"[ABSTRAK
Media relation merupakan salah satu praktik yang terdapat dalam sistem dari Departemen Public Relations (PR) dan bertujuan supaya informasi dari suatu organisasi dapat disebarluaskan kepada publik melalui saluran suatu industri media. Ternyata terdapat departemen PR dari suatu industri media melakukan praktik media relations dengan industri media lain meskipun telah memiliki saluran media untuk menyebarkan informasi. Dalam praktik media relations yang terdapat dalam sistem Departemen PR, para anggota departemen PR sebagai para agen berhubungan dengan para agen lain dari redaksi industri media lain berdasarkan struktur yang terus-menerus diproduksi dan direproduksi. Struktur diproduksi dan direproduksi melalui interaksi dan tindakan para agen, baik dalam lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal departemen. Ketika para agen berinteraksi, mereka juga melakukan tindakan komunikasi. Struktur dan sistem dalam praktik media relations yang terus diproduksi dan direproduksi dapat berlangsung secara dinamis (transformasi) dan stabil (rutinitas). Untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses produksi dan reproduksi tersebut dalam interaksi para agen, maka diperlukan analisis menggunakan teori strukturasi yang dikembangkan oleh McPhee dan Poole.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan dan memberikan pemahaman mengenai strukturasi komunikasi internal dan komunikasi eksternal dalam praktik media relations yang terjadi di dalam departemen PR. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus instrumental tunggal dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Dari penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa di dalam sistem departemen PR, staf berhubungan dengan atasannya di lingkungan internal dan berhubungan dengan jurnalis dan atasan jurnalis di lingkungan eksternal. Dalam melakukan praktik media relations, para agen menggunakan struktur aturan berupa prosedur, kebijakan, job description, dan kode etik sebagai pedoman dan sumber daya berupa pengalaman, pengetahuan, dan kemampuan/skill dalam bertindak dan berinteraksi sehingga sistem dan praktik dapat berlangsung terus-menerus baik secara dinamis maupun statis.

Media relation is one of the practices that are found in the system of Public Relations (PR) department and it aims to spread information from an organization to its public through channel of a media industry. Apparently, a PR department of a media industry implements the media relations practice with other media industries, although it has already had its own channel to spread the information. In the practice of media relations in the PR department system, members of the PR department as agents are in contact with the other agents from the newsrooms of other media industries and it is done based on the structure that is continuously produced and reproduced. The structure is produced and reproduced through interactions and actions of the agents, both in the internal environment and external environment of the department. When the agents interact, they also do the actions of the communication. The structure and the system in the practice of media relations that are continuously produced and reproduction can happen dynamically (transformation) and stable (routines). To know how the process of production and reproduction in the interaction of the agents, then required an analysis using structuration theory developed by McPhee and Poole.

"Jalur khusus busway merupakan Salah satu solusi yang ditawarkan Pemerintah Propinsi DKI Jakarta untuk mengatasi pennasalahan transportasi yang sernakin pelik Pengembangan koridor busway membutuhkan analisis dan pertimbangan dari berbagai sisi di antaranya biaya di mana Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi biaya adalah jenis bus yang akan digunakan di koridor yaitu bm tunggal maupun bus gandeng.
Tahap Pertama yang dilakukan di dalam penelitian ini adalah rnenghitung jumlah setiap jenis bus yang dibutuhkan pada setiap skenario jumlah penumpang, dalam hal ini tiga skenario jumlah penumpang, dengan menggunakan simulasi ProModel. Jumlah bus yang diperoleh dari hasil simulasi akan menjadi masukan bagi Tahap Kedua yaitu membandingkan biaya yang harus dikeluarkan antara setiap jenis bus dan memilih jenis bus manakah yang memberikan biaya optimal. Hasil yang diperoleh dari perhitungan dan analisis adalah jenis bus yang dipilih untuk ketiga skenario jumlah penumpang adalah jenis bus tunggal dengan perincian 27 unit untuk skenario 1, 33 unit untuk skenario 2, dan 40 unit untuk skenario 3.

Busway corridor has been one of the solutions proposed by Govemor of DKI Jakarta to overcome the tralic congestion in Jakarta. The development of busway corridor needs analysis and consideration fiom many aspects including cost. One of the factors that affects cost is the type of bus will be used in the corridor, either single or articulated bus.
The research consists of two phases, the Erst phase is counting the number of busses needed for each number of passengers scenario using Prolvlodel simulation Number of busses resulted Rom the simulation will be the input for the second phase, which is comparing the cost between each type of busses and choosing type of bus which gives optimal cost. From counting result and analysis, single bus type is chosen for each scenario; 27 units are needed for scenario 1, 33 units for scenario 2, and 40 units for scenario 3.

