"Menurut survei yang dilakukan oleh GlobeScan di 23 negara, disimpulkan bahwa semakin banyak konsumen yang peduli akan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan. Pengungkapan tanggung jawab sosial atau yang dikenal dengan corporate social responsibility (CSR) pada umumnya disertakan dalam laporan tahunan atau terpisah, sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan. Kegiatan CSR tersebut terbagi dalam empat tema besar dimana menurut penelitian oleh Utomo (2000), baik perusahaan highprofile maupun low-profile, mengungkapkan tema ketenagakerjaan lebih besar dari ketiga tema lainnya. Hal ini sejalan dengan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh Andrew et al. (1999) di Singapura dan Malaysia. Penelitian ini mengkaji lebih dalam pengungkapan CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan, yaitu dengan melihat nilai indeks CSR baik secara keseluruhan, per jenis industri, per tema pengungkapan dan per kegiatan; melihat apakah ada perbedaan pengungkapan antara perusahaan highprofile dibanding dengan perusahaan low-profile. Sampel diambil dari laporan tahunan 2004 perusahaan-perusahaan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia sebanyak 34 perusahaan ? 19 perusahaan high-profile dan 15 perusahaan lowprofile. Laporan tahunan tersebut kemudian ditelusuri dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang diungkap perusahaan dimasukkan ke dalam daftar yang telah dipakai oleh Utomo (2000). Dari daftar tersebut dihitung indeks CSR dengan rumus. Hasil riset menunjukkan bahwa baik perusahaan high maupun low-profile melakukan pengungkapan CSR tidak merata pada keempat tema, dimana pengungkapan terbesar adalah pada tema ketenagakerjaan, diikuti oleh tema kemasyarakatan, produk dan konsumen dan lingkungan hidup. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa indeks CSR memiliki hubungan positif dengan kinerja keuangan. Didapat pula bahwa perbedaan pengungkapan CSR antara perusahaan high-profile dengan lowprofile tidak signifikan. Penelitian juga mengungkapkan bahwa perusahaan dalam industri high-profile cenderung lebih banyak melakukan pengungkapan CSR dibanding perusahaan low-profile.

According to the GlobeScan?s survey in 23 countries, nowadays many consumer are give more attention to the corporate social responsibility . The corporate social responsibility or CSR disclosure usually become one of the part of annual report, whether it attach to annual report or the company present it separately, adjust to the company need. The CSR activities are divide into four theme, and according to Utomo (2000), the high-profile or low-profile companies are diclosed the worklabour theme more than the three other theme. These same result is supported the study by Andew et al. (1999) in Singapore and Malaysia. This study are explain more detail about disclosure of CSR by reviwing the CSR index in total, by the type of industry, by the disclosure theme and by the activity; to find out whether there are difference between disclosure done by high-profile company and by lowprofile company. Samples are taken from 2004 annual report issued by companies that listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange ? totals 34 companies, 19 high-profile companies and the rest, 15 low-profile companies. The activities presented in annual report are move to the list that already make by Utomo (2000). The list is then calculate by certain formula. The result shows that high-profile and lowprofile companies are dislcose the four CSR theme unequallly. The biggest disclore are in the work-labour theme, follow by social theme, product and consumer and the last one environmental theme. Regression result indicates that CSR index have a postitif relationship with financial performance. The difference in CSR disclosure between high-profile and low-profile companies are insignificant. This study also found that companies in high-profile industry are tend to disclose CSR more than companies in low-profile industry."

"Penelitian ini menganalisis hubungan Pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan baik kinerja secara akuntansi maupun pasar. Kinerja diukur dengan Return on Asset (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Price Earning Ratio (PER), dan Earning per Share (EPS) dengan tiga variabel kontrol yaitu firm size, liquidity, dan leverage. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder dalam bentuk laporan tahunan perusahaan dalam periode 2014 – 2018, berupa pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) yang berasal dari 193 perusahaan yang sudah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 – 2018. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara Pengungkapan CSR dengan ROA dan ROE saat baik secara agregat maupun pada sektor pertambangan, properti, dan infrastruktur. Namun, tidak ada hubungan antara Pengungkapan CSR dengan PER dan EPS baik secara agregat maupun pada sektor pertambangan, properti, pertanian dan infrastruktur.

