"Penyakit Jantung Koroner (PIK) merupakan penyebab kematian utama di dunia dan di Indonesia. Tindakan definitif untuk mendeteksi gangguan pada pembuluh darah jantung ini adalah tindakan diagnostik kateterisasi jantung. Prosedur ini membutuhkan kesiapan pasien dan menimbulkan rasa kecemasan. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kesiapan pasien PJK dengan kualitas nyeri insersi setelah tindakan kateterisasi jantung. Peneiitian ini dilakukan di RSPAD Gatot Soebroto Jakarta.
Desain penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Sampel pada penelitian ini diambil dengan metode non probability sampling yaitu consecutive sampling, pada laki-laki dan perempuan yang berusia antara 31 - 67 tahun (n = 30). Untuk menguji hubungan antara tingkat kesiapan pasien dengan kualitas nyeri insersi digunakan uji Fisher Exact.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat kesiapan pasien dengan kualitas nyeri insersi yang dirasakan pasien (p = 0,001, <1 = 0,05). Hasil penelitian menuniukkan bahwa kualitas nyeri yang dirasakan pasien berkisar antara nyeri ringan dan nyeri sedang. Sedangkan analisis hubungan antara variabel confounding jenis kelamin dan kualitas nyeri insersi menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara jenis kelamin dengan kualitas nyeri insersi (p = 0,008 , <1 = 0,05).
Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kesiapan pasien dengan kualitas nyeri insersi. Hal ini menunjukkan pasien PIK perlu dipersiapkan secara fisik, mental, dan pengetahuan dalam menghadapi kateterisasi jantung. Karena prosedur ini menimbulkan kecemasan dan rasa takut pasien, maka saran bagi penelitian selanjutnya adalah menggali bagaimana pengalaman pasien PJK dalam menghadapi kateterisasi jantung."

"Perilaku keselamatan perawat terhadap bahaya agen biologik dapat meningkatkan dari mutu pelayanan. Supervisi klinik model reflektif interaktif dapat meningkatkan perilaku keselamatanperawat terhadap bahaya agen biologik. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mendapatkan pengaruh supervisi refelektif interaktif terhadap perilaku keselamatan perawatan pada bahaya agen biologik. Metoda yang digunakan adalah quasi experimental pre-post test with control group. Sampel penelitian (97 kontrol & 97 intervensi) diambil menggunakan teknik consecutive sampling.
Hasil penelitian didapat perbedaan antara kelompok yang diberi pelatihan dan tidak diberi pelatihan dan ditemukan adanya pengaruh supervisi reflektif interaktif terhadap perilaku keselamatan perawat. Kepala ruang perlu diberikan pelatihan supervisi agar dapat melakukan kegiatan supervisi dengan baik untuk peningkatan perilaku keselamatan perawat.

Nurse safety behavior at biologic agent hazard can will affect to quality care. Reflective interactive supervision can improve quality of nursing practice. The research purpose to get descriptions of reflective interactive supervision towards to safety nurse behaviors at biologic agent hazard. Method used experimental pre-post test with control group. Consecutive sampling in data taking for 97 control and 97 intervention sampel.
The result suggest that there are difference between the trained group and the untrained group and there are a influence of reflective interactive supervision towards nurse safety behavior at biologic agent hazard. The head nursing need to be given supervision training in order to be able to supervise well for improving behaviors nurse safety at biologic agent."