"Trans Jakarta sebagai salah satu sarana transportasi publik, merupakan sebuah kendaraan yang dianggap efektif dan efisien karena mempemudah masyarakat dalam beraktivitas. Namun, seiring berjalannya waktu, Trans Jakarta telah mengalami kemunduran dalam berbagai hal sehingga tidak lagi dianggap menguntungkan oleh sebagian masyarakat Indonesia, bahkan berdampak buruk dan dianggap berbahaya bagi orang-orang tertentu. Ketidak-efektifanTrans Jakarta sebagai alat transportasi dapat dilihat dari berbagai macam kejadian seperti kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terus meningkat dari tahun ke tahun yang banyak menelan korban. Selain itu, perampokan di dalam bis serta terjadinya pelecehan seksual juga sering terjadi, membuat para penumpang merasa tidak aman dan nyaman saat menggunakan Trans Jakarta. Selanjutnya, terbatasnya unit Trans Jakarta yang beredar maupun kerusakan fisik kendaraan itu sendiri telah menjadi masalah yang kerap timbul belakangan ini, membuat mutu pelayanan Trans Jakarta menurun. Dengan demikian, masyarakat menjadi bertanya-tanya apakah Trans Jakarta merupakan sarana transportasi yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan alat transportasi lainnya yang lebih murah? Bahkan, jikadibandingkan dengan sarana transportasi di Seoul dan Kuala Lumpur, Trans Jakarta masih jauh dari sempurna dan masih membutuhkan peningkatan kualitas maupun kuantitas. Untuk meningkatkan mutu Trans Jakarta, masyarakat dan pemerintah Indonesia perlu bekerja sama. Dengan demikian, tujuan dan harapan masyarakat akan terciptanya sarana tranportasi umum yang baik dan layak dapat terpenuhi.

Trans Jakarta as one of the public transportation is a vehicle that was considered effective and efficient which facilitated people in doing their activity. However, as time goes by, Trans Jakarta has experience a declining in many aspects that people no longer sees Trans Jakarta as a useful public transportation, it is even have a bad impact and considered harmful for certain people. The ineffectiveness of Trans Jakarta can be seen through variousincidents, for example traffic accidents that have been increased from year to year in which many people diebecause of it. Besides that, robbery and sexual harassment often happen on the bus that makes passengers feel insecure and uncomfortable in using Trans Jakarta. Moreover, the limited unit of Trans Jakarta which is operated ans also the damage engine of the bus become serious issues in the past few years, results in declining quality service. Thus, society questioned the quality of Trans Jakarta; it is a better public transportation compared to other public transportation which is cheaper? Even, if compared with public transportation in Seoul and Kuala Lumpur,Trans Jakarta is far from perfect and still need to improve its quality and quantity. To improve the quality of Trans Jakarta, society and government in Indonesia need to cooperate. Thereby, both parties will meet their objective andexpectation of a worth and proper public transportation."

"Perkembangan sebuah kota tergantung dari seberapa mudahnya daerah tersebut dapat diakses. Peran pemerintah untuk menyediakan sarana dan prasarana sebagai fasilitas untuk memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat adalah sebuah tanggung jawab. Pemerintah Kota Tangerang adalah salah satu kota yang mengadakan kebijakan BRT sebagai transportasi publik sejak Desember 2016. Namun dalam pengoperasiannya dinilai sepi peminat.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai dan menganalisis kinerja pelayanan BRT Trans Kota Tangerang. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif menggunakan 5 dimensi servqual berdasarkan standar pelayanan angkutan umum SK Dirjen no.687 Tahun 2002, Permenhub no. 10 Tahun 2012, perubahannya no. 27 Tahun 2015, BRT Standard ITDP 2016. Tujuan penelitian ini menganalisis tingkat kepentingan, tingkat kepuasan dan faktor utama yang mempengaruhi kinerja pelayanan BRT Trans Kota Tangerang dinilai dari persepsi dan harapan pengguna BRT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepentingan yang harus diutamakan adalah dimensi tangible pada item informasi pelayanan halte yang akan dilewati berupa visual/audio di dalam halte berfungsi dengan baik. Pengguna BRT memiliki tingkat kepuasan yang tinggi. Dimensi Tangibel menjadi faktor utama yang berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pelayanan BRT Trans Kota Tangerang.

