Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Jalan Wanaherang No 35, Gunung Putri, Bogor. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker memahami peran, tugas, serta tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri; serta memahami penerapan CPOB di industri farmasi. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Pengembangan Metode Analisa Zelavel Infus 2 mg/ml Menggunakan Metode Spektrofotometri UV-VIS Sebagai Alternatif Metode Kromatografi Cair Kinerja Tinggi. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh metode alternatif penetapan kadar Zelavel Infus 2 mg/ml serta memahami prosedur penyusunan dokumen Standard Operational Instruction (SOI) pemeriksaan produk jadi, produk antara, dan produk ruahan.

ABSTRACT
Apothecary Internship conducted at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Jalan Wanaherang No 35, Gunung Putri, Bogor. Apothecary internship aimed to obtain practical experience and understanding about the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in industry; to obtain knowledge, skills, and practical experience; to perform the pharmacy practice in industry; and to understand the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practice in pharmaceutical industry. Special assignment given, entitled Analytical Methods Development of Zelavel Infusion 2 mg/ml using UV-Vis Spectrophotometry as an Alternative Method of High Performance Liquid Chromatography. This particular task is to obtain alternative methods assay of Zelavel Infusion 2 mg/ml and understand the procedure of preparing documents Standard Operational Instruction (SOI) inspection of finished products, intermediate products, and bulk products.

Praktek Kerja Profesi (PKP) bidang industri dilaksanakan di Departemen Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. Kegiatan ini berlangsung selama delapan minggu, mulai dari tanggal 18 Januari 2016 sampai dengan 11 Maret 2016. Kegiatan PKP ini bertujuan agar calon apoteker mengerti peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di industri farmasi; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi; memahami penerapan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik di industri farmasi; dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories bertanggung jawab dalam proses pembuatan produk, mulai dari perencanaan produk, pengembangan produk, pengembangan metode analisis, formulasi, validasi, produksi, pengawasan mutu, pemastian mutu, pendaftaran obat jadi, sampai produk dipasarkan. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah memenuhi semua aspek CPOB yang diterjemahkan ke dalam bentuk Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) dan Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) pada masing-masing pelaksanaan kegiatan. Dari pelaksanaan PKP di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, mahasiswa menjadi lebih memperkaya wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi secara umum dan di bidang analytical development secara khusus.

Internship at pharmaceutical industry was held in the Department of Product Development PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories. This activity was held for eight weeks, from January 18th, 2016, until March 11th, 2016. This internship was aimed to make apothecary student understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry; have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to work in the pharmaceutical industry; understand the implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in the pharmaceutical industry; and know the issues in pharmaceutical practice in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacists in PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories were responsible in the manufacturing process of products, starting from product planning, product development, analytical method development, formulation, validation, production, quality control, quality assurance, registration, until the product is marketed. PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has complied with all aspects of GMP, that is translated into the Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and Standard Operation Instruction (SOI) in each of the activities. From internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories, apothecary students become more enriching their knowledge, skills, and practical experience in doing pharmaceutical jobs in the pharmaceutical industry (in general) and in the field of analytical development (in particular).

Apoteker merupakan personil kunci pada kegiatan pembuatan obat dalam industri farmasi, artinya peran Apoteker dalam suatu industri farmasi sangat penting. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode Bulan April - Mei Tahun 2017 bertujuan untuk memahami peran, fungsi dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memberikan pengetahuan, keterampilan, pengalaman praktis, dan gambaran dunia kerja yang nyata di industri farmasi. Selama praktik kerja profesi, calon Apoteker mendapatkan empat tugas khusus yaitu mengembangkan metode untuk uji disolusi terbanding suspensi oral nystatin, mengembangkan metode untuk pemeriksaan kadar pengawet metil paraben dan propil paraben dalam suspensi oral nystatin, verifikasi pemeriksaan kadar calcium folinate, dan cleaning validation sirup nosfocin. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja, terdapat tugas khusus berupa penetapan kadar kalsium folinat untuk memverifikasi kadar bahan baku sehingga meningkatkan kualitas produk yang akan dihasilkan.

ABSTRACT
Apothecary is key personnel in drug manufacturing activities in the pharmaceutical industry, meaning that the role of Apothecary in a pharmaceutical industry is very important. Intenship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories on April May 2017 aims to understand the role, function and responsibility of Apothecarys in pharmaceutical industry, providing knowledge, skills, practical experience, and give representation of real working in the pharmaceutical industry. During this internship, Apothecary candidate got four specific tasks, namely developing the new methods in comparative dissolution assay for nystatin oral suspension, developing the new methods in preservative methyl paraben and propyl paraben content assay for nystatin oral suspension, cleaning validation levodropropizine syrup, and verification of calcium folinate content assay. In the implementation of internship, there is a special task in the form verification of calcium folinate content assay aims to verify the content of raw materials, so as improve the quality of finished product.