"[ABSTRAK
Kinerja merupakan implementasi dari rencana yang telah disusun. Penghargaan
terhadap kinerja dapat bersifat finansial maupun non finansial. Tujuan penelitian ini
adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan penghargaan perawat dengan kinerja perawat
pelaksana di ruang rawat inap Rumah Sakit Ibu dan Anak Bunda Aliyah Jakarta.
Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional
pada 55 orang perawat pelaksana yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap. Instrumen
penelitian menggunakan kuesioner penghargaan dan evaluasi kinerja perawat
pelaksana. Uji statistik menggunakan t-test independent dan regresi linier. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan antara penghargaan perawat dengan
kinerja perawat pelaksana (p value = 0, 700, a = 0,05). Supervisi merupakan sub
variabel penghargaan yang paling dominan berhubungan dengan kinerja perawat
pelaksana (p value = 0,001, a = 0,05). Hasil penelitian ini mengidentifikasi bahwa
pei11berian penghargaan non finansial dapat meningkatkan kinerja perawat disamping
pemberian penghargaan finansial. Diharapkan rumah sakit meningkatkan pengetahuan
dan keterampilan tentang supervisi bagi kepala ruangan dan meningkatkan
keterampilan perawat pelaksana melalui pendidikan berkelanjutan.

was to identifY the correlation between nursing reward system and nursing staff perfonnance in
hospital ward in Bunda Aliyah Jakarta Hospital. This is descriptive study using cross
sectional, and reward and performance instruments were used in recruiting 55 staff nurses who
were working in in-patient unit. The data was analyzed by independent t-test and linear
regression. The result shows that there is no correlation between nursing reward system and
nursing staff performance in hospital ward (p value = 0,70 a 0,05). Supervision is the
dominant sub variable that correlate with nursing staffperfonnance (p value= 0,001 a 0,05).

"Masalah utama yang dihadapi perawat di Indonesia adalah masalah kualitas sumber daya manumur. Sistem jenjang karir merupakan salah satu cara meningkatkan kualitas perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan.. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor determinan yang mempengaruhi ekspektasi perawat terhadap penerapan jenjang karir di rumah sakit. Desain penelitian Korelasi Deskriptif dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 145 perawat dengan teknik simple random sampling. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan Regresi Logistik Berganda.
Terdapat hubungan dukungan atasan (p value = 0,000) dan dukungan teman sejawat (p value = 0,030) dengan ekpektasi perawat terhadap penerapan jenjang karir di rumah sakit. Dukungan atasan (OR = 3,806) dan jenis kelamin (OR = 2,278) merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dengan ekspektasi perawat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan agar pimpinan rumah sakit mendukung sistem jenjang karir dan memotivasi perawat meningkatkan kompetensi melalui sistem jenjang karir sehingga ekspektasi perawat meningkat terhadap manfaat dari sistem ini.

The main problem faced by nurses in Indonesia is a nursing quality. Nursing Clinical Ladder System (CLS) is one way to improve the quality of nurses in providing nursing care. This study is aimed to identify determinant factors affecting nurses? expectations towards the implementation of nursing clinical ladder system. This research using cross sectional descriptive correlation and simple random sampling technique, and has involved 145 nurses. Data were analyzed by Chi-Square test and Multiple Logistic Regression.
There is found a significant relationships between leader?s support (p= 0,000) and colleagues? support (p= 0,030) and the nurses' expectations towards the implementation of CLS. The leader support (OR= 3,806) and the gender factor (OR=2,278) are the dominant factors of nurses? expectation. It is recommended that hospital leaders support CLS and motivate nurses to improve their competence through this system so that CLP will increase the nurses? expectation to the benefits of CLS.

"Dokumentasi keperawatan merupakan indikator mutu asuhan keperawatan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan supervisi dengan pendokumentasian berbasis komputer yang dipersepsikan perawat pelaksana di RSUD Banyumas. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian perawat pelaksana sebanyak 70 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada hubungan antara supervisi dengan pendokumentasian berbasis komputer dengan p=0,003, ada hubungan antara lama kerja dengan pendokumentasian berbasis komputer dengan p= 0,007. Frekuensi supervisi merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan pendokumentasian proses keperawatan (p=0,001).

