendokumentasian keperawatan (p=0,002), serta pelatihan dengan pengetahuanperawat terkait pendokumentasian keperawatan (p=0,005). Hasil penelitianmenyarankan peningkatan pengetahuan dalam pendokumentasian keperawatanmelalui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengetahuan, yaitu peningkatanpendidikan perawat ke jenjang pendidikan yang lebih tinggi serta mengupayakanpemberian pelatihan pendokumentasian keperawatan secara berkala.

ABSTRACTNurses are obliged to do documentation of nursing care, but the nurse's

knowledge related to nursing documentation is still considered lacking. This study

uses quantitative methods to the design of descriptive correlative study which

aimed to identify factors that influence nurse's knowledge related to nursing

documentation in Persahabatan Hospital. The samples were partially nurse who

works in the inpatient room at Persahabatan Hospital as many as 106 people. The

result has shown that the level of nurse's knowledge in nursing documentation has

reached 64.4% (good enough category). There was a correlation between

education to nurse's knowledge of nursing documentation (p=0.006), age with

nurse's knowledge of nursing documentation (p=0.001), time of work with nurse's

knowledge of nursing documentation (p=0.002), and the training with nurse's

knowladge of nursing documentation (p=0.005). The result has suggested to

improve the knowledge of nurses in nursing documentation through the factors

that influence knowledge, such as increasing nurse education to higher levels of

education and providing periodic training of nursing documentation."

"Telah terjadi penurunan kinerja perawat di RS Santa Elisabeth Batam dari tahun 2019 sampai dengan semester I tahun 2023. Penurunan kinerja perawat ini dapat menimbulkan dampak yang tidak baik terhadap rumah sakit terutama pada keselamatan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat terhadap kinerja perawat serta dipengaruhi oleh faktor demografi perawat. Metode penelitian bersifat kuantitatif melalui rancangan penelitian quasi experiment dengan pendekatan pre and post control group. Hasil penelitian dengan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok intervensi sebelum coaching dan sesudah coaching adalah 0,000 dan uji paired sample T test antara kelompok kontrol sebelum coaching dan tanpa coaching adalah 0,081. Untuk hasil penelitian dengan uji independent sample T test antara kelompok intervensi setelah coaching dan kelompok kontrol tanpa coaching adalah 0,000. Dengan uji statistik deskriptif pada faktor demografi perawat setelah coaching terhadap kinerja perawat dengan hasil menunjukkan tidak ada perbedaan yang bermakna dari jenis kelamin, usia, tingkat pendidikan, lama kerja dan status penikahan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah intervensi coaching pada asuhan keperawatan dan komunikasi perawat dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat.

There has been a decline in the performance of nurses at Santa Elisabeth Batam Hospital from 2019 to the first semester of 2023. This decline in nurse performance could have an adverse impact on the hospital, especially on patient safety. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of coaching on nursing care and nurse communication on nurse performance and is influenced by nurse demographic factors. The research method is quantitative through a quasi-experimental research design with a pre and post control group approach. The results of research using the paired sample T test between the intervention group before coaching was 0.000 and the paired sample T test between the control group before coaching and without coaching was 0.081. For research results using the independent sample T test between the intervention group after coaching and the control group without coaching was 0.000. With descriptive statistical tests on nurse demographic factors after coaching on nurse performance, the results showed that there were no significant differences in gender, age, education level, length of work and marital status. The conclusion of this research is that coaching interventions in nursing care and nurse communication can improve nurse performance."
