"Perkembangan teknologi membawa perubahan pada semua bidang salah satunya pada dunia industri farmasi yang secara langsung melibatkan perkembangan teknologi dalam kegiatan produksi. Salah satu penunjang kegiatan produksi adalah mesin dan peralatan yang merupakan kekuatan utama dalam proses yang harus diperhatikan dalam menjaga keefektifitas suatu mesin adalah menggunakan parameter Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Dasar nilai OEE yaitu aspek availability, performance efficiency, dan rate of quality. Tiga aspek penting OEE memiliki nilai standar tersendiri yaitu availability memiliki nilai standar 90%, performance 95% dan rate of quality 99%. PT. Guardian Pharmatama menetapkan target nilai OEE sebesar 85%, untuk mencapai target nilai tersebut maka membutuhkan waktu yang panjang dengan cara menghitung dan menganalisa ketiga aspek penting dari OEE. Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE yang telah dianalisa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mesin agar mendapatkan kualitas produksi yang lebih optimal, serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas mesin produksi dalam menghasilkan suatu produk. Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE mencapai nilai standar 85% yang telah ditetapkan, maka nilai tersebut dikatakan baik sehingga perlu dipertahankan persentase tersebut. Nilai OEE yang dihasilkan apabila masih dibawah standar yang telah ditetapkan maka diperlukan suatu perbaikan dengan cara menganalisis faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan nilai OEE rendah. Hasil perhitungan nilai OEE yang telah dianalisa bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja mesin agar mendapatkan kualitas produksi yang lebih optimal, serta dapat meningkatkan produktivitas mesin produksi dalam menghasilkan suatu produk. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pada tugas khusus praktek kerja profesi apoteker (PKPA) ini dilakukan analisa dan perhitungan nilai OEE pada mesin coating TCS-100 pada bulan September 2022 di PT. Guardian Pharmatama. Hasiln nilai OEE dari mesin coating yang dihasilkan untuk bulan September 2022 yaitu 39%. Hasil ini masih dibawah standar yang telah ditetapkan oleh perusahaan dan dibawah standar JIPM. Faktor terendah yaitu pada aspek availability yang disebabkan oleh tingginya durasi line stop dan kegiatan yang melewati durasi maksimal atau over planned shutdown.
Technological developments bring about changes in all fields, one of which is in the world of the pharmaceutical industry which directly involves technological developments in production activities. One of the supporting production activities is machinery and equipment which is the main force in the production process. One of the key performance indexes that must be considered in maintaining the effectiveness of a machine is using the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) parameter. The basic OEE values are aspects of availability, performance efficiency, and rate of quality. Three important aspects of OEE have their own standard values, namely availability which has a standard value of 90%, performance of 95% and a rate of quality of 99%. PT. Guardian Pharmatama has set an OEE target value of 85%, to achieve this target value it will take a long time to calculate and analyze the three important aspects of OEE. The results of calculating the OEE value that have been analyzed aim to improve machine performance in order to obtain more optimal production quality, and to increase production machine productivity in producing a product. The results of the calculation of the OEE value reach the standard value of 85% which has been set, then this value is said to be good so it is necessary to maintain this proportion. If the resulting OEE value is still below the established standard, an improvement is needed by means of the factors that cause low OEE values. The results of calculating the OEE value that have been analyzed aim to improve machine performance in order to obtain more optimal production quality, and to increase production machine productivity in producing a product. Based on this, in the special work practice task of the pharmacist profession (PKPA) an analysis and calculation of the OEE value is carried out on the TCS-100 coating machine in September 2022 at PT. Guardian Pharmacy. The resulting OEE value from the coating machine produced for September 2022 is 39%. These results are still below the standards set by the company and below JIPM standards. The lowest factor is the availability aspect which is caused by the high duration of line stops and activities that exceed the maximum duration or over planning shutdown."

