Studi ini mengeksplor mengenai anteseden dan keefektifan penerapan Ambidextrous Strategy (AS) sebagai prediktor sustainabilitas perusahaan (FS). Dalam model penelitian, AS dihipotesiskan dipengaruhi oleh Kompleksitas Kognisi Organisasional (OCC), Environmental Dynamism (ED), dan moderasi ED terhadap OCC. Studi ini mengangkat Industri Penyiaran Televisi FTA sebagai obyek penelitian dengan tren konvergensi media dan digital TV sebagai konteks ED. Pengolahan dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Path Modelling (PLS-PM). Metode ini dipilih karena (1) Minimnya jumlah sampel penelitian (2) Model yang relatif kompleks dengan adanya higher-order latent, dan, (3) Kesesuaian dengan tujuan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini mendukung hipotesis bahwa OCC dan ED berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penerapan Ambidextrous Strategy. Namun, ED ternyata melemahkan hubungan antara OCC dengan AS dan pengaruhnya tidak terbukti signifikan. Penerapan Ambidextrous Strategy terbukti efektif memprediksi sustainability stasiun televisi dalam tren konvergensi media dan digital TV.
This study aims to explore the antecedents of Ambidextrous Strategy (AS) and its practices as the predictor of firm sustainability. Organizational Cognitive Complexity (OCC) and Environmental Dynamism (ED) are hypothesized as the antecedents of AS. Furthermore, relationship between OCC and AS is also tested using ED as moderator variable. The study covers only Free To Air TV Broadcating Industry and explores the issues of media convergence and digital TV as the context of ED. Data are processed using Partial Least Square-Path Modelling (PLS-PM). PLS-PM is chosen because of : (1) small sample size (2) relatively complex model with higher order latents, and, (3) appropriate with the objectives of the study. The results of the study partially support all the hypothesises, which, OCC and ED has positive significant effects on Ambidextrous Strategy practices. ED as moderator is surprisingly weaken the relationship between OCC and AS but the moderating effect is not statistically significant. The practice of AS is statistically significant affecting FS, therefore, AS is a good predictor of FS.

[ABSTRAK
Dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan air bersih kepada pelanggan, PDAM tidak dapat dilepaskan dari adanya tanggung jawab dalam pemenuhan hak-hak konsumen, terlebih untuk saat ini PDAM masih merupakan perusahaan yang bersifat monopoli dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan air bersih. Begitu pula dengan PDAM Tirta Benteng Kota Tangerang sebagai pelaku usaha pelayanan umum, maka tidak terlepas dari resiko pelanggaran terhadap hak-hak konsumen. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui mengenai perlindungan hak konsumen PDAM Kota Tangerang yang didasarkan pada pengukuran kualitas pelayanan dengan menggunakan lima dimensi kualitas layanan jasa antara lain bukti fisik, keandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan dan empati. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kombinasi yang menggabungkan antara metode kuantitatif dengan metode kualitatif. Teknik analisis kuantitatif dengan melakukan analisis gap dan uji t dua sampel bebas, sedangkan analisis kualitatif dilakukan dengan memberikan deskripsi terhadap hasil penelitian berdasarkan teori yang ada. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, peneliti menyimpulkan bahwa adanya kesenjangan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan yang diselenggarakan oleh PDAM Kota Tangerang belum sesuai dengan harapan para pelanggan. Kualitas pelayanan yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan merefleksikan hak-hak konsumen belum terpenuhi. Perlindungan hak konsumen PDAM Kota Tangerang didasarkan pada Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen diantaranya mengenai hak konsumen untuk mendapatkan pembinaan dan pendidikan, dan hak menuntut ganti rugi melalui gugatan perwakilan. Pembatalan Undang-Undang Sumber daya Air juga memberikan perlindungan hak konsumen atas air dengan melahirkan enam prinsip dasar pembatasan pengelolaan sumber daya air.

