"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh kepuasan komunikasi terhadap produktivitas kerja unit Call Center pada Kantor Layanan Informasi dan Pengaduan Kring Pajak. Konsep-konsep yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah konsep Kepuasan Komunikasi (Downs dan Hazen, 1977) dan Produktivitas (Timpe, 2002). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Adapun populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 189 pegawai seksi operasional yang bekerja sebagai agen call center. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan total population sampling yang melibatkan seluruh populasi.
Hasil dari analisis faktor mengidentifikasi tujuh faktor baru dari kepuasan komunikasi, yaitu sebagai berikut: Organizational Information, Communication Climate, Personal Feedback, Communication with Supervisor, Horizontal Communication, Media Quality, dan Informal Communication. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan komunikasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas. Hasilnya juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor kepuasan komunikasi mempengaruhi produktivitas secara berbeda. Dua faktor yang berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas, yaitu Organizational Information dan Media Quality. Sedangkan, Horizontal Communication terlihat memiliki pengaruh negatif terhadap produktivitas. Dan hasil analisis pada faktor-faktor lainnya menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh terhadap produktivitas.

Purpose of this research is to verify the impact of communication satisfaction on productivity of Call Center unit at KLIP Kring Pajak. The used concepts are Communication Satisfaction (Downs and Hazen, 1977) and Productivity (Timpe, 2002). Data collection was done by using survey method through a questionnaire. The population in this research were 189 employees in operational section who work as call center agents. Sample selection using total population sampling that involves examining the entire population.
Factor analysis led to identification of seven new factors of communication satisfaction, all of which are: Organizational Information, Communication Climate, Personal Feedback, Communication with Supervisor, Horizontal Communication, Media Quality, and Informal Communication. The result of regression analysis shown that communication satisfaction had a significant impact on productivity. The results also indicate that factors of communication satisfaction differentially impacted productivity. Two factors had a positive impact on productivity are Organizational Information and Media Quality. While Horizontal Communication seem to have a negative impact on productivity. And the analysis result for the other factors shown that there is no impact on productivity."

"ABSTRAK
Supervisor dan manajer adalah orang yang paling berpengaruh terhadap diri karyawan. Work Engagement merupakan aspek penting yang harus ada di diri setiap karyawan agar karyawan dapat menjalankan pekerjaannya dengan maksimal. Skripsi ini menganalisis pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement karyawan kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk. Pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement dimediasi oleh Perceived Organizational Support, dan pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support dimoderasi oleh Learning Opportunity. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor pusat PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 250 orang dengan menggunakan kuesioner berskala Likert 1-5. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi sederhana, dan analisis mediasi dan moderasi Baron dan Kenny dengan bantuan SPSS versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support berpengaruh positif terhadap Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support memediasi pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Work Engagement secara parsial. Learning Opportunity memoderasi dan memperkuat pengaruh Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Perceived Organizational Support.

ABSTRACT
Supervisors and managers are the most influential people to the employees. Work Engagement is an important aspect that must be in every employee so that employees can run their work maximally. This thesis analyzes the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support to Work Engagement of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk head office employees. The influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement is mediated by Perceived Organizational Support, and Perceived Supervisor Support 39 s influence on Perceived Organizational Support is moderated by Learning Opportunity. This research was conducted at head office of PT Jasa Marga Persero Tbk with the number of respondents as many as 250 people using a Likert scale questionnaire 1 5. This study uses simple regression analysis, and Baron and Kenny mediation and moderation analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The results show that Perceived Supervisor Support has a positive effect on Work Engagement. Perceived Supervisor Support positively affects Perceived Organizational Support. Perceived Organizational Support to Work Engagement. Perceived Organizational Support mediates the effect of Perceived Supervisor Support on Work Engagement partially. Learning Opportunity moderate and strengthen the influence of Perceived Supervisor Support on Perceived Organizational Support. "

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X. Alat ukur efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal diadaptasi dari alat ukur yang digunakan oleh Loina (2012) berdasarkan aspek efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal yang dikemukakan oleh DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). Alat ukur teamwork menggunakan alat ukur five functional team dari Lencioni yang telah diadaptasi oleh Delta (2012). Hasil uji regresi sederhana menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal pada pegawai dalam tim terhadap teamwork di Pusdiklat X dengan koefisien determinasi 0,239 (p<0,01).
Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim mampu memprediksi skor teamwork sebesar 23,9%. Intervensi Team Communication Training dirancang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dan teamwork. Uji Wilcoxon’s signed rank test dilakukan untuk melihat efek intervensi. Nilai z untuk efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim sebesar - 2,941 (p<0,05) dan teamwork sebesar - 2,352 (p<0,05). Hal ini menunjukkan peningkatan skor secara signifikan pada skor efektivitas komunikasi interpersonal dalam tim dan teamwork.