Nursing documentation is the indicator of nursing care quality. Supervision could affect the increasing of nursing service quality. The aim of this research was to know the correlation between supervision and computer based nursing documentation asssumed by the nurses in in-patient ward at Banyumas General Hospital. The research was designed by using quantitave method with cross sectional approach. The samples were 70 respondents. The instrument used was questionnaire.
The result showed that there is correlation between supervision and computer based documentation of nursing process (p= 0,003), there is correlation between the lenght of work and computer based documentation of nursing process (p= 0,007). The closest relationship variable toward the documentation of nursing process was the frequnecy of supervision (p=0,001)."

"Tujuan penelitian cross sectional ini untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan peran kepala ruang dengan sikap etis perawat pelaksana terhadap klien yang dipersepsikan oleh perawat pelaksana di RSUD Tasikmalaya. Hasil penelitian pada 112 perawat menunjukkan peran decisional berhubungan signifikan dengan sikap etis perawat pelaksana terhadap klien (p=0,002). Peran kepala ruang secara komposit berhubungan signifikan dengan sikap etis perawat pelaksana terhadap klien (p=0,008) dan peran decisional merupakan peran kepala ruang yang paling berhubungan (p=0,005). Karakteristik perawat yang terbukti sebagai confounding adalah umur, lama kerja dan jenis kelamin. Hal ini perlu ditindaklanjuti oleh pimpinan Rumah Sakit dengan penyusunan pedoman pelaksanaan etik keperawatan.

The aim of this cross sectional research was to identify the relationship between the role of head nurse and nurse`s ethical attitude to client which perceived by nurse`s in Tasikmalaya Public Hospital. Result of the research on 112 nurse`s indicated that the decisional role of head nurse is significantly associated with nurse`s ethical attitude to client (p=0,002). The role of headnurse in composite significantly associated with nurse`s ethical attitude to client (p=0,008) and the decisional role has most relationship with nurse`s ethical attitude to client (p=0,005). Nurse?s characteristic as confounding is age, working experience, and gender. It`srecommended for hospital leaders to develop a nursing ethic guidance.

"ABSTRAK
Kepatuhan pasien menjadi hal utama dalam keberhasilan perawatan mandiri pada pasien hipertensi. Penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan fenomenologi dengan hasil 6 tema, yaitu pengalaman kepatuhan kontrol, pengalaman menangani gejala dan komplikasi, pengalaman kepatuhan minum obat, pengalaman kepatuhan mengelola, kurang patuh berolahraga, dan kendala untuk patuh. Pengetahuan pasien dan peran keluarga dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan kontrol dan minum obat. Kurangnya dukungan keluarga dan aktivitas sosial partisipan merupakan kendala dalam kepatuhan terutama diet dan olahraga. Hasil penelitian berimplikasi untuk konseling hipertensi ketika pasien kontrol serta melibatkan peran anggota keluarga sebagai upaya meningkatkan kesadaran dan kepatuhan pasien hipertensi terhadap perawatan mandirinya.

ABSTRACT
Patient adherence to be the main thing in the success of self-care in patients with hypertension. Research using qualitative research methods and approaches to the phenomenology and had six themes: experience of adherence to visit, experience of dealing with the symptoms and complications, experience of adherence for taking drug, experience of adherence to manage diet, non adherence to exercise, and difficulties in implementing adherence. Knowledge of the patient and family roles could improve adherence for taking drug and visiting routine. Lack of family support and social activities of the participants were difficulties in patients adherence, especially for diet and exercise. The results had implications for counseling patients with hypertension when patients visit the hospital and involve the role of family members as an effort to improve the awareness and adherence of self-care of hypertension"

Penilaian kinerja secara individu berdasarkan Indeks Kinerja Individu melalui
pencapaian target kinerja merupakan hal baru bagi perawat pelaksana RSUPN Dr.
Cipto Mangunkusumo dan pencapaian target tersebut dipengaruhi oleh banyak
faktor. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor tersebut.
Penelitian deskriptif korelatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional (n=121 orang)
memperoleh hasil bahwa tingkat pendidikan mempunyai hubungan bermakna dengan
pencapaian target kinerja individu perawat pelaksana (nilai p = 0,001) dan sebagian
besar perawat pelaksana berkinerja istimewa, namun metode penilaian kinerja
dipersepsikan kurang baik oleh sebagian besar perawat. Peneliti menyarankan bahwa
perlu adanya pengembangan instrumen penilaian kinerja individu perawat pelaksana
dan peningkatan pendidikan bagi perawat pelaksana.

