"Penelitian ini membahas hubungan antara kepatuhan klien HIV/AIDS dalam pengobatan ARV dengan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh di RSUD Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain korelasional yang diambil secara cross sectional, dengan responden berjumlah 37 orang, menggunakan uji chi square, dan instrumen berupa kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 45,8% responden yang patuh namun tidak mengalami peningkatan daya tahan tubuh, tidak terdapat hubungan antara kepatuhan menjalankan pengobatan ARV dengan peningkatan daya tahan tubuh (p=1.000) hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perlunya memperhatikan faktor lain seperti nutrisi, pola hidup dan psikologis dalam usaha meningkatkan daya tahan tubuh terhadap infeksi oportunistik.

This study discusses the relationship between adherence to clients with HIV / AIDS treatment in ARV with increased resistance in the body of Bekasi City hospitals.