City development depends on being easily accessible. The role of the government to provide facilities and infrastructure as a means for community needs is the responsibility. The Tangerang City Government is one of the cities that has implemented BRT policy as public transportation since December 2016. However, its operations consider it quiet BRT Trans Kota Tangerang. This study uses quantitative methods using servqual 5 dimensions based on the standards of public transport services SK Dirjen No. 687 of 2002, Permenhub no. 10 of 2012, amendment no. 27 of 2015, ITDP 2016 BRT Standard . The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of importance, level of satisfaction and the main factors that improve the performance of BRT Trans Kota Tangerang services assessed from the perceptions and expectations of BRT users. The results of the study show that the level of importance that must be prioritized is the Tangible dimension of the item information on the stop service that will be passed in the form of visual / audio in a well-used stop. BRT users have a high level of satisfaction. The Tangibel dimension is the main factor that influences the performance of BRT Trans Kota Tangerang service."

"Bagi negara berkembang, penerapan sistem transportasi berkelanjutan sangat penting untuk melibatkan investasi besar. Mobilitas di Indonesia dapat memberikan dampak kepada daerah asal maupun daerah tujuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis aktivitas pergerakan penumpang pelajar BRT Trans Semarang dari daerah asal menuju daerah tujuan, sehingga diketahui jumlah penumpang maupun BRT yang dapat menunjukkan pola maupun karakteristik pergerakannya secara kualitas dan kuantitas. Dengan begitu, dapat dilakukan identifikasi untuk menyusun suatu rekomendasi pengembangan rute operasional BRT Trans Semarang untuk meningkatkan konektivitas antar moda transportasi lainnya pada rute dengan demand yang tinggi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Analisis Arsip/Literatur, melakukan survei dan observasi, pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, Kuesioner Online, dan Analisis Data Deskriptif Kuantitatif. Diketahui bahwa terdapat sejumlah sekolah yang belum terlayani di 16 kecamatan Kota Semarang, yaitu Semarang Barat (51), Semarang Selatan (26), Semarang Tengah (41), Semarang Timur (36), Semarang Utara (40), Banyumanik (49), Tembalang (36), Gunung Pati (16), Pedurungan (50), Gajah Mungkur (31), Mijen (26), Candisari (21), Tugu (14), Gayamsari (25), Ngaliyan (27), dan Genuk (29).

For developing countries, the implementation of sustainable transportation systems is crucial to involve substantial investments. Mobility in Indonesia can have an impact on both origin and destination areas. This research aims to determine the distribution of schools that are not served in the city of Semarang. Consequently, an identification can be made to formulate a recommendation for the development of operational routes for the BRT Trans Semarang to enhance connectivity between other transportation modes on routes with high demand. A quantitative descriptive analysis was performed to assess BRT Trans Semarang through utilizing government documents, news, and official websites, followed by interviews, FGD, and direct surveys with BRT users and providers. It is known that there are a number of schools that are not served in 16 districts of the city of Semarang, namely Semarang West (51), Semarang South (25), Semarang Central (41), Semarang East (36), Semarang North (40), Banyumanik (49), Tembalang (36), Gunung Pati (16), Pedurungan (50), Gajah Mungkur (31), Mijen (26), Candisari (21), Tugu (14), Gayamsari (25), Ngaliyan (27), and Genuk (29). Feeder Route 3 is popular but has limited capacity. 79.20% of respondents support extending BRT routes to their schools."

"Biskita Trans Pakuan Bogor merupakan salah satu layanan angkutan umum berbasis Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) di Kota Bogor yang dikelola oleh oleh Badan Pengelola Transportasi Jabodetabek (BPTJ) Kementerian Perhubungan dan diselenggarakan oleh operator PT Kodjari Tata Angkutan berdasarkan standar pelayanan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah. BPTJ Kementerian Perhubungan telah membuat sebuah sistem informasi transportasi umum yang terintegrasi berbasis mobile untuk Biskita Trans Pakuan Bogor dengan nama aplikasi Biskita. Aplikasi Biskita ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi jadwal, rute, berita, serta notifikasi terkini terkait Biskita Trans Pakuan. Namun sayangnya pengguna aplikasi Biskita menilai aplikasi masih memiliki banyak kekurangan berdasarkan ulasan aplikasi yang diberikan pada Google Play Store dan juga Apple App Store. Berdasarkan wawancara dengan representatif BPTJ, membenarkan kondisi tersebut dan menambahkan bahwa saat ini aplikasi Biskita telah dihentikan yang menyebabkan pengembangan aplikasi pada iOS menjadi terhenti. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan masukan aplikasi alternatif Biskita yang memiliki desain antarmuka yang lebih baik dengan mengedepankan user friendliness, arsitektur dengan response time yang rendah, serta dapat menjadi aplikasi yang multiplatform. Pengembangan desain antarmuka aplikasi alternatif Biskita akan menggunakan pendekatan User Centered Design (UCD) dengan evaluasi usability testing serta system usability scale. Sedangkan untuk pengembangan aplikasi Biskita serta arsitekturnya akan menggunakan pendekatan pengembangan waterfall. Untuk mencapai multiplatform, pengembangan aplikasi alternatif Biskita menerapkan Progressive Web App. Sementara itu untuk mendapatkan response time yang rendah, pengembangan arsitektur aplikasi alternatif Biskita menerapkan model microservice. Dalam penelitian ini dipaparkan bagaimana penulis merancang, menganalisis, serta mengembangkan aplikasi Biskita dengan desain antarmuka yang mengedepankan user friendliness, menerapkan multiplatform, serta memiliki response time yang rendah.