Abstrak :

Menjamurnya kedai kopi baik merek asing maupun lokal menjadikan persaingan usaha penjualan minuman berbahan dasar kopi menjadi hal yang tidak terelakan. Kemajuan teknologi khususnya keberadaan media sosial pada era revolusi industri 4.0 membuat pelaku usaha berlomba-lomba melakukan promosi di media sosial. Seiring semakin ketatnya persaingan usaha antara kedai kopi merek lokal dan asing, analisis media sosial memainkan peranan sangat penting sebagai instrumen dari intelijen kompetitif yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan oleh pelaku usaha. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peranan media sosial terhadap intelijen kompetitif bagi beberapa merek kedai kopi. penelitian dilakukan terhadap 6 merek kedai kopi: Starbucks Indonesia, Maxx Coffee, Anomali Coffee, Fore Coffee, Kopi Kenangan, dan Kopi Janji Jiwa. Sumber data berasal dari akun Instagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah crawling menggunakan aplikasi Phlanx dan analisis komentar konsumen lalu mengaitkan intelijen kompetitif dengan teori AIDA model dan marketing mix. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penyusunan strategi yang tepat terkait promosi melaui media sosial dibutuhkan oleh pelaku usaha agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat.

 


The rising of coffee shops both foreign and local brands makes business competition of  coffee-based drinks business become inevitable. The presence of social media in the industrial revolution 4.0 era, makes business competition in promoting in social media. As business competition between local and foreign brand coffee shops increasingly tightens, social media analysis plays a very important role as an instrument of competitive intelligence that can be used as a basis for business decision making. This study aims to analyze the role of social media on competitive intelligence for several coffee shop brands, namely Starbucks Indonesia, Maxx Coffee, Anomaly Coffee, Fore Coffee, Kopi Kenangan, and Kopi Janji Jiwa. The data source comes from Instagram account. The research method used is crawling using Phlanx application and analysis of consumer comments and then linking competitive intelligence with the AIDA theory model and marketing mix. The results showed that the preparation of the right strategy related to promotion through social media is needed by business actors in order to survive in increasingly fierce business competition.

Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai (DJBC) sebagai “penjaga” gerbang perbatasan memiliki tantangan yang besar dalam upaya melakukan pengawasan penyelundupan narkotika internasional ke Indonesia. Di DJBC belum lama ini dibuat satu direktorat khusus yang menangani aktivitas peredaran narkotika, yaitu Direktorat Interdiksi Narkotika. Penelitian ini membahas ancaman dan risiko peredaran Narkotika dalam konteks kepabeanan dan cukai di Indonesia yang membuat DJBC membutuhkan direktorat khusus narkotika. Strategi Direktorat Interdiksi Narkotika DJBC dalam upaya mencegah penyelundupan narkotika internasional ke Indonesia, dan sinergitas antara Direktorat Interdiksi Narkotika DJBC dengan Unit Intelijen DJBC dan komunitas intelijen lainnya di Indonesia dalam pengawasan dan upaya pemberantasan penyelundupan Narkotika. Penelitian dalam tesis ini menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif. Teknik pengambilan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada narasumber internal dan eksternal DJBC, observasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Peneliti menggunakan sejumlah teori dan konsep dalam penelitian ini, yaitu ketahanan nasional, penyelundupan, bea dan cukai, intelijen, intelijen strategis dan komunitas intelijen, dan tata kelola organisasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan ancaman yang tinggi dan mengkhawatirkan pada penyalahgunaan narkotika di Indonesia. Ancaman ini membuat DJBC membutuhkan direktorat khusus yang fokus menangani penyeulundupan narkotika ini. Direktorat khusus ini juga memudahkan sinergi DJBC dengan lembaga lainnya dan sinergi antar direktorat dalam mengawasi ancaman narkotika. ......The Directorate General of Customs and Excise (DJBC) as the "guard" of the border gate has big challenges in its efforts to supervise international narcotics smuggling into Indonesia. Recently, at DJBC, a special directorate was created to handle narcotics trafficking activities, namely the Narcotics Interdictation Directorate. This study discusses the threats and risks of narcotics trafficking in the context of customs and excise in Indonesia, which makes DJBC need a special directorate of narcotics. The strategy of the Directorate of Narcotics Interdiction of DJBC in an effort to prevent international narcotics smuggling into Indonesia, and the synergy between the Directorate of Narcotics Interdiction of DJBC and the Intelligence Unit of DJBC and other intelligence communities in Indonesia in monitoring and eradicating narcotics smuggling. The research in this thesis uses a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are through in-depth interviews with internal and external sources of DJBC, observation, and literature review. The researcher uses a number of theories and concepts in this research, namely national security, smuggling, customs and excise, intelligence, strategic intelligence and the intelligence community, and organizational governance. The results of this study indicate a high and worrying threat to narcotics abuse in Indonesia. This threat makes DJBC need a special directorate that focuses on dealing with narcotics smuggling. This special directorate also facilitates the synergy between DGCE and other institutions and between directorates in overseeing the threat of narcotics.

