Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis evaluasi dari kebijakan tarif dan jenis PNBP SDA perikanan tangkap pasca diberlakukannya PP 75 tahun 2015, dan menganalisis proses penetapan target serta menganalisis realisasi penerimaan PNBP SDA perikanan tangkap pasca diberlakukannya PP 75 tahun 2015. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik wawancara dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan pemungutan PNBP SDA Perikanan Tangkap pasca diterbitkannya PP 75 Tahun 2015 masih belum memenuhi beberapa asas ease of administration, yaitu terkait dengan asas convenience of payment. Proses penetapan target dengan menggunakan metode internal dan proses diskusi diantara Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan, Kementerian Keuangan, Bappenas, dan DPR.

ABSTRACT
This research aim to analyze the evaluation of non tax revenue on natural resources policy after the published regulation No. 75 of 2015, and to analyze the process determaining revenue target from non tax revenue on natural resources and the realization of the revenue after the published regulation No. 75 of 2015. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with in dept interview and literature review as data collection techniques. The result of the research shows that non tax revenue on natural resouces in fishery is not matched yet with ease of administration which is the convenience of payment. the process determining of revenue target is by using internal method, and discussion process between The Ministry of Fishery, The Ministry of Finance, Bappenas and the People rsquo s Representative Council.