This study analyzes the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Disclosure and corporate’s financial performance. The disclosure is collected from company’s annual report and financial performance were distinguished as book performance measured by Return on Asset (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) and as market performance measured by Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Earning per Share (EPS), with firm size, liquidity, and leverage as control variables. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2014 to 2018 from 193 listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant relationship between CSR Disclosures and ROA and ROE for the industry and for three of the sectors, namely mining, property and infrastructure. However, there is no significant relationship between CSR Disclosures with PER and EPS for the industry and for four of the sectors, namely mining, property, agriculture and infrastructure

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC) pada industri sektor primer dan sekunder di Indonesia; menguji interaksi antara jenis industri dengan CSR dalam mempengaruhi ERC; serta mengetahui tren ERC seiring peningkatan CSR yang dilakukan perusahaan selama 2011-2013. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 118 perusahaan dengan total observasi 354 firms-years. Pengujian dilakukan dengan data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengungkapan informasi CSR dalam laporan tahunan perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap ERC, di mana jenis industri dapat memperkuat atau memperlemah hubungan antara CSR dan ERC tersebut, sementara terjadi tren yang menurun pada ERC perusahaan selama 2011-2013.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study are to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) on Earnings Response Coefficient (ERC) in primary and secondary industries in Indonesia; the interaction between types of industry and CSR in influencing ERC; and the trend of ERC along with the increase of CSR for the period of 2011-2013. The sample of this study consists of 118 companies with total observations of 354 firms-years using panel data. The empirical results of this study show that the information of CSR disclosed in the companies’ annual reports has positive effect on the ERC, which types of industry can either strengthen or weaken the relationship between CSR and ERC, while there is a decreasing trend of ERC during 2011-2013.

"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Variabel yang digunakan adalah pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan, serta menggunakan variabel kontrol yaitu Ukuran Perusahaan, Leverage dan Likuiditas dari 195 perusahaan non keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018. Tambahkan tentang pengukuran q Tobin di sini (alasan dan ukuran apa). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dengan kinerja keuangan perusahaan yang diukur dengan nilai pasar.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on the company's financial performance. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti hubungan empiris tentang pengaruh corporate governance terhadap corporate social responsibility disclosure pada perusahaan-perusahaan yang tergabung dalam indeks LQ 45. Pengukuran yang digunakan pada variabel dependen adalah indeks skoring CSRD. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme CG dengan komponen variabel commissioners independence berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, sebaliknya board independence berpengaruh positif, namun tidak signifikan. Selain itu, variabel manajerial ownership berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR, namun pada foreign ownership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan pada pengungkapan CSR. Pada variabel kontrol yang digunakan, yaitu umur perusahaan dan ROA berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, sedangkan pada leverage dan ROE berpengaruh negatif, namun tidak signifikan terhadap pengungkapan CSR.

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh struktur kepemilikan dan organizational slack terhadap tingkat pengungkapan informasi tanggung jawab sosial (CSR) pada laporan tahunan perusahaan perbankan yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011 sampai 2013.
Hasil pengujian statistik dengan regresi menunjukkan bahwa konsentrasi kepemilikan, kepemilikan pemerintah, maupun kepemilikan asing tidak berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR perusahaan. Hanya organizational slack yang terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR. Diantara dua variabel kontrol yaitu ukuran perusahaan dan profitabilitas, hanya ukuran perusahaan yang memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap tingkat pengungkapan CSR.

The objective of this study is to analyze the effect of ownership structure and organizational slack on corporate social responsibility (CSR) disclosure via annual report published by banks listed at Bursa Efek Indonesia from 2011 to 2013.
The test results indicate positive and significant impact oforganizational slack on CSR disclosure. However, none of ownership concentration, government ownership, or foreign ownership has significant effect on CSR disclosure. As for control variables, size significantly influences CSR disclosure while profitability doesn't.

