"Kinerja perusahaan ditentukan oleh kontribusi dari masing-masing kinerja individu. Keadaan lingkungan tempat bekerja, kepemimpinan dalam organisasi, faktor individu berupa motivasi pada kajian sebelumnya akan meningkatkan kinerja. Penitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian dilakukan pada karyawan Human Capital Management Group PT Telekomunikasi Selular. Jumlah sampel penelitian adalah 48 orang karyawan. Instrumen berupa kuesioner digunakan untuk mendapat data penelitian. Data teknik pengujian analisa regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk membuktikan hipotesis penelitian. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa persepsi mengenai Kepemimpinan memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, begitu juga lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Organizational performance can be determined by contribution of individual performance. Work environment, organization leadership, and individual factor like motivation in previous research could increase employee's performance. This research will examine the influence of leadership, motivation, and work environment on employee's performance.

This research was taken place at Human Capital Management Group PT Telekomunikasi Selular employee. Sample of this research is 48 employees. Questionnaire was used to collect data. Analysis of multiple regressions was applied to test the hypotheses of the research.

Result of the research showed that perception of leadership had positive and significant effect on employee?s performance. Motivation and Work environment also had positive and significant effect on employee's performance."

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pelaksanaan komunikasi interpersonal terkait pengelolaan konflik pada suatu organisasi. Dengan mengambil kasus komunikasi interpersonal pada kelompok terbang awak kabin di Garuda Indonesia, tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengevaluasi proses komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai terkait dengan konflik kelompok serta membahas komunikasi interpersonal antar pegawai pada kelompok terbang awak kabin Garuda Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori teori Devito (2007) tentang lima kualitas umum efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif ini dengan menggunakan metode Forum Group Discussion ini menghasilkan kesimpulan bahwa komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif menghasilkan lingkungan kerja yang suportif dan kondusif bagi individu dan berdampak pada iklim kerja kelompok yang berarti berdampak dalam pencapaian tujuan kelompok.

This research is motivated by the importance of implementing interpersonal communication related to conflict management in an organization. By taking the case of interpersonal communication in the flight crew flight group at Garuda Indonesia, the aim of the study was to evaluate the interpersonal communication process among employees related to group conflict and discuss interpersonal communication between employees in the flight group of Garuda Indonesia cabin crew. This study uses the theory of Devito (2007) about five general qualities of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication. Research with this type of qualitative research using the Forum Group Discussion method resulted in the conclusion that effective interpersonal communication produces a supportive and conducive work environment for individuals and has an impact on the group work climate which means having an impact on achieving group goals.

"Pada masa usia sekolah, anak belum mampu mengolah masalahnya dengan tepat, anak rentan berperilaku emosional. Tujuan penelitian memperoleh gambaran pengaruh terapi kelompok Assertiveness Training (A 1) terhadap kemampuan komunikasi ibu dalam mengelola emosi anak usia sekolah. Sampel pada kelompok intervensi dan kontrol masing-masing 32 orang. Terapi ketompok AT membantu ibu mengeloJa emosi anak melalui komunikasi asertif, dilakukan 6 sesi.Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan peningkatan kemampuan komunikasi asertif lbu pada kelompok yang mendapat AT meningkat secara bermakna (p-value<0,05), Pada kelompook ibu yang tidak mendapat AT, kemampuan komunikasi ibu menurun secara bermakna (p-value<0,05), Kemampuan anak mengelola emosi meningkat bermakna (p-value<0,05) yang ibunya mengikuti AT, sedangkan pada kelompok yang ibunya tidak mendapat AT menurun bermakna (p-va/ue<0,05), Terapi ini dkekomendasikan pada pelayanan kesehatan di masyarakat khususnya anak usia sekolah.

"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas bagaimana komunikasi dokter dalam memberikan informasi kepada pasien di Rumah Sakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Harapan Kita. Dengan spesialisasi penyakit jantung dimana kondisi penyakit tersebut sangat mendekati dengan kematian, sehingga tidak hanya memiliki kemampuan secara profesionalisme, tetapi juga memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan paradigma postpositivistik. Melalui wawancara dan observasi terhadap seorang dokter, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dokter dalam kegiatan pelayanan medik mampu mengaplikasikan pendekatan komunikasi ?patient centered style? dengan baik. Dengan mendengarkan keluhannya dengan seksama, yang dibantu dengan memperhatikan komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal yang ada pada pasien. "Tesis ini membahas tentang proses pembentukan konsep diri pada penyandang disabilitas melalui komunikasi antarpribadi dengan pekerja sosial. Dengan berlandaskan paradigma konstruktivis, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana konsep diri penyandang disabilitas terbentuk dan faktor-faktor apa yang membentuknya. Melalui teori interaksionisme simbolik dan tahapan pembentukan konsep diri, peneliti berusaha menjelaskan bagaimana self seseorang terbentuk melalui interaksi dengan orang lain, khususnya dengan significant others-nya. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan kaitan yang erat antara komunikasi antarpribadi yang dilakukan pekerja sosial terhadap konsep diri yang terbentuk pada diri penyandang disabilitas. Peneliti merekomendasikan agar penelitian ini bisa terus dikembangkan dengan melihat faktor lain yang dapat membentuk konsep diri penyandang disabilitas seperti media, lingkungan, dan lain-lain.

This thesis discusses the process of the formation on the concept of selft in interpersonal communication through the disabled with social worker. With the constructivist paradigm, based on this research aims to examine how the concept of the disabled self is formed and what factors that shape it. Through the theory of symbolic interactionism and the stages of self concept formation, researchers try to explain how a persons self is formed through interaction with others, especially with the significant others. The results of this study indicate a close relationship between interpersonal communication conducted by social workers to the concept of self that is formed on the disabled. Researchers recommend that this research can continue to be developed by looking at others factors that can shape the concept of selft disabled people such as media, environment, and others."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Teori Tema Fantasi dalam kaitannya dengan pemeliharaan hubungan antarpribadi dan kohesivitas kelompok. Penelitian ini mempergunakan paradigma konstruktivis dengan pendekatan kualitatif interpretif. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kasus purnawirawan yang tergabung dalam sebuah paguyuban. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa pengembangan Tema Fantasi mempertimbangkan faktor hubungan antarpribadi dan pemeliharaan kohesivitas kelompok. Pembentukan tema fantasi dapat dipergunakan untuk memelihara kohesivitas kelompok. Kohesivitas kelompok yang terpelihara memudahkan anggota kelompok membentuk tema fantasi dan mempererat jalinan hubungan antarpribadi. Jalinan hubungan antarpribadi memiliki keterkaitan dalam pembentukan tema fantasi dan pemeliharaan kohesivitas kelompok. Hubungan antarpribadi yang bernilai positif mampu membuat aktivitas komunikasi berjalan dengan efektif sehingga anggota kelompok memberi respon pada cerita atau fantasi yang sedang berkembang dalam kelompok.

This research aims to develop a theory of fantasy themes in relation to the maintenance of interpersonal relations and group cohesiveness. The study used the constructivist paradigm with qualitative interpretive approach. This study uses a case study of retired who are members of a community. Results of the study explained that the development of fantasy themes to consider the factor of interpersonal relations and the maintenance of group cohesiveness. The establishment of a fantasy theme can be used to maintain group cohesiveness. Group cohesiveness is maintained facilitate members of the group formed a fantasy theme and strengthen the fabric of interpersonal relationships. Interwoven interpersonal relationships have relevance in the establishment and maintenance of a fantasy theme group cohesiveness. Interpersonal relationship that is positive able to make communication activities run effectively so that members of the group to respond to the stories or fantasies emerging in groups."