This thesis was performed to find out the influence of the effectiveness of employees interpersonal communication in the team for the teamwork effectiveness at Pusdiklat X. The interpersonal communication effectiveness measurement tool was adapted from the measurement tool used by Loina (2012), based on aspects of interpersonal communication effectiveness expressed by DeVito (1989, 2009, 2010). The instrument tool for measuring teamwork effectiveness used the five functional team questionnaire from Lencioni, had been adapted by Delta (2012). A simple regression test results showed the existence of significant influence of the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on the employees in the team of teamwork effectiveness at the Pusdiklat X with coefficients of determination of 0,239 (p<0,01).
Thus it can be concluded that the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in the team was able to predict the teamwork effectiveness score of 23.9%. The Intervention using Team Communication Training was designed to improve the effectiveness of interpersonal communication and the effectiveness of teamwork. The test of Wilcoxon signed rank was used to see the effects of the intervention. The score of z for the effectiveness of interpersonal communication in team = -2,941 (p<0,05) and the teamwork effectiveness = -2,352 (p<0,05). The final score strongly indicated the increasing of interpersonal communication effectiveness score in teamwork effectiveness significantly.

"Tesis ini bertujuan untuk melihat peningkatan kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja pre ops pilot dengan memberikan pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang efektif. Berdasarkan penggalian data awal melalui wawancara dengan asisten manajer training dan chief pilot fixed wing, diketahui bahwa sampai saat ini belum pernah dilakukan pengukuran terhadap kinerja dan kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal pada pre ops pilot. Mereka juga mengeluhkan bahwa pre ops pilot yang ada di perusahaan memiliki kinerja yang belum maksimal, dimana komunikasi interpersonal merupakan aspek yang masih perlu dikembangkan. Sebanyak 7 pre ops pilot di PT. X menjadi sampel di penelitian ini.
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja. Bentuk hubungan tersebut bersifat positif, dimana semakin tinggi kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal, maka semakin tinggi kinerja mereka. Selain melihat hubungan, peneliti juga melihat efektivitas dari pelatihan komunikasi interpersonal yang diberikan terhadap kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal dan kinerja. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan tersebut efektif dalam meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi interpersonal, tetapi belum efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja pre ops pilot di PT. X.

The purpose of this study is to see an increasing of interpersonal communication competence and performance in pre ops pilots by giving an effective interpersonal communication training. Based on the initial data through interviews with the assistant manager training and chief pilot fixed wing, the company haven't been conducted performance appraisal and interpersonal communication competency in pre ops pilot. They also complained that the existing pre ops pilot doesn't have an optimized performance, where interpersonal communication is an aspect that needs to be developed. Seven pre ops pilot at PT. X participated in this study.
The result indicated that there is a significant relationship between interpersonal communication competency and performance. The form of the relationship is positive, where the higher interpersonal communication competence that they have, the performance is also high. In addition, the researcher also examined the effectiveness of interpersonal communication training toward interpersonal communication competence and performance. The result showed that training is effectively improve interpersonal communication competence, but not in the performance of pre ops pilot in PT.X.

"Proses belajar mengajar di kelas internasional dilaksanakan melalui komunikasi dan dituntut pula memiliki keterampilan berbahasa asing, yaitu bahasa Inggris. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kompetensi berbahasa Inggris terhadap kinerja siswa kelas internasional di SMA negeri eks-RSBI Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini berangkat dari paradigma positivistik berciri hypotetico deductive dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang ini termasuk dalam penelitian eksplanatif.
Berdasarkan manfaat, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan secara cross sectional dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa survei dengan tipe mail and self-administered questionnaries. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa kelas internasional SMA negeri eks-RSBI di Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan desain sampel probabilita dengan metode multistage sampling. Sementara itu, metode pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis faktor dengan pengukuran validitas melalui nilai MSA dan pengukuran reliabilitas melalui nilai Alpha Cronbach, sedangkan metode analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini menujukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kompetensi berbahasa inggris, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara komunikasi interpersonal dengan kinerja siswa, terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kompetensi berbahasa Inggris dengan kinerja siswa, dan terdapat hubungan antara komunikasi interpersonal dan kompetensi berbahasa Inggris terhadap kinerja siswa kelas internasional. Dengan demikian, beberapa faktor yang memengaruhi kinerja siswa kelas internasional adalah komunikasi interpersonal (antarteman) dan penguasaan bahasa Inggris sebagai bahasa pengantar di kelas internasional.

Learning and teaching activity in international program is conducted through communication and therefore it is required to have foreign language competence, mainly English. The research aims at discovering how is the relation between interpersonal communication and English Language Proficiency toward the student's performance in international program in ex-RSBI-Senior High School. This research is conducted based on the positivistic paradigm with hypotetico deductive, employs quantitative approach which belongs to the explanative research.
Regarding the purpose of the research, this research can be categorized as cross sectional applied research by employing survey with mail and self administered questionnaries as the collecting data method. The research population is the student of international program in ex-RSBI-Senior High School in Jakarta Province. To generate the sample, the research employs probalility sample design with multistage sampling method. In addition, the research employs the factor analysis as the measurement method with MSA value to ensure the validity and Alpha Cronbach value to ensure the reliability. Lastly, the regresion analysis is used as the analysis method.
In accordance with the purpose of the research, this research discovers the significant relation between interpersonal communication and english language proficiency, significant relation between interpersonal communication and student's performance, significant relation between english language proficiency and the student's performance, and significant relation between interpersonal commuication and english language proficiency toward the student's performance. In conclusion, several factors which influence the student's performance in international program are interpersonal communication and english as the introduction language in international program.
