"[ABSTRAK
Pernikahan poligami merupakan salah satu fenomena yang berkembang di
masyarakat. Berbagai penelitian terkait masalah ini mengkaji banyak aspek
diantaranya dilihat secara hukum dan sosial. Penelitian ini meneliti pengalaman
psikologis pria yang menjalani poligami, terutama dalam hal psychological wellbeing
dan spiritual well-being. Penelitian ini melibatkan lima orang pria berpoligami
sebagai subjeknya. Alat pengumpul data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
wawancara mendalam dan observasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pria
berpoligami cenderung memiliki psychological well-being yang tidak utuh.
Sedangkan dalam hal spiritual well-being, pria berpoligami di dalam penelitian ini
cenderung cukup baik, terutama pada domain transendensi.

"ABSTRAK
Praktek kerja profesi apoteker di PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran serta tanggung jawab apoteker dalam industri farmasi. Peranan penting apoteker di industri farmasi antara lain dalam proses produksi, pengendalian mutu dan pemastian mutu dari produk farmasi yang dihasilkan. Pada proses produksi, salah satu peran apoteker adalah menjamin proses produksi dijalankan sesuai dengan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik. PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical melakukan simplifikasi pada proses set up dan cleaning total yang mengacu pada lean manufacturing. Selama program praktik kerja ini, telah berhasil dilakukan simplifikasi proses set up dan cleaning total pada mesin filling IWKA dari beberapa produk seperti myco-z cream, daktarin cream 5 gram.

ABSTRACT
Pharmacist internship in PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical aims to know the role and responsibility of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry. The important role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, among others, in the production process, quality control and quality assurance of pharmaceutical products produced. In the production process, one of the pharmacists 39 role is to ensure the production process is executed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice. PT. Taisho Pharmaceutical simplifies the total set up and cleaning process that refers to lean manufacturing. During this practical work program, there has been a complete simplification of set up and cleaning process on IWKA filling machine from some products such as myco z cream, daktarin cream 5 gram."

"Manusia pada dasarnya memiliki tujuan dan motivasi yang sama, yaitu mencapai kebahagiaan. Abraham Maslow menjembatani manusia untuk meraih kebahagiaanya dengan teori piramida kebutuhan yang berbasis fisiologis dan psikologis. Berbeda dengan Imam Junaid yang menititekankan pada proses ma’rifah yang berbasis spiritual dan transendental. Kedua pendekatan interdisipliner ini diharapkan mampu menghantarkan manusia untuk mencapai kebahagiaan yang paripurna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptis-komparatif dan analitis berbasis data-data kepustakaan (library research). Upaya mendeskripsikan perbandingan, mencari unsur persamaan atau perbedaan dan implikasi terhadap sebuah pengembangan khazanah psikologi Islam dan analisa filosofis hermeneutik memperhatikan teks masa lampau, konteks dan upaya kontekstualisasi. Abraham Maslow dan Imam Junaid sama-sama menggunakan konstruk piramida dalam mengaplikasikan pandangan-pandangannya secara teoretis. Piramida Maslow menggambarkan kebutuhan-kebutuhan manusia, mulai yang paling mendasar sampai pada yang tertinggi. Sedang Piramida ma'rifah Junaid adalah kontekstualisasi pendalaman dan pembacaan secara tekstual dari karangan-karangannya mengenai konsep atau pandangan beliau mengenai manusia, ma'rifah, tauhid, fana’, baqa’ dan sahwun. Kebahagiaan dalam perspektif Maslow diperoleh melalui pemenuhan kebutuhan manusia. Sedang kebahagiaan menurut Junaid adalah optimalisasi fungsi dan potensi qalbun (hati) manusia dan diperolehnya keadaan sahwun, setelah proses fana’ yang membawa dan menginternalisasi sifat-sifat ilahiyah.

