"ABSTRAKSekolah Dasar merupakan pendidikan dasar wajib di Indonesia, sehingga para guru dituntut untuk berinovasi dalam pengajaran dan lingkungan kerjanya untuk mewujudkan perkembangan baru dan bermanfaat. Sebuah studi korelasional dilakukan untuk menguji apakah orientasi tujuan pembelajaran dan pengembangan profesional secara bersamaan memprediksi perilaku inovatif guru. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur perilaku inovatif guru adalah perilaku inovatif yang dikembangkan pertama kali oleh Messmann dan Mulder (2012) (α = 0,94), sedangkan instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur orientasi tujuan pembelajaran adalah instrumen orientasi tujuan yang pertama kali dikembangkan oleh VandeWalle (1997). ). ) (α = 0,80). Peserta berjumlah 243 guru sekolah dasar di Jakarta, Bogor, Depok dan Bekasi. ABSTRACTElementary school is compulsory basic education in Indonesia, so that teachers are required to innovate in their teaching and work environment to realize new and useful developments. A correlational study was conducted to test whether learning goal orientation and professional development simultaneously predict teacher innovative behavior. The instrument used to measure the teachers innovative behavior is the innovative behavior that was first developed by Messmann and Mulder (2012) (α = 0.94), while the instrument used to measure the orientation of learning goals is a goal orientation instrument first developed by VandeWalle ( 1997). ). ) (α = 0.80). Participants totaled 243 elementary school teachers in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok and Bekasi. The data analysis used multiple regression which showed that the two variables simultaneously predict the innovative behavior of teachers. "ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas evaluasi program pengembangan profesional di kantorcabang lembaga kursus Bahasa Inggris X dengan menggunakan siklus ContinuingProfessional Development (CPD) pada empat tahapan, yaitu tahap perencanaan,tahap pelaksanaan, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap refleksi. Penelitian ini adalahpenelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan alat ukur wawancara semi struktur,observasi, dokumen, dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa adabeberapa hal yang sebaiknya dilakukan untuk meningkatkan dampak dariimplementasi program pengembangan profesional di institusi X, antara lain:adanya sosialisasi lebih lanjut mengenai pentingnya partisipasi guru dalamprogram pengembangan profesional baik untuk pribadi maupun untuk karir,adanya kesempatan bagi guru untuk terlibat dalam tahap perencanaan programprogrampengembangan profesional institusi, adanya dorongan dari institusi(melalui kepala kursus) bagi guru untuk berinisiatif mengelola programpengembangan profesionalnya sendiri melalui melalui Personal DevelopmentRecord dan Development Action Plan, dan membuat suatu sistem jaringan CPDdimana masing-masing guru dapat mengakses akun CPD mereka dan mengelolaprogram pengembangan profesional mereka sendiri.

ABSTRACTThe focus of this study is an evaluation of professional development programs inbranch offices of English language course X by using Continuing ProfessionalDevelopment (CPD) cycle of four stages of planning, action, evaluation, andreflection. This research is qualitative based with data collection by semistructuredinterview, observation, document analysis, and questionnairespreading. The researcher suggests that the institution should do the followingactions to improve the impact of professional development programs. First,institution X should conduct further socialization on the importance of teachers’participation in the CPD programs for the sake of both personal and careerdevelopment in the institution. Second, institution X should provide anopportunity for teachers to take part in institution’s CPD programs’ planningstage. Third, institution X should encourage teachers (through course principal) tohave initiative in organizing their own personal CPD program by making PersonalDevelopment Record (PDR) and Development Action Plan (DAP). Lastly,institution X should develop a CPD program or application where each teachercan access their CPD account and run their own personal CPD program."

"Pengembangan Profesional Berkelanjutan (PPB) merupakan komponen sistem jenjang karir dimana perencanaan dan implementasi perencanaan karir dapat memengaruhi proses kehidupan perawat. Jenjang karir di beberapa RS telah dilaksanakan namun kadangkala belum selaras dengan pelaksanaan rekrutmen, rotasi, pengembangan professional berkelanjutan dan promosi yang menjadi komponen tidak terpisah dari jenjang karir. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pengaruh PPB dengan implementasi manajemen nyeri di rumah sakit. Disain penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Data dikumpulkan melalui data primer sebanyak 121 perawat pelaksana serta data sekunder dokumen rekam medis pasien berisi catatan keperawatan terkait manajemen nyeri yang terdiri dari pengkajian, intervensi dan re-evaluasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa variabel implementasi sistem jenjang karir yang paling berpengaruh terhadap implementasi manajemen nyeri oleh perawat klinik adalah pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan (PPB) (p= 0,027) . Peneliti merekomendasikan perlunya perencanaan terstruktur melalui analisis kebutuhan training bagi masing-masing perawat.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is a component of a career ladder system which its planning and implementation can affect in a nurse's life process. In some hospitals, the nursing career ladder system were not associated with recruitment, rotation, continuous professional development and promotion process. This study aimed to identify the effect of CPD to the implementation of pain management in a hospital. The design research was descriptive correlative with cross sectional approach. Data were collected through primary data as much as 121 nurses and also secondary data from patient medical records related to pain management nursing documentation included assessment, intervention, and re-evaluation. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data were analyzed by multiple linear regression. The result showed that the variables of the career ladder system implementation that most affected on the pain management implementation by clinical nurses is continuing professional development (CPD)(p= 0.027). It is recommended to make structured planning through training needs analysis for each nurse."