Pada hakekatnya setiap orang, kelompok dan organisasi mempunyai tanggung jawab social (social responsibility) pada lingkungannya. Tanggung jawab sosial seseorang atau organisasi adalah etika dan kemampuan berbuat baik pada lingkungan sosial hidup berdasarkan aturan, nilai dan kebutuhan masyarakat. Sementara dalam konteks perusahaan, tanggung jawab sosial itu disebut tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan (Corporate Social Responsibility). Secara etik, perusahaan tidak hanya mempunyai kewajiban-kewajiban ekonomis dan legal kepada pesaham atau shareholders, tetapi juga kewajiban terhadap pihak-pihak lain secara sosial termasuk masyarakat disekitarnya. The objectives of this study are: to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility?s program and organizational culture which is partially upon the community satisfaction in Bogor and to determine the influence of its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational culture which is simultaneously in line with community satisfaction Bogor. The conclusions of the result of the research which is conducted has improved that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and organizational culture has a positive influence significantly with people's satisfaction in PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor.

Dengan segala dampak menguntungkan dan merugikan dari globalisasi, yang terproses dalam dimensi yang beragam pula, menuntut negara untuk lebih memerhatikan keamanan dari perspektif non-konvensional. Dimana aspek-aspek ideologi, ekonomi, budaya, sosial-politik, teknologi, militer, dan pertahanan negara sebagai dimensi yang mampu menciptakan ancaman. Peran TNI sebagai komponen utama dalam sistem pertahanan negara yang bersifat kesemestaan, utamanya peran para perwira TNI, dimana salah satu yang menentukan adalah upaya pembinaan prajurit TNI secara terpadu, berkelanjutan (sustainable), dan konsisten, dengan jaminan keseimbangan pembekalan kemampuan, keterampilan maupun pengalaman melalui pendidikan, pelatihan dan penugasan di lapangan. Penguasaan keahlian dan sikap profesional sangat diperlukan untuk mendukung pembentukan sikap kemandirian dan keunggulan pribadi TNI. Potret lembaga pendidikan militer saat ini hampir sama, baik Akademi Militer, AAL maupun AAU. Permasalahan lembaga pendidikan Akademi Militer saat ini dilihat dari komponen pendidikan. Sebesar 60,168% Taruna menganggap bahwa komponen tenaga pendidik sangat penting dan 65,726% Taruna menganggap kineija tenaga pendidik baik. Harapan Taruna sebesar 91,864% dan penilaian kineija sebesar 74,91%, sehingga ketercapaian komponen tenaga pendidik sebesar 81,544% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa ketercapaian komponen tersebut adalah baik. Sedangkan untuk tenaga kependidikan* 68*1% Taruna menganggap penting dan 76,82% Taruna menganggap kineija tenaga kependidikan baik. Harapan Taruna sebesar 86,356% dan penilaian kineija sebesar 77,348%, sehingga ketercapaian komponen tenaga kependidikan sebesar 89,568% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa ketercapaian komponen tersebut adalah baik. Sebesar 82,043% Taruna menganggap komponen kurikulum sangat penting dan 75,36% Taruna menganggap kineijanya baik. Harapan Taruna sebesar 96,409% dan penilaian kineija sebesar 80,409%, sehingga ketercapaian komponen kurikulum sebesar 83,404% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa ketercapaian komponen tersebut adalah baik. Sedangkan untuk metode pengajaran, 78,97% Taruna menganggap penting dan 81,004% Taruna menganggap kineijanya baik. Harapan Taruna sebesar 94,205% dan penilaian kineija sebesar 80,358%, sehingga ketercapaian komponen metode pengajaran sebesar 85,301% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa ketercapaian komponen tersebut adalah baik. Sebesar 79,109% Taruna menganggap komponen fasilitas pendidikan sangat penting dan 61,905% Taruna kineijanya sudah baik. Harapan Taruna sebesar 95,822% dan penilaian kineija sebesar 71,551%, sehingga ketercapaian komponen fasilitas pendidikan sebesar 74,670% yang mengandung pengertian bahwa ketercapaian komponen tersebut adalah cukup baik. Untuk lima komponen yang diteliti pada proses pendidikan di Akademi Militer, dalam perspektif Taruna mempunyai kineija yang baik dan dianggap merupakan komponen yang penting.

