Demokrasi di abad 21 telah kehilangan maknanya, oleh karena itu perlu diciptakan dihidupkan kembali melalui usaha yang harus dilakukan oleh publik. Untuk mencapai tujuan ini, klien telah meminta sebuah rancangan untuk memfasilitasi penghidupan kembali demokrasi yaitu Hall of Democracy. Klien pada proyek ini adalah seorang dermawan, Griegous Keppler, cucu dari Frederick Keppler, penemu sejumlah produk kaca terkenal. Desain dari Hall of Democracy yang baru akan menerapkan transparansi sebagai konsep utamanya sambil mengintegrasikan teknologi material baru dan menerapkan Australian Building Codes. ...... Democracy in the 21st century has lost its meaning, therefore it needs to be reinvented and reinvigorated through the determined effort of the people. To achieve this goal, the client has requested a design to facilitate this reinvention of democracy, Hall of Democracy. The client himself is a philanthropist, Grievous Keppler, the great grand grandson of Frederick Keppler, the inventor of a number of glass products. The design of the new Hall of Democracy will implementing transparency as its main concept while integrates the reinvented technology of materials and also to comply with the Australian Building Codes.

Demokrasi di abad ke-21 ini telah kehilangan makna yang sebenarnya, makna tersebut perlu diciptakan dan dihidupkan kembali dengan bantuan para warga negara. Oleh karena itu, arsitektur perlu mengambil langkah dalam hal desain untuk mengingatkan masyarakat bahwa demokrasi berasal dari rakyat, untuk rakyat. Untuk ini, arsitek dan desainer ditantang untuk menjadi kreatif dalam memecahkan problematika desain tersebut. Dan jawabannya telah membawa kita pada Balai Demokrasi Hall of Democracy. Dalam membangun simbol demokrasi yang kuat ini, sebuah bahan bangunan yang kuat juga diperlukan. Prisma Luxfer Luxfer Prisms digunakan sebagai fasad bangunan, mewujudkan ide untuk bangunan yang bercahaya seperti kristal, berkilau baik pagi ataupun malam hari. Balai Demokrasi akan menjadi tempat dimana beragam opini dan pengetahuan akan saling dibagi, bukan dipaksakan. Tempat untuk keterlibatan, kesetaraan, dan pendidikan. Dengan demikian, pemahaman akan satu sama lain akan terbentuk. Seperti angan yang menginspirasi wujud bangunan ini, bergandengan tangan menuju demokrasi yang lebih baik. ...... Therefore, architecture needs to take a responsible design approach to remind the society that democracy is from the people and for the people. For this reason, architects and designers are challenged to be creative in solving this design problem. And the answer has brought us to the design of the Hall of Democracy. In creating this powerful symbol of democracy, a powerful building material needs to be incorporated as well. The Luxfer Prisms is incorporated and works as the fa ade of the building, realizing the idea of it being a luminance crystal skull, sparking day and night. The Hall of Democracy will be a place where a diversity of opinions and knowledge are shared with each other instead of being forced. A place of inclusion, equality, and education. Thus, an understanding of one another will be formed. Just like how the building rsquo s form was inspired by, hand in hand towards a better democracy.