"Dalam melakukan peningkatan produktivitas di area kerja PT. Guardian Pharmatama, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) dapat digunakan sebagai penerapan pemeliharaan. Untuk mengukur tingkat keberhasilan penerapan TPM dapat digunakan metode overall equipment effectiveness (OEE). OEE merupakan cara mengukur tingkat keberhasilan penerapan TPM yang melibatkan 3 aspek utama, yaitu Availability, Performance Efficiency, dan Rate of Quality. Hasil yang visualisasi nilai OEE pada mesin JCMCO-51, JCMCO-39, dan STV-51 menunjukkan bahwa nilai OEE masih dibawah standar JIPM. Faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi OEE adalah nilai Availability, Performance, dan Quality. Pada ketiga mesin cetak, didapatkan nilai Availability dan Performance yang dibawah standar JIPM. Availability dipengaruhi oleh durasi unplanned shutdown, durasi running, dan durasi mesin stop, sedangkan performance dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan speed aktual dibawah speed standar. Rata-rata speed yang digunakan ketiga mesin kurang dari speed standar. Kegiatan over planned shutdown yang terdapat pada hasil visualisasi perhitungan OEE ketiga mesin pada bulan Juli 2022 ini adalah kegiatan 5R dan kegiatan set-up. Penentuan parameter durasi standar dan evaluasi pada kegiatan tersebut diperlukan untuk mengurangi waktu over planned shutdown. Perlu dilakukan evaluasi dan standarisasi durasi kegiatan yang termasuk 5R dan set-up agar dapat mengurangi durasi over planned shutdown secara aktual dan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi waktu serta perlunya pengkajian lebih lanjut mengenai perbedaan speed aktual dengan speed standar pada master data.
In increasing productivity in the work area of PT. Guardian Pharmatama, TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) can be used as a maintenance application. To measure the level of TPM implementation, the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) method can be used. OEE is a way to measure the success rate of TPM implementation which involves 3 main aspects, namely Availability, Performance Efficiency, and Rate of Quality. The results of visualizing the OEE value on the JCMCO-51, JCMCO-39, and STV-51 engines show that the OEE value is still below the JIPM standard. Factors that can affect OEE are Availability, Performance, and Quality values. On the three printing machines, the Availability and Performance values were obtained which were below the JIPM standard. Availability is affected by unplanned shutdown duration, running duration, and engine stop duration, while performance is affected by the use of actual speed below the standard speed. The average speed used by the three machines is less than the standard speed. The overplanned shutdown activities contained in the visualization results of the OEE calculations for the three engines in July 2022 are 5R activities and set-up activities. Adjustment of standard duration parameters and evaluation of these activities is needed to shorten the planned stop time. It is necessary to evaluate and standardize the duration of activities including 5R and set-up to reduce the actual planned shutdown duration and is expected to increase time efficiency and the need for further studies regarding the difference between actual speed and standard speed in the master data. "

"Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) merupakan salah satu hal yang dapat dijadikan sebagai indikator dalam mengukur efektivitas dan efisiensi serta dapat membantu melihat dan mengukur masalah sehingga dapat menyiapkan metode standar untuk mengukur kemajuan dan memperbaiki masalah yang terjadi selama produksi obat-obatan berlangsung. Pengamatan dilakukan untuk mengetahui metode yang tepat dalam meningkatkan availabilitas melalui penurunan durasi buka reject dan penyortiran sehingga dapat meningkatkan OEE di proses pengemasan primer. Pengamatan dilakukan setiap hari di tiap shift, baik pagi, siang, maupun malam agar dapat mengetahui tingkat produktivitas di tiap shift berlangsung. Untuk meningkatkan availabilitas sebagai faktor peningkat efektivitas kerja, metode dilakukan dengan mengurangi durasi buka reject kemasan dan membandingkan besar OEE baik pada metode buka reject yang dilakukan di akhir shift maupun dilakukan saat proses pengemasan berlangsung dengan penambahan jumlah SDM. Besar OEE untuk metode buka reject saat pengemasan berlangsung sebesar 72,78%, sedangkan besar OEE pada metode buka reject di akhir shift sebesar 61,86%. Bila dibandingkan dengan produk obat yang sama dengan melihat performa mesin serta kualitas produk yang dihasilkan, dapat dilihat bahwa metode buka reject yang dilakukan saat pengemasan berlangsung memiliki besar OEE dan availabilitas yang lebih tinggi dibanding dilakukan di akhir shift.