Pada saat ini, tuntutan masyarakat akan transparansi dan akuntabilitas publik oleh lembaga sektor publik makin besar seiring berjalannya program reformasi birokrasi yang digalakkan oleh pemerintah. Untuk memenuhi tuntutan tersebut, instansi pemerintah perlu melakukan perbaikan manajemen, salah satunya dengan adanya pendekatan baru yaitu konsep Balanced Scorecard. Konsep Balanced Scorecard melakukan pendekatannya pada 4 (empat) perspektif yaitu perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal dan perspektif pembelajaran & pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran dari 2 (dua) perspektif dari BSC yaitu faktor proses bisnis internal dan pembelajaran & pertumbuhan dalam meningkatkan kinerja PTSP Pusat BKPM. PTSP Pusat BKPM merupakan salah satu sasaran dan target pemerintah pada RPJMN 2015-2019 yang bertujuan memberikan kemudahan pelayanan perijinan penanaman modal agar lebig efisien dan cost effective. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi dalam melihat peran faktor proses bisnis internal dan faktor pembelajaran & pertumbuhan pada peningkatan kinerja PTSP Pusat BKPM antara pegawai BPM-PTSP dengan pegawai Back Office (BO), Front Office (FO), dan Badan Kendali Operasi (BKO). Perbedaan persepsi disebabkan karena perbedaan sistem organisasi yang membawahinya. Persepsi yang terbentuk dari responden menunjukkan pula dukungan dan kesiapan penerapan Balanced Scorecard pada PTSP Pusat BKPM. Faktor business process dan learning process berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kinerja PTSP Pusat BKPM.