"Penelitian ini membahas perbandingan mengenai transformasi konsep Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada Undang-undang Nomor 40 Tahun 2007 tentang Perseroan Terbatas untuk mengetahui mengapa transformasi GCG berjalan dengan baik, sedangkan transformasi CSR mengundang pengujian konstitutional. Putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi Perkara no 53 Tahun 2008 digunakan sebagai bahan analisis teks untuk memperoleh ragam pemaknaan terhadap istilah Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) serta menganalisis kontroversi pemberlakuan TJSL sebagai kewajiban hukum. Keberhasilan transformasi GCG adalah adanya kebijakan nasional serta dukungan terstruktur dan sistemik. CSR berada pada ranah moral etika dan TJSL pada ranah hukum dan kedua-duanya berlaku di Indonesia.

This research compares the transformation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Good Corporate Governance, and explores the factors affecting the transformation of GCG concept to the Indonesian legal system. Questioned was whether the term social and environmental responsibility refers to the internationally known CSR since it has resulted in request for constitutional review. Text analysis of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 53 of 2008 was employed to find the various facets of meanings and provide insight into the issue of CSR as voluntary activities transformed into legally mandatory act. Applying Political Obligation theory reveals that CSR tends to be morally based, hence ‘social and environmental responsibility’ term refers to a set of different criteria based on the Indonesian Constitutional Law, Article 33, paragraph (1),(2),(3)."

"Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) telah menjadi gagasan luas di pasar global. Pemerintah Indonesia mendorong Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) mewujudkan Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) melalui Program Tanggung Jawab Sosial Lingkungan (TJSL) yang disahkan Peraturan Menteri PER-05/MBU/04/2021. Sebagai Bank Himbara, Bank Mandiri, Bank Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), dan Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) secara konsisten menunjukkan prestasinya dalam program-program CSR. Tujuan penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengaruh empat dimensi CSR yakni Philanthropy Responsibility, Ethical Responsibility, Legal Responsibility, dan Economic Responsibility terhadap Brand Equity (BE) dengan peran mediasi Corporate Image (CI) dan Trust (TR). Metode Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan disjoint two-stage approach digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan 393 sampel nasabah milenilal dan z Bank BUMN di seluruh Indonesia. Hasil studi menunjukkan bahwa CSR tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan terhadap BE. Sementara itu, TR dan CI secara positif dan signifikan memediasi pengaruh antara CSR dan BE. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa praktik CSR yang berhasil akan meningkatkan citra bank di benak nasabah. Nasabah merasa bahwa mereka berkontribusi secara sosial karena menerima layanan dari organisasi yang bertanggung jawab secara sosial. Praktik CSR menciptakan kepercayaan nasabah terhadap layanan keuangan bank. Oleh karena itu, reputasi dan kepercayaan berkontribusi dalam membangun BE bagi perusahaan.

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a widespread notion in the global market. The Government of Indonesia encourages State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) to realize the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) through Tanggung Jawab Sosial dan Lingkungan (TJSL) which has been approved by Ministerial Regulation PER-05/MBU/04/2021. As BUMN’s Bank, Bank Mandiri, Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), and Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) consistently show their achievements in CSR programs. The purpose of this study explores the influence of four dimensions of CSR namely Philanthropy Responsibility, Ethical Responsibility, Legal Responsibility, and Economic Responsibility on Brand Equity (BE) with the mediating role of Corporate Image (CI) and Trust (TR). The Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with a two-stage disjoint approach was used to test the hypothesis with 393 samples of millennial customers and z state-owned banks throughout Indonesia. The results of the study show that CSR does not have a significant direct effect on BE. Meanwhile, TR and CI positively and significantly mediate the effect between CSR and BE. This finding developed that successful CSR practices will improve the bank's image in the minds of customers. Customers feel that they are contributing socially by receiving services from socially responsible organizations. CSR practices create customer trust in bank financial services. Therefore, reputation and trust contribute to building BE for the company.