Humans basically have the same goal and motivation, which is to achieve happiness. Abraham Maslow bridged humans to achieve their happiness with the theory of the pyramid of needs based on physiological and psychological. In contrast to Imam Junaid who emphasizes the ma'rifah process which is based on spiritually and transcendentally. Both of these interdisciplinary approaches are expected to be able to lead humans to achieve complete happiness. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive-comparative and analytical methods based on library data (library research) an effort to describe comparisons, look for elements of similarities or differences and implications for a development of Islamic psychology treasures and hermeneutic philosophical analysis paying attention to past texts, context and contextualization efforts. Abraham Maslow and Imam Junaid both use the pyramid construct in applying their views theoretically. Maslow's pyramid describes human needs, from the most basic to the highest. While the Pyramid of ma'rifah, Junaid is a contextualization of deepening and textual reading of his essays on his concepts or views about humans, ma'rifah, tauhid, fana', baqa' and sahwun. Happiness in Maslow's perspective is obtained through the fulfillment of human needs. Meanwhile, according to Junaid, happiness is optimizing the function and potential of the human heart and obtaining a state of sahwun, after the fana' process which brings and internalizes divine traits."

"Di era digital ini identik dengan kemajuan tekhnologi, salah satunya adalah kemudahan dalam komunikasi melalui media sosial yang menyebabkan banyaknya informasi yang tidak semua benar atau disebut informasi palsu atau hoax. Ini memunculkan permasalahan intensitas dalam menyebarkan informasi hoax. Karena banyak masyarakat yang tidak berhati-hati dalam menyebarkan informasi, hingga banyak yang menyebarkan informasi palsu secara tidak sengaja tanpa mengecek informasinya terlebih dahulu. Peneliti melihat adanya self control dan religiusitas dapat mengatasi permasalahan banyaknya penyebaran informasi hoax ini.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mencari tahu apakah ada hubungan antara self control dan religiusitas terhadap intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax serta mencari tahu seberapa besar kontribusinya.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Respoden dalam penelitian ini adalah komunitas remaja Islam di Jakarta yaitu Remaja Islam Sunda Kelapa (RISKA) di Menteng, Jakarta Pusat dengan rentang usia antara 18 sampai 30 tahun. Hasil dari data yang didapat dari kuesioner diolah dengan statistik tekhnik regresi dengan SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini untuk mencari arah hubungan antara variabel self control dan religiusitas terhadap intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax dan melihat apakah ada hubungan antara ketiga variabel tersebut atau tidak serta kontribusinya.
Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara self control, religiusitas, dan intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax, hubungan tersebut bersifat negatif, artinya jika self control atau religiusitas seseorang naik, maka intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax orang tersebut akan menurun, begitu juga sebaliknya. Kontribusi dari self control terhadap intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax bernilai sedang, yaitu dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.485. Sedangkan kontribusi dari religiusitas terhadap intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax bernilai rendah dengan nilai pearson correlation sebesar 0.211. Hal ini menunjukan jika self control memiliki kontribusi lebih besar terhadap intensitas penyebaran informasi hoax dibandingkan religiusitas.

This digital era is identical with technological advances; one of which is ease of communication through social media. It facilitates the spread of a lot of information that is not all true or what so-called false information or hoax. This raises problems in the intensity of hoax spread because there are many people who are not careful in spreading information. Therefore, many people spread false information accidentally because they do not check the truth of the information first. The researcher argues that self-control or religiosity can overcome problems related to the hoax spread.
The objective of this study is to find out whether or not there is a relationship between self-control or religiosity and the intensity of the hoax spread and to find out how much they contribute.
This study applies quantitative method. The respondents of this study were the Muslim youth community in Jakarta; i.e. Remaja Islam Sunda Kelapa (RISKA) in Menteng of Central Jakarta with an age range between 18 and 30 years. The results, from the data obtained from the questionnaire, were processed using statistical regression technique with the help of SPSS. The results of the study are intended to find the direction of the relationship between the variables of self-control or religiosity and the intensity of the hoax spread and to see whether or not there is a relationship between the three variables and their contribution.
The results of the study showed that there is a relationship between self-control or religiosity and the intensity of the spread of hoaxes where the relationship is negative. It means that if a person`s self-control or religiosity increases, the intensity of the hoax spread on that person will decrease and vice versa. The contribution of self-control to the intensity of the hoax spread is in moderate value; i.e. the Pearson correlation value is 0.485. In addition, the contribution of religiosity to the intensity of the hoax spread is low; i.e. the Pearson correlation value is 0.211. This shows that self-control has a greater contribution to the intensity of hoax spread than religiosity.