Biskita Trans Pakuan Bogor is one of the Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) based public transport services in Bogor City managed by the Jabodetabek Transportation Management Agency (BPTJ) of the Ministry of Transportation and organised by operator PT Kodjari Tata Angkutan based on service standards set by the government. BPTJ of the Ministry of Transportation has created a mobile-based integrated public transport information system for Biskita Trans Pakuan Bogor called the Biskita application. The Biskita application aims to provide information on schedules, routes, news, and the latest notifications related to Biskita Trans Pakuan. But unfortunately Biskita application users assess the application still has many shortcomings based on application reviews given on the Google Play Store and also the Apple App Store. Based on interviews with BPTJ representatives, they confirmed this condition and added that currently the Biskita application has been discontinued which has caused the development of applications on iOS to be stopped. Based on these problems, this research was conducted to provide input for an alternative Biskita application that has a better interface design by prioritising user friendliness, architecture with low response time, and can be a multiplatform application. The development of Biskita’s alternative application interface design will use a user-centered design (UCD) approach with usability testing and system usability scale evaluation. Meanwhile, the development of the Biskita application and its architecture will use the waterfall development approach. To achieve multiplatform, Biskita’s alternative application development applies Progressive Web App. Meanwhile, to get a low response time, the development of Biskita’s alternative application architecture applies the microservice model. This research presents how the author designs, analyses, and develops the Biskita application with an interface design that promotes user friendliness, applies multiplatform, and has a low response time."

Perencanaan proyek infrastruktur JTTS menghabiskan investasi sebesar Rp 340 Triliun. Investasi sebesar itu hanya membangun Jalan Tol konvensional yaitu kendaraan golongan 1 sampai 5, seharusnya besarnya investasi tersebut mendapat nilai tambah multi fungsi. Untuk mendapatkan nilai tambah, metode rekayasa nilai (value engineering) mengidentifikasi fungsi-fungsi, menciptakan gagasan kreatif dan inovatif. Pengembangan fungsi dasar dari JTTS sebagai fungsi transportasi golongan 1 sampai 5 diawali dengan pendekatan ranking PDRB dan jumlah penduduk, pengembangan wilayah Sumatera dengan location quotient, ditambah dengan fungsi pariwisata, telekomunikasi fiber optic, integrasi median tol dengan kereta api, integrasi jalur sepeda motor, integrasi dengan pelabuhan sungai, perkebunan karet, integrasi pipa migas serta service dan rest area. Dengan adanya penambahan fungsi tersebut dapat menambah manfaat proyek infrastruktur Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera.

"Kemacetan merupakan salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh seluruh masyarakat di DKI Jakarta. Pemerintah beserta Dinas Perhubungan dan para pakar transportasi dari Universitas Indonesia dan Universitas Gadjah Mada merumuskan suatu rencana perbaikan dan pembangunan transportasi untuk mengatasi masalah kemacetan di DKI Jakarta yang disebut dengan Pola Transportasi Makro (PTM). Di dalam PTM salah satu program yang dijalankan yaitu Transjakarta. Transjakarta diresmikan pada tanggal 15 Januari 2004 dan mulai resmi beroperasi pada tanggal 1 Februari 2004. Dalam pelaksanaan Transjakarta yang sudah berumur 9 tahun, Transjakarta membutuhkan evaluasi untuk mengetahui seberapa jauh pelaksanaan Transjakarta dalam mencapai tujuan sesuai dengan visinya yaitu menciptakan moda transportasi umum yang cepat, aman, nyaman, manusiawi, efisien, berbudaya, dan bertaraf internasional.

Traffic jam is one of the main problems faced by the whole community in Jakarta. The Government, the Department of transportation and transportation experts from the University of Indonesia and Gadjah Mada University formulates a plan of repair and construction of transportation to address the traffic jam in Jakarta called Macro Transport Patterns (PTM). In the PTM, one of programs that runs called Transjakarta. Transjakarta was inaugurated on January, 15th 2004, and started official operation on February, 1st 2004. In the implementation of Transjakarta that 9 years old already, Transjakarta requires evaluation to find out how far the implementation of Transjakarta in achieved its goal as the vision of creating a common mode of transportation that is fast, secure, convenient, efficient, human, cultural, and international standard.
