CPOB atau Cara Pembuatan Obat yang Baik merupakan cara pembuatan obat dan/atau bahan obat yang bertujuan untuk memastikan agar mutu obat dan/atau bahan obat yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan persyaratan dan tujuan penggunaan. okumentasi yang baik menjadi bagian yang esensial dari sistem pemastian mutu dan merupakan kunci untuk pemenuhan persyaratan CPOB. Dokumen berupa prosedur atau disebut juga prosedur tetap merupakan dokumen yang memberikan petunjuk cara pelaksanaan suatu kegiatan tertentu. Prosedur tetap sendiri juga mungkin saja untuk mengalami perubahan, hal ini berkaitan dengan upaya untuk mempertahankan atau meningkatkan mutu obat (BPOM, 2018). Tugas ini bertujuan untuk memahami metode tinjau ulang dan revisi prosedur tetap di bagian produksi steril PT. Mahakam Beta Farma, serta memahami metode tinjau ulang dan revisi prosedur tetap di bagian produksi steril PT. Mahakam Beta Farma. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi literatur terhadap prosedur tetap yang masih berlaku dan hasil kualifikasi QA. Profesi apoteker mempunyai peran penting dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Salah satu hal penting yang harus dilakukan untuk menjadi seorang apoteker profesional adalah berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Maka dari itu, calon apoteker dituntut untuk menjalani prktik profesi sebagai bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan meningkatkan kompetensi sebelum memasuki dunia kerja. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di PT Mahakam Beta Farma periode Januari – Februari 2022 dan Apotek Roxy Jatikramat periode Maret 2022. Melalui proses PKPA di industri farmasi dan apotek tersebut, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. ...... Therefore, prospective pharmacists are required to undergo professional practice as a provision and experience to understand the role of pharmacists and increase competence before entering the world of work. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at PT Mahakam Beta Farma for January – February 2022 periode, and Apotek Roxy Jatikramat for March 2022 period. Through the activities in the pharmaceutical industry, distributor, and pharmacy, prospective pharmacists are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, skills, and experience to perform pharmaceutical practice.