ABSTRACT
Individual performance appraisal based on Individual Performance Index is a new
thing for nurse practitioner at A building Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo Hospital and the
achievement of the target is affected by many factors. The aim of the study is
identifying those factors. Descriptive correlative research used cross sectional
(n=121 people) results that educational background had correlation with the
achievement of individual performance target of nurse practitioner (p value = 0,001)
and the achievement was excellent although many nurse practitioners perceived not
very good to performance appraisal method. The researcher suggests that the
instrument of nurse practitioner performance appraisal should be developed and
hospital provide continuing education for nurse practitioners."

"ABSTRAK
Hipertensi merupakan penyebab penyakit kardiovascular terbanyak. Hipertensi di
RSUD Kudus menempati peringkat tiga besar berdasarkan kunjungan pasien.
Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan
self care management pada pasien hipertensi di RSUD Kudus. Desain
menggunakan survey analitik pendekatan cross sectional, teknik sampling yang
digunakan adalah pruporsive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 157. Analisis
statistik menggunakan chi square. Penelitian mendapatkan hasil bahwa efikasi
diri, dukungan sosial, pendidikan dan komplikasi memiliki hubungan bermakna
dengan self care management. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan untuk
meningkatkan efikasi diri dengan memperhatikan pendidikan san usia sehingga
self care management menjadi lebih baik.

ABSTRACT
Hypertension is the most of caused cardiovascular disease in the word and
Indonesia. Hypertension in RSUD Kudus had leather of third caued of visiting
patient The aims of research was identified factors associated with self-care
management in the patient with hypertension in RSUD Kudus. Design approach
used analytic cross sectional survey, techniques of sampling used purposive
sampling with 157 samples. Statistical analysis was used chi square. The result of
research obtained that self-efficacy; social support, education and complications
had significant relationships with self care management. The study recommended
to increase self efficacy by focusing to education and aged so, the self care
management by better."

"RSUD Banyumas menerapkan dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis komputer. Audit mutu asuhan keperawatan menunjukkan penurunan mutu dokumentasi. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui hubungan dokumentasi keperawatan berbasis komputer dengan daya berpikir kritis perawat pada pelaksanaan proses keperawatan. Desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross secional. Sampel terdiri dari 70 orang. Hasil menunjukkan dokumentasi baik 57.1% dan urang 42.9%. Sistem komuter kurang 55.7% dan baik 44.3%. Daya berpikir kritis baik 44.3% dan kurang 55.7%. Umur, masa kerja, pendidikan, jenis kelamin dan pelatihan tidak berhubungan dengan daya kritis. Dokumentasi keperawatan dan sistem komputer berhubungan dengan daya berpikir kritis perawat. Dokumentasi keperawatan dominan dalam mempengaruhi daya berpikir kritis perawat.

Banyumas hospital have applied computer-based nursing documentation. Quality audit showed decreasing of nursing documentation. The aim of research to know the correlation between computer-based nursing documentation and critical thinking in nursing process implementation. Design of quantitative research with cross sectional approach. The sample consisted of 70 persons. Result showed good documentation of 57.1% and 42.9% less. Computer systems less 55.7% and 44.3% good. Critical thinking good 44.3% and 55.7% less. Age, years of work, education, gender and training is not related to critical thinking. Nursing documentation and computer system correlated with critical thinking of nureses. Nursing documentattion dominant in influencing the critical thingking of nurses."
