Abstrak :
Tesis ini membahas metode partisipasi yang digunakan Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) dalam tahapan pembangunan kota dan derajat partisipasi Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) dalam Musrenbang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Dalam penelitian ini menghasilkan temuan bahwa partisipasi Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) di Kota Tangerang Selatan masih dalam tahap sosialisasi. Derajat partisipasi dalam Musrenbang saat ini masih dalam derajat Non Participation sedangkan, motode partisipasi yang digunakan masih belum maksimal sehingga perlu adanya pengunaan metode partisipasi Community Action Planning (CAP), teknik partisipasi Awareness Methods, Classic Brainstorming, Interactive Brainstroming, dan Digital Technology yang disesuaikan dengan karakteristik anak dalam tiap tahapan pembangunan kota.
This thesis discussed the use of participatory methods Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) in the stages of urban development and the ladder of participation Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) in Musrenbang. This research was a qualitative which used case study approach. This research found that participation Forum Anak Kelurahan Benda Baru (FAKBB) in South Tangerang City was still in the stage of socialization. The ladder of participation in Musrenbang was still in Non Participation ladder, whereas the participatory methods used was not optimal so it was necessary to use Community Action Planning (CAP ) participatory methods, Awareness Methods participation techniques, Classic brainstorming, brainstorming Interactive and Digital Technology which needed to be adapted to the child characteristics in every stages of urban development.

[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengkaji variabel-variabel yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan peserta didik dalam menggunakan fasilitas transportasi kota, yang disediakan khusus oleh Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta yaitu bus sekolah, yang diharapkan menjadi contoh transportasi layak dan ramah bagi peserta didik untuk berangkat dan pulang sekolah, ditengah keterbatasan kualitas pelayanan yang diberikan angkutan umum lainnya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metodologi penelitian survey kuesioner, dengan responden peserta didik dari berbagai tingkatan kelas sekolah. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terdapat 4 (empat) variabel yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan peserta didik yaitu keselamatan, keamanan, aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan. Variabel yang memberikan pengaruh signifikan dalam pembentukan tingkat kepercayaan peserta didik adalah variabel aksesibilitas dan kenyamanan.

This study is dedicated to analyze variables, which influenced school tuition to use the urban transportation facilities, which provided specifically by Local Government of DKI Jakarta which is Bus Sekolah, Which is expected to be an example of transportation for school tuition of viable and friendly to go and return from school, despite limitation of quality service rendered by other public transportation. The kind of research done is quantitative research; using research methodology survey questionnaire, with respondents from the student tuition on various levels school classes. From the research seen that there are four variables That influences the level of trust school tuition; namely of peace offerings, security, the accessibility and comfort.