Balanced Scorecard concept did approach the 4 (four) perspectives: financial perspective, customer perspective, internal business process and learning and growth perspective. This study aims to determine the role of two (2) perspectives of the BSC are factors internal business processes and learning & growth in improving the performance of One Stop Services(OSS) BKPM. OSS BKPM aims to provide ease of licensing services investment so more efficient and cost effective. Research using quantitative methods. The results showed that there is a difference of perception in viewing the role of the factor of internal business processes and learning & growth factors on performance improvement OSS BKPM between BPM-PTSP employees with employee Back Office (BO), Front Office (FO), and Laison Officer (BKO ). Differences perception is due to differences in organizational systems which she is employed. Respondents showed their support and readiness to implementation of the Balanced Scorecard in OSS. [Tesis ini menganalis tentang bauran pemasaran produk daging sapi potong PD Dharma Jaya yang terdiri dari variabel produk, harga, promosi, distribusi dan personil dalam rangka revitalisasi peran PD Dharma Jaya berdasarkan persepsi pelanggan dan pegawai. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang diperkuat dengan observasi dengan jumlah sampel total 96 orang, wawancara terbuka dan wawancara mendalam (in deepth interview). Uji beda 2 sampel menggunakan uji U Mann Whitney dipakai untuk menguji perbedaan persepsi antara pelanggan dan pegawai PD Dharma Jaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan persepsi antara pelanggan dan pegawai untuk variabel produk, harga, promosi dan distribusi PD Dharma Jaya yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai probabilitas masing-masing variabel sebesar 0,000 atau di bawah level signifikansi sebesar 0,050. Berdasarkan hasil analisis kuesioner, observasi dan wawancara dengan pelanggan, pegawai dan pihak terkait, jika variabel bauran pemasaran diperbaiki, maka akan dapat mendukung upaya revitalisasi peran PD Dharma Jaya sebagai unsur Dewan Ketahanan Pangan Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu mewujudkan Ketahanan Pangan Daerah sebagai bagian dari Ketahanan Nasional. ......This thesis is describe about marketing mix of PD Dharma Jaya?s meat product that consist of product, price, promotion and place in order to revitalize PD Dharma Jaya?s role with customers and employees perception. This research is using quantitative method with survey of 96 total samples and strenghten with observation, open interview and in deepth intervew. Mann-Whitney U test is used to test customers and employees? difference perception. And the results show that there is difference perception between customers and employees about product, price, promotion and place proven by probability value 0,000 for each variables or below level of significance 0,050. With analysis result from questionaires, observation and interview with customers, employees and related parties, improvement of marketing mix is needed to support the role revitalization effort of PD Dharma Jaya as the member of Food Security Board in Special Capital Region of Jakarta that is achieving Regional Food Security as a particulary of National Resilience. This research is using quantitative method with survey of 96 total samples and strenghten with observation, open interview and in deepth intervew. Mann-Whitney U test is used to test customers and employees difference perception. And the results show that there is difference perception between customers and employees about product, price, promotion and place proven by probability value 0,000 for each variables or below level of significance 0,050. With analysis result from questionaires, observation and interview with customers, employees and related parties, improvement of marketing mix is needed to support the role revitalization effort of PD Dharma Jaya as the member of Food Security Board in Special Capital Region of Jakarta that is achieving Regional Food Security as a particulary of National Resilience.;This thesis is describe about marketing mix of PD Dharma Jaya’s meat product that consist of product, price, promotion and place in order to revitalize PD Dharma Jaya’s role with customers and employees perception. Implementasi Analog Switch Off (ASO) merupakan program prioritas dalam rangka mewujudkan digitalisasi penyiaran televisi terestrial free to air. Pada prakteknya, implementasi ASO di Indonesia tidak dapat memenuhi target waktu yang ditentukan sehingga membuat Indonesia tertinggal dari negara lain dalam migrasi siaran televisi analog ke digital. Berangkat dari permasalahan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji lebih dalam ekosistem penyiaran digital pada implementasi ASO ditinjau dari perspektif intelijen ekonomi untuk menemukan faktor-faktor internal yang menjadi kekuatan dan kelemahan, faktor-faktor eksternal yang mejadi peluang dan tantangan sehingga dapat dibuat strategi untuk mendukung keberhasilan ASO. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah campuran atau mix method kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Analisis kualitatif mengadopsi teknik analisis intelijen ekonomi. Analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk mengkaji untuk mengkaji persepsi dan penerimaan masyarakat. Dari hasil analisis kualitatif dan kuantitatif tersebut, diidentifikasi faktor-faktor kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman, yang selanjutnya dimasukkan ke dalam matriks Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, dan Threats (SWOT). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, pemerintah telah menjalankan perannya dengan baik sebagai regulator, melakukan sosialisasi, membangun ekosistem, dan sebagai fasilitator bagi industri. Lembaga Penyiaran Swasta (LPS) penyelenggara multipleksing telah menjalankan peran penyediaan infrastruktur dan sosialisasi. Dari sisi masyarakat, secara umum masyarakat DKI Jakarta telah siap menghadapi ASO. Hambatan yang menyebabkan penundaan ASO antara lain karena ketidaksiapan regulasi, adanya resistensi dan rendahnya realisasi distribusi bantuan STB dari LPS Mux, kericuhan dalam posko bantuan STB, dan ketidaksiapan masyarakat pada awal implementasi ASO. Faktor-faktor mayor paling banyak terdapat pada kekuatan dan ancaman, maka strategi alternatif yang diusulkan untuk mendorong percepatan ASO yaitu strategi diversifikasi yang dilakukan melalui penerapan smart power, dengan mengombinasikan soft power dan hard power. ......The implementation of Analog Switch Off (ASO) is a priority program in order to actualize the Free To Air Digital Terestial Television Broadcasting. In practice, the implementation of ASO in Indonesia could not meet its specified time target, making Indonesia lag behind other countries in migrating analog to digital television broadcasts. Based on this problem, this study aims to examine comprehensively the digital broadcasting ecosystem in ASO implementation from the perspective of economic intelligence to find out internal factors of strengths and weaknesses, external factors of opportunities and threats in order to create the strategy to support ASO success. This study uses mix methods or a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. Qualitative analysis adopts economic intelligence analysis techniques. Quantitative analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis to examine public perceptions and acceptance. From the results of the qualitative and quantitative analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats can be identified and then organized in SWOT Matrix. Based on the results of this research, the government has carried out its role well as a regulator, conducting outreach, building an ecosystem, and as a facilitator for industry. Private Broadcasting Institutions mux has carried out the role in providing infrastructure and sosialization. From a community perspective, in general the citizen of DKI Jakarta are ready for digital television migration. Obstacles that caused delays in ASO included unpreparedness of regulations, resistance and low realization of STB aid distribution from LPS Mux, chaos at STB aid posts, and community unpreparedness at the start of ASO implementation. The major factors are mostly found in strengths and threats, hence the alternative strategy proposed to encourage ASO acceleration is a diversification strategy, which is carried out by applying smart power, combining soft power and hard power.