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini mengamati hubungan antara konformitas dan perilaku prososial
terhadap toleransi beragama remaja muslim di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Penelitian
bersifat kuantitatif dengan metode pendekatan survei kuesioner yang dianalisis
dengan menggunakan teknik Analisa Regresi. Kuesioner yang digunakan adalah kuesioner adaptasi Socio-Religious Tolerance, konstruk alat ukur Konformitas, dan kuesioner adaptasi Prosocial Tendencies Measure-Revised. Sampel penelitian adalah remaja muslim yang mengikuti kegiatan organisasi masyarakat yaitu Jama'ah Tabligh, FPI, dan Kelompok Tarbiyah. Pemilihan responden menggunakan teknik non probability dan convenience sampling dari tiga organisasi masyarakat di DKI Jakarta. Data primer yang diperoleh dari 300 responden (n=300) berusia 16-18 tahun. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Oktober hingga November 2018. Hasil penelitian secara simultan menunjukkan bahwa variabel-variabel independen yaitu konformitas dan perilaku prososial dengan uji F berpengaruh terhadap toleransi beragama. Hasil secara parsial dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa, variabel konformitas dan perilaku prososial berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap toleransi beragama dengan tingkat
signifikansi 10,23% dan 15,07%.

ABSTRACT
This research observing the relationship between conformity and behavior prososial against one form of religious tolerance muslim teens in jakarta area. Quantitative methods of research with a questionnaire that survey analyzed by using a technique regression analysis. The questionnaires used is the questionnaire adaptation socioreligious tolerance, construct a measuring instrument conformity, and questionnaires adaptation prosocial measure-revised tendencies. The research sample is muslim teens who follow community organizations Jama' ah Tabligh, FPI, and clusters of preacher. The selection of respondents had to use the technique of non probability and convenience of sampling of three community organization in Jakarta. Primary
data obtained from 300 respondents ( n = 300 ) aged 16-18 years. The research was done in october to november 2018. The results of the study simultaneously shows that variables independent namely conformity and behavior prososial by test f impact on form of religious tolerance. The result in partial by test t shows that, variable conformity and behavior prososial influential in partial to form of religious tolerance with a significance 10,23 % and 15,07 %."

"ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran tentang kecerdasan adversity dan motivasi hidup Jemat Ahmadiyah di tengah arus informasi hoax, karena diasumsikan bahwa adanya kesenjangan antara fenomena kecerdasan adversity dan motivasi hidup Jemaat Ahmadiyah dengan Teori Adversity Quotient Paul G. Stoldz dan Teori Motivasi Abraham A. Maslow. Metode Penelitian adalah metode fenomenologi kualitatif di mana data primer diperoleh dari hasil wawancara mendalam dan observasi non partisipatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di dua wilayah yaitu wilayah diskriminatif dan wilayah kondusif. Data primer diperoleh dari wawancara dan observasi psikologi yang dilakukan untuk sepuluh orang seagai perwakilan dari lima kelompok informan penelitian, yaitu Atfal, Nasirat, Ghudam, Lajna Imailah, Anshar, kemudian data sekunder berasal dari buku / jurnal. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan bahwa Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor memiliki kecerdasan adversity yang kurang baik sebab adanya trauma yang timbul karena diskriminasi, dan memiliki motivasi yang melompati hirarki motivasi seharusnya, sedangkan Jemaat Ahmadiyah Lenteng Agung memiliki kecerdasan adversity yang kurang baik sebab lingkungan yang terlalu kondusif serta berada pada hirarki motivasi yang sesuai teori. Kesimpulan ini dapat ditarik sebab pada Atfal dan Nasirat Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor yang belum mengalami diskriminasi terdapat kecerdasan adversity yang tidak terganggu oleh trauma dan memiliki gejala psikologi yang serupa dengan Jemaat Ahmadiyah dalam lingkungan kondusf seperti di Lenteng Agung. Lompatan hirarki dalam motivasi konatif pada Jemaat Ahmadiyah Manislor timbul sebab dalam tradisi Jemaat Ahmadiyah penanaman nilai being tidak harus melewati hierarki motivasi sebelumnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to get an overview of the adversity quotient and life motivation of Ahmadiyya Jama'at in the middle of hoax information flow, because it is assumed that there is a gap between the phenomenon of adversity quotient and the life motivation of the Ahmadiyya Jema’at with Paul G. Stoldz's Adversity Quotient Theory and Abraham A. Maslow's Motivation Theory. The research method is a qualitative phenomenology method, where primary data is obtained from the results of in-depth interviews and non-participatory observation. The research locations are in two regions, namely discriminatory regions and conducive regions. Primary data were obtained from interviews and psychological observations conducted for ten people as representatives of five research subject groups, namely Atfal, Nasirat, Ghudam, Lajna Imailah, Ansar, then secondary data came from books / journals. The results of the study describe that the Ahmadiyya Jamaat Manislor has poor adversity quotient because of the trauma that arises due to discrimination, and has the motivation to leapfrog the motivational hierarchy should, while the Lenteng Agung Ahmadiyya Jama'at has less adversity quotient because the environment in too conducive while the Lenteng Agung Ahmadiyah Community is at the hierarchy stage of motivation that fits the theory. This conclusion can be drawn because the Atfal and Nasirat of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat that have not experienced discrimination have adversity quotient that is not disturbed by trauma and has psychological symptoms similar to the Ahmadiyya Jema’at in a conducive environment such as in Lenteng Agung. The leap of hierarchy in the conative motivation of the Ahmadiyah adherents arises because in the tradition of the Ahmadiyya Jama'at, planting the value of being done does not have to go past the previous hierarchy of motivation."

