Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi intensi berwakaf di bidang pendidikan pada masyarakat Kota Jakarta dan Sekitarnya. Variabel-variabel yang digunakan adalah variabel sikap, norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, empati, religiusitas, empati, perceived generosity kemurahan hati, dan jaminan finansial. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik kuantitatif dengan alat ukur kuisioner. Responden yang didapat dari penyebaran kuesioner adalah sebanyak 203 responden. Hasil data primer tersebut diolah menggunakan metode SEM-PLS dengan aplikasi SmartPLS 3. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini ialah variabel norma subjektif, perceived behavioral control, empati, dan kemurahan hati memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap intensi berwakaf masyarakat di bidang pendidikan. Sedangkan variabel sikap, religiusitas, dan jaminan finansial tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel intensi. ......This study aims to determine the factors that affecting the intention of educational waqf in Jakarta and Surrounding Cities. The variables used in this study are attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, empathy, religiosity, perceived generosity, and financial security. This study method using quantitative technique with questionnaire measuring instrument. And respondents obtained from that questionnaire are 203 respondents. The result of data collection is processed using SEM PLS method with SmartPLS 3 application. The result of this study is subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, empathy, and financial security variables have a significant effect to intention of educational waqf varialble in Jakarta and Surrounding Cities. Meanwhile attitude, religiosity, and financial security did not have significant effect on intention variable.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh skor ESG tinggi yang dimiliki perusahaan terhadap performa saham perusahaan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia saat pandemi Covid-19 tepatnya sejak kasus Covid-19 muncul di Indonesia pada tanggal 2 Maret 2020 hingga akhir pandemi Covid-19 pada 21 Juni 2023. Performa saham yang diukur pada penelitian ini terdiri dari imbal hasil saham dan volatilitas imbal hasil saham perusahaan terbuka sebanyak 77 perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel dalam penelitian ini. Jenis data yang digunakan bersifat cross-section dan time series sehingga pengelolaannya menggunakan salah satu teknik dari regresi panel data yaitu random effect model. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif antara skor ESG tinggi yang dimiliki perusahaan terhadap volatilitas imbal hasil saham perusahaan, tetapi tidak terdapat pengaruh antara skor ESG tinggi yang dimiliki perusahaan terhadap imbal hasil saham perusahaan yang tercatat pada Bursa Efek Indonesia saat pandemi Covid-19. ......This study aims to analyze the effect of the company's high ESG score on the stock performance of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic, precisely since the Covid-19 case appeared in Indonesia on 2 March 2020 until the end of the Covid-19 pandemic on 21 June 2023. The stock performance measured in this study consists of stock returns and volatility of stock returns of 77 listed companies as a sample in this study. The type of data used is a cross-section and time series, so the method used is a technique of panel data regression, namely the random effect model. The results of this study indicate that there is a negative influence between the high ESG score owned by the company on the volatility of the company's stock returns, but there is no influence between the high ESG score owned by the company on the stock returns of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kebijakan dividen terhadap volatilitas harga saham pada sub sektor bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini memiliki fokus pada saham sub sektor bank yang terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sebanyak 21 perusahaan digunakan sebagai sampel penelitian dengan periode penelitian selama 10 tahun, yaitu rentang tahun 2012-2021. Dengan penggunaan model regresi data panel random effect, ditemukan hasil bahwa kebijakan dividen yang diukur dengan menggunakan dividend yield dan dividend payout ratio memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan positif dan negatif secara berurutan terhadap volatilitas harga saham. Hasil berikutnya dari variabel kontrol ukuran perusahaan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh signifikan yang negatif terhadap volatilitas harga saham. Variabel kontrol lainnya, yaitu volatilitas pendapatan, pertumbuhan aset, dan utang tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap volatilitas harga saham. ......This study aims to analyze the effect of dividend policy on stock price volatility in the sub-sector of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study has a focus on bank sub-sector stocks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. A total of 21 companies were used as research samples with a research period of 10 years, namely the 2012-2021 range. Using the random effect panel data regression model, it was found that dividend policy as measured using the dividend yield and dividend payout ratio has a significant positive and negative effect on stock price volatility, respectively. The next result of the control variable firm size shows a significant negative effect on stock price volatility. Other control variables, income volatility, asset growth, and debt do not have a significant effect on stock price volatility.
