"Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis pengelolaan risiko yang terkait dengan kasus near miss yang dilaporkan di PLTA (PT X) tahun 2020 – 2022. Trend manajemen risiko masih berfokus pada bahaya yang level risikonya tinggi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dikembangkan ide future risk untuk menganalisis risiko mulai dari kejadian near miss. Near miss merupakan salah satu pondasi kecelakaan menurut teori Heinrich dan Frank E. Bird. Selain itu, kejadian near miss juga dilatarbelakangi oleh beberapa kejadian unsafe act dan unsafe condition sehingga perlu dilakukan suatu penelitian analisis risiko dan pengendalian near miss serta keterkaitannya dengan unsafe act dan unsafe condition. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan semi kuantitatif. Objek penelitian adalah kasus near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition yang dilaporkan di PT X tahun 2020 – 2022. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan Aplikasi Near Miss PT X, wawancara, dan observasi. Analisis data mengacu proses manajemen risiko AS / NZS 4360 : 2004 dan analisis pengendaliannya mengacu Hirarki Pengendalian Risiko (Safe Work Australia) Dari hasil rekap kasus di PT X, ditemukan 164 kasus terkait K3 dan dikerucutkan menjadi 110 kasus near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition. Setiap kasus ini dikelompokan sesuai kesamaan risiko kemudian 10 kelompok near miss akan dinilai risikonya secara kualitatif dan semi kuantitatif. Temuan dari penilaian risiko kualitatif adalah terdapat 7 keterkaitan kasus near misses dengan unsafe act & unsafe condition sedangkan dari penilaian risiko semi kuantitatif dapat digambarkan 10 risk ranking kasus near misses. Dari penilaian basic risk level hingga recommended risk level ditemukan penurunan risiko yang selanjutnya digambarkan menggunakan penilaian efektivitas existing program (50% - 93%) dan recommended program (50% - 97,8%) Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan bahwa perlu terdapat perbaikan Aplikasi Near Miss, edukasi dan sosialisasi kasus terkait K3 untuk pekerja PT X, serta level risiko near miss dapat diturunkan dengan hasil rekomendasi pengendalian risiko.
This study discusses the analysis of risk management related to near miss cases reported at PLTA (PT X) year 2020 – 2022. The trend of risk management still focuses on hazards with a high level of risk. Therefore, it is necessary to develop the future risk idea to analyze risks starting from near miss events. Near miss is one of the foundations of accidents according to the theory of Heinrich and Frank E. Bird. Moreover, near miss events are also triggered by several unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, so it is necessary to conduct a research on risk analysis and control of near miss and its relationship with unsafe acts and unsafe conditions. Desain of research is descriptive analytic with a semi-quantitative approach and the objects are cases of near miss, unsafe act, and unsafe condition reported at PT X in 2020 – 2022. Data collection was carried out using the Near Miss PT X application, interviews, and observations. The data analysis refers to the risk management process AS / NZS 4360 : 2004 and the control analysis refers to the Hierarchy of Risk Control (Safe Work Australia). From the result of the case recap at PT X, 164cases related to K3 were found and were reduced to 110 near miss, unsafe act, dan unsafe condition cases. Each of these cases are grouped with the similarity of risk then 10 near miss groups are assessed for risk qualitatively and semi-quantitatively. The findings from the qualitative assessment are that there are 7 linkages between near misses with unsafe acts and unsafe conditions, while the semi-quantitative risk assessment can describe the 10 risk ranking of near misses. From the assessment of basic risk level until recommended risk level, a reduction in risk was found which was then described using an assessment of effectiveness of existing programs (50% - 93%) and recommended programs (50% - 97,8%) Based on that results, it is concluded that there are some improvements needed about Near Miss Application, education and socialization of cases related to K3 for PT X workers, and the risk level of near miss can be reduced by the risk control recommendations."

"Penelitian ini membahas implementasi dan analisisnya terkait sistem proteksi aktif dan pasif terhadap kebakaran kebakaran serta sarana penyelamatan jiwa yang ada di Jakarta International Stadium pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan metode semi-kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian keseluruhan implementasi yang menunjukkan nilai sebesar 77,79% pada Existing result dan dikategorikan “Cukup (C)”. Selain itu diperoleh pula nilai pada Proyecting result sebesar 84,65% yang dikategorikan "Baik (B)". Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi yang ada dianggap cukup mampu untuk mempertahankan konstruksi bangunan selama kebakaran terjadi, memberikan pertahanan pada bangunan untuk mencegah penyebaran api dan asap, melakukan pendeteksian, penginformasian, dan pemadaman api kebakaran, serta mampu untuk menyediakan sarana dan rute jalan keluar dan meminimalisir adanya hambatan yang dapat berdampak pada total waktu evakuasi penghuni hingga mencapai eksit pelepasan dan titik berkumpul sementara.
This study discusses the implementation and analysis of active and passive fire protection systems and means of egress at the Jakarta International Stadium in 2022. This study uses a descriptive analytic research design using a semi-quantitative method. Based on the results of the study, the overall level of conformity of the implementation showed a value of 77.79% in the Existing result and was categorized as "Enough (C)". In addition, the score on the Projecting Result was 84.65% which was categorized as "Good (B)". These results indicate that the existing implementation is considered capable of maintaining building construction during a fire, providing defense to the building to prevent the spread of fire and smoke, detecting, informing, and extinguishing fires, and being able to provide means and egress routes and minimize obstacles that can impact the total evacuation time of occupants until they reach the release exit and assembly point."

"Sektor konstruksi merupakan sektor penyumbang kecelakaan tertinggi di Indonesia dan kasus terbanyak terjadi pada konstruksi bangunan gedung. Salah satu pekerjaan dalam konstruksi bangunan gedung ialah pengecoran yang merupakan pekerjaan krusial dan perlu diperhatikan dalam suatu pembangunan karena akan menentukan kekuatan struktur bangunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan manajemen risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja pada proses pengecoran gedung perkantoran X. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan analisis risiko kualitatif menggunakan Job Hazard Analysis dan analisis risiko semi kuantitatif yang mengacu pada AS/NZS 4360:2004 tentang Risk Management. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 96 risiko yang dinilai, 28 risiko diantaranya termasuk ke dalam kategori tingkat very high, seperti risiko terjatuh dari ketinggian, terpajan adukan beton, terpajan cairan curing compound, tertimpa material seperti alas balok dan besi, tersetrum vibrator dan mengalami hand arm vibration syndrome sehingga diperlukan tindakan pengendalian risiko untuk mengurangi tingkat risiko agar masuk ke dalam risiko yang dapat diterima.
The construction sector is the highest accident contributor sector in Indonesia and the most cases occur in the construction of buildings. One of the jobs in building construction is casting which is a crucial job and needs to be considered in a construction since it will determine the strength of the building structure. This study aims to manage occupational health and safety risks in the casting process of office building X. This study was a descriptive analytical study with a qualitative risk analysis approach using Job Hazard Analysis and semi-quantitative risk analysis referring to AS/NZS 4360:2004 concerning Risk Management. The result of the study shows that of the 96 assessed risks, 28 of them are categorized as very high; such as, the risk of falling from height, exposure to concrete mix, exposure to curing compound liquid, being hit by materials; such as, pedestal and iron, being electrocuted by a vibrator and experiencing a hand-arm vibration syndrome. Thus, risk control measures are needed in order to reduce the level of risk so that it falls into an acceptable risk."