"Kemajuan teknologi informasi yang tidak diimbangi dengan kecerdasan dalam menggunakanya akan membawa dampak buruk bagi sebuah peradaban. Saat ini penyebaran informasi begitu cepat dan mudah dilakukan oleh siapa saja tanpa melalui proses verifikasi, sehingga informasi palsu mudah tersebar secara masif. Sebagai salah satu upaya untuk menurunkan kecenderungan perilaku penyebaran informasi hoax, penelitian ini akan menganalisis hubungan antara kecenderungan perilaku tersebut dengan dua variabel bebas yaitu regulasi emosi dan berfikir kritis. Melalui regulasi emosi yang baik, mahasiswa akan mampu mengontrol emosinya terutama saat menerima informasi yang sensasional. Selain itu dengan berfikir kritis mahasiswa akan mampu menyaring informasi dari berbagai sumber.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, responden yang terlibat adalah mahasiswa perguruan tinggi di Jakarta. Responden dipilih melalui teknik convenience sampling. Instrument yang digunakan adalah skala regulasi emosi, skala berpikir kritis dan skala kecenderungan perilaku penyebaran informasi hoax. Data dianalisis dengan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis pearson corelation.
Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa tidak ada korelasi yang signifikan antara regulasi emosi dengan kecenderungan perilaku penyebaran informasi hoax pada mahasiswa. Sementara itu terdapat korelasi negatif yang signifikan antara berfikir kritis dengan kecenderungan perilaku penyebaran informasi hoax pada mahasiswa.

Improvement in information technology that is not balanced with intelligence in using the same will have a negative impact on a civilization. At present, the dissemination of information is so fast and easy to be carried out by anyone without going through the verification process, so that false information is easily spread massively. As an effort to reduce the tendency of hoax information dissemination behavior, this study will analyze the relationship between these behavioral trends and two independent variables, namely emotional regulation and critical thinking. Through good emotional regulation, students will be able to control their emotions, especially when receiving sensational information. In addition, with critical thinking students will be able to filter information from various sources.
This study uses quantitative methods, respondents involved are college students in Jakarta. Respondents were selected through convenience sampling techniques. The instrument used is the emotion regulation scale, critical thinking scale and the tendency of hoax information dissemination behavior. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson correlation analysis.
The result of this study shows that there is no significant correlation between emotion regulation and the tendency of hoax information dissemination behavior to students. Meanwhile there is a significant negative correlation between critical thinking and the tendency of hoax information dissemination behavior to students.