Indonesia ditahun ini menampati peringkat ke lima jumlah startup terbanyak diDunia. Diera digitalisasi yang terus berkembang startup Indonesia menjadi harapan untuk landasan Ketahanan Ekonomi ditengah pandemi COVID-19. Banyak startup yang bertahan dimasa Pandemi misalkan Aplikasi Halodoc, Aplikasi Sayurbox dan munculnya aplikasi lainnya yang membantu aktifitas ditengah COVID seperti Fashlab, tidak heran startup Indonesia terus mendapatkan investor / pendanaan untuk dunia startup hampir 60 triliun ditahun 2021. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan meneliti pengaruh marketing intelijen yang dilakukan PT Astra Digital Internasional terhadap aktifitas marketing Instagram Ads yang memiliki pengaruh baik terhadap peningkatan pelanggan, sehingga dapat menjadi landasan starategi marketing untuk dunia stratup terus berkembang demi terciptanya ketahanan ekonomi Nasional. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan diolah menggunakan Smart PLS, hasil penlitian yaitu intelijen marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Instagram Ads maupun terhadap Peningkatan Pelanggan pada PT Astra Digital Internasional sehingga Marketing Intelijen (market research dan customer relationship) berdasarkan data terbukti berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan pelanggan melalui Instagram Ads. ......Indonesia ranked fifth for largest startups in the world. In this digitalization era that continues grow, Indonesian startups hopefully become a turning point for Economic Resilience during pandemic COVID-19. Many startups have survived during the Pandemic, for example the Halodoc, Sayurbox Application and the emergence of other applications that help activities amid COVID such as Fashlab, no wonder Indonesian startups continue to get investors / funding from angel investor for almost 60 trillion in 2021. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the influence of marketing intelligence carried out by PT Astra Digital Internasional on Instagram Ads marketing activities that have a good influence on increasing customers, so that it can become the basis for marketing strategies for the startup in Indonesia to continue to develop for the creation of national economic resilience. The results of this study use quantitative methods and the processed using Smart PLS, the results of the research are marketing intelligence has a positive and significant influence on Instagram Ads and and succeed to increase customer at PT Astra Digital Internasional. Hence, marketing intelligence (market research and customer relationship) based on data has proven to have a positive effect to increase subscribers customers through Instagram ads.