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the things that can be used as an indicator in measuring effectiveness and efficiency so could be a standard method for measuring progress and fixing problems that occur during drug production. Observations were made to find out the right method to increase availability by reducing the duration of open reject and sorting so as to increase OEE in the primary packaging process. Observations are made every day in each shift in order to determine the level of machine’s productivity in packaging. To increase availability as a factor for increasing work effectiveness, the method is carried out by reducing the duration of opening reject packages and comparing the size of OEE both in the open reject method which is carried out at the end of the shift and when the packaging process takes place with the addition of the number of human resources. The OEE for the open reject method when packaging was in progress was 72.78%, while the OEE for the open reject method at the end of the shift was 61.86%. When compared with the same drug product by looking at the performance of the machine and the quality of the product produced, it can be seen that the open reject method which is used during packaging has higher OEE and higher availability rather than the method which done at the end of the shift."

"PT. Guardian Pharmatama merupakan perusahaan manufaktur farmasi yang memproduksi kapsul keras, tablet, semisolid, dan liquid. Efektivitas proses produksi dapat dilihat dari nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). OEE merupakan metode pengukuran efektivitas keseluruhan proses produksi yang melibatkan pengukuran tingkat efektivitas waktu, kinerja mesin, dan tingkat kualitas produk. Pengukuran nilai OEE didasarkan pada tiga faktor utama, yaitu availability, performance, dan quality. Tujuan pembuatan laporan tugas khusus ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh buka reject kemasan terhadap nilai Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengamati aktivitas mesin dan operator pada mesin Kung Long SP-300 dalam rentang bulan November – Desember 2022. Produk yang akan dibandingkan adalah Methylprednisolone saat pengamatan dan sebelum pengamatan. Saat pengamatan, proses buka reject kemasan dilakukan pada setiap shift proses produksi. Hasil nilai OEE saat pengamatan (buka reject setiap shift) sebesar 42,13%, sedangkan nilai OEE sebelum pengamatan (buka reject di akhir sebelum penutupan produksi) sebesar 50,43%. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan nilai OEE, disimpulkan bahwa data tidak dapat dibandingkan dikarenakan terdapat perbedaan kondisi saat proses pengemasan produk Methylprednisolone. Hal tersebut dikarenakan saat proses pengamatan, mesin sedang terjadi masalah sehingga jumlah over setting lebih banyak dibandingkan sebelum pengamatan. Oleh karena itu, nilai OEE saat pengamatan lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan sebelum pengamatan.
PT. Guardian Pharmatama is a pharmaceutical manufacturing company that produces hard capsules, tablets, semisolids, and liquids. The effectiveness of the production process can be seen from the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value. OEE is a method of measuring the effectiveness of the entire production process, which involves measuring the level of time effectiveness, machine performance, and product quality. Measuring the OEE value is based on three main factors, namely availability, performance, and quality. The purpose of making this special assignment report is to determine the effect of opening packaging rejects on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) value. Observations were made by observing machine and operator activities on the Kung Long SP-300 machine in the period November – December 2022. The product to be compared was Methylprednisolone during and before the observation. During observation, the process of opening packaging rejects was carried out at each shift in the production process. The resulting OEE value during observation (open rejects every shift) was 42.13%, while the OEE value before observation (open rejects at the end before closing production) was 50.43%. Based on the results of observations and OEE values, it was concluded that the data could not be compared because there were differences in conditions during the packaging process for Methylprednisolone products. This is because during the observation process, there was a problem with the machine, so the number of over settings was greater than before the observation. Therefore, the OEE value during observation is lower than before observation."