"Pembentukan watak dan perilaku remaja ditentukan oleh peranan dan fungsi orang tua. Kendati demikian, dalam memainkan peranan dan fungsi tersebut, sering kali perselisihan orang tua tidak dapat terelakkan hingga berujung pada perceraian. Kondisi anak dari keluarga bercerai umumnya mengalami dampak negatif. Meski demikian, didapati banyak remaja dari orang tua yang berprestasi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat gambaran religiusitas dan psychological well-being atau kesehatan mental remaja dari orangtua bercerai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 5 orang remaja dari orang tua bercerai dan significant others mereka.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas dan psychological well-being memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap remaja dari orang tua bercerai dalam menghadapi kesulitan hidupnya. Selain itu, pada aspek religiusitas, empat partisipan dapat mencapai religiusitas yang tinggi dan seorang partisipan mencapai religiusitas yang rendah meskipun dengan dinamika yang berbeda tiap dimensinya satu sama lain. Pada aspek psychological well-being, seluruh partisipan dapat mencapai psychological well-being yang tinggi meskipun dengan dinamika yang berbeda tiap dimensinya satu sama lain.

The character formation and behavior of adolescents is determined by the role and function of parents. However, in playing these roles and functions, parents' disputes are often unavoidable leading to divorce. Psychology of children from divorced families generally has a negative impact. However, it was found that there were many teenagers from high achieving parents.
This study aims to see the picture of religiosity and psychological well-being or mental health of teenagers from divorced parents. This study uses qualitative methods with the type of case study research. The subjects in this study consisted of 5 teenage samples from divorced parents and their significant others.
The results of this study indicate that religiosity and psychological well-being made a positive contribution to adolescents from divorced parents in facing life's difficulties. In addition, on the aspect of religiosity, four participants achieved high religiosity and a participant achieves low religiosity even though the dynamics are different from each dimension to each other. In the aspect of psychological well-being, all participants achieved high psychological well-being despite the different dynamics of each dimension with each other.

"ABSTRAK
Ada banyak cara untuk dapat meraih kesejahteraan spiritual (Spritual Well-being) salah satunya dengan menjalani hidup bertasawuf khususnya tarekat. Melalui metode tarekat dan peran mursyid tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah dapat mengantarkan murid atau salik wanita pengikut tarekat ini menjadi sedekat mungkin dengan Allah dan meraih akhlak mulia melalui transformasi jiwa serta menemukan kembali makna hidup dan spiritualitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini selain untuk mendapatkan gambaran spiritual well-being wanita pengamal tarekat Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah di Jakarta.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif fenomenologi. Obyek penelitian adalah anggota Tarekat sufi Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengamatan terlibat (participant observation) dengan wawancara mendalam (in-depth interview) kepada 5 subyek wanita sebagai informan utama untuk mengeksplorasi kedalaman data. Metode triangulasi juga dipakai untuk mengecek kebenaran data yang telah didapat dari informan utama.
Dari analisis data, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa metode-metode tarekat dan peran mursyid terbukti dapat membantu para wanita pengamal tarekat ini mencapai kesejahteraan spiritual mereka; mereka mampu membangun hubungan yang bermakna dan memuaskan dengan Tuhan, diri sendiri, orang lain dan lingkungan dimana ekspresi energi spiritual antara lain: merasakan cinta dan kepedulian Tuhan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, penuh harapan, hubungan yang baik dengan orang lain, ikhlas, memaafkan, tidak menghakimi, bahagia, berpikir positif, melayani orang dan toleransi.

ABSTRACT
There are many ways to achieve spiritual welfare (Spiritual Well-being) one of them by practicing tasawuf; particularly congregation. Through methods of congregation and roles of the mursyid of Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah order could assist their women followers to be as close as possible to God and achieve noble character through a transformation of the soul and rediscover the meaning of their life and spirituality. The purpose of this study is to get an overview of spiritual well-being on women practitioner of Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah order in Jakarta.
This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. The research object is a member of the Sufi orders Naqsyabandiyah Nazimiyah. Data was collected through participant observation with in-depth interviews to 5 subjects of women as key informants to explore the depths of the data. Triangulation method is also used to check the correctness of data that has been obtained from key informants.
From the data analysis, the result of this study indicates that the methods and the role of a mursyid proven could help women practitioner of this order reach their spiritual well-being; they are able to build a meaningful and satisfying relationship with God, self, others and environment in which the expression of this spiritual energy, among others are feel the love and care of God in everyday life, full of hope, a good relationship with others, sincere, forgive, nonjudgmental, happy, positive thinking, serving people and tolerance."
