"Membangun kepercayaan diri dalam mengajar memerlukan wellbeing yang baik. Studi sebelumnya menjelaskan ada faktor di lingkungan sekolah yang mempengaruhi subjective wellbeing seorang guru salah satunya Student-teacher relationship. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Student-teacher relationship dan Teacher’s Subjective Wellbeing di sekolah inklusif. Partisipan merupakan 55 guru (19 pria & 36 Wanita; M = 32.16, SD = 7.223) yang mengajar di Sekolah dasar inklusif. untuk mengukur student-teacher relationship, peneliti menggunakan Student-teacher relationship scale short form dan teacher’s subjective wellbeing diukur menggunakan Teacher’s Subjective Wellbeing: Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire. Hasil perhitungan spearman correlation menunjukan tedapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara student-teacher relationship dan teacher’s subjective wellbeing (r 3.48, p< 0,05). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa Artinya jika guru memiliki perspesi positif terhadap hubungan yang dimiliki dengan murid, maka semakin baik persepsi subjective wellbeing yang ia miliki. Penelitian ini menunjukkan pentingnya peranan menjaga hubungan yang baik antara guru dan siswa agar guru merasa sejahtera mengajar di sekolah dasar inklusif.
Building self-confidence in teaching requires good well-being. Previous studies have explained that there are factors in the school environment that affect the subjective well-being of a teacher, one of which is the student-teacher relationship. This study aims to determine the relationship between Student-teacher relationship and Teacher's Subjective Wellbeing in inclusive schools. The participants were 55 teachers (19 male & 36 female; M = 32.16, SD = 7,223) who teach in inclusive primary schools. To measure student-teacher relationship, researchers used Student-teacher relationship scale short form and teacher's subjective well-being was measured using Teacher's Subjective Wellbeing: Teacher Subjective Wellbeing Questionnaire. The results of the Spearman correlation calculation show that there is a significant positive relationship between student-teacher relationship and teacher's subjective well-being (r 3.48, p < 0.05). This shows that this means that if the teacher has a positive perception of the relationship he has with his students, the better his subjective well-being perception will be. This study shows the importance of the role of maintaining a good relationship between teachers and students so that teachers feel prosperous teaching in inclusive elementary schools."

"Situasi yang penuh tekanan seperti COVID-19 memiliki dampak yang signifikan pada khususnya dewasa muda. Salah satu dampak peristiwa tersebut misal berupa meningkatnya psychological distress, yaitu keadaan subjektif nonklinis yang menimbulkan perasaan depresi dan kecemasan. Individu dengan strategi coping yang kurang baik lantas mengembangkan perilaku makan berlebihan yang disebabkan karena keadaan emosi negatifnya (emotional eating). Salah satu faktor yang dapat mengurangi perilaku emotional eating individu adalah mindfulness. Penelitian ini kemudian mengukur hubungan antara psychological distress dan emotional eating dengan menggunakan desain korelasional Pearson. Sementara itu, efek mindfulness terhadap hubungan antara psychological distress dan emotional eating diukur menggunakan analisis moderasi. Sampel didapatkan dengan menggunakan teknik convenience sampling pada dewasa muda di seluruh Indonesia. Alat ukur self-report digunakan pada masing-masing variabel yaitu psychological distress, emotional eating, dan mindfulness. Sebanyak 225 orang partisipan berpartisipasi pada penelitian berbasis daring dengan sukarela, dengan rentang usia partisipan terbanyak adalah 19-24 tahun (M = 22.75, SD = 3.739). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa psychological distress memiliki hubungan positif yang signifikan dengan emotional eating, meskipun tidak ditemukan peran moderasi mindfulness pada hubungan tersebut.
Stressful events such as the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly brought serious impact for young adults, one of them including the increasing psychological distress. Psychological distress is a non-clinical subjective state that causes feelings of depression and anxiety. Furthermore, individuals with poor coping strategies develop overating due to their negative emotional state (emotional eating). One of the factors that may reduce the emotional eating behavior is mindfulness. This study measures the relationship between psychological distress and emotional eating using the Pearson correlational design. On the other hand, the effect of mindfulness in the relationship between psychological distress and emotional eating is measured using moderation analysis. Samples are obtained from young adults in Indonesia using the convenience sampling technique. The data is then collected using a self-report method for each variable (e.g. psychological distress, emotional eating, mindfulness). A total of 225 participants have taken part in this online-based study voluntarily, mostly aged 19-24 year old (M = 22.75, SD = 3.739). The results show that psychological distress has a significant positive relationship with emotional eating, although it is discovered that there is no moderating effect of mindfulness in the said association."

"Perubahan iklim semakin diakui menghadirkan berbagai ancaman bagi kesehatan manusia, termasuk kesehatan mental seperti memengaruhi kondisi psikologis manusia dari berbagai aspek mulai dari rasa stres, duka, hingga masalah perilaku dan emosional lainnya yang disebut sebagai eco-anxiety. Perbedaan usia telah diketahui memengaruhi tingkat eco-anxiety yang berbeda pula. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat perbedaan tingkat eco-anxiety antara usia dewasa muda dan dewasa tengah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian non-eksperimental dengan between-subjects design. Pengukuran eco-anxiety menggunakan alat ukur oleh Hogg et al. (2021) yang telah diadaptasi ke Bahasa Indonesia. Jumlah partisipan sebanyak 245, merupakan WNI dengan usia 19-65 tahun. Dalam mengambil sampel, peneliti menggunakan metode pengambilan data non-probability sampling dengan teknik pengambilan data convenience sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada tingkat eco-anxiety antara dewasa muda dan dewasa tengah dengan nilai signifikan (t (245) = 0.177, p < 0,01). Kesimpulannya, perbedaan usia seperti antara dewasa muda dan dewasa tengah memiliki tingkat eco-anxiety yang berbeda pula. Dengan begitu para pekerja di bidang pemasaran dapat menggunakan penelitian ini sebagai referensi dalam menentukan target penjualan dan dapat menjadi pertimbangan untuk mempromosikan produk yang ramah lingkungan.
Climate change is increasingly recognized as presenting various threats to human health, including mental health such as affecting human psychological conditions from various aspects ranging from stress, grief, to other behavioural and emotional problems known as eco-anxiety. Age differences have been known to affect different levels of eco-anxiety. Thus, this study aims to see the difference in the level of eco-anxiety between young adults and middle adults. This research is a non-experimental study with a between- subjects design. Measurement of eco-anxiety using a measuring instrument by Hogg et al. (2021) which has been adapted into Bahasa. The number of participants are 245 Indonesian citizens aged 19-65 years. In taking samples, researchers used non-probability sampling data collection methods with convenience sampling data collection techniques. The results showed that there was a significant difference in the level of eco-anxiety between young adults and middle adults with a significant value (t (245) = 0.177, p < 0.01). In conclusion, age differences such as between young adults and middle adults have different levels of eco anxiety. That way workers in the marketing field can use this research as a reference in determining sales targets and can be a consideration for promoting environmentally friendly products."