ABSTRAK Industri farmasi merupakan badan usaha yang memiliki izin dari Menteri Kesehatan untuk melakukan kegiatan pembuatan obat. Industri farmasi wajib menerapkan Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik CPOB dalam melakukan rangkaian proses pembuatan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan bahwa mutu obat yang dihasilkan akan konsisten, memenuhi persyaratan yang ditetapkan, dan sesuai dengan tujuan penggunaannya. Apoteker merupakan personil yang wajib dimiliki oleh industri farmasi dalam pembentukan dan penerapan sistem pemastian mutu yang memuaskan dan pembuatan obat yang baik. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker PKPA dilaksanakan di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories pada tanggal 3 April hingga 31 Mei 2017, khususnya di bagian analytical development Departemen Product Development. Pelaksanaan PKPA bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di industri farmasi, memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, memahami penerapan CPOB, dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi. Kegiatan yang dilakukan selama PKPA di PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories antara lain induction training, pengenalan departemen Department Orientation Tour , dan pelaksanaan tugas-tugas terkait pengembangan metode analisis di Departemen Product Development.

ABSTRACT Pharmaceutical industry is a business entity licensed by the Minister of Health to conduct drug making activities. Pharmaceutical industry is obliged to comply with the Good Manufacturing Practices GMP in conducting drug making processes which aim to ensure that the quality of products will be consistent, meet the requirements, and in accordance with its intended use. Pharmacist are the personnel required by the pharmaceutical industry in establishing and implementing a satisfactory quality assurance system and manufacturing good products. Internship at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories was held on April 3rd to May 31st 2017, especially in the analytical development in Department of Product Development. This internship aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in the pharmaceutical industry, obtain the knowledge and practical experiences to do pharmaceutical works in the pharmaceutical industry, understand the application of GMP, and obtain a real description of pharmaceutical issues in the pharmaceutical industry. The activities that conducted during internship at PT. Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories were induction training, department introduction Department Orientation Tour , and doing the tasks related to the analytical methods development in Department of Product Development.

Praktik kerja profesi dilakukan di Departemen Product Development, dengan tugas khusus berjudul ldquo;Reformulasi Tablet Salut Enterik Ketoprofen dan Kapsul Lepas Tunda Natrium Omeprazol di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Periode April-Mei 2018 rdquo;. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan tugas khusus tersebut adalah untuk mendapatkan formula terbaik, sehingga sediaan memenuhi persyaratan uji disolusi terbanding dengan originatornya. Secara umum, penerapan CPOB di PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories telah dilakukan dengan baik. Penulis juga mendapatkan pengetahuan dan pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian di industri farmasi, serta dapat memberikan solusi terkait permasalahan di industri farmasi.

Internship at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to understand the roles, duties, and responsibilities of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical industry, and have the insight, knowledge, skills, and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry. Pharmacist candidate can also understand the application of Good Manufacturing Practice GMP in the pharmaceutical industry, and have the representation of pharmaceutical issues in the pharmaceutical industry. Internship is carried out in the Department of Product Development, with a special assignment entitled ldquo;Reformulation of Ketoprofen Enteric Coating Tablet and Sodium Omeprazole Delayed Release Capsule at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories Period April-May 2018 . The purpose of this special assignment is to obtain the best formula, so that the product meets the comparative dissolution test requirements to the originator. In general, the application of GMP at PT Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories has been done well. The author also gained practical knowledge and experience in doing pharmaceutical work in the pharmaceutical industry, and can provide solutions related to problems in the pharmaceutical industry.

Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis dalam pengembangan metode analisis di Industri armasi, mengetahui kesesuaian persyaratan bahan baku potasium aspartat dengan kompendial dan menetapkan kevalidan metode analisis penetapan kadar Ibuprofen suspensi 100 mg/5 ml.

Novell Pharmaceutical Laboratories aims to understand the role, tasks, responsibilities of Pharmacists in the Pharmaceutical Industry, have insight, skills knowledge and practical experience in undertaking pharmaceutical work in the Pharmaceutical Industry, understand the application of CPOB/GMP in the Pharmaceutical Industry and have a clear picture of pharmaceutical issues in the Pharmaceutical Industry. The professional work practice is carried out for eight weeks with special tasks: Potassium Aspartate Raw Material Inspection and Validation of Analytical Methods of Ibuprofen 100 mg / 5 ml Suspension . The purpose of this particular task is to enable the prospective pharmacist to have insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience in developing analytical methods in the pharmaceutical industry, to know the suitability of potassium aspartate with compendial requirements and to determine the validity and determination of analytical method of Ibuprofen 100 mg / 5 ml suspension.
