"Perkembangan teknologi khususnya software pada bidang farmasi industri dapat meningkatkan efisiensi perhitungan dan olah data hasil pengujian. PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals melakukan pergantian software perhitungan pada hasil pengujian di bagian Quality Control (QC), khususnya laboratorium, dari Microsoft Excel ke Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB). Pergantian software dilakukan dengan harapan dapat meminimalisir adanya human error karena transfer data secara manual. Adanya pergantian software perlu dilakukan verifikasi software untuk melihat konsistensi dan kebenaran hasil akhir yang diperoleh. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan verifikasi Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB) sebagai software perhitungan yang baru untuk memastikan akurasi hasil perhitungan. Data yang akan diverifikasi diperoleh dari batch record produk B, D dan P secara retrospektif kemudian dilakukan verifikasi secara prospektif. Hasil verifikasi perhitungan menggunakan Custom Field (Empower dan Control Panel OpenLAB) untuk produk B, D dan P yang diperoleh menunjukkan kesesuaian hasil terhadap hasil perhitungan dari Excel. Verifikasi yang telah berhasil dilakukan yaitu untuk perhitunan pengujian kadar, impurity, kandungan etanol dan sisa pelarut produk B, D, dan P di PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals.

The development of technology, especially software in the pharmaceutical industry, can improve the efficiency of calculation and data processing from test results. PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals has replaced the calculation software for test results in the Quality Control (QC) department, particularly in the laboratory, from Microsoft Excel to Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB). This software change aims to minimize human errors that may occur during manual data transfer. Verification of the software change is necessary to ensure consistency and accuracy of the final results obtained. This study verifies Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB) as the new calculation software to ensure the accuracy of calculation results. Data for verification were obtained retrospectively from batch records of products B, D, and P, followed by prospective verification. The verification results using Custom Field (Empower and Control Panel OpenLAB) for products B, D, and P showed conformity with the calculation results obtained from Excel. Successful verification was conducted for the calculation of assay, impurity, ethanol content, and residual solvents of products B, D, and P at PT. CKD OTTO Pharmaceuticals."

Kesehatan yang baik ialah kesehatan yang dirasakan oleh seluruh warga disetiap negaranya tentunya Tenaga Kesehatan memiliki peranan yang penting, dalam hal ini baik Dokter, Apoteker, Perawat maupun Tenaga Kesehatan lainnya. Apoteker merupakan profesional di bidang kesehatan yang berperan dalam memberika informasi tentang obat-obatan yang akan dikonsumsi, memastikan bahwa segala proses produksi di industri sesuai dengan CPOB dan menjadi penanggung jawab pada pelaksanaan distribusi obat. Melalui Praktik Kerja, diharapkan calon apoteker dapat memahami apa yang menjadi tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Terbagi atas bidang peminatan yaitu industri dan pelayanan. Praktik dilaksankan dari bulan Maret hingga Oktober 2022. Praktik kerja dilakukan di PT Ethica Industri Farmasi, Apotek Kimia Farma 352 Margonda, RSUP Fatmawati, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, dan Puskesmas Ciracas sebagai gambaran peran apoteker dibidang industri, distribusi maupun pelayanan. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Oleh karena itu, laporan praktik kerja ini akan membahas mengenai masalah beserta solusi yang diajukan di tiap tempat praktik kerja.

Health is the main capital needed by humans. Humans will continue to try to meet their physical and spiritual needs. Good health is health that is felt by all citizens in each country, of course Health Workers have an important role, in this case both Doctors, Pharmacists, Nurses and other Health Workers. Pharmacists are professionals in the health sector whose role is to provide information about medicines to be consumed, ensure that all production processes in the industry comply with GMP and are responsible for implementing drug distribution. Through Work Practice, it is hoped that prospective pharmacists can understand what their duties and responsibilities are. Divided into 2 areas of specialization, namely industry and service. The practicals are held from March to October 2022. The practicums are carried out at PT Ethica Industry Pharmacy, Kimia Farma 352 Margonda Pharmacy, Fatmawati Hospital, Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Tangerang, and the Ciracas Health Center as an illustration of the role of pharmacists in industry, distribution and service. Apart from learning directly from observing, prospective pharmacists are also given the opportunity to analyze the problems that exist in each workplace. Therefore, this internship report will discuss the problems and solutions proposed in each workplace."
